Yrs ago I started buying 3 different types silver coins. They kept charging me but not sending most of the coins. I called they said they will keep charging me and when they get the coins they'll send them. They said they did not have the coins, I said stop charging me until you catch up om my items. I was owed 3 at that time. They kept charging me and by time they still owed me 7 coins I canceled my card so they would stop charging me. Then then sent me invoice saying I owe them. I called several times and wrote several times. They said they would fix it and send me the coins. Months later no coins and more invoices and then started texting me and called my boss. I'm sick of Bradford exchange. Worst company I've ever dealt with. They charged me for all these coins I never received, promise to fix it but never do then have the nerve to say I owe them.

I placed a order for checks online but the payment was never entered so I called customer service 3 reps told me that online order was not showing up so we did a order over the phone.i received a email showing 2 orders I called within 5 minutes after placing that order was told that online order cancelled out the 2nd order I said I want to cancel the 28.99 order.On November 2nd they charged 22.03 and 28.99 to my debit.On the 6th they charged another 21.91 and 28.86.As a result this has put my account in the negative and bounced 2 other checks.I called they stated they needed to do that to make sure the money was in my account to be honest they did that on Novemver 2nd.Im on Disability my bank is holding 101.80 over 1 box of checks cause it's pending since November 2nd.Please fix the problem.Ive ordered checks before and never has this happened and this will be my last order.Thankyou

I placed an order in June for a ring for a wedding. Your company claimed it would be arriving by Sept 11 on back order. I called Aug 21st to get a tracking number and find out if it was shipped. A employee told me it was being prepared for shipping and should be received by Aug 25th. Today Aug 25th I called your company and asked for details to be told that the other person I talked to was incorrect and that estimated shipping would be by Sept 26th. The wedding is Sept 16th thats why it was critical for it to come by Sept 11th. I asked to speak to a supervisor just to be told "no" that it wouldn't be ready til Nov 26th I don't understand the obsurd and ridiculousness bad customer service your company has showed. Just to be told sorry and They will send a $25 voucher. Its bad enough we will not have the ring but the audacity of the employees that show no care and little help

I ordered a subscription plan for a train. I started receiving the train in December. I was charged the proper of 1/3rd payment. 2nd in January, 3rd in February. I recieved #2 train car and was charged 1st payment in March, 2nd in April and 3rd in May on May 3rd. I was immediately charged again on May 5th for the third car. I signed up for the subscription because it inferred that it was one payment each for three months. I complained and the customer service jerk is telling mr that he's going to change and charge me full price and send out the cars once a month. This is NOT what I signed up for. I have bought numerous items from Bradford Exchange and hav3 been a good customer. This person ruined it. I've informed him that he is not to send the remaining cars out once a month and renin on the contract.

I brought the Disney Calendar subscription plan. The main part is supposed to light up. I sent it back because it only worked for a couple weeks then died. They sent back another that also only worked shortly and stopped. It also was a used one because the tiny tiny screws to hold the part to hang it fell out. Now I need another replacement but I want a brand new one not another broken one. Who do I call. There customer service is useless.

Now lets see what you can do, to help me.
I placed an Ordered for A Meow-y Christmas To All Caroling Kitten Tree. The Christmas Tree is White, it has Red & Green Balls on the Tree with Led Lights. It also has a Star on Top of the Tree. The 3 Kittens are sitting on the floor in front of the Tree. All the Kittens have Gold Halo's on, they also have wings as well. The Tree plays songs, the Kittens Sings to the Music. I bought that in Sept.??? When I got the Table Top Ornament, it was the wrong one, So I told them it was wrong one, they did send me a Return Labels, I did send it back to the Company. They told me again, that they mailed me the table Top Ornament
that's on it's way. When I opened it, you'll never guess what, They sent me the same one that I sent to them. Then I also Bought a Family BirthStone Bracelet that has 8 Names on it. I bought that one, I did receive it, but it has no Names on the Bracelet. I e-mailed them telling them I got the Bracelet, but no names beside each Birthstone, then I did get the Second one, it has names on this one, I bought another One, so that would give me 3 Birthstone Bracelet. I think it was at the end of Sept???. I kept on telling them I need these, Bracelet, I have to mail it out. Now I don't know if I'm going to have them in time for Christmas.

