I went to an Arby's in Richmond Virginia at 7:19 PM on Sunday, March 3. Out of Arby's sauce?!
Seriously?! I went through the drive-thru. As I drove by the windows inside of the restaurant, they were bottles of sauce on the tables. They couldn't take those bottles and fill some small containers with lids as an option?? $18 for three sandwiches..and no sauce. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better Arby's for as much as you charge your customers. I attempted to do the online survey, but it was not excepting the restaurant number that I was putting in.

I stopped in at Arby's on Martin Luther King Jr and 231 initially the service was all right but I ordered stuff that I was charged for that was not in the bag that when I left I contacted them and asked for a way to resolve and they began to get rude with me said that I could bring my I could come back and pick it up I feel a little bit disgruntled and I would like to know what you guys are going to do about it thank you and have a good night happy New Year

At approx 4:30 pm 12/12/23 Shawnee Oklahoma. The arbys on Harrison. The manager was talking extremely loud to the employees concerning the fact that she was't going to get fired because they go out back and smoke weed. The profanity she was using was ridiculous. She may not have realized I was inside trying to eat my lunch. It was quite disturbing and uncalled for. The language she used was awful. The food was delicious but not enjoyable to sit and listen to an idiot spew filth.

First, I would like to say I'm never make complaints about food industry. I understand everyone is stressed and good employees are hard to find. But the attitude I received today at the Arby's in Hartselle Alabama was completely uncalled for. A vehicle was pulled up to the ordering menu for the drive-through and was sitting there. When I pulled in behind this lady sat there for a good 15 minutes while I was there and I never heard anyone tell her to hang on or anything. Just silence. She even said hello a few times and was never answered. She drove away. I pulled up and sat another five minutes. Seeing the first lady drive off I drove up to the window after waiting a bit. I'm on duty as a deputy sheriff. I'm in my marked patrol car. I sit at the window and see people moving around worried that there was something wrong in the store, I figured I would just place my order at the window. If everything was OK I get they were busy when the woman opens the door to hand me an order I didn't place and there was no one else in front of me that had waited. She told me 1107 I said, ma'am I did not place an order yet we were sitting at the ordering speaker and it wasn't moving. I wanted to make sure everything was OK. The lady at the window rolled her eyes so hard and said well we're kind of busy. I said I understand that but I thought something might be wrong. (There's not that many cars in the parking lot.) she said nothing's wrong and rolled her eyes again and began to shut the window. I left and will not be back to this location, especially on duty. It was an older blond headed lady with messed up teeth. No Customer should be talked to like that.

I just wanted to pass along my disappointment and the rudeness I experienced from your Camp Hill, Pennsylvania office on Veterans Day. Arby's was listed on several websites as offering a free Arby's sandwich to honor military and veterans. When I visited your Camp Hill, Pennsylvania establishment, I was informed by the manager that your establishment (Arby's) was neither honoring or recognizing active duty or military veterans for veterans' day. The disrespect towards a retired military veteran by your staff was so unprofessional.

In the future, please do not advertise that you honor active/retired military when clearly your Camp Hill establishment does not agree with your policy. After my experience with your unprofessional manager, I can understand why the establishment had two customers at lunch time on Veteran's Day.



No need to reply, maybe someone from your headquarters should plan a surprise visit to observe the customer interaction.

I went to Arby's at 4711 West Broad Street, Columbus Ohio 43228 at 4:30 p.m. on Friday September 15. Imagine my surprise when I was told that they had NO roast beef...... yes you read this right. NO roast beef. Arby's advertising says that they have the meat.... I was stopping to buy four French dip sandwiches for my family's dinner before the football game but again they had NO roast beef!!???? Isn't roast beef meat?

This place needs to be shut down immediately. I ordered a roast beef classic, curly fries and large strawberry lemonade. I got the wrong order completely. The sandwich bread was hard like it set under the warmer all day. My curly fries were cold crinkled fries not completely done in the middle. My drink was the only good thing because I was so thirsty. The way they rushed me through my order annoyed me constantly asking me "Is that all?" And I've been told from someone that works at JiffyLube beside this restaurant they get free food from here everyday. Unacceptable.

