I Am a professional, I live two blocks from your restaurant in ,

I dine at your restaurant in hemet three times a week.



Tonight I went to the restaurant and ordered a Neil for myself and my wife, it was busy. It took me 20 minuets to get to cashire

Where I was told I could not pay the $18 bill with a $50 bill.

The cashier and t he manager were very rude.

They told me to somewhere in the shopping center and come back.

Just to say that consecutive would take more time waiting in line etc,

I asked to take the foot and comeback so I can eat hot food, the manger looked at me like I was trying to rip them off.

I was told if I did not do it there way they would just throw my food away.

Needless to say I was not very happy and I felt the need to tell you.

On March 9,2023 my husband went to Del Taco in Albuquerque, NM. He spent 19.61 but the store charged him twice for the amount of 19.61. As soon as I noticed it on my bank account I contacted customer service as well as the store and was told by the district manager as well as store manager that it was impossible to be double charged. After going back and forth with customer service and store finally the store contacted IT department and verified yes there was a glitch and he was double charged. The store manager then calls to verify but refuses to refund the money because she needed the card(we live 1200 miles from the store) Called customer service back and was assured the money would be refunded and it was escalated to corporate on March 22, 2023. Still I have not been contacted nor have we received the refund that is now 1month and 5 days since charged. Anytime you call customer service they say well there is nothing we can do but send the request to the district manager. Who refuses to give the refund even though they acknowledge they owe the money.

We placed an order through the drive-up window at the Del Taco located at 20 Falcon Ridge, Mesquite, NV. We ordered 4 items, and half way home discovered we only got 3 items. Did not go back. We requested a senior discount and our total was $10.92. Our credit card was charged $14.92. Our credit card company took care of the $4.00 overcharge. Reporting this because how many other customers were over charged without knowing it or discovering it on their credit card bill. But that didn't account for the fact we still paid for an item we didn't receive. We still have the receipt and our credit card bill.

While at store 1125 an empl. was seen smoking something off of foil with a straw, circle k said he was caught smoking pills in the bathroom an it stunk so bad his name is Anthony works for del taco an his aunt Irene manager for del taco also knows he smokes in an outside your store. I come to del taco often because I love y'all but do something about this please

Deltaco doesn't protect their employees and doesn't really care how they treat each other in the work environment. Us employees should have a outlet not to be assumed to take it for a job.

The girls that work at circleville Deltaco are very rude. They started cleaning up at 8:00 pm and couldn't fix half the stuff I was ordering,I was some what getting aggravated.got to window to pay gave me my food said have a good night then they closed the window but not all the way.Very nasty mouths.She Said to another girl I hope she has a very bad night.B_____

I tried to go to your store at Saticoy and Balboa I walked six blocks to get to your store to be informed that your store closes the dining room at 8 since I walk to the store I couldn't go through the drive-thru and was given multiple excuses on why I couldn't place an order at the door this is probably one of your worst stores that you have and I'm never going to go to another Del Taco as long as I live

I went to your store on 2and st in Yucaipa, CA & they will not let anyone in to place orders..the line was ridiculously long as well as the wait. The manager was frekin rude too. All other fast foods let people in to order...please fix this..I come a couple times a week.

I went to the Del Taco #0040, located on plum canyon on skyline ranch shopping center on 19375 Plum canyon road Santa Clarita California, 91350. My order was placed in 3/15 @ 10:38 am. My order #44. It was a horrible experience. I had my son and his friend in the car. My sons friend had asked for a beef burrito , which I did asked to me made and my order I gave. I had asked in advance the order to be put in two separate bags. I went ahead to pay in the drive thru. The cashier Whitney handed me two bags. I asked her , Which one is the beef burrito bag? She said " the burritos are in one bag and the tacos are in other bag! I politely asked her to please separate the two burritos, one was veggie and the other was Beef. Whitney the cashier shoved an empty bag in the burritos bag and said do it yourself , I have other customers to take care of and slammed the window in my face . There were kids in my car who witnessed the whole mistreatment by the cashier towards me. I went inside the store and spoke to Manager Alyssa. I explained it to her, Cow is sacred in my religion and due to religious reasons we don't touch beef or eat beef! I had politely asked in advance to separate the two orders! The way the situation was handled was horrendous. I was harassed and belittled by the store employee Whitney! Her behavior was very racist even though she was a person of color herself! Never going back again!

Placed a order on my mobile App. Tried adding the new Honey Mango chicken taco, coupon code 151 or P3879. It would not take the coupon.

So I placed my order 1085961688 without the new taco totalling $7.90 went to my Del Taco in Cypress, CA. So I had to order the new tacos separately and was told that I could not use the coupon.

If Del Taco is advertising the New Honry Mango Chicken Taco, it should be on the mobile app. And the coupon code should work too.

I complained that the new taco is not on the mobile app. The cashier's response was that is a Corporate issue. Obviously I was not happy with the response from the cashier.

Get some napkins! Your new store in glendale Az on bell rd is horrible and a snotty little giro that doesn't have to pull her mask over her nose!! Or at least that's what she said when i asked her to pull it up over her nose. I will b making a complaint

I went to del taco last week. Very hungry and 2 or 3 bites in, I find I'm eating a long hair. Almost threw up. Had to throw my food away. Then, this morning I went for a hike, bank and drove thru del taco. Brought it home. It is a beakfast wrap. Four bites in, and out comes a big long hair! Had to throw it away. Again. I called just a few minutes ago to let the manager know. I wasn't asking for anything. She was rude, defensive and quite ugly! Great service at the Via Princessa location in Santa Clarita.

I just visited your store on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City and after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window the guy working it was not wearing a mask. This bothered me and then two women walked up right behind him and they were not wearing masks either. I told the guy I would like my money back because nobody in there was wearing a mask and I didn't want covid spit in my food. Then one of the women put on a mask and walked over to the window and argued with me that there were only three people there and they were all wearing masks. Well, at that point they were because they put them on after I called them out on it. She kept arguing that they have to wear their masks because they are on camera. I said that was good cuz they will be on camera without them and she kept arguing with me. It was about 8:40pm give or take 10 minutes.
This place has done nothing but go down hill since Dillon, left and went to Vegas. If I weren't such a huge Del Taco lover I would never dive 5 miles for tacos. I will not return to this place knowing that in the middle of a pandemic with cases spiking horribly in this city, they think they are above the law and don't have to wear masks when preparing food for your patrons.

My latest experience at your my local del taco 8069 E 32nd St, Yuma, AZ 85365 . Was less than favorable to say the least. I'm very disappointed in your upper Management's leadership skills. I stood in line with my husband and witness the most horrendous act of belittling of employees I've ever seen. I know there's laws against this type of behavior and will definitely be reaching out to our Local ADOSH president. FYI I will continue to eat here with my phn at the ready.

We need a deal taco off Glendale Ave and Dysart. Glendale AZ 85307. We do not have any in this location. There is plenty of land options in this area and I'm sure Del Taco will do well with the traffic flow in this location. Please forward this to the right investor. Hope to see the development soon.

I just purchased Del Taco Queso Loaded Natchos - Carne Asado, through the drive-thru.
THERE WAS NO CHEESE ON THE NATCHOS!!!
What level of employee intelligence lets natchos go out to the customer WITHOUT ANY CHEESE???
