I'm a 72 year old handicapped man and just tried to get a quickly Air Check when 15 seconds ahead of me a Tesla got in front of me with a cute blond driver. Four workers were all around her hike she smiled and was tossing her hair.

She wasn't wanting just a pressure check, but a full rear tire change out! The crew got out a manual Jack, air wrench, etc. and just ignored me sitting in my Outback. I had errands to do so went to backup, when the FedEx truck backed up now behind me trapping me in! The driver was taking one new tire off his truck one tire every two minutes.

I finally had enough and told one of the crew to move the orange barricade so I could leave!

After going to my pharmacy and bank, I had to drive past Discount Tire about 12:5 pm, and saw the Tesla was still in the same spot, Quick Air Change Lane, withe the trunk still up in the air!

Ridiculous and very poor customer care, support and service.

I have been using Discount/American tire for years.

On 3/29 I took my car in to get a rotation and balance I had XXR wheels which are not cheap. They were damaged scratched and all from where the weights went. I called and got some Liquid Metal wheels. I tried to like them but what is there to like? They are cheap wheels the manager gave me and made me pay for and sent me on the way. I do not like them one bit this experience makes me think that discount tire does not care to train their employees on using equipment correctly or caring if other's vehicles. Do not go to the discount tire on Cerrillos rd in Santa Fe NM.

High praise for the crew at the Woody Jones Blvd location in Florence, SC, particularly Chris Bowskill the assistant manager. We were traveling from out of state and collided with an object on I-95 which flattened our tire and damaged our bumper. Having no spare on our Tesla we were towed in and arrived a few minutes before closing. The team took us right in, evaluated our tire, declared it too damaged to repair, quickly found a suitable replacement, mounted and installed the tire and we were on our way in 30 minutes. We have always had excellent service from our Ocala, FL Discount Tire store so when we saw a Discount Tire Store near our hotel we didn't hesitate to use them. They were a bright light in a bad day. Keep up the good work!

This is the second time I have received bad service at the Nellis store location
I made appointment for a tire leak and tire rotation
Was checked in and told approximately 1 hour for a 20 minute service
I returned after seeing in app that my vehicle was in service bay only to be told that they were running behind(1 hour later)
Asked for manager Darryl
And receive apology they took another ahead of me
Very poor service a second time
8 th set of tires from didvount , maybe time to find another tire company

You're storing Apache Junction on Apache Boulevard I believe it's 505 East Apache Boulevard I just called for 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone then I finally drove down there and got an appointment for Thursday but I wouldn't have had to drive down there if they would have answered their phone

Again had a awesome experience with tire discount mr Colton at BMT tx location #991..both he and mr.brenden lee came to my aide and treated me like I was there mother, for one they were not going to let me leave with the bad tires I had on my van, they were very empathetic, and understanding as if they put themselves in my shoes.i really appreciate what they did.. thank you for hiring all those guys..
Very hard workers yet care for the safety of the consumers...

I scheduled an appointment on May 26, at 10:30 am at the new Apache junction store for a tire rotation and to fix my from passenger leak in my tire. I dropped my car early and told Avaryo that I would be back before closing. He asked what was I scheduled for and I told him. He said I was only schufir a tired rotation and I told him no, so he updated my service for what I scheduled for. I came back at 5:30 and he said there was nothing wrong with my tire that they did a reset on it. I asked if my tires were rotated and he said the person that dropped off the car only had a repair scheduled. I told him Sir I dropped the car off and I spoke with you don't you remember? My car was never worked in, all

The same numbers on my tires are still low and they weren't even rotated. My husband and I buy our tires at your company for years and this is what we get when we finally get a discount tires buy our home. I was very upset and my tire is still low pressure on the front right passenger.

Just read the comment about plugs, Discount tire put a plug in a tire for me last year so that's a lie on the stores part!

Discount tire on lake pleasant is a thieving dishonest joke. Went there as tire was loosing air, tech claimed tire was previously plugged...my boyfriend and I looked prior to taking tire in...nothing was visible. Took tire to dealership as I purchased a tire warranty. Service tech at dealership pointed out that plug was freshly cemented on inside, and plug was higher than actual tire tread. Discount told me I needed a new tire...200.00 out the door. Spoke to manager Tom who was an arrogant piece of work....he told me, we haven't used those plugs in 2 decades. THE TIRE WASNT PLUGGED PRIOR TO TAKING IT TO DISCOUNT!!! Don't do service at this location, Especially as a woman!!!!!

(DOES NOT PRICE MATCH)----- Discount Tires Display on website and at stores about Price Matching any time you find a tire lower they will match that price. Well I put this price matching to the test the store I called was in Lakewood Washington. I bought a single tire from Walmart it was a BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain KM2 in a 31x10.50x15. The Tire was being sold for 110.00 since they only had one. Well after reading that Discount Tires will match any lower priced tire. I brought it to their attention at the Lakewood Store. The Person I talked to told me yes they match lower priced tires and asked what I was looking for. I told him the tire and size and that I needed to see if he can match what I paid for one tire at Walmart he told me no problem until I told him how much I paid for it and I have the Receipt. He told me how long ago did I purchase the tire. When I told him I bought it the 2nd of February 2014 He then said no we can't because I got the tire at a special price only for me. I tried to tell him your wrong it was sitting out on the Rack where other tires were and that price was for whoever got it first. He then said well I can't help you have a nice day and hung up on me. So Don't Believe that Discount Tires match prices. I called Sears after being hung up on and they said yes we will match the price if you have a receipt showing the price you paid. I have my tires coming now so Thank you Sears for Price Matching and So long to Discount Tires for turning a prospective buyer away.

