Dyson claims that early adopters of products such as the Airwrap can update the re-engineered accessories. While they are producing them for packaging in wholly new products ducts, previous owners wait months on an email list for "while they last" products, only to finally get an email, respond within 10 minutes only to find "Out of Stock." Meanwhile, within a few days, sellers go up on eBay with "9 available" (in this case) Large Round Volumizing Brushes being offered for $175 each. (2/26/2024 screenshot available). These scalpers purchased them from Dyson for $39.95 each and Dyson allows this to happen. If they expect loyal early adopters to stay with Dyson, they need to either limit the number that can be purchased and/or make them available to registered owners on a priority basis. I will make sure everyone I know who has an Airwrap is aware of what Dyson turns a blind eye to. When I call Dyson customer service, they cannot even give me an address to which I can write such a complaint.

I returned a machine to Dyson using the mailing label sent to me by DYSON in November, using that tracking # + an email acknowledging the return was received on 11/27/23...& despite 10+ calls, 4 requesting a supervisor which they refused to put me in touch with one...I STILL to this day 1/21/24, don't have my $506 refund! ? I am reporting this to the FTC, the BBB & my local Attorney Generals office...I'm fed up with trying to deal w/Dyson & getting NOWHERE!! Dyson USED to be a stellar company, now you're just a bunch of THIEVES!!!

8/22 - welcome to my life ... same thjng you mention below. I called customer service at 9:30 am today no response back. I called them tonight after an hour on hold gerber told me NO refunds even for obviously lemon products. Isn't there a no lemon law for appliances ... this this breaks down and doesn't power up . I paid 400 or more and have constant issues . I have a baby bliss for 15 years and nothing broke . I begged for a refun d and they said company policy no refunds after 30 days. Guess you can make a product that works for
30 days and just hope it works .... Horrible service

I have your hair dryer for less than a year. As I'm using it, it stops for no reason. I turn it off and wait a minute and then it will turn on.
It takes me twice as long to dry my hair than normal.

I have a cheap hair dryer that is 15 years old and still works.

Everyone thought I was crazy to buy this product because of the price. I have to say when I first got it I loved it but now I'm not sure I made the right decision.

I live in Oakland in Bergen County New Jersey. Is there a place close by where I can have it fixed?

Your customer service is terrible. After a series of texts and emails I was instructed to take my machine to a Dyson repair center 35 miles away only to find the place closed. I emailed again and asked for a supervisor to no avail. I inquired about the closed store and was sent a website with the store info.

WORST company ever , provided them with info on 2 $600 vacuums got no where with them , so I trashed them , I finally got a call back from their corporate rats and was told oh well .....
Get a shark .
The customer should always be treated with respect !! after all if it wasent for the customer they would NOT have a job ....Remember the giants can fall ...

You have sent me an unsolicited email that wont delete!!!!!! I am contacting legal services to se if I can hold you financially liable to have my computer repaired to eliminate your email.If you would rather contact me and explain how to remove the email and walk me through it I would be aminable to resolving it that way

I attempted to take your survey after viewing your newest product he 'Dyson Hair Dryer". I made 3 attempts but every time I hit submit it locked up and caused me to close out of the window. Rest assured it's not your site - it's out companies servers (SONY). I still want to provide you with the feedback and that is that I am highly satisfied (10 rating) with Dyson products as well as your site. Since I can't seem to do so by completing the survey thought I would just e-mail this to you.

I am a huge Dyson fan and own 7 Dyson products. I see myself as one of your best sales people because friends and family who know that I own Dyson products will ask me if they are good but more importantly if they are worth the price. Without hesitation I always say "yes" and validate that the price translates into how well your products work. I not only rave about the functionality but am also enamoured by the sleek designs. I love it when someone comes to my home or office (since I own 2) and ask me "Is that a Dyson Fan? It's with much pride I answer "yes it I" almost as if I myself invented it.

As I may have mentioned I work for Sony and actually worked with Phil Molyneux who I understand is now with Dyson. I recall one time telling him about a great experience that I had with Dyson customer services when one of my vacumes stopped working. I even told him that Sony should adopt that level of customer service.

My only complaint is that you have now teased me with the e-mails introducing your new hair dryer only to find out that I cannot buy one until September (in the U.S.) - may resort to having one shipped to me from Japan .

There is nothing more satisfying than to have a product whose functionality is what it claims to be, but then to package it in such a beautiful way that it makes a statement about the purchaser now that speaks volume about Dyson's future.

The worst customer services I have ever experience. They gave me the run around and no was able or willing to answer my questions. This will be my last time using Dyson!!!!!

My Dyson needs repair, I have been waiting on the phone for over 15 hours in total over five days and still no one will answer...........What a rubbish customer service. I am feed up with the crappy music and the airblade add. I will now change to VAX

I purchased a Dyson DC239 over 2 yrs now. Last July 2013 I tried to elicit a response from the CEO regarding the very poor customer service I had experienced. I sent the vacuum in and when it was returned the long floor handle had been left out.The transition from carpet to floor did not work effeciently and something scratched my hardwood floors. I sent the parts of my vacuum that were returned to me to the Dyson HQ in Chicago and to date have had no response. I first thought I could use the vacuum just on my carpet but when you read the warranty it is stated that it is not guarenteed on CERTAIN carpets but those types were not identified. If I had read the instruction manual carefully and the warranty carefully I would not have purchased that particular model. I used one Dyson in the UK satisfactorily for several years.
