Hello,my name is Nicole Arostigue. I puchased a chicco stroller from babies r us less then a year ago. I also purchased a warranty which I used to return the unit less then three months after i bought it. I returned the unit do to the tires not working correctly. I have the same stroller and less then a year now i would like to return it agsin because the material is ripping in the back storage are also there is no tread on the tires. My problem is that I have lost my warranty I purchased thru babies r us and the can do nothing to help me. If you would please contact me I would be very thankfull.
