I have shopped my neighborhood Frys for 7 years. Today is seniors day 10% discount. At self-checkout a red light went on stating, recording in progress. Nobody, No one records my face without my permission!! This is communism! I will not shop Frys anymore!!

Fry's store at 51st Ave/Baseline in Laveen. Fry's water 32 bottle cases was on sale. Out of stock so I requested a rain check for the $1.99 price. Manager refused, saying the sale was still on and I'd have to go back after they restocked, and she didn't know when that would be. SO - I have to keep going back to see if they have some stock? What is a rain check for then? It has always been for when an item is out of stock. I'd like a rain check for 10 cases of the 32-bottle water please.

Now that you require masks, I am forced to do online shopping because I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. May I offer a suggestion? Have a mask free hour maybe once or twice a week? That way your employees who can't wear masks either may work during those times. This is a very sad state of affairs we are masks which are only 2 to 3% effective, are being required of everyone or they can't shop anymore! I feel your business would benefit from giving us, those with medical conditions, the opportunity to shop without harassment and intimidation. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I was at the Fry's at 3421 W Thunderbird road in Phoenix. I was at the self register standing in front of cashier number 500 Joe. He was aware I was there. I said huge ignored me, I said hello and he ignored me and I highered my voice and said excuse m and he made it clear he could not help me. Another employee came in and took me to the item I needed. I let him know that Joe was so rude. I checked out with two separate orders next to Joe. Then low and behold! The little unhappy man that could find notime to help or be kind comes out f the store, not to apologize it to accuse me of not paying for the very item he would not be able to help me with. AID # A0000000980840,TC808D3E6EBDE5628A instead of apologizinghe told me I should have told himi had two separate orders. Great guy right?

FRY's has been super disappointing. I bought a TV 1 year ago for Thanksgiving and opened a FRY's credit card. I bought the TV since they mentioned that it was interest free for 18 months. I have been making equal installments every month but recently when i checked the statement, they were charging me interest all along. No one to answer in customer service, nor in credit department. This is taking quite a bit of my time and patience. How can i reach the corporate office? Anyone?

I have spent a lot of money with Frys. I m a part of a Security/Safety Ministry at my church. We use Radios and Ear pieces for communications. I purchased a Radio and Earpiece on Feb 6,2016 for the church. They end up not needing the radio and ear piece. I attempt to take the Radio and Ear piece back for a credit back to my credit card. I was told that I have had them for over 30 days and she could only give me a store credit. I do not want a store credit. Im requesting this be credit back to my credit card. The entire ministry purchase radios from Frys. This was something I did not expected to go thru. The Radio never been open, the ear piece never been open. I also presented the receipt. I,m asking for your help to correct this, Store# 19, 102 East I-20 Arlington, Tx I await your response.

To whom it may concern. I understand that Safeway is blocking you from coming in. I live in Paulden Az. about 8 miles north of Chino Valley. They are starting to expand out here and if you were to come to the Paulden side you would be very welcomed. You have a Fry's 20 minutes from me and 40-50 minutes from Williams.
the people in Chino Valley with the exception of the die hards would shop here because they would save a lot of money in gas. The people here need someone like your company in here. I hear people all the time complain because they have to drive so far and the prices in Safeway. Thank you and I hope you will research it. Thank you for your time to read this. Dennis Elswick.

this is really a terrible chain/store. I went to the one in alpharetta Ga and it was empty,the guy at the front did not look up/greet me, no one wanted to help since it was not their department so I decided I will not spend my money there and as I left the girl at the front did not look up or say a word. I then called to speak with the MOD and advise that his/her whole staff is asleeep,but I was on hold for 5 min before I hung up. I dont understand why no one answered the store is empty. Anyway, glad I did not spend money there and I will not return

Fry's does not stand behind their price match policy. I bought an item at Fry's and then found it cheaper on Amazon. When I went back to get the price match, I was told they wouldn't honor the online price because the product was not sold BY Amazon, but a 3rd party vender. I emailed customer service. They responded that someone would contact me the next business day. It is going on 2 weeks and after sending 2 more reminder emails, I still haven't heard back from them.

