This is a complete and utter disappointment and disrespect the minorities are not getting treated like everyone else I've noticed a Caucasian female managing and treating the younger minorities with straight disrespect and when my son came through she was so disrespectful about his order the disrespect is amusing especially one is to a minority I will be making a newsletter report about this y'all have a blessed day and I think the manager's name was Rebecca she didn't want to tell me her name

1/28/24. 11:47 am. Used the Bo Jangles app. Glitch in my credit card entry on the app form. I Ordered 2 items with a total $14.56. While waiting in the pickup spot, I discovered by my credit card that I had 3 duplicate charges of $14.56. I brought it to attention of young lady who delivered to our window. She just said she didn't
Know about it. I asked her if she could help me. She just said no.
I guess on Monday I will have to call the manager.

Visited the Bojangles in Asheboro NC and pulled in to the parking lot at 8:45 pm to order two supreme meals for me and my son after a ballgame. The lady at the window said they only had 4 supremes left and because it was almost 9:00 pm they could not cook anymore because they were cleaning everything up to close down. Two weeks later I send my two older kids to the Bojangles in Lexington Nc to order food to bring back home. They pull through the drive thru at 7:10 and with no one else online or in the restaurant they have tomiukknover to the side and wait 20 minutes before they. A get food brought out to them. Used to love this place but the service is absolutely terrible now. These are not the only two places we have visited that we have had problems with service or either getting orders wrong.

We did a mobile order and waited over an hour. The employees were in the parking lot smoking and goofing off. They did not wash their hands upon returning to work. They also had nasty attitudes towards my daughters that went in to get our food. Every time we go there it's the same thing...attitudes and just lazy folks! We will not be going back there. At least wash your hands after you're done smoking for gods sake!

WE visit the Bojangles on exit 113 Valdese, NC every Wednesday night. We've received the wrong order on several occasions but have just let it go. Last week we received the wrong order again. We went through the drive thru so we just didn't turn around.Last night we went through the drive thru and ordered the same thing as last week. I let them know that the order was wrong last week so it would be right this time. The manager got on the mic and was very rude by telling me when I order the supreme meal and then order a 3 piece meal dinner that I need to specify chicken on the bone. I thanked her and drove on through. As we were pulling off my husband opened his box. It was wrong again. I went back and drove through the drive through. I was handed the staff at the window the box and let her know the order was wrong. My husband got very upset. The manager came to the window and was very rude again. I tried handing her the box and she turned and walked away. WE drive a large truck and I counld'nt reach the counter so I leaned as far as i could out the window and had to toss the box onto the counter. The manager turned around and smarted off that I was very disrespectful. She brought the meal back and it was wrong again. My husband was very upset and told her to just forget it and we would never be back. The other staff was very nice but the manager had a bad attitude and you could see it upset her staff as well as my husband. He has health issues along with being stages of Alzheimers. She really messed him up and then I had to deal with him. I never complain about food or the service of food. I'm grateful for people who actually work these days. But, this was a very bad experience for all who were there. He called the corporate office as well as the store. He asked for the manager not knowing she was the one that was so rude. She yelled at him on the phone and accused me of throwing the box at her. Not true. I've never dealt with a staff member especially a manager that was so rude and hateful.

Bojangles doesn't treat their employees right!! When you're 17 trying to get your diploma online while working for Bojangles and have a diagnosis of anxiety and depression but trying to work but the manager of the Bojangles makes a smart remark about all kids have problems and said nothing can be done until AFTER the 17 of December you have to wonder if this is ALL Bojangles or just the one I'm talking about!! Maybe you need to speak with your managers about how they treat people because I know she can't keep anyone working at her store and I can understand why!! I will not tell you what store I'm talking about because I don't want any retaliation on the person being abused by the manger!! Bojangles check your managers and make sure they treat their employees right and fair!!!

At the Morganton store #000866 on Burkemont Ave, Gabby the store manager did not take my order correctly and then after I paid I told her that I ordered water and she said you didn't pay for it. I told her again that I ordered bottle water and she refused and said you need to come back to the register and pay for water and I told her what about that you charged me full amount for the meal and she said not my problem and started screaming at me and I am Deaf and could hear her still screaming at me after I told her I want her supervisor number and she copped an attitude and called someone and no one answered and she started telling the other employee that she wasn't giving out her bosses number and started screaming at me and I told her she being rude and I was walking out and she continued screaming at me remind you I am deaf and I could hear her going out the door.
I wanted her to correct my order and not charge me for a full price meal and plus a bottle of water, typical I pay 8 dollars and some change but the way Gabby was doing it it would have been over 10 dollars for a pork chop biscuit combo with water.
No wonder no one wants to come here. Even the bathroom was dirty and I cleaned it up and picked it up. It's was and only 7:50am and it should have been a clean bathroom
No one should be treated so poorly and over charged and unprofessional!

The Burkemont Ave., Bojangles in Morganton, North Carolina, had one of the rudest and unprofessional managers known to man. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but she lied about the other manager that I asked to speak to. Answered the drive-through by saying what do you want and being very smart mouth then when I called told me she wasn't giving me her damn name and had another employee pretend to be the manager.

The Bojangles on Hwy 72 in Athens Alabama served the best chicken I've ever had. Perfectly spiced and cooked. The staff was super kind and the restaurant was very clean. I wish the bojangles in our hometown was that good. Those people deserve cudos for a job well done.

Ugh! I'm so frustrated! When because of my order being wrong, I try to stay at the window to check it before I drive off, I'm told to move along because the attendant said you got what you ordered! Well, once again, I didn't! Got home and it was NOT what I wanted or what I could eat! Once, I didn't receive my Bo Rounds, and that's ok, mistakes are made but when I said to the attendant (when I stayed at the window when they told me to drive on), I didn't get my Bo Rounds, she brought me a single Bo Round in the container and said, "here satisfied?". With for the most part you offer a good product, why can't you employ respectable people???? Ugh!!!!! Don't get me wrong, I always give praise for good service, even average service.

Bojangles in Maryland on Branch Ave in Iverson Mall is past terrible. I love the chicken but can never get chicken or any other food items from this Bojangles. This has been going on for weeks. Only 1 person working and he does the best he can do by himself. I've encountered him about 3 times. Very courteous and nice young man. I usually order online because I can't walk well. Last order was from Oxon Hill Md. I was brought the wrong order and chicken was terribly burnt,inside chicken, somyof the meat was black like it was old chicken,French fries burnt,biscuit hard and rice old and food was cold. The online ordering request menu is all not working tight..When I checked out what I requested did not come up. The computer ordering service is not working properly. The managers of both those locations should have worked with the 1 employee they had. Bojangles at 3727 Branch Ave , Hillcrest Heights, Maryland and 6135 Oxon Hill Td Oxon Hill Md. I was soso hungry and I did manage to fix me a sandwich with some bacon I only had in the refrigerator.So disappointed. No one was home with me. I live alone,77yrs old and I always order groceries and I order myself dinner a lot. Never had this problem..Bojangles was very disappointing.

There was a incident when I was purchasing my food at 12 :25 pm. Sunday august 13 where the big boss was having confrontation yelling at her manager in front of us guests and the employees . I thought this was very unprofessional and that as management they would have discovered matters in private that doesn't make customers want to come back for service this took place in the graham bojangles

I worked at Bojangles in Sylva NC for about 2 weeks before I started getting bullied by my other coworkers. I am extremely disappointed on how unprofessional everything was. Theodora the shift manager threatened to punch me in the face if I flirted with her boyfriend which was our coworker when she had just introduced me to him so he could train me on grill. She would yell at elderly people or regulars in the drive thru for taking longer because she wanted her times on the screen lower. My last day working there she started calling me a liar to other people when I explained to them that she threatened to punch me in the face after we had resolved it on the phone. There was so much drama there it wasn't even funny and I had only worked there for 2 weeks. She would put down her coworkers infront of the customers just because there was a miscommunication. There was no teamwork there at all between everyone. There was drama & rivalry between shift managers because only 1 person could become assistant. Most of the shift managers was the problem because of the passive aggressiveness. Theodora is 21 years old and I am 17. I was just learning everything & she was incredibly rude to everyone when she felt like it even to our general manager. I had came by bojangles today to collect my last paycheck & Theodora started saying stuff to another coworker infront of the customers as soon as I walked in. As soon as Hailey one of my coworkers had told me when it was & I walked outside Theodora swung the door back open to tell me it was the next day & it was weird how they acted so I called up there when I got home to try to get confirmation on everything from another manager & the girl who picked up the phone treated me like I was stupid & made smart comments & then hung up. I lost my cool the second time around when I called because no person should be treated like that reguardless of who they are and I was officially a customer & they were still hateful. I have never felt so bad about myself when I came home from work because of how stupid they made me feel. This used to be my favorite restraunt growing up with my dad & we would have good memories and now I never want to buy another thing there again. There is no excuse for this. I didn't go to work the next day, and no I did not call in. I spoke with the corporate guy the last day & he said he would resolve it, clearly when I went in for my last check nothing changed. I do not feel bad for not calling in or not going back to work. I will not be bullied when I walk into my shift & be in tears when I come home. I also have a couple mental health disorders. The way they represented themselves and this company is embarrassing.

Always have loved Bojangles, however recent visits to the Lenoir N.C. Restaurant has declined tremendously. Food cold, Workers can't follow basic requests. Slow service. This location has lost my business!

Close the La Vergne, Tn. Bojangles! Been there maybe 8 times all 8 of those times something was missing order was just forgot about. Never have French fries never have cups etc I mean the list goes on and on. Rude staff as well. Not much more to say about this location and how it's ran besides piss poor!

5867 Normal, IL. After waiting about 10 minutes. Everyone was asking the poor girl to repeat herself, A/C was loud, calling out the names to pick up their food. I received no napkins or spoon. I had the 5 chicken tenders. It was enough batter to choke a horse and while removing the batter and taking a bite I thought I ordered catfish. It had a catfish taste. Just wow, shut this place down and retrain. I could not eat more than 3 tenders. Cole slaw was good. If I was Tom, I'd be pissed.

I got sent home today because of labor and while that shouldn't be a problem I feel like I'm being targeted.im the only person that is being sent home because I seen the paper on the desk that say I'm the only one being sent home for labor and the management lied and said there was 3 other people. I don't think I can share pictures because I would if I could I have a picture of the daily schedule where it shows I'm the only person with labor written beside their name .I would like to be transferred to a different Bojangles or if possible get certain manager fired ..Shay have been clocking her husband in and out when he's not there which should be enough to get her fired but I don't know the full rules on that. And I don't know if I clarified that Mathew was sexually harassing a minor.and I think they sent him to another Bojangles to cover it up.

I visited your store #009, in Rome Georgia, on 6/07/23. I ordered 3 Chicken breast. I live 45 minutes away, so round trip, I have to drive 1 hour and a half. Once I got home I realized that I had 1 breast and two thighs.I stared calling the store, when I got home and called through Saturday. No one answered the phone, so I went Rome and left my receipt at home so I explained everything to your Manager(Crystal)on Saturday 06/10/2023 and she explained to me that I had to go back home and get my receipt.So I am having to drive 4 and one half hours Total,just to get what I ordered, the first time. It is costing me, the price of the chick,my time and my Gas, just because someone does not know the difference between a breast and a thigh and a Manager that just did not care.(Check#30580) Please help me correct this situation.I still did not get my 3 breast.

Complaint: Bojangles at 600 Grover St. in Shelby North Carolina swear that they are always out of food. I have visited this several times around 8:30 PM, that's 30 minutes before closing and they never have bo berry biscuit or fries. I ask every time are you out or do you not have time to put any in the oven/fryer etc., and it's always they are out. If they are in fact out more food need to be in stock for regular customers like myself or professional classes explaining the importance of integrity while serving customers (if lying about food supply). I live in Morganton North Carolina and can say that the use of your mobile app is the most incompetent process. My son loves your food so I treat him to it and every time I try to place a mobile order it doesn't work properly.
There's a reason that Chick-fil-A has people lined up around the building. Their mobile order is flawless and the order is never wrong. Your company needs to take notes of how people do it, right!

