So I'm from Oklahoma and travel ALOT, I recently visited a Goidwill store in Austin Tx . And I was totally shocked at their prices and then I get to the cashier and had to purchase the bag to put my items in ! And I had to bag them myself! WTH kind of a store is this one?!

The Goodwill opportunity center in Lexington KY is the worst place!! They can't understand tendinitis of the ear and have chosen to cause me to go ahead and turn in my badge and drop my membership to this back. Desiree and Lisa have both ignored the fact that I cannot hear very good and I'm trying to get into correct it they also do not want to understand the fact that if somebody can't make a class a certain day due to doctor's appointments then that's just that they'll have to catch up that day. Unfortunately discrimination is a felony offense for anybody in a non-profit corporation and they fail to see that. The corporate phone number only takes you to a recorded line it does not take you to anybody there is no option to get to anybody on the phone. All this being said corporate is a fraud if they can't take care of the situation and also the Goodwill opportunity center out here needs to be more understanding and quit discriminating upon medical issues.

I have had FABULOUS customer service from many GW stores, especially Goodwill MO KAN in Blue Springs, MO. Apparently they set the bar too high bc when I expected GW TENNEVA to actually respond to my Open tickets & combine for Shipping, that was too much. They ignored my open tickets for days & cancelled 3 of my auctions won due to past due status. When I contacted GW support hoping they could combine for shipping, I was told I was "relieved of payment". Your loss of $60.00 from a person who has spent over 1K in your stores for over a decade.

I have been trying to figure out for a long time, but I can't understand why, other than purposely losing sales, because people don't want to buy clothing that they don't know whether or not fits, why are all the goodwills removing the fitting rooms? it absolutely makes no sense! Whose brain fart was it to decide to do that?

I was in Sacramento caring for my sick parent bought a few items including. a chair that I had to collect later from donation area. When I returned shortly before closing to collect that chair I notices a leopard chaise lounge I was told tom come next day at 8:00 am and it would be available arrived at 7:50 and found that I was told it was sold although never taken out.

I realize that and heard from other customers a common occurrence that the staff take what they want and put out leftovers as no cameras. The manager Adam appeared to imply I was incorrect until I explained the time line.

This happened in Sacramento California at Goodwill located at the FoodCo nearf Stockton Blvd.

I've been showing at your Scott Hamilton location in Little Rock for about 5 years now. They recently changed management and I was curious if the prices are from corporate or if the manager has the final decision. I have been purchasing golf club sets (15 clubs & bag) from $5, then $8, to $10, then back to $8. The new manager is now charging $1 per club and weighing the bag. Your outlet stores charge less than this and occasionally can pick up a set for $1 on Sundays. Please let me know, because I highly enjoy shopping there and have spent several thousand over the past few years. I also wish they would concentrate on bringing out wares as much as they bring out clothing. Thank you for your time.

What is it true that you guys were trying to sell a Ralph Lauren sweater on your goodwill website for $190 when the sweater itself at Ralph Lauren cost $90 what the hell are you guys trying to pull when everything you get is for free your company is evil and every executive up to the CEO are straight evil people

First of all I was charged 1.99 for 9 items marked .99. Then so couldn't try on what I wanted to purchase. So the sales person told me I could bring whatever back if it didn't fit for a refund. As long as no more than 7 days and had my receipt. I purchased the items on 10/9/22. Today they refused to give me a refund claimed only store credit. If that is the policy then the sales people don't need to tell customers things can be returned for a refund when customers do not have the option to try things on. Had I known I would not have purchased what I did. Now that money is wasted on clothes I can't even wear and nothing in the store works for what I need. I'm beyond irritated. Will never support y'all again. You take things for free and sell for profit. But hey, no sweat off your back bc you claim to be a charity organization. And you're not. I have seen people in need and told they couldn't get help by goodwill employees. If my perception is incorrect, than a new training might need to take place at the saraland AL location.

Beyond disgusted by two events at shop goodwill.
1. Was over charged the refunded 150.00 in shipping fees for a 15 dollar item in Hillsboro then it gets worse
2. Purchased 200 dollar " grab bag" of "mod rings" donated in Phoenix. Not. What an absolute lie. Purchased children's prize rings in bulk. Got multiples of 15 for .99 cent Walmart children's jewelry NEW not donations at all!!!

I love my job!!!Hi I'm part time at concord goodwill and my toe was injured today. I refused the accident report because I called my nurse and it was not broken. However, it's my driving foot and it is swollen and bruised. I have to miss work tomorrow because I can't use that toe for 24 hrs....can I make up the time a different day? I also had to go home early one day last week because a non employee was using the employee bathroom. Can I make up that time?