Your Company messed up Twice on the Table Top Caroling Christmas Tree.
Then Your Company tells me that the Family Bracelet, was cancelled on Oct 25th, which it was their Mistake. I told them I should get My Money Back but still mail me the Table Top and the Family BirthStone Bracelet.

Maybe I should write on Face book, to see if anyone else has had this much problem. Like I said, I never have so much Trouble.

Also could you please send me a Return Bill, that I get This Wrong order back to you.

Also I'm hard of hearing, I cannot hear over the Phone.

So lets see what's going to happen.

After my refund has been issued, I want to be removed from any all correspondence. This is the worst company and does not know what customer service. I did the orders that were placed were by accident after following Bradfords direction. I requested that the orders be canceled immediately ( per the directions layed out your site to cancel a order) I do still have my electronic copy of date and time of email but the email was not responded to and the charges processed thru my bank leaving me over $400.00 Overdrawn. I call immediately when I saw the charges this morning. I was told that the order could not be canceled and that the products would arrive in 7 9 days and that I would have to send back and get my refund once Bradford received the products back and they would issue the refund.

In the mean time I am sitting for approx 14 to 18 day $400.00 overdrawn 28 days before Christmas and with A house payment and other bills.

My money is being held by fraud without my permission since your company was informed within 10 minutes of the mistake. And you still chose to take my money and hold it,,,,,

You should consider closing your operation in London Ontario! Customer service is just something I had never experience in my life before. No answer to your e-mail, no explanation about your case, links they provide you for return documents can not be open, links to contact customer service don't work since nobody calls you back, etc.
Very, very disappointed with Bradford Exchange in Canada. Never ever I will order anything again.

This company has really gone downhill! I ordered a beautiful Corvette ring for my boyfriend, and what I got was an ugly piece of junk! The design wasn't even the same and it was very cheap looking! I emailed customer service and even sent them comparison pictures of my ring and the ring that was advertised. They could care less! I just hope I can get my money back. I mailed the package yesterday so we'll see. I've purchased many things from this company in the past and they've always been great! Not anymore! I will never buy anything from them again and I'll make sure that my family and friends don't, either!

I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated by your staff in Customer service... I worked in retail and policy was always satisfy the customer first .. Well first off I ordered a promise ring when I recieved it there was a stone missing and my name was engraved wrong spelling... So they have a family ring I wanted so I ask them could they just take the money that I already paid for the promise ring which was more than family ring and they would have profits from it .. if they could just put money on family ring and send it instead and I'll send promise ring back cuz to me it's worthless.. NO WE CANT DO THAT..So ok refund my money NO We have to send back to credit card mind you the money had been taken off my credit card for sum time .. Well I know longer have that credit card due to someone taken my money... I don't bank with them at all.. So I get told to bad we have to send money to that bank then they have to refund you.. ARE YOU SERIOUS .. YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE A HIGH END COMPANY AND CANT EVEN SEND MY REFUND TO MY HOUSE CUZ I NO LONGER HAVE THAT BANK ANYMORE.. I am expressing my feeling on a phone call i made to purchase checks from Bradford and the young lady Amoy i spoke to collected my information and proceeded . I asked of the total cost which was extremely high so I declined and asked for my info. to be removed. She told me it was now Mandatory for me to purchase I believe the cover of the items. I refused and said it is not mandatory, and she said I would be billed . I informed her I would notify my bank and the B.B.B. she said good bye with no regard . I truly am disappointed in this service I have ordered many times from Bradford on other items and Never experienced this type of verbal nonsence. I can't believe this Company would try to force a purchase from a Customer.