I was at bojangles doing curbside pickup. First of all, I waited awhile for them to bring out my order and they never did, so I went in there to get my order. It was ready sitting there and no one was even going to bring it out. I ordered fries with my order and they were stale and overcooked. Fries gets stale when they sit there for a long time. Not happy with the service and my food. I might as well add to this about my other experience I had last week when I ordered a ham biscuit and it was not cooked. It turned my stomach from the smell of it and I threw it away. I don't understand why your employee's cannot get anything right. It didn't use to be like this. I'm not happening at all with bojangles.

My family went to the Bojangles located 1015 W. Mercury Blvd in Hampton, Va from the very moment the husband and son stepped into the building was terrible. No one came to the counter after being there for about 10 minutes. The manager was fussing about someone not showing up for work and closing up just a little after 2 pm in the afternoon. When the order was finally placed, the manager was upset because they didn't have enough of what was ordered which was two sandwich combo's. I will never ever step foot in this place again. Poor customer service. And not to mention the person that was taking drive through orders was setting on top of the counter were the food was supposed to be.

I called back to the store and spoke to the manager that claim to be one name Felicia I explain that my food was cold, the comment she said ok after I have paid 30 some dollars that's all for my food all I asked is let my food be hot. Called in my order lastnight, went to pickup and had to sit in the parking lot and wait 30 minutes to be gave the WRONG food( didn't notice until got back home order was wrong) so called then up and told them the oder was wrong..the "manager Brittany Swick" proceeded to tell us it was "OUR" FAULT it was wrong..she then went on to tell us she couldn't fix our order until she called the "BIG BOSS" in to fix it..we told her that wasn't true at all and we wanted the food we ordered..she then calls my husband a smart-ass on the phone and tells him it was his dumbass fault the order was wrong! Now I don't currently work in a restaurant but I do know that that's not the way ur supposed to talk to a customer! I think this "Brittany Swick" lady is in the wrong line of business..! Definitely need to get some new managers at the bojangles in Denton Nc! They are very unprofessional and not customer service friendly at all!

Bojangles 1014 is terrible! I ordered on the app which said i could pick up at drive thru. Got to window and they said i had to come in lobby. Told girl i was handicapped and easier for ne yo use drive thru. They ended up giving me my food because i would not move. Something about backing up drive thru with mobile orders but nobody but me at drive thru. Then my otder was wrong

Check on your Bojangles on Northwest Blvd in Winston Salem, NC store number 552. The GM hires drug addicts and lets them smoke by the front doors on the property. When inside, it's EXTREMELY dirty and employees are cussing every day and don't care about anything. Cores lets her employees run over her and they're nothing but lazy and don't do anything but sit on their phones and show customers disrespect. Cora doesn't respect other people and their lives. She just expect people to work at Bojangles' 24/7 and live off that like that's gonna help anything. At our last team meeting, all she complained about was her NOT getting her bonus. She's got a shift manager that does Ecstasy and one that does crack and take naps IN THE LOBBY with uniform on and everything but blames her shift managers for everything, even when she sees her team members doing wrong. She shows a lot of favoritism and that store is absolutely disgusting behind the counter.

I have done business with many of the food business's in Matthews NC, most I have been pleased with. Your Bojangles location, is a great disappointment. There's a real need for an attitude and service adjustment to most of the staff, as well as the quality of the food. I used to look forward to stopping of a morning for breakfast, but after the overall lack of friendliness and low quality of the food, I'm to the point of complaining and making my feelings known to your. I've been a customer of the store since it opened and have watched a gradual decline, to the point where it is now, where the quality of the food, the service, and general attitude of the employees is deplorable. I took pictures of my biscuit sandwiches this morning. The biscuits were falling apart, the toppings were falling out.
This is unacceptable.

I Visited the store on highway 66 Kernersville recently there's always a Manager hollering at the employees and seemed really upset about being short staffed. We waited 30 minutes to get our order of bone in chicken.Wont be going back very unprofessional and total choas.

We were in Dothan, Alabama and the staff was nice but the food was awful. The chicken was so rough we could not eat it and the chicken burgers had nothing on them. No lettuce, no pickles, nothing! It was awful. My stomach is now hurting now

I wanted to let the corporate office know you have a superstar team on your hands at your location in the Charlotte, NC Airport (CLT). After a long flight a kind person with a smile serving you a delicious meal is welcome. Great food served fresh and fast. What more can a traveler ask? My husband and I stopped at the Bojangles on Hugh street in North Augusta approximately a month ago after a long day at the hospital. We were treated so well, we were told the chicken was in the process of being cooked and we could wait if we liked, which we did! So glad we did...not only was the food wonderful but the staff were so nice.
This facility is so clean we decided this would be our new BO,s! We have one nearer to us but there is no comparison! Tonight we went back for fish sandwiches and we were not disappointed! Janice, the MGR and the entire staff were a delight. So nice to feel welcomed at a fast food restaurant. These employees deserve a great big ATTABOY!

My name is Julia and I have a complaint. On today 2/23/2023 I stopped at Bojangles on Hwy 85 in Riverdale Georgia as I do almost every morning. In which I mostly use my bank card. But today I used cash . I had one 20.00 bill that I had got a couple days before today. I ordered a small grits and a sausage patty. My total was $4.68 approximately. I gave the young man at the window my $20.00 dollars the only cash I had. He gave me a $5.00 dollar back and some change. I drove off from the window but was still in the parking lot. So I drove back around but of course the line is horrible long. I pulled up beside the card at the window and rolled down my window and when the car that was at the window drove off I said "excuse me but you didn't give me the correct change". So the guy at the window said you gave me a $10.00 and I said no sir it was a $20.00 because I hardly ever carry cask and I just got this $20 and he started to argue with me in front of other customers that was at the window. I stated to him that I absolutely know I gave you a $20 because I don't ever have cash. He then said in an argumentative, rude, unprofessional, telling demeanor, "I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU GOT! Then I asked for him to get the manger at that point a young girl came to the window and I asked her for a manager . She then had to pull the guy back because he was then in a fighting mode from the window and shut it. So I stated as they are doing this that I'm about to call the police and the guy stated " GO AHEAD I DO NOT CARE, CALL THEM!" So I pulled into a parking spot near the curbside sign called the police and waited for them to come. It didn't take the police long to get there and he came over to take my statement(Officer Plummer from the Clayton County Police Department). As I'm giving my statement the manager NOT one time tried to talk to me even when I asked for one. Nor did the manger try to stop this employee or intervene in any way from being unprofessional to me and yelling in front and other customers. Any professional manger with a professional mind set would have came to the window ask me kindly what is the issue m, pull the drawer and count it down. Then it would have proved an overage in his drawer but instead they took the unprofessional way. So as I'm telling the police officer my statement they sent out a young man with a $10.00 dollar bill and gave it to the officer to give to.ne. I asked, what is this? He stated, "they told me to give this to you so you can leave". I looked at the officer and said to him, "wow!" No apology, no manager , no anything. I will never stop at this restaurant again and will post my experience on social media so that none of my friends and friends if my friends will not stop there and get treated like this. I was late for work dealing with this type of experience. I'm still frustrated at the treatment I received and the lack of concern for my money and respect as a customer that has served this restaurant for a long time.

I recently moved to Winston Salem, NC. A few weeks ago we tried to get Bojangles. The first place was only taking cash. The second one had a 20 minute wait. At the third one all the workers disappeared when I drove up. We swore off Bojangles for a while but today the kids wanted to try again. We went to the restaurant nearest us (the one that was only taking cash last time). I ordered the 8 pc family box and I was told they didn't have enough chicken. So, I requested two supremes combos and I was told they didn't have supremes. This is your restaurant with the highest online rating in Winston Salem. We drove to Kernersville in order to get our meal. It makes me wonder if the same district manager is over all these restaurants because even the one we got food from had a 90 sanitation rating. Please fix these issues.

Well we will not be back to bojangles restaurant anywhere no because of what happen to us but because of how corporate has handled this.
On 1/19/23 at 5:30 we stopped at Lawrenceville GA on perch tree rd. My husband walked to the door it was locked. The black lady told us it was closed. But a few feet behind him was a black couple that was let in. He came back to the car and was going to pull away. I said no let's see if they get food. Yep they came out with food. But here's the kicker. Another white man wanted in as they (the black couple) was coming out. Nope he didn't get in. I'm going to assume that if you are the wrong color your not not allowed in your stores. Now with that being said NO ONE FROM CORPORATE HAS REACH OUT. After leaving many messages and talking to a young lady that answered the phone at your corporate office. We will not be back and will let our friends and family make up their minds on how they deal this.

1/19/2023 my husband and I went to the Lawrenceville Ga store. We went to the door and was wasn't let in. But the black couple behind him was told to come in. We waited to see if they came out with food. They did about 15 mins later. But as they went out another white older man was told he couldn't come in. So as you see I've wrote on everything I can to have corporate to get a hold of us nope so what do I do without going to the news. Trying to get corporate to get a hold of us

Recently visited location in Saluda SC. 7:05am, there were five or six cars parked at the front door. The door was locked. Knocked on door to get let in. There were no other customers in the restaurant so obviously the cars belonged to employees. It took forever to get my food.
Complaint #1: store suppose to open at 6:00am, door still locked at 7:05
Complaint #2: employees should not park at front door
Complaint #3: length of time to get food when I was the only customer

This happens every time we visit this location. Very poor and slow service.

My comment is not one that needs to be put on social media. But I've wrote called and no one what's to listen or care. So just know that we will never go back to a bojangles. I'm sorry to share with you but the problem persists at your peters creek location in Winston Salem NC. The facility has a problem with addicts soliciting your patrons in the restaurant. The last three times I have patronized your Restuarant I have been confronted with this uncomfortable situation. I am able to rectify the problem for myself by not returning. Your faculty is allowing a problem to escalate. I'm sure others will elect to stay away as well. This is a shame because before COVID I would bet I spend somewhere between two hundred and three hundred dollars a month between your two franchises on Peters creek.

I often go to the Hartwell Georgia Bojangles and they have a bunch of bad people working there. Every time I go the prices change, this morning I went and ordered three Cajun filet biscuits. The man says back to me from the intercom. It's gonna cost you telling me the price was going to be $18.22 for 3 biscuits I left and I will not be going back to that location anymore. There has also been mornings when the actual cook has come out of the store and come to our windows to telling customers that they're out of food because they do not feel like working. I have also had them make me pay part cash for my order and I believe they are stealing that money.

I always come to the bojangles on North church st in Burlington NC. Everytime I come here I have to pull up don't tell you why. One time they completely forgot to bring my order. The people that work in there are rude. Don't hardly speak, always laughing and talking bout something that has nothing to do with it. This is a horrible location and I wish somebody would help. I visited the Bojangles in Piedmont, SC Hwy. 86 to pick up through drive through and did a special order of only 8 thighs with biscuits and was told to pull up that it would take 15 minutes. I waited 25 and went inside to check order and they were quite rude. They stated it took longer and so I continued to wait. There was not one employee that had on gloves and counter at front was nasty! They also had an employee shout out specifically for me saying the the 25 minute order was ready! Was going to ask for a manager but from looks of it there was not a single person there that I wanted to talk to. I will not visit this one again or maybe not one at all! What a mess!

The restaurant on Brown's Bridge Road in Cumming, Ga. Is a sad representation of your business at hand. I've not been able to get not 1 no berry and certainly not any of the new sprinkled one's in over 2 months. They are ALWAYS out of them. I've been first thing in the a.m. as well as throughout the day and evening; still they always say they are out of them!!! I have now exhausted my efforts to my once most favorite place to eat and decided that I cannot get looking forward to a main product that is never in stock. What's really going on here?? Went to the Bojangles' located in powersville South Carolina right off of 85 south Interstate this Bojangles was horrible the service was crazy the employees were rude they used such profanity that my wife and I had to leave the restaurant they were sitting on the counters with their pants sagging throwing biscuits and just had a horrible experience at this Bojangles please contact your manager at this location and fire them all I will never ever spend my money at Bojangles again

There are too many ghetto acting black young ladies working there that don't want a job, they want a sociable environment. They are rude beyond anything I've ever seen. My son and I love Bojangles. We go there for the chicken tenders, Bo sauce and fries. But the last time we went they said they no longer carry Bo sauce. How does Bojangles not have Bo sauce!??
Whoever made that decision made a bad one. Because that is one of the main reason we ate there.