I went to one of your locations on Stan Schlueter in Killeen at 10:40 at night. I intended to get something simple and go about my night. The drive-through had no answer even though the time set 11 o'clock at night for closing. That's OK I figured maybe the drive-through was busted or something so I went to the door check the time. Yes they said it closed at 11 so I tried to open the door it was locked. I knocked because I saw an employee in the dining room, and everyone in the store came to the door wouldn't open the door shoot me off, took their hand and waved me to go away, overall they were extremely rude and I would like something done about it. 4010 e Stan schlueter loop Killeen Texas 76544 location

You have a gem of an employee -Mike Shrum at the Arby's location in Trenton,Mi ... been with the firm many years and well known and liked in the Downriver community for giving fantastic customer service. Always enjoyed interaction with him when checking out at the drive thru.

Disappointed however with corporate doing away with the potato cakes- Don't frequent as much as we used to because of that.

The Arby's in Kileen, TX is a joke and they have absolute horrible customer service/ability to run a store. After repeating my order 4 times and finally getting aggravated and being told they wanted me to repeat it again ti make sure it was correct as if the first 4 times they couldn't get it right; I got am attitude and they decided to refuse service. I then called back 3 times to the store and was given a fake corporate number and cussed at when I told them to stop playing games and give me a number that was legit. Perhaps more than just a high school is needed for restaurant employees since taking an order is too hard to comprehend.

I had a coupon that was for buy one get one free. At the bottom of the coupon it clearly states"buy up to 5". I ordered 2 double roast beef sandwiches which I would pay for 2 and get 2 free. The manager refused to give me the second sandwich free. He kept pointing to the buy one get one on the coupon. I told him it says up to 5 on the coupon He read it and 2 more times proceeded to tell me it was for one. I don't think this manager can read! Really. Your managers don't know what coupons are out there??? Very very upset. I have given your restaurants years and years of business. I have never encountered someone like him! I would like another sandwich free!!! According to your coupon I could have gotten 5 double roast beef and 5 free.

So I went to the Hubbard,Ohio location on July 26,2023 at 4:30pm. I had done an online order after I received an email about a special so I figured it's a future order they have plenty of time not to rush me~I ordered at 4:04pm. So at 4:25pm I show up at the drive thru and tell them my name. They seemed so absolutely confused. I have hyphened last name and I asked several times if they wanted my confirmation number & she said no~we believe you. They give me an order with the last part of my name on it & my jamocha shake so I thought all was good. Low & behold I get home & it's not my order. Geez. I called & the boy told me to bring it back with the receipt~I said of course. Completely inconvenient but whatever. The order I got was $6.00,my order was $14.97. Anyway when I did return I looked at the receipt closer.....it was an online order that was for 1:16pm that day. Ummmmm.........mine was for 4:30pm. Strange. So I go to the counter & explain to the boy & showed him my phone with my name,order & confirmation number. He goes to the screen above heat lamps & looking & looking,the manager comes over to him & looking & looking and says "we don't have one" so I say my name AGAIN & she flat out ignores me. Then I said "isn't that my order in the bag right next to you??!!!" And she said oh yeah and pushed it towards the boy then turns back to me & says "well you may as well take the order you brought back because it's no good to me now cause you took it & left". I'm like...........ummmm it's what YOU gave me. I told her & the boy I didn't want it I only wanted my order and I left. I opened the bag in my car & everything was cold but I decided I wasn't going back in after that manager was so incredibly rude to me. I am a very patient & nice person but I could not go back in there after how she treated me because I don't think I would've been nice & my patience was over. So the manager is mad & frustrated with me when SHE is the one who gave me the wrong order. I understand mixups but the order I was given was from 3 hours and fifteen minutes EARLIER!!! Geez.
So my order was to be ready at 4:30 and after all the running back & forth I was finally at home with my food at 4:56pm. Needless to say my food was cold & my shake was melted. So not happy. I did do the survey and asked for a call back about this and have heard nothing yet. This location has definately had its last chance with me. So please take me off of your contact list for advertising. Thank you.
To that manager~~~~~this isn't your profession~you need to work in a factory. No customer service skills at all.

I was very disappointed and disgusted today at your Arby's location on university drive in Denton texas. Today is Sunday July 23 at 1130 am. Your restraint is filthy and full of bugs. I am 51 years old and never experienced a bug crawling up my leg while I ate out. Yes this particular hug was a cricket however we were watching a roach crawl up and down a wall just before this happened. Our food was slightly cold and the cheddar cheese cups we ordered were cold enough that you could see that it comes out in a small round stream. When there is nothing to do that is exactly what your employees are doing. It appears no one has swept the floor in months. The return air vents are completely full of dirt. Several tables were dirty. I overheard a woman who just came out of the bathroom sat it was worse than a truck stop bathroom. I do have some pictures I would love to share with you if you provide me an email address. I used to love arbys however this has completely ruined me. We paid $28 and some change for our meal and threw away the majority of it. If we fall ill I will be sure to reach out again. I hope this is an isolated incident and not the norm for your franchise.