Misleading information on my order was told I would receive item when ordering my checks .I paid all upfront over phone.Called last week lady looked up my order said; give it another week you don't get it .So I called today .Now I am not getting my item I didn't pay for that item ?Now they can take they're Dream Catcher Checks back ,Check book leather cover ,return labels coin purse (cosmetic bag ) is what I been waiting on. I placed an order back on December 14, 2020 for a personalized Army Jacket and have not received it. I have called several times and was told it was at the engravers and I should have it on a couple of weeks each time I called. Today I called and now it is supposedly on back order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have continually gone downhill over the years with purchases and products!

Recently purchased IWO JIMA 75th and as a former Marine was shocked at the quality! This reflects horribly on your companies quality. Cheap Plastic with toy model materials. Only thing missing was a made in China label. American Flag printed blurry and dirty. This company is headed down the direction Sears did and. I will not purchase from them again. Over priced plastic junk! This is the best you could do commemorating a Iconic Battle Anniversary where thousands died fighting for our country!!!!! I am flabbergasted at what I received based on the picture of the item! Researched customer complaints and they are off the charts! You will become exactly what happened to Sears if you do not listen to your customer feed back! As a veteran it is a disgrace to your company that you are selling this junk! You should be embarrassed and ashamed!!!!

I placed an order on Jan 29th and asked for expedited shipping. In the checkout process it said if I was a rewards person on item shipping would be free. Thus without my knowledge the shipping was changed to standard. That being said Pitney Bowes has been holding it 60 miles away for the last 6 days. They first showed delivery on 2/4 then 2/6 and now they don't know where it is. I was very excited to give my twin friends these presents and now I will have to wrap up a picture because in calling your customer service over and over I was assured I would receive this order in time.

I ordered Months ago Forge Your Own Path Bracelets for my sons. They are Milatary. Payed up front to get them! You said I would have them before Christmas Hello- that day came and went!!!! My Sons went Over Seas with out The Gift This Mama wanted For Them!!!! Am Disgusted with this Company! Never Again! You Should Give Me The Bracelets for Free Since Your Company Did Not Keep Their Word on Sending them To Me!!!! How Sad You All Are!

Placed order Nov 27, 2020. Rec'd em that credit card did nit go through. No reason for it not to, but gave a different one. Same thing happened. Gave 3rd card that had nothing on it. Again, they said it was declined. Our credit card companies did send us any notifications which they would have done if there was problem with a transaction. My husband called at least 5 times..call center in Jamaica. Corporate numbers don't answer. Don't know. What kind of scan they are running, but would advise people not to deal with them.

I have tried sending you letters with the proof that it was paid and all I get is it was not paid. Have a "horrible" situation that was only magnified by my conversation with "Leshon" and her immediate supervisor. I placed an order on 9-22 and was charged $207.91 On Oct. 5. I was charged $207.91 also. I was sent the "wrong ring" the first time. I was sent a "BROKEN" ring next (loose and cloudy stone). Was issued one credit on 10-6. After telling Leshon super. my problem he had me wait on hold for 24 minutes to check out a couple of things and then was disconnected - no return call although between the two of them they must have asked me my telephone # at least 10 times. Horrible...HORRIBLE experience.

I ordered a John Wayne Statue from Bradford Exchange and when I typed in my email address it said it wasn't valid. I called 866-503-9057 and spoke to Regina and she confirmed my mailing address, email address and phone number. She said I can not help you will have to email Customerservice @Bradfordexchange.com. I get an email from customer service with a I am unable to help you is there anything else I can help you with. This is simply not right in how you handle customers. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BRADFORD EXCHANGE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For an email address being not valid, I sure get alot of Bradford JUNK!!!!! in my invalid email address!!!!!

I ordered a gift and paid extra for shipping to get it here by friday 5/15/2020. When I saw that it was shipped friday 5/15/2020 I called customer service. They assured that it had already shipped and would be there that day by 8pm. It never showed. and today I get an e-mail that my order is being prossesed and for a cheaper price then what I originally bought it at. I keep trying to call customer service and finnaly I pressed the number to order something and finally got ahold of someone . they transfered me to customer service where I was on hold for 30 minutes without reaching customer service. I have also e-mailed them and no one will get back to me!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND PAY EXTRA SHIPPING!!! ITS A RIP OFF.