I went to get some food at Bojangles off of 160 in Fort Mill South Carolina. I got a two piece chicken dinner. The total was $11.97 I get to the window and the guy drops to change on the ground. They refused to give me the food because he drop the exact change on the ground outside so I told him I will pull my jeep up and get the money off the ground. I am trying to find a franchise owner for the Bojangles on Walton Way, in Augusta Georgia . the place is run so poorly the floors are disgusting not sure why people have not fallen and sued the floors are so greasy, today the man at the drive through did not even speak to me !! His pants were down by his knees and he had on tight bright red underwear!! The chicken and the bow rounds are thrown back into the grease to heat them up as the customers complain about cold food and the bags are so greasy dripping on you when it's handed to you, when you take the food back and ask them to redo it you get the same nasty stuff ! And you better watch your food I have seen them pick it up off the floor and put it in a bag !! it is blowing my mind the manager doesn't seem to care the one on the shift today . I asked for the franchise owners name and contact information she said they're not allowed to give that out, of course she did! Every single day I have to walk back in there with my cold greasy food and ask if I could please get some hot food and all I want is hot borounds , today it was 30 minutes in the drive-through I got pulled up and parked I had to go in 15 minutes later because there was no food still that's when they gave me the greasy bag I handed it back to them and ask them if they would eat this, they argued with me and told me they were fresh ones ?but then said they would drop some more fresh ones and I got the same reheated greasy Bo-rounds back!! This isn't a one time thing every once in a while there's a manager in there that actually cares but the last 6 to 8 months it has been horrible more than usual, why do I keep going because it's the only place around here besides McDonald's! They're making McDonald's look good right now, this is the medical district of downtown Augusta GA the owner of that franchise should be making millions if the food was decent they would be so busy but the food is horrible! Everybody at the hospital refuses to go there I even tried talking to the manager one time and told her look if you could get some decent food we would order from you at the VA hospital and the other 3 hospitals that are right across the street from them ! I understand supply chain shortages and allow for circumstances that are beyond control, however, the fact that one of the main staples of a Bojangles franchise is chicken it would stand to reason that you should stock chicken so that you have something to sell. Most supply chain problems have been ironed out at this point if you are not talking about silicon chip-based products.

However, tonight makes the 2nd time I have been through the drive-through at the Main Street location in High Point and was told no chicken was available. The first time was in early September and I was told there was no chicken, none - nothing to sell. The 2nd time was this evening when I was attempting to order a 12-piece family meal deal. They took the order at the drive-thru but when I pulled up to the window I was told that they had no legs. OK, odd.. but OK. I asked if I could get a couple of breasts instead of legs and was then told that there were no breasts either. At that point, I just drive away and will not be going back to that location.

If I were in charge of such things I would be seriously concerned that there are at least 2 nights in as many months when the store is open and paying for a full staff yet selling nothing. Employee shortage did not appear to be the problem either evening as the kitchen had at least 6-8 people on staff. They simply had no product to sell. Not the way a business you know... stays in business.

Also, I happened to notice that the Chik-fil-a right across the street was packed with a double line going through their drive-thru and wrapped all the way around the building. So, apparently, this chicken shortage is EXTREMELY localized. Like within 20 yards of your store. Just to make sure that they did indeed have chicken I went there to eat. Success.

I know times are tough with employees. And I appreciate those that are loyal and hard working. I recently visited your restaurant on Hwy 160 in Fort MillSC near Tega Cay. You had two employees working, which were doing the best they could do. However the store had employees who did not show up and one boy just walked out when his friends showed up inside, he greeted them with his pants around his thighs, I guess WIATTSay. Don't hire the bottom of the barrel.

I had the occasion to visit the bojangles drive through #1198 located on upward rd Off of I-26.


I wanted you to know what a very pleasant experience it was for me .

The young man " Marcus " working the drive thru was awesome ! polite . professional . customer friendly .

My order was correct !

My food was fresh !

And he added the salt that I had requested !!

I came back around and thanked him for being an amazing employee and told him I would be writing to management about the great job he did. Marcus said he normally works at store # 1300 but they had needed help at this location today.

Wish everyone had employees that were this positive and friendly.

Keep up the the great work Marcus and Bojangles !!

I visited the bojangles on pineville matthews rd in pineville nc 9/3/22 ive always been a Bojangles customer my concern is when I ordered 2 large extra fixings with my 12 pieces of chicken meal they only filled the cup half way. Went to BOJANGLES this evening and ordered two two piece dinners-one for me one for a friend. I was never so embarrassed when he started "trying" to eat his dinner! The chicken was very dry and had no taste! He was able to eat the Mac and cheese and said it was delicious. The biscuits were so dry neither of us could eat them! My fries were cold and tuff! The person who took my order at the drive thru seemed in a big hurry and I asked her if she was being rushed-she replied no. Then as soon as she took my order she joined three other employees in conversation and laughter. Another girl gave me my drinks and another boxed my order. It sat there while the girl who gave me my drinks joined in the horseplay. Hen she finally turned around and got my order she slightly laughed and said sorry for your wait! There were three to four cars behind me waiting in line. My order was almost $20.00 and it went in the trash! If this were my business I would want to know this and that's why I text you. Thank you!

She repeated what she had said. I told her the card was $3.99.
She said that was OFF the $9.00.
Nothing on the card said $3.99 OFF, just a big $3.99.

I recently went to the bojangles store on ringgold rd in east ridge, TN 37412 on Saturday the 20th of August. I pulled in at 8:15pm and then ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain,a southern chicken biscuit with a picnic fries and a large dirty rice plus a small drink. I was told that they only have spicy chicken and that they could use 2 chicken tenders for the biscuit instead. I didn't want to argue so I agreed to allow them to substitute the tenders on the biscuit. After I paid I was informed that they would have to cook the grilled chicken and wouldn't mind pulling up to wait for ten mins. I did but it wasn't ten minutes before I saw someone come out with some of my food. It was 35mins. I realized that the fries were missing and the gentleman said that he would return with them. Another 10mins went by before my fries came out in a large size,not picnic size but by this point I really just wanted to leave! I got home and the plain grilled chicken sandwich wasn't plain and both buns were completely soggy,the fries were covered in salt and unedible along with the large dirty rice, it was soupy and tasted like dish water. So pretty much the entire meal was ruined and I waited 45mins to receive it! This is unacceptable! I have never complained before to any headquarter but this experience makes me so angry I can't not say anything! And where's someone to talk to about this? Not speaking to anyone makes me feel like I'm just writing this for no reason and nothing will happen! I'd appreciate a call if it's not too much trouble. Are you filing for bankruptcy? If so, it's your own fault. Many of your locations are getting worse by the day. So sad. You used to be so good.
Prices are higher. Portions are smaller. Management is lacking. Forget customer service.
And in so many cases, you STILL don't have dining rooms open. Doors are locked with no sign in the window notifying patrons that the dining room is closed.

Had a bad experience at your location in walkertown North Carolina Bojangles. Customer service was horrible. Ask the girl at the drive-thru cuz she wipe our cups off because they were loaded and filled with drink on the outside and talk she said oh really. We asked her to wipe it off again she said you I could have given you a napkin you could have wiped it off off yourself. Food was not ready chicken tenders were burnt and then they asked us to pull up to the door when no one was even behind us in the Drive-Thru. Went to BoJangles in Newport, SC. Placed the order at the drive through. Arrived at the pickup window and the order was not complete, the BoRounds were not there, I asked for the BoRounds that I ordered and paid for and the employee was not kind and brought a sleeve with 1 BoRound in it. Finally the manager brought the BoRounds, which I was scared to eat at that point.

On Monday August first, approximately 10:00 AM,my wife and I walked into Bojangles, 4544 Washington Road, Evans, Ga. and I ordered her a Cajun Filet Biscuit, and since the fried chicken they brought out smelled so good, I ordered a two piece dark combo for myself. We were heading home from there, which was 15 minutes away, and I told my wife, I was feeling queasy. I parked the car and jumped out to run into our hall bathroom just in time to lose everything I had just eaten. We eat there often, but this is the first time I've been sick after eating there. I don't know if it was undercooked or what. Poultry is something that if not handled properly can cause harm to the public. Just an fyi: I think I'll stick to Cajun fillet biscuits from now on.

I was a customer today at store # 645
1050 Largo Center Drive At 1145
I ordered a 8piece picnic pack that has the half gallon ice tea. I asked for only dark meat they put mixed. I ask them to redo the order. The young lady at the drive thru caught a attitude ...no problem
But 20 min later as I went to pour tea to give to daughter I noticed that the viscosity of the tea was abnormally thick
So I tasted it to my disbelief it was dish washing liquid. I attempted to call but no answer. So I turned around and drove back from Downtown DC back to the store. Upon arrival I asked to speak to the manager (Joe) I explained to him that there is dish liquid in the tea. One if the employees jumped in(young light skin female) and said they were drinking off the tea. I said ok then drink this which I pour my tea into a cup but neither your manager nor the employee drank it. This is unaceptabke as a safety and health issue I did call PGPD they came out and filed a report and I will be following up with the health department your Manager tried say its sugar but it tastes like soap I left him a sample. I will also be contacting my lawyer as well.

Your Bojangles store located on Annapolis Road in New Carrolton has to be the worst, most poorly run store I have ever witnessed. Between the hours of about 2 pm - 6 pm the employees and their friends are engaged in some of the craziest behaviors . Loud, rough housing, playing loud music with speakers. These are employees who've apparently have invited their friends to sit there during the day. But the most haneius thing the other day, one of the employees was rolling a marijuana joint in broad daylight on one of the tables. There are cameras to verify this crazy stuff. And the managers are to blame allowing this to take place. If I was the supervisor I would fire all of these people. What a terrible look for Bojangles.. I patronize here everyday and its getting worse. You should be embarrassed as I am because most of these folks are African or African American. And so am I. Ridiculous

I went to Bojangles #809, at 3993 Atlanta Hwy, Bogart, GA 30622 to order food. All went well until the Cashier handed me my change from a $20 bill. She had the change laying on top, most of it fell to the ground. I tried to reach it but my car was to close to the bldg. plus I had surgery a week ago so bending was difficult. The manager came to see what was wrong, I told her the young lady dropped my change, well the young lady comment was "what she want me to do go through the window to get it". Instead of the manager just opening the cash drawer to give me my change, she closes the window and turn her back to me making a rude comment "I guess she wants you go through the window to pick up the change". Well I did not drive away, I waited to see what the manager was going to do, finally she comes over open the window and ask how much was it. Reluctantly she opened the cash register and game the change. By then I was upset, I I told her they had poor customer service and that I would not be back, her response was "don't come back", so I told her that I would report her to corporate office. She replied "call them". As a manager, she is setting a bad example for the other employees, I see why the employee was rude because the manager has a nasty attitude.

I'm not sure how long the young man at theLaura Village Dr. in Apex, NC was standing out there, but it is really unfair and is unsafe works conditions. I would highly suggest someone contact me immediatley about your employee who threw our food at us in the drive through last evening in Orangeberg, Sc. Not only did it hit our truck, it hit my husband head. She called us a bunch of "cracker a** B******" when my husband tried telling her we already paid for potatoes she was trying to charge us again for. She ripped the receipt showing we had, out of his hand and became violent. While waiting for the police to show up- she had several friends show up to try and intimidate us into leaving. The bojangles at 1594 hwy 17 north . Is slack this is the 3rd time I have had to leave my home to go get a whole meal they didn't put in my bag. The manager that is a black gentleman is very unprofessional and just gave me the food he forgot to back and would not reimburse me for the gas that I had to waste to go back and get it. We live 10 min from the bojangles and with gas at 4.50 a gallon I feel he should offered free meals for future visits or money. Very unprofessional.

This was our first visit to bojangles. We were out of town at our granddaughters soccer tourney. We arrived at 6:25, on a Saturday evening, went inside to order and eat in the cool dining room after a sweltering 2 hours in the heat. The food took quite along time, but eventually came out hot and fresh. The manager seemed to be working hard to keep everything flowing and the drive thru crew seemed to have it all together and kept the drive thru moving fast. The dining room and bathroom were both clean. Even though there were a few hiccups with our order, it was still a pleasurable experience. If I lived here I would definitely go back to this location. kudos to the manager and staff that evening, through all their struggles on service and speed they were all very kind and super NICE!

