I'd like to file a complaint re: Station HHRA in Hawthorne, CA for the negligence used in an investigation which caused my package to be either lost or stolen. It was proven through optics from the carrier and myself that my package from India was delivered to the wrong address. I never received correspondence or a phone call from the station, tracing agent or manger. One representative went above and beyond to help with this matter where it was determined the error was due to the carrier and station manager. I would like for someone to contact me re: this matter.

My girlfriend claims a car with a package was being sent to me around a month or 2 ago. We have still not received it and, in fact, the delivery people claim to have experienced problems.

They have been requesting money to pay for their problems and I have given them in excess of $3000 worth of gift cards to pay their expenses.

Is this how Federal Express operates???? I feel like they are extorting money from me illegally!!!

Fed Ex, why do you out source your customer service in the United States to Central America????? There are PLENTY people here in the USA wanting to work, yet give jobs to other countries. I am looking for my package purchased in the United States, paid for overnight delivery, FIVE DAYS AGO, and still do not have my package. I called 1-800-FedEx only to speak to "Rachel" and "Kelly" in Central America. I asked to speak to someone in the USA, they told me they did not have a phone number to connect me with someone in the USA. They could barely speak English, therefore, they had trouble communicating. They did not help me find my package and I still do not know where it is. I do not enjoy paying for a service I do not receive. I would like someone to provide some answers. I tried to contact someone via your Facebook page, but to no surprise, on one answered me.

I had a federal express package mailed on March 20, 2021 to the Baltimore Social Security Office. Three months later, I found out the office never received the package. I called the Federal Express office located at 11 S. Charles street in Baltimore City where I had the package delivered and gave them my tracking number. I found out the package was delivered to a different Social Security location that I did not sent to. It appears that someone at this Federal Express location changed the address on the package. I called the Baltimore location at 6100 Wabash and they said they never received the package. However, if you track the package number no signature was required when delivered? How is it NO SIGNAURE is required when you spend X amount of money when you send a package. What's the point. This is Fraud and a federal crime to steal someone's identity when sending packages to social security. A probe has already been sent.

i am trying to make an official complaint about the delivery problems i am having and the staff at fed ex as this is a long standing problem that is not being resolved a driver that works out of the air terminal in mobile Alabama is driving up our neighbours driveway to deliver our packages and it is causing us great stress between us and our Neighbors and also the driver is refusing to drive up our driveway and will not deliver to the porch as is requested in our delivery instructions that were setup by the depot managers now i have a next day package that has bee a week in transit and has been out for delivery 2 days in a row and returned to the depot and still after numerous phone calls there is no sign of a delivery date given i have been lied to by your customer representatives and i have been hung up on by persons at the depot as soon as they hear my voice and that i am not American so i can only assume that all of hassle is because of prejudice for not being American so i am going to take legal action as well as report this to the corporate office and the CEO as i believe that even this communication will fall on deaf ears as it would seem that FedEx is no longer customer orientated.as can be seen from the lack of promised return phone calls that never get returned

FedEx drivers should slow down especially on gravel dead end roads where kids play.just watched a FedEx truck go by my house going around 40 mph.didnt seem to care or worry about others safety or concern for company property.this happened on Jan.17,2021 in Waterford ohio

I've had three packages that other companies have sent do the drivers in my local area. Three of them have been delivered to the wrong person and released because of the driver. I have made three complaints! All I get is I'm sorry. We will have the driver look for it. The driver again get smack on the hand. I will continue with this behavior cuz he's never taught that he shouldn't be doing this. God forbid if we all work for this company. We all know we would lose our jobs very quickly. Innocent companies who think they can trust this company. Losing money because of FedEx drivers. That's not fair to the companies are to us customers. I am not mad at the corporate. I'm just more mad at there careleses drivers. I have seen the driver's toss door packages on the porch. Or wherever! Packages are not being signed and deliver to the wrong person. Corporate can you please investigate your drivers?? Start asking for IDs to the customer start asking for signatures and make sure they do that. All we're asking for is for your help. To make sure each and every one of us. Trusted drivers and make sure our products get delivered into the right hand. Your policy really needs to be changed. Cuz your drivers are stealing from innocent big chains that you going to end up losing. At what cost? Please all we want is for the company to change their policies what are drivers. Show us that you truly care when it comes to us. Thank you and y'all be safe out there

I have not received a package from FedEx in over 2 years. I always receive a confirmation from Fedex stating that package has been delivered. FedEx has confirmed that there is a problem because my deliver date confirmations received on package tracking are always several days different from the confirmation in FedEx system. Yet,,FedEx has done nothing to investigate any further than that. I have been given the run around by the escalated departments, warehouse supervisors. I'm always given a promise of a call back which never comes. Today, June 4, 2020, I was told by the escalation department that a supervisor from warehouse would call me in an hour. Three hours later, no call. What does FedEx do with claims...close it out without resolution because I have never received resolution or any of my packages.