My daughter and I like shopping at the goodwill store in Ozark mo but after the rude comment my daughter overheard the manager (Darrel) made, not sure we will be back! Told a fellow worker we shopped there a lot but always bring a lot back! As you know not being able to try clothes on it's sometimes hard to tell if something will fit for sure and I'm not about to keep things I'm not able to fit into! Very rude and not setting a good example for employees!! We spend close to $500 a month in the store on average maybe more and Darrell can't even say how are you today!! I've been told being friendly to customers costs nothing but makes people want to come back not the case here!

Today i was let go due to me not being "flexible". However i was told that the boss was a understanding flexible person and if i needed time off or a time worked best for me to ask and she would make it work. I wasnt asked if I could work more i was told i was let go. The work environment is horrible!!!! You have a bunch of supervisor messing around and letting the newbies do the work. So much things the boss lets happens and doesn't correct it because she is to much of a friend and not a leader!! We price things way to high and throw so much out to waste!! Oh and the starting pay is $12.25!!! Really?! Working here made me have a different opinion on goodwill all together!!

Goodwill used to be a good place to donate and shop, but neither one is now,so many people have quit donating because they put a price on it that no one can afford. We donate it think that struggling families can get it at an affordable price, but they can't.It's sad that everything is about that almighty dollar, the root of all evil. A girl l work with used to do community service at our local goodwill, well the lady that runs it is first in line when the stuff comes in,then the employees, the lady brags how much she makes by running the store. They will not get no more donations from me or my family and friends. We definitely put the word out not to donate to this goodwill!!You should keep a better eye on the stores instead of sitting back raking in money off of FREE DONATIONS!!! Thank you for your time, jackie crockett

Went to buy some blankets for some street people and the blankets were 12.99 ,Thats a bit over the top for the company getting a free blanket .I WONDER HOW MUCH THESE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND UPPER EXECUTIVES SALARIES ARE SELLING ITEMS AT THAT PRICE

After many years of donating I'm done. I donate to the Northfield

Ohio Goodwill store they have always been very nice and I would tell everyone that it is the best one around for dropping off donations. Last week my son dropped off the man was nice and came out with the bin but a woman starting yelling and told him take no more.

I had Covid which turned into pneumonia I had medicine to pick up and thought it will only take a minute to drop the rest off. The same woman who yelled last week was there. I asked if she could bring the bin closer she said NO. So I put a bag in I went to grab the box but I dropped the box it was to heavy to put back in the van. The car behind me the man helped me get it in.

I will never ever ever donate to Goodwill again!!! I will tell everyone I know Do Not Donate To Goodwill.

I will call Easter Seals or Purple Heart or just throw out in the trash!

Have any of the hundreds of negative comments altered the way you do business? My recent experience takes the cake. A worker rolled out of the back with a buggy full of items. A couple people went to the buggy to look. They were told they could not go into the buggy and had to wait for it to make it to the shelves. One customer was asking about what was in the back and was peeking through the doors to the holding area. The employee actually left the buggy to go see what she could bring back for the customer. Several of us were stunned and just walked out.

I was appalled by the prices of some of the items in my local Goodwill store in Clinton, MD. Some of the items, I had donated myself. There were a pair of used shoes being sold for $24.99 and another pair of shoes that were $14.99 at the Goodwill, but could be purchased brand new from Walmart for $9.99. A handbag that I had donated was also being sold for $19.99. How can the Goodwill justify selling donated items for these prices? These items are in fact used and people who shop at the Goodwill should expect bargain prices. The Goodwill has the nerve to ask for top dollar for donated
items and I am now forced to find another facility to donate my items to. It's sad proof that Goodwill is in the money making business and not really about helping the community. After speaking to the manager, she explained that they are forced to mark the better conditioned items at these high rates. It really is a shame because after all, these items are used. To think that the Goodwill charges $14.99 for used sheets simply because they appear clean is a shame. Consumers are better off purchasing items new at local retail stores than shopping there.

Teachers discount. Today, Wednesday, is discount day for seniors, veterans, teachers. I am a homeschool teacher, I have my teachers ID( I am member of homeschoolers association). When I present my Teachers ID today, cashier refused give me discount, saying, I am not ISTD teacher. I was not very happy. I called right away and talk to the Manager of the store. He could give me any explanation. In my understanding he told me , I am not school teacher, I am a homeschool teacher. I ask if it is in there rules to not except homeschool teacher ID . I was not very happy with his answer at all. On end of conversation, he told me to talk to corporate office. Could anyone answer to me, why in that store they decided to refuse give me discount because I am homeschool teacher. Just to let you know, to be a homeschool teacher to 3 kids it is very very hard job!