I came here to Bojangles in Washington NC to pick up 2 Door Dash's and was waiting well over 40 minutes. The people at this location have been completely unprofessional. There was 2 altercations that took place. The first was involving a personnel named Tia, whom told another worker that I needed to wait and that doordashes were not made until we got there and the other people were a priority, not knowing I was there 20 mins. When I spoke up, chaos broke out. There was yelling from her and she stated she didn't give a f--- that I was going to call corporate. The store manager asked me not to contact you because she'd handle it. I explained to the staff that I understand that they were stressed and it was a lot going on and we wanted to be accommodating, and I continued to wait. While waiting, my husband and I were talking about a situation at his job today and we were laughing to which another girl working there was staring at us and antagonizing us said "And he over there still laughing and smiling!" To which my husband responded, "Why are you in my mouth, we're over here talking about my job. There were multiple customers defending us and telling them that we had been waiting a long time and had been patient with them. I left there shaking and called DoorDash to report a safety issue and I will not be returning to this location.

Stopped in at the lovely, fairly new, location by the intersection of I-485 and NC Hwy 24/27 outside of Charlotte, NC. 10-15 unsupervised teenagers were on shift, playing around and jabbering all the while. The young lady who took our order went back to the prep area to put our items together. While waiting for one of our side orders to be ready, she - in full view of your customers pulled out a "vaping" device and puffed away - she was standing adjacent to the food being prepped and packaged. Completely unacceptable.

Went through drive through and gave order. Received order and drive home. Missing one piece of chicken. Called telephone number of store in Vinton and asked for manager, lady answered. I asked for her name and she then asked for mine without answering. I told her my name and she hung up on me. I dialed again and no answer. I dialed a third time and got busy signal, I waited 5 min and dialed a fourth time and no answer. I drove to the store and told front clerk what happened and how I should not have been treated like that. They refused to give me owners name or corporate number and told me to call back in the am to talk to another manager, They did give me the chicken piece. Front clerk apologized but manager didn't. This was poor customer service. No complaint procedure posted in the dining area, I am a regular customer at this store over last 3 years.

Dear Beulaville Bojangles management: we frequent your establishment and are thrilled you chose to have a location in our fine town. A group of our friends went to dinner tonight at 6 pm. This trash can greeted us at the door. We moved on to order inside and the trash behind counter was also running over. Your staff was moving like they were extremely sick that we came in. There was NO food on the line, all pans were turned upside down. I asked if they had any fresh Bo berry biscuits and was told NO. We ordered and was advised they had no tomatoes for sandwiches and no ranch dip for supremes. Did not offer to cook Boberry biscuits. We went to your napkin counter to which all napkin holders were empty and a case of napkins in the pack was laying on counter for customers to reach in to obtain. There were 3 tables of folks eating inside at 6:00 pm and we witnessed folks trying to get inside and the doors were locked. My husband went to open the door to let folks in and it could not be opened it had to have a key. He went to side door and it was also locked. There was no employee visible at counter they could be heard laughing loudly from the back so he hollowed the doors locked and you have customers eating inside. A employee came out and said doors were locked because they close them 30 minutes before closing at 7:00. We informed him it was 6:10 which was closer to an hour before closing. He seemed unconcerned. We also advised him doors should not be locked with customers inside unable to get out or in. A lady setting next to our table advised us she had carried her mashed potatoes back because someone had eaten half of them when she open the container. Each of the three tables had to call staff from back to be let out the locked door. It was 6:30 when we were let out and I was on speakerphone with Bojangles customer service advising them we were locked in and having to ask to be let out. I asked the fellow that let us out was he locking the door back since they were suppose to be open until 7:00, he would not answer. I asked if he realized doors were not suppose to be locked to customers who couldn't get out and he would not say a word. Customers service lady could hear my questions with no response. Bojangles please do something about this issue. You have a beautiful establishment which needs management and employee training. We frequent the Bojangles on Hyatt St in Gaffney SC quite frequently (especially at lunch on Sundays). The food is always good and I have no complaints about that. My problem is with the manager bad mouthing the young employees in front of customers. She talks down to one young male employee loud so everyone in the restaurant can hear hear. Then she will talk about about the young male employee to the customers complaining about how he doesn't do his job and other things. I don't think this young man is capable of doing anything right in her eyes as I've seen this same scenario the past 3 times we've been there on a Sunday. I am in no way related to this young man or even know his name but I know as a former manager of a government agency that belittling employees in front of customers is never a good practice. I only wonder how employees are treated when customers are not around. In this current time where it seems no one can get people to work, she should be glad the young man shows up even though she talks to him like he's the dumbest employee ever! It was sickening to listen and I felt so bad for him. Again this was not the first time but every time we been in on a Sunday.

Today I bought a biscuit meal, $6.45 and donated my change for a total of $7.00 but $8.40 was deducted from my debit account? I called the store and spoke with a manager that seemed to be confused as to what I paid, said she was looking at my receipt and they only charged me $7.00 but bojangles got $8.40.

Bojangles in Biscoe nc has messed up my order more then one time doing the same things due to the management goofing around and letting the teens play and not do anything but joke around. I worked at Bojangles there one time a year or two ago and I left doe to me moving but I was planning to leave before that because none of the workers take it as a job they take it as a time to mess around. The bojangles in Goldsboro NC # 000558. Have been to this location several times close to my house. They are alway very slow lately. Doors locked and have to use drive through. Today after waiting in line Over 30 min. That said don't have any chicken not on order sign anywhere said had strips or sandwiches. No dirty rice and have to have correct change. What is happening at this bojangles . Haven't been to bojangles in while cause problems everything we go. The Bojangles in Walkertown NC is nasty. The rating in the window is 92.5 and has been there since April of 2021. The food is burnt most of the time and the oil is old they fry in. It's March and there is still a Christmas poster in the window. The outside of the drive-thru looks like someone threw up in it. Nasty hole!!!

I ordered the sausage, eggs ,and cheese biscuit and Bo-rounds special for $2.99 and a steak biscuit at the Gallatin Rd., Nashville, TN location in 3/5/22. I get to the window and the manager, who took my order, charged me for a meal. The cashier did not know how to change it. She was confused so I said I would just pay for it. I asked the cashier if I could have a large sweet tea for the trouble. She asked the manager and she said no. I left feeling disappointed. I got home and the biscuits were hard and the sausage was not cooked all of the way. This is more than unacceptable. My family buys Bojangles frequently. The manager was not helpful at all.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Bojangles at 2023 Dayton Blvd. in Red Bank, Tennessee twice over the last 2 days. (I made the 2nd visit because I really loved the french fries!)

I wanted to mentioned that I interacted with 4 different team members & everyone of them was polite, pleasant & eager to please. What a delightful experience! I didn't get their names but here's a shout out to the management for some great hiring choices. Give those employees something special for their great attitudes & hard work!

I ordered at the drive-thru in Newland N.C. a Fish Sandwich. When I got home I opened the sandwich box to see a overly fried more batter than chicken filet sandwich. Thought, Oh well not what I ordered but was hungry, so took one bite and it tasted rancid. I pealed off the breading and saw what looked like chicken. Tasted just the chicken this time and spit it out. It was rotten. That's a really nice new store but I believe it will not survive. To bad, such an awfull waste.

Has Bojangles taken sauces away? We have not been able to get BBQ sauce, Honey, Ranch, Honey Mustard, etc. for over 1-2 months now. Please don't take the ketchup away either!! Please bring all of your sauces (all listed above) back!! The only sauce No One likes is your special sauce-terrible!! We have to have all of these sauces especially the BBQ one for our chicken and biscuits!! People have stopped going to Bojangles because of this!! Please please please bring them back!! This morning as in other mornings a group of us frequent Bojangles in Sylva Nc. This morning like several other mornings, we were standing in line to be waited on and the cashier (Rosee) was crying, I'm not talking about a tear or two, I mean full-blown panic mode. See Rosee is mentally challenged. I applaud you all for hiring her, but her world is very simple. She's in her mid-fifties and does well to do what she does, she is methodical in her work ethic and goes the extra mile to look after the customers. The stress of running the cash register is way too much for her to handle and she gets scared that if she messes up, she will be fired. This mentally challenged woman holds down two jobs and does a damn sight better than most fully functioning adults. We see her out cleaning the parking lot when it's 20 degrees and never complains. My issue is, along with other businessmen I have breakfast with is that to see this woman tell the manager and assistant managers that she doesn't want to work the register, but they still insist on putting her in a job she clearly can't handle. Her mental capacity is limited at best. Who speaks for her? Well, I do. And if your managers and assistant managers cant see the error in their ways, that is clearly tormenting this woman to the breaking point, well maybe you should take a long hard look at the ADA laws and if need be maybe correct the issue at hand, contact the EEOC. I think the issue will be a different side of the coin. This woman (Rosee) is a huge asset to Bojangles in Sylva as a whole. Everyone loves her and she's very kind in assisting anyone who needs help. Someone needs to address this matter, damn quick! I'm sure the public opinion of Bojangles in Sylva would be in the toilet if this hit Fox News in Asheville as a public interest story. This would be a public relations nightmare if you get my drift.

I am at the Bojangles on highway 17 in Mt. Pleasant, SC and have been waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes. I can't leave because I am blocked in. I can't go inside because the lobby is locked. I have never experienced worse service at any restaurant in my life. I have watched employees smoke in between the 2 sets of doors entering the lobby area. I have called them 6 times with no response. This is absolutely ridiculous and I plan on making sure that the news station is swears of what is going on at this store. People need to know what is happening here and it is terrible.

I wanted to tell you how much I love you all and how much I hate you taking pork chop biscuit off menu. I would get two every morning . Then usually lunch when I got out of dialysis. But with no more pork chop biscuits I just pack my breakfast and lunch. To have just good seasoning I. Most of your food your gravy is bland . You need sausage in it and when one orders a side of gravy it should be more than half a little container.

Went to the 840 E. Chatham St. Bojangles In Cary, NC. I was in the drive through the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner. I paid extra for white meat since I don't care for dark meat. When I got up to the cashier, he asked me what I ordered and I told him, got my order and drove back home.
Instead of 2 chicken breasts and a wing, I got a wing and 2 short legs. In other words "dark meat". I intend to go back on Monday November 29th, and demand the two chicken breasts that I paid for but didn't receive. I will update you on whether or not I'm successful. If not, I will never go to that Bojangles in Cary again.

Went to the Bojangles in Hiram GA 30127. Ordered 2 Cajun filet Biscuits and a Large Mt. Dew, after sitting in line for over 35 min. I get to the window and was about to be handed the wrong drink, I kindly informed her of my order. To which she replied that I didn't order at the talk box and just got in line. The Bojangles location on university parkway located in Winston Salem NC needs to be closed down and the team completely changed. I just left and it's currently 8:16 am and they said they were CLOSED. I went on another occasion and was the only car in line and it still took them 10-15 mins to get me my food. Bojangles in pageland SC is so nasty. The staff is very rude a racist. I went back there tonight to get my credit that was owed to me. Because the simple fact that they don't never put the lids on all the way. That is the reason why I called and talk to the manager. Bc the food came out of the bowls into my passenger seat and into the wires that heats the seat up. I gotten apology from management the other week but tonight I was treated the very worsed way and they didn't put my food into a bag they handed it to me the way they did. Hello , me and my mother went to Bojangles in Hartwell ga . Today around about 7ish in the morning and ordered 3 chicken filet biscuits , fries, drinks . For me , my mother , sister , we left and returned when he bit into the chicken filet biscuit it smelled & it was very old we went back to the window and talked to the manager calmly and she got all loud and rude with us and said she had cooked them and there fresh nothing is wrong with them and that we the only one who complained . & Told us we aren't gonna get a refund because there isn't nothing wrong with the food & she wouldn't return our money .when we pulled up there the first time the manager had just got there therefore she hadn't cooked our food at all . I completed a survey for the "free" sausage that you get with the purchase of another. I then go to bojangles to redeem the coupon and was met with an employee that was rude and lied to me. My whole order was wrong and when I asked if she removed the charge for the sausage biscuit that was supposed to be free she said yes. Needless to say I was charged full price for it. Went to the store at the corner of hwy 56 and Tobacco rd in Augusta Ga. 3 weeks ago and something was wrong with the food. I ordered a 2 piece combo and before starting on the second piece of chicken I started vomiting severely. Didn't notify them but I went back again thinking maybe it was just me. A week ago I went through the drive thru. About 11 am and the cashier which was extremely rude . I think they made it so you can put your own card in there machine. As exiting the vehicle she pulled the machine back inside. Closed the window in my face and continued by speaking disrespectful. I think they may be putting things in customers food. I will never return there and will continue recommending people not to use this restaurant. I bet this isn't the first complaint against this location ??