Ok so frys are not allowing customers to use the brawny coupon 55cents off any one 1 pack of brawny paper towels on a single roll I have personally message & emailed brawny corporate to get a clarification that we can use it & brawny clarified it for me we can use it on a single roll it is considered a pack so I would appreciate it if frys corporate can contact frys stores in tucson & let them know or if frys corporate can contact brawny to get the clarification so this issue can be fixed asap its not far & its frustrating

I purchased a computer at Fry's and a service contract. The computer was not working properly. Brought in to the service department, they kept it for almost 2 weeks and did not fix the problem. We were so frustrated by the attitude of the service people that we brought it home and thought we could live with the problem of a computer that types by itself. I think we have a sticky key, but the service department was more concerned about whether it was covered or not. This morning we have to bring it in again because there are new problems with the computer. The computer is making a squealing sound and will not connect. It is not usable and systematically breaking down. I have spent thousands of dollars at Fry's in the past 6 months. I will not purchase another thing at this chain. The employees are all clueless. Each person has their own territory and will not help if you need something in another department. The biggest joke is the computer service department. Do you hire qualified individuals? I intend to tell everyone I know not to do business with Fry's. DO NOT SHOP AT FRY'S ELECTRONICS!

By far the worst customer service & will NEVER buy anything from fry's ever again. Tv is cutting off after only a year. I bought a two year warranty on the tv. Went to the store to schedule an appointment with their in home service for a service technician to come out & fix the tv. Their home service called me & advised their technician would be calling me on Sunday of that week between the times of 5pm-7pm to let me know what time they would come to my house on Monday. No one ever called or came by. Called them back and they stated that technician quit. No one ever called to let me know or reschedule. I had to call them to find this out. They rescheduled for a technician to call me on Wednesday between the times of 5-7pm to let me know what time they would come to my house Thursday. Left a voicemail with the manager there to let him know about their horrible service. He never called me either. Once again a technician never called. I called & spoke to the store's customer service who told me to call their home service again. I told the store their home service has failed at keeping their word & following through with what they stated they were going to do. He insisted to just call them again. Called back the store & asked to speak to a manager the person took down my info & stated she would have a manager call me back. Manager never called someone from customer service did saying the same thing to call their home service. Called back to advise that person who called me that I'm not getting any where with their home service. He stated he would get a hold of them to let them know what is going on. The technician finally called but at 8:45 at night! He came out the next day looked at the t.v. & said he has to order a part that will take 5-7 business days to come in so I still would have to wait even longer. Was called the following week to let me know the parts were in. Due to their service technician that quit they cannot have someone come out until two weeks. Spoke to Kim at corporate who said she would have the store manager call me so she was just as unhelpful & caring as the store & home service. Wish I bought my tv some where else. To spend so much money on a t.v. & insurance this was such a waste. Waiting a whole month to have my t.v. Fixed so I can not watch my t.v. As it cuts off every 5 mins. Get your electronics from any where but here. They could care less about their customers.

Fry's Customer Service blows. They sold us a warranty. The computer was messed up, and kept restarting. We took it, and they made it not better but worse. Then they would not own up to their error but wanted to charge us 99.00 for their F-up. Apparently, corporate doesn't know or doesn't care about how their Houston office runs. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. Screw this company.

In a word....Fry's SUCKS. Fry's is not pro customer and should be run out of business. 29 years of bad service and bad business customer relations is enough. I have not been to Fry's San Jose for 15 years because of their rudness and arrogance. I finally found myself going in for a sale item (Blue Tooth) for my cell phone. They were out of stock but found some at another store across town. They gave me a rain check good for 30 days. I'm leaving town and needed this item very much. Early in the morning I raced across town to the other Fry's with my rain check in hand. I got the item and went to pay. The person at the register didn't know how to read the paperwork although it was printed easily with a 30 day window to buy it at the sale price. Less than 15 hours later from recieving the rain check the woman denied my sale.
She went off of the date from last night when the rain check was created. She did not want to listen to me, talk it through OR get me a person in charge to make the decision.
I don't care where anyone is born OR what their first language is but if you want to deal with the public one should be able to speak the language and understand the language from where you are living. This woman was from the middle east and showed no respect for the customer in front of her. Fry's is a screwed up company and I hope it goes out of business soon so a better company can replace it. I will never give them any more money and will discourage all I can to not do business there. Hate to say this but.....GO BEST BUYS!!

