On February 25, 2021 Etsy closed a claim without even resolving it. The seller was ColourFashionShop. If one goes onto this shops site, they will see several customers echoing that delivery was not received for items ordered in January & February, 2021.

I have used the Etsy option for the past 5-7 years; this was the first time I have had any challenges. Where can I find contact for Etsy so that my claim may be reopen.

I am unsure of how Etsy can close a claim without resolution. I didn't even receive the product.

On January 22 2021 I was suppose to get a refund of over $1500!! Etsy support keeps saying it was refunded and processed but it isn't in my bank account!! My bank said they would give Etsy proof of funds but NO ONE from Etsy will contact me and give me answers

Hello, ordered on December 28th received nothing. Delivery date said December 16th/17th. I would like a refund now. I reached out to, Scott the seller however his response was less than satisfying. He assured me it would be there. But it would be late due to holiday. I said yes nonetheless I have had several packages ordered none were severely delayed at all. Both numbers, 718 880-3660/718 85/7955 unable to leave message. I am a customer not a buyer or seller. Can someone call me immediately. I did go and leave a review plus sent another 2 emails this morning again to the seller Scott. Please call me immediately to address this issue. Thank you and Happy Holidays to you all!!!

Trying to find out where my order is that seller said I should get last Wednesday. I was never given a tracking number and have no idea if I'll get my order. I really would like to get it asap. Can someone please help??

It is a grave mistake for a commercial concern like Etsy to identify vendors by race as you have done by designating certain sellers as "black owned". Do you want customers to make their purchase decisions by the identity of the vendor instead of traditional metrics like variety, price, quality and service? This sorry practice is antithetical to the truly egalitarian virtues of a free market.

Your app no longer will open. It opens and shuts immediately
I can't track my orders or contact a seller if I needed to. I have deleted it completely and started all over hoping this would help
It did not. I'm not the only person having this problem. If you don't fix it quickly then guess what, I won't be ordering anything from you since the app won't stay open

I ordered something July 22, 2018. It was to be shipped Aug 3,2018. I haven't received it yet and its been paid for completely. I have emailed the seller several times and as of yet have had NO response from her. I have no idea of the status of my BOUGHT & PAID FOR item. The number (1-718-855-7955) to contact the corporate office is useless if you cannot be connected to a representative. It appears as tho this whole site (ESTY) is not a reputable online service. I'll be contacting the better business bureau to file a claim.
