I tried to contact someone to help with my A30T treadmill on you Customer Service number a few times today, one on the automatic call back number..have not heard from anyone....I only have 67 miles on it this treadmill...the belt has always slipped. I tried tightening the belt but is still slips. Could use some guidance.