I bought a picture there on Sunday 9 /26 I left the picture at the counter, and when I came back for my picture, the male worker said that they could not find the picture and the manager said there was nothing she could do. However a white women left her chair there for 4 days, when she came back for it, they had put it back on the floor for sale, she told them to give her the chair and since her friend worked there she was given her chair back. Is this a double standard or racism ??

Posted by Bitemegoodwill

You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Your pricing things that I Donated recently so high that I bought brand new for a fraction of your prices and the prices are so high people can't buy hardly anything anymore so as a bunch of us grabbed what we donated that day and left, we won't be back ever ... you'll eventually be shut down soon cause people are all fed up with your greedy ways and nit going to tolerate it anymore ... going to start a petition in two days to get your store out of Athens Ohio ... I already got 436 signatures yesterday... and 24 people are helping me go around to talk to people about the prices and lack of respect for the people with hardly any money that can't buy much because your prices suck !!! Bye bye goodwill , hope your out of business very soon!!

I was at your Temecula store today Sunday September 5, 2021 and am unhappy with the service. I made a significant donation and the Black male that worked there and refused give his name so I Spoke with Kala who said she was the manager about his behavior and she did not listen and to me and asked me to leave. The black male used profanity towards me and another guest because we did not place items in basket for him.

My husband got a job there after 2 days was his day off he got sick went to hospital he had Covid he was one taking the donation off truck they are not making no one wear a mask when they should my husband is home sick with Covid they should also not take donations from people who have Covid we don't even have money to pick up his prescriptions

Goodwill Store #5566 Store Manager Karen Harris at 05:09 pm refused to follow Corporate rules by doing the following: a vintage folding cane back rocking chair was on the floor with 1/2 the tag; we requested the paperwork be checked and customers paged and she refused to verify if the chair had been sold. We had been in the store with the chair in the cart for over 45 minutes and already asked the 3 customers in the store if this was their chair or if they have the tag. They didn't. She refused to check the sold paperwork or ask the staff after telling us she tagged the furniture this morning since the floors were stripped last night and verified all furniture was tagged this morning. She would not check the price or paperwork stating they've sold furniture after initially selling furniture because your policy was not followed. This chair, I have the pictures of the tag and the chair was taken off the floor after the manager said it would not be sold but whoever had the tag can come Back in the store and get it tonight. But if they try to buy it tomorrow they are supposed to void the tag and hold the chair for 3 days before Retagging For sale on Sunday which I pointed out that would be Saturday. Anyway it is obvious the managers (including Jeff or James) who was sitting in the office watching and had the guy come get the chair to put it in the office for them. I shop GOODWILLS all over Georgia and the policies are usually universal. This is a clear sign of managers keeping something for themselves as other employees have told us this is the practice when they want something. The blatant disregard to refuse service and dismiss this customers request for service is absolutely unacceptable. It's unacceptable that you don't have and can't check the paperwork because you have repeatedly sold customers merchandise for pickup per Karen's words. Yet you are full staff today and I saw the employees providing service by removing bought items. The chair she took was vintage but not marked as she verbally stated they both were the same. I want to know when the chair was sold and if not as I know it wasn't I want the chair.

Mark up "name brand" items to 14.99. Shirts are listed at our location for 5.29 (which is still expensive for items donated) but to pay 15 dollars when you can get them brand new for that, absurd. And it's only this one location in my area. Makes me think they're either scamming or goodwill is just greedy

Goodwill store 1900 Jericho Tpke east north port NY. My daughter has gotten into thrifting because it's great for the environment. As we. All know thriftiness takes time and patience to go through things. While at this store today I had to use the bathroom and was told I wasn't allowed to do so as I saw the employee coming out. So upsetting I will not be patronizing another goodwill store.

Goodwill Midway Rd. Dallas Thx
Purchasing something at register this morning .
Extended my hand with $20 bill and the cashier moved my hand , practically slapped my hand and said "No , you hand me the money here )
4 inches over
I asked the woman , why did you do that , move my hand aggressively ? All i was doing was handing you my money .
The MANAGER MARIA was at register when this happened and proceeded to reprimand me for questioning cashier .
Then the next thing out of her mouth as she rolls her eyes is " I can kick you out of here !"
I've never been kicked out of anywhere in my 50 yrs and walked out .
I often round up my purchases and never had issue .
Only takes one
Never will spend a penny ever again at GOODWILL MIDWAY RD DALLAS TX
THEY HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE CHIPS ON THEIR SHOULDERS AND THINK ITS OK TO DEMEAN PAYING CUSTOMERS

Never will I donate to Goodwill again as you took away the donation coupons. We don't halal have the luxury of going only on certain days of specials. I dropped off a huge amount today and asked if I could get a coupon. He gave me the deceiving 25% off coupon but when I went to check out, she told me that there are no more coupons. I looked online for a possible coupon as I am a VIP member and nothing. I will not be shopping at GW or donating anymore. I will save it for the local thrift store/teen center. Disgraceful!

