oh good lord where should i begin , Well its not the first time i had to call but i will say this is the last and just so everyoe gets to read this i will post on facebook. I called due to clogged ink nozzles never had this had with other printer and that was a brother which was fantastic but this is a wf3620 and alot of problems but also when you call epson communications makes it worse, They cannot hear or spell and they refuse to listen o what your trying to tell them . So Epson i regret to tell you since you really dont even keep any place where where you can get a epson printer repair only a jackass would buy another one and continue doing business with a limp tard company like yours

It is truly a shame that your product cannot keep up with Apple/ Mac's updates. I have had an Epson printer for 10 years and now have to purchase another printer ( not Epson) because you do not have the driver support for Apples updates. It is very disappointing as well when you call for support help and they cannot be honest with you and tell you that. I will be going to HP for my printing needs from now on and will tell people I know to do the same.

Bought a projector 3 1/2 years ago and it didn't even outlast the lamp.... spending $3000 every 4 years for a projector is not acceptable... I would like a phone call about this before I buy another Epson product.

I bought this printer a week ago because I was starting school and I needed a reliable and sturdy printer. It wasn't easy to install, but I finally installed it and hadn't used it until today. I printed 25 sheets of paper and am now receiving the "ink low" message for my black ink. There's two issues here. A: there is no option to print in draft mode which MIGHT save some of the ink. B. When the cost of ink exceeds the cost of the printer, which, I might add, was $129.00 before tax, a price I've NEVER paid for a printer, the cons of the printer FAR exceeds the pros. I had to order ink for this printer after 25 pages. So I went on Amazon and your sales team, your customer service team and your investors clearly don't read the reviews. You have a whole lot of people who are thoroughly pissed off because they are going broke on ink. The cartridge that I had to order is $34.99 before tax. Based on that amount, it is going to cost me roughly $140.00 to print 100 pages.

I would like my money back please. How and where do I send this printer? I'm going to do what my instincts told me to do before I ordered this blood sucker of a printer: I'm going to buy from HP. Shame on Epson. I plan on posting this email on all the sites I own as well as my social media. You guys need to go read some of those reviews on Amazon. If I had been smart, I would have read them before investing in this total ink guzzler of a printer.

I purchased my third epson printer from Office Max in the last 8 months. Every printer has been a nightmare. The newest one being a WF-3720 has not worked right after the first month. I've called there technical support spending hours on the phone with techs that don't listen, give the wrong troubleshooting and plainly just dumbest people I've ever dealt with. After the scanner feeder not working after 30 days. I've done very thing to to point that I'm using the glass scanner one page at a time. What a piece of junk. No one will help from there technical support. The company is just junk. Epson is a joke of a company. TRASH!!!!

Abysmal. I tried to email your support but the form demands the model of my printer , which is fine except there is no place to enter the model number on the form! So I can never, ever get help with the problem I'm having!
Calling the support number is useless too. All I get is a fake message from Shaq!

I have had the exact same experience as many others. I bought a NEW WF2750. I think it was refurbished. I was defective. Sent it in, returned by FedEx. Needed a "corporate invoice". New on arrived. DEFECTIVE; USB CABLE BAD. Put hold on my card. Will debit my account for full retail if not returned in 7 days. Customer service lies. Does not follow up. I can't print out a new lable, why? Because I have no printer. They tell me to go to a library and print one. Corporate EPSON is the worst product,

am now receiving my Second REFURBISHED WF 3640. I purchased a new one last fall as it was top rated for my needs as a self employed professional. Within 3 months, I needed to contact tech support. They do not understand my questions and answers and make you go through 1/2 worth of bogus tech support before finally agreeing it is a HARDWARE issue and will replace your NEW product with a REFURBISHED product. However, they MUST place a hold on your credit card that will remain til 72 hours after they receive your product in return!
Well, that REFURBISHED AIO just died. And again 1/2 hr on the phone with bogus tech support who asked me the same question many times, and 3 times asked me my phone number for my information. At that point I insisted on a supervisor, who in 3 minutes did confirm my account and that I would be sent another REFURBISHED AIO! Same process, with a hold on my account.
This is outrageous. No other tech has EVER placed a hold on my credit card as such, and I've had it with REFURBISHED. Sometimes refurbished is actually better than new. Not in Epson's case.

UK customer service does not exist, cannot send e-mail complaint after work hours. Printer repeatedly requesting that I register product which was registered (online) during installation and again manually at a later date. Will never purchase another Epson product or recommend this company again solely because they have no interest in helping or receiving help from their customers.

Hello,



I currently have your PowerLite Pro Cinema,9700UB, serial Projector. Your product was highly recommended from one of your authorize dealers.



I have a real concern/problem with the bulb(s)not even coming close to your projected "4,000 hours".



I'm on my THIRD BULB!! in less than 2 years. The original bulb lasted less than 1,500 hours when I replaced it with a second bulb purchased from one of your dealers; PCNation.



The second bulb had approximately 1,400 hours when it stopped working!



I now just purchased a third bulb from PURELAND Supply.



Frankly, I can not afford to continue replacing bulbs this early.



I would like to recommend this projector to a couple of people who have witnessed first hand, the great picture quality of your projector but, I have forewarned them I the bulb issue I have encountered.



I would appreciate some advice and help on this matter and am respectfully requesting a "valid" number of hours the bulb could/SHOULD last.



I have read and followed all your instructions and frankly, am giving up due to disappointment and costs associated with the Epson Projector.

i have a huge printer,scanner,copier machine. My neighbor found it, someone threw it out. It's ok but I need the cd to install the service no one on ebay has the cd what's up did this unit expire works good but the shame is it goes in the landfill, need the cd. info as follows