Be careful when ordering checks Bradford Exchange will connect you with Freeshipping.com which will charge your credit card account $13.00 each month unless you call them to cancel them. You will get nowhere with Bradford. Supervisors say they cannot help you.

Very dissatisfied with your customer service and the ring that was purchased. For our 35th wedding anniversary my husband purchased the two hearts topaz garnet soul mates ring and had it engraved. After only a few months, the ring was so tarnished, colors on the stones faded, gold plate peeled off. When I tried to get our money back for it, they reordered it and expected us to pay for it again!!! I called again about it, they said they would refund us and give us a discount. Why not stand by your jewelry and send us a genuine, gold, diamond, ring of equal or more value at no cost to us, since you cost us so much heartache, and I am still out of a beautiful ring as my 35th anniversary gift? STAND BY WHAT YOU SELL!!!

I am extremely unhappy with the Bradford Exchange. I ordered my product 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and still have not received. When I called to follow up on my order he customer service I received was disgusting. I was laughed at, hung up on, disconnect from you Facebook chat, all because I am asking questions to understand the circles all the various reps I spoke with were talking in. I have received no official order confirmation to my email as promised and there are been no communication on the delays of this order. On December 13, 2016 I looked at my order status online, it read "Order Received". I called in at 11:30am and spoke with Katie, she explained that the item status means Bradford Exchange had received my order, but there is still a delay in the shipping. I ask why? She said she did not know. If my order was received then it should be here before Christmas, correct? She laughed at me, when I asked her if she was laughing at me, she said yes I am because you think I can do anything about this. Then I asked for a manager. She kept me on hold and never returned. SO I hung up and called back. At 11:46 I spoke with David. His customer service was a bit more friendly. I explained my conversation with Katie and asked David again my question. He placed me on hold, came back to tell me an update on what he could do and the call went dead. Really?

Then I went to the Facebook page and placed an inquiry. At 1:21pm on 12/13 I got a reply from Kelsy that she will have someone review my situation. From there I spoke with a Tofer via messenger. He had an understanding of my situation and why I was confused and was going to work with his manager to figure my order out. As of 5:36PM he was still looking into this. On 12/14 at 9:20am he got back to me stating there is a delay. This was a brand new product with no guarantee by Christmas Again I order this 2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving. By Christmas this should have been a non issue. Tofer explained there was so production issues and that has delayed the creation of this item. However, no communication was ever sent to me about this delay.He offered for me to order a different item guaranteed by Christmas and offering to cancel my existing order. I declined as I wanted that item. So then I proceeded to ask Tofer why does my item status read Order Received if the item is not even available yet. He stated he was not sure as he does not have that information. WHAT?

So I asked a again as I was not going to accept he didn't have that information. He stated "It meant the order was received and placed in out system, but there were unforeseen delays fulfilling the order. Our first shipment of this item was delayed so until that shipment arrives they are unable to fulfill any orders" No even more confused, they just told me my item status "Order Received" meant this item was received and in their system. So you have the order from the artist but you cant fulfill my order? Again how does this make sense?

He stated that he was able to upgrade the handling of my order at no charge to ensure that is was at the front of the line to receive when the product is produced. Again talking in circles. The item status makes no sense to the explanation I am receiving. I asked about the details if the upgrade, but again he said it will not guarantee shipment my Christmas. Then what did this upgrade do for me? He said is ensures that my order is the first to be fulfilled. Ok so then he says the order status means Order received, but explained the item as not. Ok but that is not how he stated prior or any other rep explained it to me so again why I was so confused. I asked few more questions of Tofer and in turn disconnected my conversation and also blocked me from placing more inquires on on your Facebook page.

The over all customer service is appauling. on 12/13 my item status stated it will arrive between 12/21 and 1/6. Then I checked a week later it read will arrive Jan 9. I checked today and it now reads will ship by 1/31. What is going on with my order?? Does the Artist make sure before you advertise that there are enough in production so you can send out your product in a timely matter? I also want my product and some sort of compensation for all the rude customer service and lack of communication.



What will Bradford Exchange do for me? I will take this to the very top as high as I can.