My husband and I went to Jasper al, Arby's on 78 highway to get the free sandwich with coupon. I was getting it for my neighbor who is unable to get out. So, the woman waiting on us, I explained to her, and she was trying to make a sale, in the end of my husband and I decided to go a head buy one get one free. After I paid for it. I realized I forgot to get the free one for my neighbor. You can only use one, what! You didn't tell me that,all well, she said really smart. I couldn't believe it. Finally, I ask for the manger and explained to him that I was cheated, and this was for my neighbor. Finally, told her go ahead let her have it. Now you would think I'd be happy, and was. Until she put the sandwich in the bag. Put it on the counter looked me dead in the eye and said we don't do this , but you can go now, really smart. And walked away. Wow! The customer behind me, how rude of her, told his wife let's go to Chick-fil-A. He said to me in the parking lot bless your heart. I said I will not be back. He said us to

Have gone to two Arbys in the Holland Mi area. Was told pecan chicken salad sandwich was a summer item but not available. It was on the menu board and it is still summer. This is ridiculous .

I just got back from Arby's on Arapahoe Rd and Jordan Rd. I ordered a #2 classic upgraded the sandwich to a Super w/ red ranch lettuce and tomato with crinkle fries and a lemonade. I also ordered a small mozzarella stick. First, I was handed my food and had to go back because the mozzarella sticks were missing. Then I bit in one on my way home and it didn't have any cheese. I bit in all 4 and sadly no cheese. I chalked it up to my bad day, but I just opened my sandwich and the bun is burnt beyond anything I've ever seen. You can actually smell the burnt smell which took over the entire sandwich. Oddly, the fries were ice cold and didn't have any salt. Unfortunately, the only edible item of my dinner was the lemonade. My total bill was $14.67. I have pictures and would be happy to share with corporate or the owner of this location. This is completely inexcusable! I tried calling the store to speak with the manager working tonight and they just pick up the phone without saying a word and hang up which is beyond frustrating!

I went to Arby's tonight, did not receive my receipt but my total was $35.35 and I ordered 1roast beef sandwich, 1 loaded curly fry, 1 chicken bacon Swiss (substitute cheddar instead of swiss), a 5piece chicken tender, 6 piece mozzarella stick, and a large curly fry. This Arby's has always been hit or miss but when the manager is taking my order and serving me food that is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for quality I cannot help but wonder what the hell this company is thinking allowing this kind of service. The thing is I have gotten some nasty unacceptable orders in the past then stopped going for quite some time and then I would go again just on a wimb and all the sudden I'd get a good order. Not only is the food quality terrible but this guy who's a manager is absolutely filthy and radiating stink from across the counter. I'm honestly not sure if he has ever bathed or washed his uniform? Anyway, I am so unhappy about this once again waste of money bc you sold me a fry cup with some breading in it and called it chicken tenders, or the fact that you put some incredibly old dried up hard as a rock so called chicken on a bun and thought drowning it in honey mustard would be sufficient for a CBS, or the loaded curly fry that is supposed to have chicken and a sweet/spicy sauce on it covered in ranch dressing.. now, I understand I came late at night 10:08pm , but if your lazy employees were not willing to serve food that was of quality and meeting the standard you broadcast in your commercials then they should NOT have taken my money yet again and had me come home pissed off and all my kids end up eating cereal. The location I visited was located in Penn hills PA (it's the only one) and the date I was there was Saturday June 10th @ 10:08 ish pm

I would like to make a couple complaints about the Arby's in Flint Michigan on Davison Road I went there last week and they said it would be a half hour before the roast beef was ready never ever have I ever experienced that then I went there tonight 2 June 2023 waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes still didn't get anybody I don't know who the manager but they're not seeing that these workers are doing their job something needs to be done I do know it was a bunch of young gentlemen in there a lot of people left out of the line so you and I both know this isn't good for business please see if you can do something about this Matter.

