Zero Response From Customer Service Via Email After 6 Attempts And Wait Times Over The Phone Are Over An Hour!!! This Company Is Full Of Crooks, Liers, And Cheats. My Credit Card Company Is Now Involved In Trying To Get A Resolution To This. What A Waste Of Time.!!! Product Never Arrived And Is Marked As Cancelled. But They Still Have Money Money - Crooks!!! User's Recommendation: Stay Away! Do Not Do Business!

I purchased the 2080 BARBELL WITH CURL BAR on 11/25/2021 direct from Bowflex. Mistake, buy from a retail establishment. Purchased for $499, no more then a few days later Best Buy and Walmart had it for $449. Bowflex Corp will not match it, please note that Bowflex like all companies make more profit on direct to consumer sales. Not good customer service at all. Will not purchase again from them.

Do not buy products by this company!!! I have had the worse experience with Nautilus when it comes to products. First the console of my equipment broke so I call for a replacement.. Get this I ordered early January and it is almost end of June and they haven't send me the console replacement. I was so patient waiting and waiting but nothing .. each month they dip into my account and hold the charge for the part I ordered and they never shipped it .. . Every month I called customer service, which by they way are rude and unhelpful ... there was a new excuse about they switching shipping companies or something or the other ....
If you want to save yourself from future frustration and hassle do not buy their product you will regret it ... I am now purchasing from their competitor... Decent product although pricy, terrible customer service, a poor company that probably won't last long treating customer the way they do ....

I hope this helps

I bought a C6 bike in January. After three weeks it broke . They intentionally make it impossible to return. First off , they do not accept return comments through emails . . They do not accept returns unless you get a return authorization number from their customer service which is impossible to get a hold of. Three phone calls 90 minutes later I get the authorization number. Then I find out I have to pay the shipping fee for the broken equipment, $400. Three months after I shopped the bike to them , and they revived it. No sign of my money. Absolute silence from them. I started contacting them on Twitter , they used pandemic as an excuse , they promised me someone will call me in 2-4 days. A week later , still no phone call and no money.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company. I purchased a $3000 treadmill that arrived with a bad motor and badly damaged. Its been a month and nothing is fixed. Their customer service is the absolute worst and their idea of fixing it is to pass you off to someone else. I was told by one agent that she works from home and there is nothing she can do. Corporate office basically said I could talk to a voicemail.

I wish I would have known about all these complaints before I purchased my exercise bike, that was a out of box failure. I waited over 70 days for replacement parts and now waiting for someone to call to install them, still waiting.
I would never even thought that Bow flex was a substandard company but then again the hints were there, like someone telling me the part was shipped and it wasn't a supervisor will call you, he didn't, a girl on chat line said she didn't have address of the company. I found it for my complaint to the Attorney General, I believe this so called company should be seriously looked at.

SO-73629030 -- My 100334 BFX XTREME 2SE HOME GYM has been delivered and the huge packages have been sitting in my garage since 2/8/2021. Today is 2/16/2021 and I have yet to receive a call from "The Go Configure Assembly Team" to schedule an assembly and installation. I have called the 1.888.888.5424 number multiple times and received multiple assurances that I would have a date the next day. ALL LIES! The next day comes and no call is received. If I call Bowflex/Nautilus at 1.800.605.3369 I am put on hold for sometimes over an hour and then receive promises but no installation scheduling date is forthcoming. When I call the Bowflex Corporate Office at 1.360.859.2900 during "Normal Business Hours", I get told to call back during "Normal Business Hours" and after hearing this message twice, I get disconnected. Gee, after spending $2201.60 for the exercise equipment, mat, and installation, all I have is frustration and a garage full of Bowflex cartons. How sad, disappointing and frustrating!