I ordered the 12 piece tailgate from store 1218, Bentley Commons Blvd Richmond Virginia. When I checked my food I was missing two biscuits and one piece of chicken. I called back to the store and talked to Matt the store manager and he said rather than have me drive back to the store he would give me 20% off my next order this was on 6/20/2021. This was in addition to them not having dirty rice ready when I placed the order and I had to wait 45 minutes on my order. Ok so I retutn today 7/25/2021 to order another 12 piece super tailgate and told the drive thru cashier about my 20% off my meal that Matt promised me from my June 20th visit. The manager on duty is Sarah Williams and she ask for my name and the date to verify with store manager. Ok so I get the 20% off my meal and when I got home to feed my family I was missing the 6 biscuits. I called the store but it went to voice mail so I left a message. My husband and I rode five miles back to the Bojangles to get the 6 biscuits. Sarah told me she could was not authorized to give me the biscuits because she is not the store manager and the manager would have to call me Monday morning. Pull up the cameras and see if the put the biscuits in my box. She said she did not have access to the cameras. She was only there to make sure the employees did not burn down the store and steal. I requested she call Matt to get the password and she said she did but could not reach him. So she was just there for security because the inside lobby was locked. I was told it was because they were short handed by an employee outside on break. I will never come back to this Bojangles again because they always be are out of something and they got my order wrong twice. Sarah said the guy that packed my order had already left so she could not verify if he left the biscuits out of my order. Call him. She had no number for him and she expected me to believe that. She also said people had been scamming them saying they were missing stuff from orders. I told her I had better things to do than waste my gas by riding 10 miles to come back to get my biscuits that I did not get. I started to call the police because this is ridiculous but I did not want to waste their time. This kind of stuff only happens in our neighborhoods and it is not acceptable. I left my name and number with Sarah Williams the acting manager or security guard and she is supposed to leve it for Matt to call me on Monday. Totally unacceptable. Do not eat there.

I am taking time out of my day to write about the Bojangles #1203 7900 Senia Rd in Fairburn, GA. I usually don't do this, but this is ridiculous. This is about the 5th or 6th time I've been to this location & they're out of chicken, sides, sweet tea! It's always something! So Monday I went to get my autistic nephew a leg kids meal & was told yet again "We have no chicken!" My nephew loves bojangles & had a complete melt down!!! This is just unbelievable. I went back today they only have dark meat...okay, but no cole slaw, no sweet tea & left the biscuits off my 12 piece order. They substituted my 1/2 sweet tea with 2 cups of Mountain Dew. I said no ice, they put ice anyway. They have no regular size containers to put your sides, so I have about 8 little containers. It's just so upsetting to patronize a business & they never have anything u want. There were so many people leaving the drive thru. You're losing so much business & I think you should know this. I ate four bites of a sandwich bought at Bojanlges in Loudon tennessee , it was then I discovered that the chicken was raw through and through . It was only cooked on the outside and I thought it tasted funny . I went back through the drive through and the manager apologized and looked at the chicken and closed the window . I will be calling the Corporate office tomorrow

Last week june 25 a elderly friend,her elderly mom & I went to bojangles in Kershaw sc we pulled up to the drive thru she asked for chicken sandwhiches,only to be told no .that they were NOT serving lunch which it was a minute before but when I've went in before they had lunch an breakfast ready to serve. But this day we got the cold shoulder. The girl was rude she said either breakfast or nothing so we left .its a shame an a disgrace that ppl that are elderly get treated this way .then today my mom & Arthur went to same place threw the drive thru mom ordered chicken,dirty rice an mashed patatoes for us all 3 ppl. An 4 strips. Got laughed at an drive threw window shut in their faces after giving them their order .girl seem to poking fun at Arthur he was in a accident an his voice is some what different now an mom said she was mumbling ,laughing as tho she was poking fun at him .they are both 77 .when they got home the orders were wrong mine was 3 pics chicken,macaroni and cheese 1 biscuit,moms the same except she had mashed patatoes,Arthur's same but he had dirty rice all 3 boxes were suppose to have small bowled mashed patatoes,dirty rice with the biscuit and chicken.weve had issues more than once with this bojangles needless to say this was the last straw ! Please get new employees or just shut it down every one talks about how awful it is here in kershaw sc .

I went to the Bojangles in Plymouth NC, I placed my order the lady at the cash register asked me if I wanted to wait for bo cheddar biscuits and I said yes and thanked her. As I was waiting for my order I looked down near the baseboard and what did I see a cockroach yes that's right a cockroach. I was so disgusted, I immediately asked for my money back and yes they gave me a full refund. Not one person even made an attempt to kill the thing. When you see one cockroach there are more to follow. Let's not forget how nasty the place was, from the bathrooms to the floors. I could go on and on but I think people get what I am saying about the place being nasty. You need to have someone come in and take a good look at that place.

I am still so disappointed with their customer service I experienced yesterday. I Went to Bojangles in Hiram Georgia, only to wait 20 minutes to place my order. Once my order was placed, I was told to wait in the front of the building. I was not given a reason or a timeframe. After waiting 15 minutes,I knocked on the front entrance door only to have a staff member come to the door to tell me that I couldn't come in, I advised him that my card was charged and I was told to wait out front, and I have been waiting for my meal. I told him that I watched them goofing off from the front entrance door and that they were unprofessional. He then went to see how long the wait was only to come back to tell me that they forgot to drop the chicken and it will be another wait. The sad part about it was that I had out of state guests in the car that were looking forward to a bojangles experience but were highly disappointed with the southern hospitality that bojangles provided. I would NEVER go back to bojangles. I spoke to the manager directly and she seemed completely clueless. Bojangles needs to hire staffs that are properly trained and professional. Worse experience ever.

11:35 As I was walking into the Summerville location I hear a couple talking about how "it's got to be some kind of joke in there" no food in hand so I paid no mind.
Walk inside there are 4 people waiting at pick up and 1 waiting to place an order.
We waited talked to each other and not once was ever acknowledged by any one staff member.11:55 20 minutes went by and the woman in front of me understandably upset at this point not being acknowledged to even put in an order.. asked for some assistance and service but nothing. We were still being ignored. Waited another few minutes and she asked again, finally getting attitude from one staff member as we listened to them talk about her, she walked out. At this time there's about 8-10 of us waiting to place an order. You hear them talking amongst themselves and only serving the drive thru still. At this time I too am irritated but can't leave as my trailer is blocked by the cars lined up in the drive thru. So I chose to wait..I hear them yelling how it's going to be 25 minutes before any chicken is ready. With over 15 people in line waiting for an opportunity to place an order and a minimum of 10 cars, you're telling me they didn't think they would need chicken?! Needless to say everyone but myself and one guy walked out. So many disappointed individuals so much business lost. Still have not been able to place an order. 12:20
I finally see this young lady who as I've been waiting I have seen her fling dough make and bake biscuits work the deep fryer and at least made eye contact with those of us who have been waiting.
She comes around the corner and says "oh man, where did everyone go?!" The guy says "they walked out, what do you expect?"
Comes to the register and apologized for her having to do everything I had watched her do.. I did not feel that this young lady owed anyone an apology. The others though that would have been expected.
12:36 ticket/receipt time stamp... I get to place my order.
This young lady not only took my order but went in the back and got my order together and bagged. I will not even go into the story of how my tenders(since chicken still was not ready) were partially frozen after that long unimaginable wait. Horrible horrible experience...
However I want this young lady to be recognized. As even the manager would not acknowledge the guest/customers, would not ring in an order, but just stand at the window for drive thru.
This young lady deserves every bit of recognition this company can give. I'm not sure how to spell it but her name is Breanna/Breonna.
Miss Bre... I thank you for being the only individual to try and be a decent human being and doing far more than just your job. Thank you for trying to get us a good lunch I know it was not your fault our food was cold and even partially frozen.
This entire location and staff except for her should honestly be ashamed. It puts a huge negative damper and prospective on the company.

Saturday,June 5th at 5:20 pm, Bojangles on Elm/ Eugene near I-40 Greensboro, NC told us that they had no chicken for about 30 mins. We proceeded down interstate to Rock Creek/ Stoney Creek exit near Whitsett, NC, waited in line & was told they had no chicken ready. It is suppertime on a Saturday night, the International Furniture begins today with thousands of guests entering our city & 2 Bojangles down I-40 have no chicken & both dining rooms remain closed to public.

Call Area Manager for Gainesville GA location ( Damion) spoke with me and offered to replace my meals(2) back on April 11, 2021. Gave my address for it to be mailed ( coupons) . We had a poor customer experience at your Franklin road store In Roanoke Virginia. This store is supposed to be open until 10 pm, both the sign on the lobby door and the store website advertised this , however when we visited this location this evening (5/22/21) at 9:12 pm no one responded at the drive thru and we waited for 10 mins. When we called the pick up number for the store we were informed that the store was closing down. We did circle the building and were able to see quite a few employees standing in the store but playing on their phones and disregarding paying customers. There was also a customer behind us in the drive thru lane that was also not served. The teen boy I spoke with when I called the pick up number was rude and disrespectful and we drove away feeling very disappointed in Bojangles. We will no longer visit this location or any others and will be sure that our friends and family are made aware of our poor customer experience.

I sent in a complain several weeks ago on your advertisement about the Pork Chop biscuits being 2 for $6.00. I went to the Bojangos in Temple, Ga. And they were charging 2 for $8.18 plus tax. They also told me the Visa Rica, Ga. Store was the same , so I called them to verify and was told the same. So when I went to Temple store this morning to order the two pork chop biscuits and sea on fries I was told they were completely out of pork chop biscuits. So I then drove to the Villa Rica store and ordered the same but was told they were out of fry but had the pork chop biscuits and when I got to window and that is when to my surprise I was told the cost was over $10.00 for two pork chop biscuits. I asked that I was told by them a couple weeks ago that they were 2 for $8.18 but was now told they were $5.18. So now I will wait to hear response in which I did not hear anything from other complaint

Bojangles in Dacula GA has good chicken and good service. My complaint has nothing to do with that store. Thus evening I did not want to cook so I went to get a family dinner at Bojangles. I ordered the 20 pc mixed chicken dinner. I brought it home and opened the box. The 3 sides I ordered were there. However each of the sides was hardly enough for 2 small servings. There was enough chicken and biscuits for my family but definitely not enough sides. It was a big disappointed plus I had to hurry and gather up a few sides so we could all have sides with our dinner.

I would like to see the dining room open again, so I can dine in! An employee can be assigned to clean the dining when customers leave, just like any restaurant that is open. All can wear a mask, just like anywhere else. Please put that into consideration!

My daughter and son in law went to St Augustine and were going to bring me chicken and biscuits from there, but they were out of chicken, so they were not serving customers. They said it would be at least half an hour, but they had already been waiting to order for 10 minutes at the drive through. How is it possible for a chicken restaurant to run out of chicken? They wouldn't even sell her the biscuits. I suppose they were out of those too. What a shame.

Hello.. I'm writing because I'm very disappointed in one of your stores! It is the Bojangels on Hendersonville Rd. in Asheville, NC. We have given them so many chances to get it right but they continue to be a low grade establishment. Tonight was the fourth time we have gone through the drive through to order and they are ALWAYS out of chicken. How is that even possible? It's ridiculous at this point! Something needs to be done about this store. My sister has had the same experience twice at this store.