I ordered the meal Prim rib for my Christmas diner and it was the worst meal I have ever had. I will never order one again. The potatoes I had to throw them out and the apple dish was thrown away also. Its a good thing that I had prepared other food to go with it or we would not have anything to eat.

coke product has been advertised on t.v. 4 - 12 pks for $2.22 per pk. However, when we went to purchase it we were charged $4.99 pk. Is this false advertisement & shouldn't you sell it for the advertised price? I have tried to contact mgr. Rich Licon at your E. Broadway location with no response back. I have also emailed a complaint & have rec'd no response. WHY??

I went to the Sun City store today 8/3/13 to pick up prescriptions and grocery shop. I went to the pharmacy to get my husband's medication. From the time we (my daughter was with me) walked up to the customer counter at the pharmacy we were treated to the clerk's conversation with the other employee in the pharmacy regarding her problems with the new landlord and the desire to evict her. As she looked for my husbands pills she never slowed the tirade against the new landlord except to ask how much metformin he (my husband) got. My daughter responded, "once a month," and I said, "30." Right back to tirade as she continued looking - probably a total of 3-4 minutes. When she brought them to us and rang them up it was $8.00 for the Lisinopril HCTZ 20- 12.5 MG. tablet. My daughter asked why and her response was "I don't know," to which my daughter said, "I don't know either but your website says...," at which point the clerk said, "well I'd be happy to tell you." My daughter " please do." Clerk, "not for the combination drug." Daughter, " yes for the combination too on your web site." Clerk,"it must have changed we don't get those lists anymore," then she said, " it's 60 pills that's why." (Side note , yes it is 60 pills but a 30 day presription so not sure it was charged properly). This was fairly snide and I did say your problems with your landlord are not our fault and would appreciate you not being snippy. Clerk, "I'm not having problems with my landlord... if you hadn't been eavesdropping you wouldn't know my business." I responded that if she "hadn't been xxxxxxxx clear across the room I could not have heard" but I would call corporate. She went off telling me to quit swearing at her and to get away from her counter she was done , she had gotten our perscription to us and she wanted us to get away from her counter as she was on the clock. I responded I would let corporate know and she called for the store manager. I did wait for the store manager and spoke to her briefly. We then picked up dog food and soda instead of grocery shopping. At this point I will tell you I have been a Fry's/Kroger customer for 41 years. I have spent on average $100 to $150 per week with you over the years. I will not be back. If I am going to be treated like a piece of garbage I will go where I expect that behavior and pay lower prices in the bargain. I work in CS and know that the behavior displayed by your clerk today was not good customer service. The only reason I am writing this is because my brother and brother-in-law both work in the grocery industy. Both have told me "we can't fix it if you don't let us know there is a problem." So I am letting you know there is a problem.

I was shopping at the fry's on 43 Ave and McDowell new to the area and didn't know where their eggs was so thee Assistant Manger Shantel was standing there letting people know which isle was open to pay for your food in that great but in a nice way I ask here where your eggs she said in the back okay I was at the register and I said could you do me a big favor and grab one for me since the cashier was ringing up my groceries she said sure so I stood there and watch her she did nothing of the sort so I ask again she had a attitude and said I will so I said you are very unprofessional and if this how you treat your customers I will never shop here again and I will tell a few of my friends about this store and the she said im going to call the police I told here I don't care call the police . So now the manager run himself over where I was at talking stuff and I said screw you too, and with the poor service I received you should give us the groceries for free. The store so bad that the carry the bags like other store do for you to put your wine in I guess that what happens when you shop at a Mexican Grocery store. No I take that back I get better service at Rancho Market what I mean to say is at the Mexican Grocery store.

When I picked up my prescription at Frys #78 in Anthem,AZ there was 30 pills of elmiron when I only needed 8, I pointed this out to the lady and she rudly said, thats what the Dr. ordered, I can't do any thing about it, I said I don't want to pay for 30 when I only need 8 for a bladder treatment. She left in a huff and after a long time returned and said the prescription was for 12 instead of 30. but the price was for 12 not 30 and is still $63.00 they just forgot to take the other pills out of the bottle and she said the smaller the number of pills the higher the price.

I came in on Friday Apr 5 and was given an appointment for Sunday April 7. I drove 30 minutes from my house to find and that the manger didn't know how to work the appointment computer. They was rude and unprofessional. The man at the front door even laugh. Was at the duluth ga worse service . The manger Bailey was no help and the car installer santiargo did even look at computer or nothing and just came to me and said no you don't have a opp. Wasted my time and money.