My name is not important, I am writing this comment about Bowflex because it has been a disappointing experience with this company. This was my first purchase and it will be my last. I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from Bowflex, for a number of reasons:1. when something goes wrong with the equipment, there is no one to contact about the issue because when you call you are placed on hold until your phone has to be recharged and you haven't spoken to anyone; 2. if by some miracle, you do speak to someone concerning the problem with your equipment and you think the problem has been solved, only to discover the wrong replacement items have been sent; 3.Now you need to return the items, and of course reaching someone is impossible; 4. to return the item you need a RMA # or the item would be thrown away when they receive it, and you wouldn't get a refund; 5 how do you get this RMA number if you can't reach anyone on the phone. You are stuck with the faulty equipment thinking you may as well throw it away yourself. To this day, three weeks after receiving the wrong weights and staying on the corporate line for over an hour and speaking to no one, I have been trying to return them to get the correct weights. As I stated at the beginning, I would not recommend purchasing anything from Bowflex. I am truly disappointed in what I thought was a dependable company with an upstanding reputation. This not the case!

I Would Not Buy Your Junk Equipment If It Was Free.

Awful customer service, I would recommend calling corporate if you have issues. Machine was not arriving until 4 days before first payment due date. I cancelled order, the machine never made it to my home. However I was charged shipping for a machine that never shipped. After several calls and a final call to Corporate I was helped in a timely manner and refunded for shipping. Will NEVER order from Bow Flex in the future.

I am writing to state I am VERY dissatisfied with the delivery and assembly of my unit

Very happy with the unit and the speed in which it was shipped BUT....

The group that was contracted for the assembly has not been responsive or accommodating
I have contacted them several times and I still have not received a update on a time for assembly for the unit which was delivered last Friday.
I thought the delivery people would set it up- not knowing there is a contracted company
The delivery company left the item in front of my house and I had to carry both heavy units up a flight of stairs
The cost of the assembly was not inexpensive and what I have gotten for this has been extremely disappointing-so far I would not recommend this to anybody

Hi, My name is John Richard. I am 63 years old. I am 6'1" and weigh around 400lbs, I am also diabetic, along with other weight health issues. I believe that your bowflex tread climber would be a perfect fit for me, but I can't afford it as I am on a fixed income. I will dedicate myself to using it on a daily basis and show you my results. If you could help me get one, I would be greatly appreciative.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. Purchased a bowflex max trainer and was broke down within 6-7 weeks. They would not send out a tech and tried to diagnose over the phone. Then lied to me, saying a part was on back order. Called again and they said they had the part. Called again and ask about the parts because they only had sent confirmation for one or two them. I was told that they probably were coming from different warehouses. ANOTHER LIE. Sent me 3 parts from the same warehouse and shipped them all separately and on different dates. Called to set appointment for tech to come and was told it could take 10 business days to send one out. Tech shows up today and guess what.........it still doesn't work. Now they tell me these are in such demand that the parts are on back order and estimated 30-45 day wait which is the same waiting period if you purchase one today. REALLY, its been over a month now. I asked them why do I have to wait the same as new purchase. They said that they have no control over orders. So I asked them to intercept one when it came in. Once again, they don't have control over that. Who in their right mind would believe that if they are shipping new orders on daily or weekly basis that someone could not get the part that is needed. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. If I decide to wait this out, then that machine will have been broken down for 2 1/2 months. Asked them why are they putting new orders in front of current customers who have not been able to use their own machines for a month. They said they weren't doing that. Then why will it take me the same length of time to get my part as it does if someone ordered a new machine today. DEAD SILENCE. Appears all that they care about is making a sale. So pathetic.............I will never buy anything from them again

But it is too expensive for a bus driver wages. I am asking if there is a way that it could be more affordable to people who is a public service worker and don't have high wages to keep up with their health. Sometimes I be so sore from sitting in the driver position I just want to walk . Can you please help with a solution to my problem ?

I am dissatisfied with my TC5. The belts have been changed twice. The machine is still doing the same thing. The belts are being shredded to threads. The tech first informed me that there was a problem with tof my floor, which proved incorrect. I had an appointment today to have the belts changed again but because of a scheduling problem, the tech did not make it. He was courteous enough to call. Since he was familiar with the problem , he suggested a solution which include a new part which he needed to discuss with his office. This machine has not been fully beneficial to me since I purchased. My understanding that this is a common problem with this machine. After my warranty expires, I do not want to be stuck with a $1000.00 plus machine that is useless. Can someone assist me in either in replacing this machine or repairing. I purchased this machine from Bowflex in good faith not from Nordic Svc. Please make this purchase valid.
Thank you