I went to Bojangles on E.Cone Blvd. in Greensboro NC spent almost $23.00 on a Bo box the next I went to warm up a piece of Chicken and it had turned white never seen this before with chicken at any other restaurant. Hello, I just wanted to say, I visit one of you guy store,7475 Augusta rd piedmont, sc. at bout 12:30 noon April 19 they got a sign on the front door saying closing at 7:00pm,, front door lock so I go to the drive Thur sign on there says same thing , so I ask if there open a girl yes, but we have no chicken, only wings ready so I said I want an 8 PCs but I really don't want all wings. She said that all we have now, so I said how much for 8wings she regular price of $15 and change , I said but it's all wings,she replied, and I quote . KFC got chicken across the street..very sorry for being long winded but this is unacceptable. And another problem I have is I'm a truck driver, when I'm on the road we as truck driver can't used a drive Thur.and they tell us to stand in a drive Thur with cars, very unsafe .thank you for your time and please can something be done about this .

They giggle over the intercom, repeatedly asking what you want, and make you wait until the current car is gone before they will finish your order and give u a total. It's very ridiculous every evening going through the drive thru, morning service is not an issue.

Bojangles at 6503 Burlington Road in Whitsett,NC........This place needs help big time, not because they're busy but because they just don't care. It's been this way for at least 2-3 years and it's getting worse it seems. Bad attitudes and really poor customer service.
It had gotten so bad that a lot of people I know quit going there. I go back ever so often to see if they have gotten any better and they have actually got worse.
I have been to a lot of Bojangles Restaurants and I have never seen one as bad as this one.
I love Bojangles but I will not go back to this one. Someone at corporate really needs to look at this store because it's terrible.

I've always lived your stores and super food. Today around 10am I went thru the drive thru on Hwy 96 Warner Robins Ga. I wasn't given a receipt from a debit card transaction. So I asked fir the receipt and she said "I just threw it in the trash". I asked her to take it out of the trash and got this stare like to say "you go to xxxx". She never offered to assist me. She just closed the window with me sitting there. Very rude and poor customer service.

Yesterday I went to your Bojangles restaurant at East Garrison and Union road. I went through the drive thru and was ordering the 2 crispy fish sandwiches for $6. I was advised by the lady I was giving my order to that Bojangles does not have fish sandwiches anymore. I was shocked as I seen the ad for the fish sandwiches that morning On TV. I left your restaurant and drove across the street to the Arby's restaurant and ordered two delicious crispy face sandwiches for $6. Could somebody please get in touch with your Bojangles restaurant at that location and informed them that you people still offer the two for $6 fish sandwiches. I have again seen the same advertisement on TV this morning. You have lost and loyal customer to arby's.

I will never go to bojangles on Hudson Bridge Rd in Stockbridge Ga again they forgot my Bo biscuits and when I went back she said I had to have my receipt. We visited the new Bojangles in Ft. Payne Alabama. We were very disappointed and the floors were nasty. They didn't give us part of our food. The chicken was cold and taste bad. They gave me the spicy chicken fingers and I wanted the mild ones.

Went to a location in Gainesville, GA spent almost 70 dollars. I got old chicken and biscuits. When I called mysteriously I couldn't talk to the manager only got message relayed that the food was fresh, the manager saw it for themselves. So now I'm being called a liar. I have video and pictures of the food. I called back again to speak with another so called manager she kept trying to over talk me and was extremely rude, still didn't give a name. I Went To Bojangles At 4401 Okeechobee Rd. Savannah Ga 31405. I Always Ask To Cook My Fries Fresh Because When They Use The Blanch Method It Holds Too Much Grease. The Manager Eric Was Very Rude I Ask For A Refund Only To Be Denied My Refund After Telling Him That The Food Was Not What I Asked For. He Gones On To Tell Me That Bojangles Doesnt Do Refunds. I've just visited and made a purchase at store # 1307. There was a young man in front of me who placed his order, he requested "sweet tea" as his drink with his meal. The young lady who took his order replied that they were "out of sweet tea" but that they had "Pepsi products" . He changed his drink order. She replied that she would " give him a discount" for not having the sweet tea. I approached the counter to place my order. The young lady stepped away briefly, upon returning to the register she just stood looking at me with clear disdain on her face. After an awkward few seconds she asked " what do you want?" I placed my order I asked for " sweet tea" to go with my meal. She never informed me that the store was out of tea, nor offered me any other replacement as she had the young man before me, nor did she offer a " discount" . As I waited for my order a lady and what appeared to be her daughter ordered their food. They also ordered sweet tea, and they were informed of the tea being out. I do not know if they were offered a discount. They sat down and waited. My order came up, without the drink, I asked about my tea. A different young lady explained to me about the tea being out, and politely suggested Pepsi products. The young lady who was the cashier and rang me up watched my conversation and gave me my drink order, without eye contact and in a clear and disrespectful manner. My problem with all of this is that I'm white and the cashier, the young man before me, and the ladies after me were black. The young lady who rang me up clearly displayed to me a racial bias. No doubt in my mind. I will inform my friends, family, and others of the racism and resentment I expierenced at your restaurant. It is all on camera, I suggest you view it. See what you think.

My husband started working at the store in Athens Alabama. He is 55 years old and a hard worker. They worked him 9 and 10 hours a day without a break and would only allow him to have 1 cup of drink all day. Also the night time manager would come in after he had been there all she would start yelling at him and he's only benefit there 3 days. He really liked working for your company but he can't work all those hours without breaks. I pray you get this problem fixed before someone dies and their families sue you.

I am not a Happy Camper with this establishment in Hartsville, S.C. 1st...I tried to call in an order for my grandmother, a 3pcs Wing Chicken Dinner. I was told they only take large orders over the phone.#2 I arrived at Bojangles and ask for a 3 pcs Wing Dinner with Dirty Rice & String Beans. I gave the girl a $100 bill. She close the window after giving me the order and proceed to go about her business. I waited for awhile, then finally got someone attention that I wanted my change back. She call to someone & I finally got my change back. #3 I didn't check the order...opposite to what I ordered. 1 drumstick, 2 short thighs, Slaw, and rice. I got home called back 5x's, because Grandma was upset. They took the phone off the hook. I Called the main office for Bojangles, on hold, no phone call returned. You will not be successful with this type services !!!

As an employee of bojangles for about 1 year now . I am completely disappointed at how the store is running now . The chicken cook dropped chicken on the floor and still continue to flour and dropped the chicken and the unit director still let the chicken be sold knowing it had been on the floor . I feel like I'm working in a hostile environment and it's starting to get outrages. I don't think no one in HR will do anything about it because the supervisor definitely doesn't . We have a shift leader who does anything but be a manager she yells at the employee and customers and stay in the biscuit area when we seem to get very busy . The water bugs are starting to become more frequent in the store .

I received a coupon in the mail for a free "new" chicken sandwich from Bo Jangles. I stopped by the drive-thru at the restaurant on Market St in Ogden (suburb of Wilmington, NC). The order was taken swiftly and pleasantly. When I got to the window, I had to wait 17 minutes. When I got home and opened the box, my eyes started to water. The bun was hard, the chicken inside was almost nothing but very highly seasoned breading. After scraping off most of the breading, the tiny piece of chicken looked like wet cardboard, and tasted awful. There was supposed to be a couple of large pickles on the sandwich, but there was only one very very thin outer circle of a pickle. My cat loves Bo Jangles chicken, but when I put a small piece of the "chicken" in his food bowl, he tried to cover it up. The new sandwich is absolutely horrible.

You should ask the location in Simpsonville SC located at 208 Harrison Bridge Rd. How long the wait was for drive through service from about 2:00-3:00pm on 12/20/2020. Seriously something isn't working for this location. I know people say it all the time but you could seriously learn something from one of your competitors that can have double the amount of people in line and you get out 2X faster. Also asking me to begin to order then asking me to rest the entire order because you missed it is ridiculous. This isn't the first time that I have had such a bad experience that I felt the need to let corporate know the situation. But this also isn't the second issue that I have experienced with this location.

I would like someone to tell me what the return policy on return items in the bag and wrapped and wrapped untouched. Bojangles #2027 located at 2513 Main Street, Elgin SC 29045 has really went downhill since moving the store and becoming corporate. The service is horrible, they are not friendly at all and have horrible attitudes. They rarely get the order correct and it has to be checked every time. The chicken is usually overcooked and not edible and the biscuits are very hard. This has been very disappointing since Bojangles is truly one of only a few restaurants in Elgin that we have. It would not hurt to close the business for a few weeks to give thorough training because they are losing a lot of business due to inability to handle the job! WE will not eat there again as I have wasted so much money on food that had to be thrown out! We travel 20 miles out of our way to another Bojangles when this one is closer but not worth eating at!

The bojangles store 814 in Conyers need to be closed down or the new management. This store is one of the worst ones they have. It's always slow they have bad attitudes the so called managers ain't no better. Like do people from their cooperation offices clearly don't go to these stores. The only reason they get any business cause that's the only fast food place on street. They really need to get this store together

I go by the Liberty SC location at least 3 days a week to pickup breakfast on the way to work. In the last 3 weeks my order has been wrong 4 times. I order the same thing every morning, ham with egg and a sausage. When I got to work this morning I has 2 steak. I don't normally complaint but enough is enough. I've tried calling and no one answers the phone.

I have gone through the drive-thru at two different Bojangles locations (Brevard, NC and Hendersonville, NC) recently and have seen employees in the kitchen preparing food while maskless, to varying degrees. Last night, the young lady operating the drive-thru was entirely maskless (she didn't even have one hanging off one of her ear as I have seen other employees do). When I asked her if they had given up on masks she said she had a health condition. Given her regular and close contact with customers, being without a mask is not only careless but dangerous. I have filed a complaint with the department of health (for the first time ever) and will definitely NOT be returning to any Bojangles locations.

I have had the pleasure of patronizing Bojangles (various locations) over the last several years. I must say that store #770 is by far the worse I have experienced to date. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, including the management. I visited the store today and a handful of chicken boxes fell on the floor, the cashier proceeded to pick them up and add them to the pile for staff to fill up for customers. In light of the climate and the pandemic, this is absolutely unacceptable. To top it off, I complained about my food and the manager proceeded to act as if she could not speak English. However, that quickly changed once she came into contact with one of her Hispanic customers. Suddenly, she became very fluent in English. I guess you get what you pay for.

We just moved down here to Sneads Feary last year. We have Prayed for a Bojangles. Our Prayers have come true. We have been disappointed with the service an the employee's stealing. I'm due back $10.56 from my $20.00 bill., which is all I have. I only get a $10.00 bill. I ask for my change an was told that they do not give out change.
After waiting at the window for 5 min"s for the chicken to cook.. Was given my chicken and was told to have a nice day. I asked were was my 56 cents. Again was told they do not give out change. Once again I said I wanted my 56 cents. The rude manager came to the the window an asked what was my problem. I went through the situation with her an she was very rude and said read the signs,. I can read but that is not the point. You take 56 cents from 100 customers, that's $56.00. Maybe I will take a trip to the Governor's office a see my first cuz. She knows how to open doors an also close sores.

Hello I'm Amanda and I have a few complaints in reference to the Bojangles in Georgetown SC. A few days ago my husband and kids stopped at the Bojangles in Georgetown. We placed an order, the 9.99 special for 10 piece...2 sides, macaroni and cheese and coleslaw. We arrived to the window and the young lady, (manager on duty) said 33.68$. I said, we ordered the special and she said, I know, the special is $33.68! My husband said give me my money and cancel the order and we will go somewhere else...she proceeded to tell us that they have another special??? We wanted our money back so we could leave... we left and stopped at KFC... ordered the same thing and paid approximately 12.00$ (estimating here) under 15 dollars.... since when did Bojangles bucket of chicken, 10 piece, cost 33$?? I can only imagine how many customers, who were not paying attention, got robbed of their money?? Btw, this is not the first time that my family has had issues with this specific food chain... this has to stop... I'll never ever ever go back to this restaurant...

