No one ever answers the online help center. It states 3 minute wait, and a stayed on for 2 hours without any human answering. The bot is useless, and can't do anything. It says it will get a representative, and then asks what you want again, and drops the conversation. This is the worse experience I ever had with an online shopping experience. Now, because no one would cancel my missing part claim ( had the part made) that I tried to cancel the minute it went through. Because I couldn't get a human for 24 hours later, you are stuck paying postage to and from Florida, for a 120 pound item. I wonder how much money is wasted because you can't hire someone to do customer service.

I ordered a cookware set at Bed Bath & Beyind that I wanted to pick up at my local store. Without any explanation, the order was cancelled, and funds were supposed to be in the My Rewards account within 24 hours. It's been 3 days, and no rewards ever showed up. Manager at the store says there's nothing he can do since transaction was online. BB&B just robbed me of over $330. Calling customer service is not helpful. They tell you to leave a number and someone will call back, but they never do. I've tried 3 times. Beware!

Please, please, PLEASE don't close down your stores.
We LOVE Bed Bath & Beyond.

Can't you file for Chapter 11 for relief and see if the traffic will improve, PLEASE?!?!!!

I cannot speak for anyone else, but I will shop there again much more if given the chance to help you guys remain open.

Everyone is wanting to know when your sales will start, but some of your loyal customers would like to be given another chance to try and help with business.

PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T CLOSE!!!!

As a consumer and having been gifted gift cards , I more than disappointed that there was a deadline to use them ! This is money spent , and until the padlocks are on the store doors , we should be able to use them !! It's the same as money ! You should be providing refunds for the list gift card money , if we can't use them !!

Very disappointed with customer service. Ordered item in store and needed to make a return. Items were returned FedEx but the refund was not issued in the original form of payment due to the store closing. I was told I need to go online and accept a credit that could only be used at their stores. I don't shop on line and will not be driving an hour away just to use store credit. Having problems getting them to reverse the refund and place on my Bed Bath and Beyond credit card. As it appears I still need to pay my credit card bill for items that were returned

Very Poor Customer Service. Ive Been Trying To Order Bedding For A Few Days. Your Site Wont Accept My Email Address. Says Its Invalid. It Is Not!!! Cannot Reach Anyone. Ridiculous Machine Asks Questions But Doesnt Have Capabilities To Correctly Respond Or Understand. Looks Like A Lot Of Complaints With Only 5 Resolved. What Does That Tell Your Upper Management? Shameful.

I am VERY disappointed that this corporation has decided to no longer carry my pillow. It appears bed and bath has bowed to political pressure. Freedom of speech or more so, the silencing of those who you disagree with has gone way to far.

Shame on you for canceling My Pillow because Mike Lindel has conservative views and supported Trump. Your decision shows you are a coward and are afraid of the cancel culture movement. I can only assume that you already know what a treasure you have in sales associate Frank at the Manhasset store on Northern Boulevard. But that can't keep me from adding my name to the list of customers who are so extremely grateful to have this knowledgeable man's advice and attention while in the store. He recently helped me with a purchase that took some investigating, and I left feeling delighted. He went out of his way on my behalf, and that is rare and wonderful thing. He is sincere in his efforts to ensure that the customer has a satisfying experience. And he seems to sincerely value his job. Frank is a breath of fresh air when shopping experiences these days leave so much to be desired. Please let this employee know how important he is to BB&B. Pat him on the back! Promote him! Give him a raise! Really!

I want to compliment two employees at the store on Ulmerton Rd. in Largo, Florida.
I was shopping for a bed topper--knew very little about them--
Kaylea was helping me and was able to give me some basic information. When I asked questions she couldn't answer, she
called for help and Mike came to the rescue. He answered my questions most satisfactorily and I then purchased the product of my choice. I am most impressed by the courtesy, professionalism and service these two people afforded me.

The manager "Mike" at the Livonia store is awsome. my wife purchased a coffee maker that did not work. We were prepared to buy another one, as we did not have the receipt.Mike came over and asked if he could help. He listened to us and said "No problem, let me check your account. He checked and came back stating Go get the other coffee maker and I will swap it out. This made our day. We are now older and are grateful for managers like Mike. We went on to purchase other items and began to leave. Mike stated "see you soon". We have and will continue to shop at the Hggerty store. It is nice to have managers that believe their customers. God bless you "Mike".

I would like to acknowledge a young man working in the High Tech Rd. Store in Richmond Hill. He went beyond the regular service and I would like to complement his help and wonderful service.
All I know from his name tag that he is called John and (he is
Korean) If there were more helpful people like him working for you your stores would be an amazing success.

Your store in chesterfield mi sucks. The managers there need a lesson in customer service. I had a problem with the bridal registery. I was charged twice for a wine cooler and was without my money for an entire week. The management did nothing to compensate. I will never use your bridal services again and am telling everyone I know about my experience with your company!! Thank-you for nothing but a headache!