I have never had a positive experience with Fedex Ground. Your drivers are lazy and thoughtless. There is a doorbell with my apt. # on it, they never ring the bell. I don't get tags letting me know they tried to deliver something, I get a tag that says Final Attempt, when I was unaware there had been any attempts. There is no excuse for this behavior. There is a Fedex pickup site 2 blocks from my apt building. They don't bother to leave the packages there so I can go pick it up when I get off work. This is a horrible company and I wish USPS handled all the mail coming to my address.

I am very upset about your service and at least you charge for cutomer clearance to much !!!! like to explain why I have to pay on one package with a value of 140 USD inport tax 717.000RP Invoice OR and on my second package I have to pay for a value of 130 USD - invoice about 840.000 RP Both package are car dvd-player !



IT CAN NOT BE THAT I HAVE TO PAY MORE ON A PACKAGE WHERE IS THE VALUE MORE LESS .







And at least this charge is almost 50 % of the value of the package. Fedex make here extra money and no one do anything against this scam company in indonesia.

Because Fed Ex did not live up to its promise to deliver the envelope I sent priority overnight, by 10:30 a.m. Eastern time, my son was charged an extra $110.00. This just added to the aggravation we were already caused. By the way, have you seen the $35.00 refund for not delivering on time?

It S BEYOND RIDICULOUS , THE PROBLEMS ARE NEVER ENDING AND GROUDN STUFF TOTALLY IGNORING REGARDING THE URGENCE OF SHIPMENTS AND NOONE EVEN INFORMS YOU THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM. THE WORST INTERNATIONAL BRANCH IS SPAIN . THEY HAVE NO TRAINIGN WHATSOEVER AND CANT EVEN TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO HAVE THE PARCEL.
REALLY SAD. I GUESS UPS IS THE ONLY RELIABLE CARRIER NOWADAYS THE REST ARE JSUT RIP OFF AND WASTE OF YOUR TIME.

I've had it up to here and beyond with the drivers who can't find a location! First delivery was a king sized mattress pad that was nearly $300. They found my house alright then threw the pkg into the dog yard and it was days later I discovered it in pieces! the only way I got another one was to complain to the company I bought it from and threaten to NEVER order from them again. They then said they would make a one time allowance and reship free of charge. next delivery, not delivery to my house but rather someone's else's porch and entrance that they don't even use. It had been out in the rain for at least 4 days. It was an infrared heater - over $300.00 - and of course after only 2 months quit working due to the rain damage! Now it sits in my shed as I can't afford to get it repaired. Most recent delivery was a pkg of 12 cardboard pet carriers need for a HUGE poultry show in one week. Went looking on line for some tracking info only to find it had been delivered 5 days previously, but NOT to me?!? So again had to go on a neighborhood witch hunt. My neighbor found it again on his porch and entrance that they do not use. HELLO HURRICAN SANDY! Do you have any idea what 5 days of rain does to cardboard?!?!?!? I called to make a complaint and told the CS rep of all 3 incidents and how they keep not delivering to my home as the label clearly indicates #2 unit. I live in a very small 4 unit mobil home park. You only have to drive in the lane and count o-n-e.....t-w-o......and STOP! and if you are using GPS which they probably have access to it clearly will say you have arrived on the left!!! they keep delivering to #4 and that is on the right! OMG!!!! Again, just count.... o-n-e.....t-w-oooooooo......a so called spvsr called me and I gave him an earfull and said I thought I deserved more than an I'm sorry. I deserved some sort of 'compensation' from FEDEX for my inconvenience and personal time lost due to having to make phone calls, go on 'witch hunts', etc. I have working in customer service most of my life and GOOD customer service does not !!! work this way. We would always give the customer something i.e a gift card, a gas card, some free merchandise....when he said he would 'talk to the driver'. I said 'talk'! he should be fired! I asked if he wanted to have him stop by so I could teach him how to count to the number 2! I plan to call the corporate phone number, but am guessing I will not be allowed to talk to a vice president or other high level person. What do you think?

Fedex ground was supposed to deliver a package to my residence today 9/28,they have been here many times ,but today they had a substitute,untrained driver who claims he could not find the address,so he returned the parcel to the terminal.I in turn contacted the terminal requesting the package be turned over to home delivery so I could have on 9/29,no they can't do that I will have to wait until 10/1 for delivery.This parcel was shipped from California on 9/21,so now I will have waited a total of 11 days to receive it.In my opinion this is totally un acceptable.And I'm certainly glad to see their willingness to correct their screw ups.They just do not care,maybe the chinese should take them over!!

I am very disapointed in your company. You should really have more customer service people in touch with the drivers when they deliver something. I have had a driver come her two times and after my instruction to ring the side doorbell, he came twice and left it at the wrong door. I am trying again for the third time. come on.....dont let your drivers have cell phone or what ever is distracting them from simple directions. the customer service is very good in leaving the proper messages but the driver is not doing it.......whats going on? don't people care about anyone or anything anymore.......this is from a new jersey office.......mahwah.....check out your drivers, they should be monitored as to what pickups they do and have constant communication with customer service