Yes would like to complain about the service at the Bojangles on Chickenfoot Road in Hopemills North Carolina and also about the one on Main Street in Hopemills North Carolina we have called in advance we have been by we have been through three times to each store and had the same pretty much the same results every time we asked for a bow rounds they are either 15 minutes to head to the cooked which took more than 30 minutes or we were told they did not have any we told we called in advance to let them know we're coming they said they had them when we got there all the sudden they didn't

I had a bad experience at your restaurant. Not to mention that was my first time there and I was excited about going. I ordered three chicken dinners and all three of them were dry and old. I went to the one in West Knoxville while visiting my daughter. I'm from Cincinnati and was looking forward to going to Bojangles to be disappointed - I didn't receive a receipt and I went there around 9 pm to the drive through.

Unprofessional customer service, male employee walking around showing his butt and blue dirty underwares and cursing in store....employees saying ... the F word , S word, and A word in front of me and refused to give me a free iced tea with my teacher card which led me to drive off after waiting 15 minutes at payment window. The Bojangles in forest City NC is far below adequate in taste of food, temperature of food and service from the employees and managers. The employees have fake painted fingernails and handle customers food. The employees run and slide across the floors wearing Nike shoes which I am pretty sure aren't slip resistant shoes that should be worn in a restaurant. I also viewed employees behind the food counter take off their gloves and put another pair on without washing their hands. The employees and managers talk to customers in a short uninviting manner (I'm assuming they all have bad days on the exact same day). Every time I order rice it is always dry and hard same as the potatoes (they have hard dried pieces from them just stirring them up after they have sat for long periods of time). A manager there named Crystal (found out her name by asking a girl behind the counter) was rude and yelling across the dining room at the employees, very disrespectful to the employees but also rude to the ones of us as customers dining in your "fine" (saying sarcastically) establishment. In my own personal experience as a current business owner in Forest City NC your company needs to get some managers in the facility to get it up to the health codes.

Bojangles in Kershaw, SC sucks. Atleast 2 or 3 times a month they can't take orders or they can't take debit cards. There is no sign out daying all of this. You have to wait for 10 minutes in line only to get to the speaker and be told they can't do anything. This has to be the worst Bojangles i have ever been to.

The Bojangles on Hwy 280 in Chelsea Alabama has become a sad joke. Today it was broadcasted on our neighborhood page that it was not open ( no one showed up for work except one young man) and lots of Negative comments followed. It's not uncommon to have only 2 people working and today only one person showed up and he was at the drive through encouraging everyone to come back later ( he couldn't get in because he didn't have access to keys) . Seems he was the only one who showed up for work this morning. Bojangles has been an asset to our community, but the management and leadership at this location is unacceptable. Please work to bring this location back to its original good customer service and good ratings. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention because we live our Bojangles . We just came from Bojangles in Frankfort, Kentucky. We had to wait 15 minutes for our chicken, when we did get it , it was burnt. The biscuit were 2 small round balls the size of a small cat toy! They didn't want to give us our refund and kept saying that's how chicken suppose to be that it's the new seasoning and the biscuits were new biscuits! We finally got our almost 16.00 back. After we had to raise our voice! They were very rude!

Very upset this morning I send my husband to buy breakfast for the whole house a total of 5 people we are a repeating customer at the store on Ladson Rd SC. We order 5 egg platter with bacon... we always ask for the grits to be placed in cups. Well this morning they stated they no longer do that. Today(09/20/20) we were at Elmsey store in Greensboro NC. They have a young lady running the drive thru window that had NO business being there. She could NOT handle the job. She did not give us our change but said she did, was confused about what drinks that was ordered when the receipt was correct. We are regular customers at that store and the one in Randleman NC. Since when did it become okay for the area director yes the area director of a store to make a racist comment? You would think Bojangles was better than that. It took me 10 minutes to write my experience only when I hit submit it said did not go through try again. Was commenting about getting 16 packs of catsup for one fry when I asked for 3. I gave her a handful back but of course she threw them in the trash because I had touched them, which I understood because of the Pandemic. I just hate to see such waste. I only needed 3.

THIRD TIME I've Reported my problem with Bojangles on 8/23 & NO ANSWER from you. Yesterday aftn. (Sunday 8/23), I went to Bojangles, Stratford Rd., Winston-Salem, NC &
Ordered a BREAST Dinner with two sides (pintos/macaroni cheese) & went through drive thru. When I got home I did NOT have a BREAST, it was a THIGH which I do not eat. I do not like dark meat. Also, macaroni cheese was dry & tasteless. Only thing I could eat was pintos & biscuit. I think you should be aware of this & hope this does not happen in future. I paid $6.20 for this order & truly didn't enjoy any of it. Had to throw half of it away. I would appreciate hearing from you regarding this matter. Thank you in advance for your help.

I will be filing multiple complaints on the Bojangles on Vernon Ave in Kinston NC. Today, August 13 2020 I was discriminated upon and treated unfairly based on the treatment of other customers compared to the service I received. I will be filing all the complaints possible against this company for the acts of this manager unless she is fired and banned from Bojangles. I am beginning this process today as I am gathering all he possible contacts to file my complaints to. My order was also incorrect on top of this treatment and I will do my best to make sure others know discrimination is part of the Bojangles culture until/unless she is removed from the company.

My husband and I have enjoyed your chicken and biscuits very much. However we will be unable to enjoy them in the future because of their treatment of the Concord NC policemen and women. Food has been spit I , employees have backed up from the window and said " I'm not serving him". F bombs have been lobbed they've called every name in the book These are the same men ad women sho protect your stores and keep your employees and customers safe., and will continue to do so in spite of the treatment some have recurved. Add there some abusive bullies in the police department, I'm sure there are. Bug the majority of officers are famkmy and community friendly and caring. You need to address this issue.

As a resident of Siler City, NC, I see Bojangles more than my body can keep up with. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service and attitude that this store carries. They are putting their employees outside in 90 degree weather . I Would not have a problem if it wasn't so hot outside . Not even I could be physically capable of that. Especially since I was informed that these employees have been sat outside for 6-7 hours a day no breaks and no food ! And if they would like hydration they are forced to pay for it. Who treats people so inhumane? It is by LAW that they are required a break after being worked that long! There are plenty of employees that I'm sure suffer greatly from this ! There is even a PREGNANT employee that I witnessed throwing up outside a few days ago while driving by ! Which I'm sure was because of heat and starvation ! It should never have to get to that point. There are no issues with any employees , they are all a sight for sore eyes and they brighten up my day . And sad to say they deserve so much better from these managers. Every time I've spoken to a female manager there, I was greeted by nothing but attitude. No, please, thank you, have a good day . Nothing ! And when I order the employees literally have to stop me in my tracks while I hear the managers screaming at them through their headset. The most rude manager I have run into is Maria . I cant stand her , she yells at me over the phone, argues with me in person. It's the worst experience I've had with a manager in my entire life ! And when I try to call corporate, they don't refer me to this number . They refer me to some guy named Jose and every time there is an issue I come and see the same issues over and over again . I'm starting to think this is an easy way for them to get out of corporate being called . But I'm sick of it. Their employees need to be inside until they learn how to treat them like human beings ! Those managers need to be REPLACED , and they need to let us order at the speaker again for COVID REASONS. I do not feel comfortable with getting less than 6 feet away from someone just to order my food. What is the safety in that ! Please solve this problem immediately. The staff on Winston Salem NC highway 150 was unmasked no gloves ? when I visited the store on July 18th 2020. When asked if they were supposed to wear mask the Manager working the shift at 7:30pm told me no! With an attitude. I told her to give me my money back. She was so unprofessional until it was unbelievable. I noticed a customer in front of me was having a heated conversation with her. Depending his money back. Hello: This is the second day in a row that Ive been here to Bojangles in Hopewell Va. I have been served twice too hard dried fries. I had a 3PC chicken special the first day and a small fry and salad the second. Each time the fries had to be picked over. They r good soft but hard; they dont need to serve them like that. Its almost like they're trying to put them in the Specials and small size bags. Please tell them not to serve ten to the customers. I'm paying for well made food and that is not acceptable. Thank U

I was employed at Bojangles-Tallahassee location on Tennessee St. and the manager/staff are bullied and use their headsets to poke fun at folks and talk behind their backs. Porsha(GM) was poking fun at my phone in my back pocket calling it a "Galaxy 1",because don't own an iphone. This not only is unprofessional, it's bullying, it says 'Im better than you with my iphone'. It was very childish an hurtful. Porsha and her asst. mgr. laughed for about 3 to 5 minutes.
The general manager picks up chicken pcs with the same glove she touched a cross contaminated grill spatula handle and door handles. They don't use tongs. I saw one assistant mgr. walk a greasy fry basket still dripping grease about ten feet to the fry product landing nearly burning a fellow staff member in the back or arm. I'm a chef who have already a kitchen mgr job but my 20 years experience allows me to see the cross contamination and kitchen safety danger as it happens however I was powerless as "crew member" without a voice. On July 11 around 10am a Leon County Sheriff's Deputy came to thru an ordered 2-Bo Berry biscuits and Bo-rounds, she waited 10 or more minutes for her food an once it was ready GM Porsha took the food out an with a super ghetto attitude persona she can't escape from she pushed the food at the Sheriff an did not apologize for the wait. So moments later the Sheriff came inside the restaurant and complained that her seasoning she requested on her Bo rounds were not her or there. Porsha was outside in her car somewhere "M.I.A", so I (chef Derrick) took notice the deputy didn't have a drink, I offered her one until I could find Porsha an offered to get the deputy some seasoned Bo-Rounds on top on the unseasoned ones she was allowed to keep. I was told to put her some seasoning in a cup from the assistant manager. I knew then I was working under a set of hospitality amateurs.
I was only employed there for 3 days an watched food cost abuse, reckless cooking during non peak times which hurt food cost and profits. Porsha also does not wear a hairnet on that fake ass hair weave which is a huge no,no when working around food.

My husband and I went to eat lunch out today with the intention of eating at Bojangles on College Road in Wilmington, NC. As we do with all of our restaurants during our trying times, we drove around the restaurant to observe if the employees sanitation observance of COVID-19. We found that half of the employees weren't wearing masks at all, the other half might as well not have them on as they were not covering there mouth or nose. Since your company does not respect the public's health, we will no longer support your business. We in the past almost weekly ate at your restaurant but we due to our age and health can no longer enjoy your food. Sadly said, we went to another restaurant who is doing a fantastic job in respecting the health of their customers, you should learn from them during these trying times. There customer lines wrap twice around the building for food service of their customers.

Ordered a gravy biscuit at Bojangles on Garrison Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28054. The gravy barely did cover the basket. I've had a lot of issues out of this location does anybody check the food before it goes out the window.. Drive Throughs are bad enough about getting cold And old food without making a second trip and waiting in line to replace In adequate portions. I am a firm believer in right the first timE. I have contacted corporate on a prior basis and need to bring another unsatisfactory experience to your attention. Your franchise/company location at: 3645 Pelham Rd, Greenville, SC 29615 needs a visit to inspect customer service and management attitude. Today I stopped and ordered a 12 piece tailgate meal--arrived home and had 8 pieces of chicken. Mistakes happened--so I drove back, waited in drive thru 15=20 min. At order point, I stated that I had just been there and ordered a 12 piece meal and received 8-was told immediately--The manager has to approve anything! The order was filled wrong after paying $31.31 so that upset me. I said in frustration "all I want is my damn chicken"-promptly told, don't talk to me like that. I did receive the 4 pieces "2 thighs, I leg and I wing which looked like yesterday's food. There is no excuse in this since a second trip was required, extended wait was required, no apology and corrected order was wrong.

Better check on management at this location

Our MWBE small business firm performed work for a Bojangles franchise (FDY Inc.) at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The franchise owner was contacted and has not paid their invoices before and during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. It would appear Bojangles does not support minority businesses in the community and their continued success. Very disappointing!!!

We visited the Cary, NC Bojangles on Chatham st yesterday - drive thru. First we were met by a man with out a mask who stood about 3 feet from my window. He took our order and relayed it inside. Of course, he had to have me repeat it several time before he got it right. Next we drove up to a person who asked us what condiments we wanted. He than handed us a bag with napkins, straws ect. Finically, we reached the window, a man inside the restaurant handed the orders to a girl standing outside the window. Thi person was standing about ONE FOOT from my window. When I asked her to pull her mask up to cover their nose and mouth, she gave me the death stare and rolled her eyes. She then pulled the mask up over her MOUTH ONLY. Does she think germs do not escape from her nose? Then she proceeded to,hand me someone else's order.
This occurred around 2:00 pm Sunday afternoon. There were only 2 cars in line. Drive thru was not busy
In conclusion, I had unnessary contact with 3 employees, two of whom were not wearing masks as requested by our governor. Also, the rude behavior from the girl at the window was totally uncalled for. Asking someone to take a reasonable precaution for my health should not receive rolling eyes and death stare.
Maybe this behavior is why NC is experiencing over 1000 new cases a day.
We will go to other drive thru restaurants that limit contact and treat customers with cutesy.