I am reporting an Arby's at Tuckernuck in Richmond, Va. There is rarely a time I go there where they get my order right. At the Drive-through tonight, they offered me a free drink to go with the chicken dinner and I didn't receive it. When I called about it, the manager said it was something they were just trying out , so they weren't used to it. My response was that that was just an excuse, and if it's offered, I should have recieved it. She then said, so don't call here no more. And hung up on me. That's how you all do business???

Went to a local Arby's and ordered 5 chicken nuggets and a small Diet Coke. It was 8 dollars. I hope you enjoy the profit you made off me. As much as I have always liked Arby's, I will NEVER return. The same kind of overpricing happened at Taco Bell a few years ago, I made the same promise and have kept it. I couldn't help but notice that even at 4:30pm there were few cars in line. Perhaps the word is out. You are shooting yourselves in the foot. Slow food home cooked will really take off with the prices fast food has been demanding. An Arby's 13 miles from me just closed. No surprise there.

Well we unwrapped the sandwich and tried to take a bite and almost broke a tooth. That was the hardest and worst thing ever! It almost seemed like old sandwiches refried! I went to your establishment on Okechobee Blvd in west Palm beach today. Was never so disgusted in my life. The food was horrendous. The curly fries were so overcooked you could hardly bite into them. My friend had the fish sandwich which was not cooked. My sandwich had a peculiar odor. Just awful. I spent 17.00 for this horrible lunch. I think you owe me a refund.

On Sunday February 5, 2023 my husband and I visited your store at Colonie Center, Albany, New York. My husband who is deaf , ordered 9 boneless chicken wings , fries and soda. He is highly allergic to spicy food. They gave him very hot chicken wings. He could not eat them. He asked for a refund meaning mild wings. They said they could not do that. So we just lost our lunch and money. We are seniors on a fix income and was totally disappointed. Plus the person he spoke with had very bad broken English. I am asking you for a refund of some sorts. Thank you.

Ther we're six cars in line in the drive through I spent 49 minutes just to order, and order 2 for 7.00 in which I just wanted classic roast beef sandwiches but was informed I couldn't because it had cheese and mayo on it, and they couldn't make no exceptions because there's no button on the register, to my dismay it cost more for cheese and mayo why couldn't they just simply leave it off and the manager was was so not flexible it really hit me that a regular customer here in the friendly town of Dickson Tn, that a manager couldn't think of how ridiculous that was especially for a disabled person on a tight budget was not only offended but disappointed in the service not the food, I really don't want to waste the three times a week on that kind of encounter NO THANKS

I just want to say you lost A customer. How could you get rid of the chicken cordonblue sandwich. It was the only thing that was only avalabe in your restaurant. I went to Arby's for lunch Friday and my drink was an ice tea. When I ask for sweetener I was told that they don't have sweetener anymore. What restaurant doesn't have sweetener. Today my son went and was told to pull up and when the girl brought his food out she threw it at him and food went all over the floor. His wife called the manager and was told that she didn't have time she had a screen full of orders and hung up on her. Never again will I eat at Arby's

I have not eaten Arby's in about 3 years and after my visit this evening I realized why it has taken me so long... my food was missing from my bag, I was Not given a receipt at the drive-through, so when I called about my food that was missing I was told next time I need to have a receipt, what am I supposed to do crawl through the window and get my own receipt this is ridiculous the worst experience I have ever had at a drive-through restaurant. I don't know what kind of business you guys are running but I'm sure it'll take me three more years to ever go back to your restaurant again

On May 29th an officer with our local police department ordered food in your drive through on Founders ave in Castlerock, Colorado and the boy that waited on him blew snot and saliva on his sliders and pushed his fingers through the sliders ! My last 3 to go orders have all been wrong! Arby's on Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro, Tn needs help! I call to complain and get no apology, no discount offered, just lousy customer service! This place is 25 minutes away from me, I eat there at least once a week but will now eat at the places that I have been passing by to go to Arby's. I'm wasting my money when I pay for food and don't get what I pay extra for, that is like stealing and just not right!

Arby's is a bit pricey, however; the quality and amount of food you receive is well worth the money you spend, in addition they do have a value menu and I have ate off both menus and the food is still great and appealing to the palette. There were many times when I was scrapping by and survived off there deals. Not only is there food delightful to your palette, it is fresh and presented well, and most of their food is healthy, especially their turkey and swiss, I prefer it on their fresh farm bread. And these sandwiches are huge, try sharing one with a friend and you will not walk away hungry. They are one of the top fast food restaurants in my book.

