I have been in contact with Bosch since April 15, 2014 trying to get the right model# for my stackable washer/dryer. My washer motor went out after only 10 yrs.! So disgusted. Bosch rep gave me wrong model# that replaced old washer. They assured me after talking with 2 different tech. that old stack kit would work on old dryer. Wrong...it would not fit on washer because they sent me wrong washer model. This is ongoing issue and have not heard back from Bosch rep after talking with them so many times I lost count. Supposedly, all this info went to management. Still waiting & so very disappointed in your product.

I purchased a Bosch Dishwasher on 14th October 2013. A promise of £25 cash back applied. My first claim the last number on the invoice could not be read. I sent again a photocopy plus an engineer's report for a call out on 25th October to provide proof of purchase. Each time I checked the status of my claim there was no trace of it even though I have an e-mail copy thanking me for my claim. After giving all the information on the phone once again there was still no trace of this on 6th January but contact with Emily on 08082341639 traced it and said I would receive this in 2/3 weeks. I have telephone again today 3 times and eventually been told I will have to wait at least another 3/4 weeks for the next batch to be sent out. I am not prepared to do this and I am writing to your head office . Customer service is non-existent and No further Bosch item will be purchased by me.

I went to Lowe's on Sept 6th 2013 and purchased all new Bosch appliances of course its all special ordered. When the appliances finally came in the stove was damaged the fridge had damaged door handles. Lowe's ordered me new handles and another stove well that stove came in damaged as well. They ordered me another stove and that one was damaged. This cycle keeps going on and on. Now they are ordering me the sixth stove. I don't know what is going on, but I'm very furious that I have still yet to receive my stove and its been over two months and been paid in full, still no stove. I don't know what is going on in your factory or further down the line but somewhere the stoves are getting damaged and I getting very frustrated.



Bosch is high end and this is something one would not expect to see going on and I want to bring this to your attention. Please look into this problem that I have been dealing with and find out whats going on. I would appreciate a reply back to see if we can get to the bottom of this.

I purchased the Bosch dishwasher model SHX65T55UC

I was excited to use it the first time and more excited because I had been looking for a dishwasher that would tell me when the dishes are clean. Above the read out display, it says, clean, sanitize and refill jet dry. When my dishes finished washing, I expected to see the word "clean" illuminated in the display box. I have nothing but a black face on it. When I first turn it on, it says 2:30 and that is the only letters that have been illuminated. Is it not suppose to say clean, when they are done washing? I am very disappointed so far. The salesman told me it doesn't say that, but I think it should. That was one of the main features I bought it for.

Is there some setting I need to do, to get it to say clean when the dishes are done washing?
