I am writing this communication as a result of some of the worse customer service I have ever encountered



Please note that I am a loyal user of Garmin Auto GPS and Running Watches over many years





On Monday, I called into Customer Support and ordered a Garmin 620 with HRM with the intention of shipping back for credit my Garmin 610 watch which has developed rust on the underneath side



The rep explained that the Garmin 620 would ship priority and I would have it Wednesday, April 2nd



The RMA was but I never received the e-mail confirmation of the order being placed as the Rep had indicated it would arrive to me the Wednesday, April 2nd



On Tuesday, April 1st I contacted Garmin Tech Support to inquire about the confirmation of my Garmin 620 and the rep indicated that Garmin was out of stock and that the Garmin 620 would not ship until they received by Garmin 610 because of the way the order was set up



At that point I cancelled the order and received e-mail confirmation





Today, I received an e-mail indicating that the Garmin 620 had shipped on RMA67610623



I called once more into Garmin Tech Support and was told that the order had been shipped and my debit card had been charged for the entire amount



Now I have received a confirmation that I will need to return my Garmin 620 for what appears to be a partial refund and I have to wait for my Debit Card to receive a credit for an Order that was Never to Ship and Now Has





At this point I will never purchase another device directly from Garmin for the incompetent Tech Support that your Company has exhibited

Just bought the nuvi 54LM. I've over 35 experience on mainframes, desktops, laptops and tablets.

The 54LM is not ready for prime time.

The support service is terrible. They clearly did not read my questions because they answered questions I did not ask. And, to reply I need to recreate the entire first communication and insert my second round of questions. Every other tech help site asks you to refer to a reference number and/or allow you to add to or edit your previous questions.

I still can't register the device. I still can't get answers to my questions because the e-mail contact site has been down for two days.

I will never, ever buy a Garmin device again.

The service I got when my Sat Nav broke down was appalling. After four weeks of waiting for the return of my M?C I rang the call centre but there was little help. When I asked to speak to someone higher I was informed there was no one. I will not buy another product from this company.

Thought I was getting a "friendly" GPS. BOY!!!!! was I wrong. This thing has never worked very well from day one. There is no touch screen operation 80% of the time. Originally thought it had to be used for awhile until it it recognized my finger pressure. After two years, it still doesn't work properly.
Garmin is "pour les oiseaux". I quess I'll throw it in the "garmage" where it belongs.

I purchased a brand new Garmin Montana GPS along with three CD rom maps. I attempted to install the maps using the CD's and the until would not store or recognize them. I phoned customer support. The smart alec support tech refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and after 80 minutes on the phone yesterday (where the tech couldn't even get the maps to transfer and work properly) they have blocked both my home and cell numbers. I had a friend call from his cell, and it picked up immediately. This is over $800 worth of products that do work even remotely as advertised. Poorly run company. Poorly trained employees, and ridiculously unprofessional support staff. 05/10/2013

Hi, I am a single mother living on a very fixed income of only 794.00 a month and i have a 17 year old child, he got a garmin phone which he loves and it really worked well until he tried deleting some stuff he no longer wanted and got the Wraning please put the battery cover on which we did , but it never worked again, we went in the T-Mobile store and got no help, then i got technical support for Garmin all to be hung up on twice, i think this is a really nice phone and i just wanted it fixed and they said they discontinued it last year, i was treated so badly and it really hurt me, at this point i didnt know what else to do but contact corprate,not to down grade you product but to voice my concern and to cry out for help in getting my child another phone so i can monitor his where abouts, thanks for your time reading this and may the Lord bless you all and keep you and may the Lord make His face to shine upon your company with continued success.