Went to Arby's in Wtakins Glen,NY for a diet root beer on 03/08/2015 @ 5:32pm. I pulled up to the electronic customer service tower,On the first attempt Samantha asked me if i would like to try a promotional sandwich they were offerring for nearly 60 seconds.Then,I politely asked Samantha if they carried the diet root beer flavor at this location ? The was no answer for at least 2 minutes at all.on the second attempt I once again asked if this location had diet root beer flavor soda ? Still another pause for nearly 3 more minutes and then i attempted a 3rd time , asking if they do or do not have the diet root beer flavor ?? Right after my third attempt Samantha ,in a rude tone, Stated "Y E S W E D O !!!" My girlfriend and I thought it was terrible drive thru customer service, so My girfiend said I'll handle it since she was so rude to you, So My girlfriend went inside to see why Samantha was so Rude to us in the drive thru ? Come to find out the manager of this Arby's location in Watkins Glen,NY was indeed "Samantha" herself.So My Girlfriend was asking why she was so delayed and then Rude to us in the drive thru ? Her answer "She stated it was a fact that she did not hear me place my order three consecutive times....
So My girlfiend then stated " So why is it when you did hear My boyfriend ask if you had the diet root beer flavor, you used a very rude tone while it made us feel extremely upset ? Make no mistake the tone Samantha used was indeed "Rude" as she answerred with delay between answered words returned to me exasperating the tone of being rude.
This is certainly no way to treat a paying customer to Arby's at All. I have religiously patronized this location by Arby's in the past. However I am considering switching dining locations because Arby Corporate offices apparently do not care whether I was so poorly treated as a patron customer because they employ such a bad image with regards to customer service in the drive thru location at watkins Glen,NY. I suggest Corporate contact me ASAP before i make my mind up to switch to the alternative dining location to seek a more positive experience. If nothing gets resolved I will not only never return for repeat patronidge , but I will also spread this experience to every single person I come into contact with.

Went thru drive thru in Panama City florida hwy 77 location and asked to place 3 separate orders thru drive thru which normally I would go Inside to do this but because it was POURING rain I went thru drive thru but because I had only 3 separate orders I was told to park an walk in the pouring rain while on my lunch hour as a nurse and come inside because they are not allowed to take more than one order per drive thru car!! Wth I won't be back!!! And I work for a hospital so I get large orders several times a week so thy just lost a LOT of people I work w ovr 100 people.

I went through the drive thru at Arby's on 6-22-14 and ordered a Classic Roast Beef combo with potato cakes. I got my bag, set it on the seat and drove off. I picked up the bag to check inside and the entire bottom of the bag was a one big pile of dripping grease. My new 2014 Honda Accord seat now has a grease spot on it from the bag of foot. No employee should hand a customer a bag that is leaking grease from the potato cakes. I have tried to clean the seat three times now. I won't go back to Arby's for a very long time.

Waited in line, ordered food, paid the $32.50 for 3 sandwich/combos went back to the office and I had 1 sandwich, 2 fries and 3 drinks. The other 2 people got nothing for lunch for their money. I was at the Arby's in lagrange Kentucky and I parked to walk in almost breaking every bone in my body trying to cross the ice in the parking lot. When I told the manager inside she told me while shrugging her shoulders that corporate takes care of that. Then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any heat in this store for a month. I was in Arby's on N Main street Englewood, Oh and I was the only person at the counter. There were 6 employees that I could see and only 2 were doing anything. It took 6 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. One of the employees yelled to the back someone needed to clean the meat cutting machine because they did not want to get in trouble. Not something a customer should hear. I like Arbys sandwiches but I am concerned about the cleanliness. Why have that many people in there and most of them standing around. The girl at the counter had no personality.

Arby's at the Coral Ridge Mall wouldn't even honor the Free Curly Fries on tax day April 15. 2013, the coupon didn't say anything about a purchase, so it should be free, but the Man behind the counter tried to read the print and came up then with some mumbo jumbo that we had to make a purchase to get them.......not what the coupon said.........false advertising...........beware of Arbys!!!!!!!!!

The Arby's Rest. on S.E 29th in Del City Ok. Is a joke, i will not eat there again. They wanted to charge me for a chicken sandwich for a chicken salad. if you order a salad with chicken on it then why would you charge one a chicken sandwich just for the chicken. thats messed up, someone needs to get there priorties straight. i wont eat there again !!!
