I recently tried to order a ssd drive for my dell computer. After paying with my credit card I was told the ssd drive was out of stock and told me it would be an additional 7 days before they would have the stock then 3 days to ship so 10 days. I tried to cancel the order in which I got no reply. I then contacted support telling them I had cancelled the order still no reply. So I contacted my credit card company and cancelled payment to crucial company. I issued my credit card company to stop payment to you. I will never never never ever buy from you again. this has been the most horrific ordeal trying to buy a ssd drive in my entire life. If you as a company don't know what is in your inventory then for a 40 year old company you are in severe trouble in the business world.