I am a everyday of the week customer of your Emma candler location and today was the third time in a row my order has been wrong. I was there last night and spent 20 dollars and my drink was wrong I was missing one meal and all my sides were wrong and I was not given straws or dipping sauce for 3 meals. I tried to call when I got home and someone answered and then phone went dead and was busy for hours. I returned this morning and ordered a sausage and cheese meal with large tea . When I pulled up the girl opened the windows while talking to coworker and never looked at me as she holds her hand out. Than gives me my food and shuts window still not making eye contact or saying one word. I got a sausage biscuit No cheese and med. tea but by this point I'm over it. It is out of my way to go to McDonald's but I will not be back to this location.

As an employee for Bojangles I do not recommend anyone visit any of their restaurants. Management staff at the store on Vernon ave in Kinston are terrible. They can't make a schedule properly, don't give their employees lunch breaks, force them to stay later then scheduled to, call them in on scheduled days off, and create constant hostile work evironments for all their employees and corporate does nothing about it! TANDS INC DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES! THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!

when i went to the bojangles in gldsboro nc on hwy 117 , they were roaches crawling everywhere , i even heard one of the workers saying something about a rat running. The workers were very rude and disrespectful. some of them even had really foul language. the place is very drty , they dont keep it clean and someone that works thee that i know said the managers do not do there jobs properly. i have seen employees doing whatever they want , playing , eating and everything. the place is very dirty they have roaches everywhere . i had a roach in my gravy, something needs to be done asap

My husband loves Bojangles. It's ok with me a little spicy but I can tolerate it. We were just there. Not happy with the manager that was working that day. Did not personally talk to her but she was yelling at the workers and cussed one out. Her hygiene could be better for a ( oh excuse me she is a team leader) person in charge. She wouldn't let one of workers go to restroom. Also was told doesn't allow breaks. I think she has let management position think she is better than the rest. Just didn't care for her attitude. Her name tag read Rebecca and underneath it read team leader. This is Florence. Alabama location. In leader position you should not cuss a worker out nor not allow them to go to restroom. Also I think it a shame leftovers be thrived away when they could be donated to homeless shelter

I had very poor customer service at the Bojangles in Savannah, Ga. I May 24, 2020. I attempted to order the roasted chicken bites bowl with rice, pinto beans and cheese. I knew it didn;t come with a beverage, so I ordered the tea separately. When I received my order, it was only roasted chicken bites in a small bowl. I told the employee that was not what I ordered or wanted. She and her manager proceeded to dispute me and say that was what I ordered. I worked many years in retail and that is not how you treat the customer.

March 16,2018 I was treated at Pardee Hospital in North Carolina. I was headed to Kentucky to my aunts funeral. I went through drive threw at Bojangles on White Horse Rd. I ordered Cajun chicken combo like I always do. Within minutes of eating the sandwich I started to burn in my hands, feet , private area and all over I broke out in hives. Loss of eye vision for a short period of time. EMS picked me up at exit 3 and transported me to Pardee hospital. Complete aggany of burning in my whole body and especially my stomach. Felt like I was sitting in fire. I've been treated over and over and still have complications to this day. But after talking with Marcie Smith insurance adjuster. Bojangles was not going to offer all my medical bills back for all Gastro treatments and all other doctors I went to because of stress and etc due to the accident from Bojangles on March 16,2018. I met a guy who sold chemicals to Bojangles and few other restaurants and luckily if it wasn't for him I would probably got very sick with H-Pylori bacteria. I had the exact symptoms the chemical he sells to Bojangles. He is the life saver who recommended me to a gastroenterologist. I kept quite during this whole process and didn't make my story go nation wide cause I thought for sure Bojangles would have took care of me the right way. I was Wrong so I've decided to make my story about the Bojangles on White Horse Rd go across the social media. I'm working on getting my whole story and few others speak who seen me go through such a bad near death experience that night. All I'm asking as Headquarters of Bojangles is watch what cleaners and chemicals you use. Cause if I wouldn't have got help when I did this could have been a very bad turn out. The little over 8,000 wasn't near enough for my bills and pain I endured. The little paid to my insurance was rediculous. Situation like this I don't think restaurants or any accidents should have the right to gain from us having medical insurance. So please with all I've read about spices and other people suing Bojangles don't compare to what I've been through! You Won cause I don't believe in suing. But will feel better to get my story out there so others will be aware of how Bojangles handles accidents. Please consider doing better for your restaurants. DHEC also seen things done wrong during their visits cause a friend of ours worked for DHEC and sent them out. I could go on and on about this story of activities missed with my kids and trips cause of my stomach issues. But I'm wasting my time cause Bojangles don't care about their customers it's just the money.

Came to the Batesburg, SC location at 5:15pm to get dinner for my family. Ordered a 12pc 'dark' tailgate meal. I was told it would be a 15 min wait. It was actually 30 min before I called the store. The person that answered said she ain't got time for this! The Mgr got on the phone and said it ok 25 min to cook 12 piece dark meat. But they would throw in extra chicken and biscuits. I didn't get my food until 5:58.WHY at 5 o'clock would you have 8 cars waiting on meals?! Only the drive-thru option is open so there are NO other guests taking the meals. It seems like you would have everything ready to go at dinner time.

At the Sanford Bojangles in Tramway there is a lack of common sense that has lasted over a week. They have a person outside under a tent taking orders. I assume the speaker may be broken. Problem is that they set up the person under a tent way before the menu. The assumption is that everyone knows the menu. Why is this person not stationed right beside the menu. It just seems crazy.

My family and I have always been fans of Bojangles, but April 21 we went by your location close to the airport in Greensboro N.C. and ordered your 8 piece tailgate dinner requesting slaw and dirty rice as our sides. When we arrived home we had french fries instead of dirty rice, but the worst part of it was the chicken was not good nor were the biscuits. They tasted as though they had been leftover from lunch time and we went for the dinner hour. I think you should be advised of our not so good luck with your drive through. We have always been very satisfied with the food and feel you should be advised as this is very bad for business. I am not a complainer but the food was so bad I threw it away. Nothing like we usually get from Bojangles. If this happened to us I am sure someone else is getting poor grade of food too. Thank you for reading this.

Bojangles store #646 is the worst store I've ever been in. The customer service in there is horrible and the UNIT DIRECTOR is bad for service. The food quality sucked, I waited for over 10 mins for a 2 piece combo. It was a small on there and also bugs. That store needs to be shut down. Its located in Oxon Hill Maryland. 6135 Oxon Hill MD 20745. Dont ever go there.

My brother Joe who makes his living driving a truck just stopped at your Warsaw NC location and walked up to the drive up to order lunch and the personnel on duty would not wait on him. I have been a loyal customer of Bojangle's since it's beginning but I can't feel like patronizing an establishment that treats our truck drivers in this manner at a time like this ever again.

I Am A Manager At A Kentucky Location And I Do Not Feel As If This Company Is Taking The Covid 19 Situation Seriously And I Feel They Are Not Helping Or Providing Us With The Necessary Measures To Keep Myself, My Staff Or Our Families Safe. They Closed Down Dining Rooms World Wide, But Continue To Make Us Work Drive Thru Where We Have To Touch Peoples Nasty Money And Credit Cards Which Probably Already Have Cocid 19 On Them. Theyve Also Went As Far To Develope A Car Side Service Where We Have To Risk Our Health And Saftey Of Our Crew And Families Once More By Walking Out Of Our Store, Walking Up To Their Vehicles And Taking Their Orders And Once Again Being In Closer Contact Than Any Of Us Would Like. The Rule Is 6ft Apart But Walking Up To Someones Vechicle Is More Like 2 Inches! We The Managers And Crew Members And Team Trainers Implore You To Close Down Bojangles Corporation World Wide To Help Do Our Part For The Country In Our Efforts To Stop The Spread Of Coronavirus. I went to the villarica Bojangles and there was a sign on the door saying that if you have a trump hat or shirt that you will be asked to leave. I have spent thousands in your stores and that how I get treated as a repeat customer. Y'all just lost a very loyal customer.

Just saw a picture of a Bojangles restaurant that had a sign that read anyone wearing a Trump hat or shirt would be asked to leave? I highly suggest you send out notice to all your franchise telling them they can not discriminate. Or do you have a political bias? Your customers need to know if they should accommodate your bias don't you think?

I attended the Charlotte Trump rally and to eat anything it had to be Bogangles or popcorn. If I had seen the no service noticed posted on one of your restaurant doors, prior to my order I would have never spent money with your business; would have waited to eat at my favorite restaurant on my drive home. That has become my last stop at BOs.

Not acceptable that you are allowing your employees to refuse service to Trump supporters and to even go as far as shut and lock their doors during open hours. This should be grounds for immediate dismissal. You lost another customer. Fix this and so what's right.

If the policy of Bojangles is to refuse service to people who support or vote for any candidate whether they be Democrat or Republican, I guess you will no longer get my business not my money. I eat all the time at both Bojangles Restaurants in Athens Georgia because I love your chicken and biscuits. But then I hear that the Bojangles Restaurant in Charlotte North Carolina closed and refused service to people who support our President . They also told several people they refused to serve people who were Trump supporters. With my wife and I being a business owner we never mix our business with political views and would never refuse service to anyone. If we had anyone of our employees refuse service to any of our customers they would no longer be employed by us. I think this was ludicrous that someone would put a political action in one of your restaurants that could effect you nationwide

Bojangles came to our neighborhood a few years back. I was happy to finally have good food at our exit. After your treatment of suspected Trump supporters and locking them out, I am disgusted. I did not vote for Trump, but politically motivated discrimination is not the right tone for any public business in America. I am highly offended and liscense should be publicly revoked to correct this behavior and given to someone who understands their job is to serve the community.

You switch the sesame seed bun with a cheap basic grocery store bun. I loved the bun before and will not be getting this sandwhich again because the bun is that terrible and the other one was much more delicious.

The second shift in Laurinburg will lead to no franchise fees and the closing of the restaurant in Laurinburg. Every time I go long wait inside and outside at the drive thru.After their first shift goes home they don't except drive thru orders
They depend on customers getting mad and driving off so they won't have to take their order
Workers are walking around doing nothing.my bread in my fish sandwich was burned,they close early at night,4:30 p.m.then open when they feel like it.Not professional at all
.But don't worry. We have a chic fila now so they will take. Care of your customers. O will not go back.

I stopped at the Bojangles in Pageland ,SC . I came at 10:30 when lunch is being served. I understood that that I had to wait on my meal. The workers in the back were complaining on having to make my meal so early.

My husband went to Bojangles in Cayce sc of 321 across from Hardee's near gaston sc and ask for the 2 sausage biscuit for two dollars they tried to charge 2.89 so my husband ask why was it so high she said regular price for two is 3.87. My husband went to the downtown location and got the two sausage biscuits for 2.20 The Cayce sc location of 321 always over charging at that location. That location need to be investigated I will never use a credit card there . There are so many different things happen there they don't honor what corporate puts out .

Your location @29 W DeRenne Av, Savannah,Ga.is the pits. I have in the past gone to this location every time I have eaten in Savannah--about twice a month, On 1/6/20 I received dumb responses from the manager each time I asked a question. I got nothing but a smile and a giggle. I always order Roasted chicken bites and this time when I got only 6 pieces I asked if that is all they serve all I got for an answer was a smile and a giggle. Needless to say I won't be going back there. Didn't even get a survey receipt to get a free sausage biscuit on next visit.

I visited your store in Manning SC today the ladies bathroom was dirty with french fries across the floor, paper on the floor in the lobby, tables in the dining area needs cleaning,soft drink wasted and on the counter along with the floors need moping.
