My eHarmony account was hijacked over a week ago and as far as I know eHarmony has zero customer Service. They ignored my emails and if I could log on to my account I would cancel it and ask for a refund. Too bad they spend all that money for advertising and little to none on costumer support.

My friends and I were out for a girls night and after I went home I realized I'd left my purse in my friends car. Several days later I started receiving emails for matches from your site. I called my friend and she admitted while having my purse w/my credit card and all my info that "she" went online and created a profile for me. As we have known each other for years she had pic, knowledge and my $$$info. I called as soon as I realized she had done this without my knowledge and with the 1st payment already deducted from my account and was told I could not cancel until the following 2 remaining payments were made. WHAT A CROCK!!!! I did not ask for a refund of the payment made. All I wanted was OFF YOUR SITE!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF

Your Web site is a piece of crap! I was able to register after 4 tries then logging in I must put my email address and password in at least 4 times if not more. With sometimes not getting in at all you have free communication during the holidays and doing that was difficult. And I don't see how people do it I thought I would try it while it was free but that didn't work out well at all. So I won't be paying anything to get your help. FIX your web site. Loretta Jackson

I am so upset with your company at this time. My son signed up for a one month membership and is now charged for another month. He is going to USMC boot camp in one week and was under the impression of only one month. He nor I did not see an renewal button and now we are being charged again. As I spoke with customer service, a lady named June, it was not a pleasant conversation. She was abrupt and not sensitive to our request. I wold like to speak to someone about getting his money back for this month. Very disappointed that a company is run like this..I am ready to file a suit with my family lawyer over this. I will never recommend this company to any one.