My Name is Brenae Jones, I purchase a tire from your Arapahoe Road store on Octomber 22, 2013.Before i bought the tired i called them on the phone and explain to them,what i wanted a 60,000 mile warranty in a high performance tire and explain to them what it goes on. When i went into the store they sold me a Pirelli P235/55ZR/17 with a 40,000 miles warranty, I did say anything because i was tired of communication with them after so many Phone calles. I went to another store on Colfox ave and spoke with Marvin R Davila and explain my concern about a tire that i need with a high performance tire with 60,000 mles warranty, He took the time out of his busy schedule and explain to me how the Yokahama ties works i was very impress with what he told me i bought the tire, i really love the way the tire feel on my car. and i just want to say how much i apprecate him explanting thing to me. so around the first of November i will go back and buy the other three i need.

I have used this location for many years. I have recently spent over $3000.00 for tires for myself and my family. Last week we took my daughters car to this location due to a flat. They replaced the tire under the road hazard warranty. We were informed that the right front tire was wearing on the inside and the car needed to be aligned. It left your store and went directly to Midas. They aligned the car and we brought it back to your location to have the tire replaced. It was replaced, when we drove off it was pulling to the right very bad. We took it back to Midas and they checked the alignment and it was right on. Midas told us to take it back to Discount Tire because there is an obvious tire issue. We took it back to discount and they said the tires were fine. I called Tom at Midas and he personally checked the car and said it is the tires and the only way discount could know this was to break the tire down and inspect them. When I spoke to Chris at discount he told me it was going to be taken care of. It did not. It doesn't matter if someone spends 300 or 3000 you should still give quality service. This was not the case here. I am less than impressed with what I have received getting service for my family this time. I did not get any kind of "Discount" at discount tire for spending what I have. I did get discounted on service. It would appear that your company has gotten so big and busy that you can't afford to conduct quality as before. This will conclude my doing business with discount tire going forward. I will also inform everyone I know of the kind of treatment I got with this experience. Incidentally, Midas took care of the issue. They were busy but made time to do discounts job (at no charge). I will continue to do business with them.

By the way, Saturday when we dropped off both of my sons vehicles for new tires all around we were informed that we would be called when ready. 2 hours later we dropped by to check and they had been ready for quite a while. Just too busy to call and let us know. You now have one less customer to have to call. I'm sure this won't make a difference to your company but it will to me.

I have been a customer of Discount tire since 1995 and for the most part have enjoyed good service.Over the years I have brought in many of my new trucks to your Las vegas California and Phoenix stores.This past year alone I spent around $3000.00 in the Dysart and Mcdowell store.This past monday December 24 2012 I was waiting for your store to open When the doors opened I was greeted outside by Christian.Would your office please let him know that my concerns have been taken care of elseware and that I will never visit that that store again. RE: 4 tires purchased 9-22-2011(see attached)

Dear Manager:

I purchased 4 brand new tires the receipt and warranty are hereby attached. The tires were installed on my 2006 SC Lexus at 25000. Miles. The warranty provides for 30000. Miles/tire tread depth of 3/32 or less/ or 3 years.

On December 12, 2012, I had continued maintenance work done at Bell Lexus with an odometer reading of 32115 miles. My service center contact at Bell is Robert Luger who advised me that our front tires were at 4/32 and rear at 6/32 which indicated wear at 15 months/7000 miles from the date of purchase from Discount Tires.

My Bell Lexus advisor indicated that the tires should be replaced in @3000 miles-5000 miles.

My wife Lynne Peters drives this car exclusively and averages @4500 miles per year. I feel that we should not have to continue to drive for another year with the potential for more wear and tear on the tires to place her in a presumptively dangerous driving condition.

To resolve this matter before it becomes dangerous or the tires need to be replaced, I propose that you replace the 4 tires with an upgrade "run flat better tire"-of course, I will pay the difference. Also, I propose a full credit, with tax and other fees be given. Bell Lexus also performed a wheel alignment at a cost of $145. plus tax, which I request also be done or reimburse me for.

To Whom It May Concern: My husband and I have been customers since the early 80's. We use to love the convenience, warranty, service. Our last 2 visits we have found that service, along with warranty are no longer a priority for your company. My husband is a mechanic by trade, so he knows his stuff. Your warranty now is to prepay for a tire and each use you prepay again. It's so sad that especially at this time, we cannot count on the service we use to receive. I guess the mighty buck is the only thing that motivates!

I went to the Discount Tire store located at: 3101 E.central Tx Expwy, Killeen, Texas(254) 699-6420, it was raining and there were several customers. I waited patiently in line as they assured me they had not forgotten about me, which was appreciated. I was embarrassed and ashamed my low air tire light was on and I just needed air for my tires. As, I whispered to the gentleman he said "Oh, yes Ma'am, we can do that for you. I felt so much better, but when I went outside the gentleman"ABEL",gave me some safety advice and told me to if I need assistance again to come back. I left there feeling safe, smarter about my vehicle and now knew a great place to go to in the future with my tire/wheel needs.

Ive been a Discout Tire customer for over 20 years...
Last week I went to store TXH41 to buy two front tires for my
Honda Accord..They Refused to mount my new tires on the front wheels..? But , they have been mounting the tires on the front for the last 20 years.? Im the Customer, and I want them Mounted of the front.. Will Not be back to buy tires from Discount Tires anymore, I asked the manager if it was a state law..he said NO..Just company policy...
FYI..Yall have lost a 20+ year customer..