Goodwill You're Store in Redlands California is the most despicable disgusting store I have ever shopped in my entire life! I just had the most outrageous experience in Goodwill in Redlands. Again a cashier through my stuff down that I had just bought! When I asked her why she did that she told me that I called her coworker the N-word! NEVER in my entire life have I ever used that word, I am livid! I even hate that word! They accused me of something that I never did. They are bashing my character! They also told me that my coworkers had come in there and told them all about me! What?! That never happened and my coworkers who are my friends are also livid, and they will be addressing that issue too! My coworker said how dare they use my name!I
I have never in my life experience such a disgusting display of lying and retaliate to a customer who had complained about one of the employees there! I called the corporate office and reported one of their employees as being extremely rude to me, when she also threw my bag down. So obviously this is retaliation from the whole group. The fact that a store like this, a nonprofit organization, would allow this to be happening is beyond me. They even said that there superiors we're going to ban me from the store! Why for complaining to corporate? Goodwill you allow your employees to retaliate against someone who puts in complaints! How dare you allow your employees to abuse customers and lie about them. If your employees are rude to me, I will call corporate and report them, that is my right!
Your employees have no right throwing my stuff I just purchases down on the counter!Goodwill you have lost three good customers that always spend a lot of money in their stores! I will be addressing this with corporate as soon as I can this is a seriously bad situation. And to top that off they have their friends put reviews on here about me, these are people I've never even met! Goodwill you allow you're employees to gang up on a customer simply because she called corporate to report someone there for throwing my bag down, the stuff I just purchased from your store! This is a nonprofit organization supposedly you work for the people! I will not be terrorized by your employees, or have them accuse me of saying things that I never said, in front of other customers! That is deformation of character, and I will not stand for it! Goodwill I'm willing to take a Lie detector test, are your employees willing to do that? You better have proof of what you have accused me of, because I am not gonna stand for this and neither are my coworkers and friends! I am a good upstanding citizen, I have never been in trouble with the law or anybody else, and this makes me sick to my stomach!

Today I was in goodwill on Dobson and guadalupe in Mesa, az. The employee (shoulder length blondish hair, glasses, chunkier build) gets on the intercom to share about the 50% off tags in a pleasant tone. However, following that announcement he rudely raised his tone of voice by started yelling into the microphone that masks are still required in the store. This was appalling and super unprofessional. Very off putting to not want to support a corporation that allows employees to conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner.

I am wrong about the Tigard GW on Hwy 99 in Tigard.
Today I learned that management is taking a beloved staff member, Edna, of the floor. This is such a huge disappointment to myself and many other loyal customers. Edna is loved for her personality, her kindness, her love of helping others and her love of her job.
When I first moved to Tigard 9 years ago I began regularly shopping at the Tigard Goodwill. I am a collector of certain items and have always been so impressed with Edna's keen sense of the merchandise in the store.
To take Edna off the floor would be a disservice to Goodwill and the customers that have grown to appreciate her and love her.
I ask that someone intervene and keep Edna in the position she so loves and that we all love her in.
Thank you

I been shopping goodwill stores around my area for years (Pomona Ca) and I find that your prices have gotten extremely high for items that have been donated for free, I will no longer support any of your stores

Hello,

I went to store 81 in Riverside, Ca. I donated some items and accidentally left a small bag with the thumb drives in it, with the donated items. The information on the thumb drives were work related and highly important along with personal information.

General manager, Judy, her assistant, Perla and staff members, Jason and Omar went out of there way to locate the items, two days after I dropped them off. After Judy took my information and followed up with Jason, he found them in a trash Ben ready to be thrown away.

Thank you so much store 81, Riverside. Fantastic customer service!

Hello Iam a longtime shopper of goodwill and I had the worst experience at Mundelein Goodwill.I went to the display enclosed merchandise cabinet and picked out some brand new Colombia waterproof boots and etc items. I was told that a ticket will hold the items I held the ticket until I brought more items to purchase I learn that my items were sold by a Brian.Brian watch myself and my daughter in law try the shoes on and also listen to the other employee who told him I would be purchasing the boots and other items and not to touch the items because it had a ticket attach to the items.Well Brian sold my boots in which had a ticket number same as I had in my purse. Then openly said he might have but gave another color to the boots. After the manager getting word of it she acted very unconcerned she said sorry but didn't try to accommodate me very much for the $20 dollar boots.i was very hurt and very disgusted with this Goodwill store. I will never return to this store again and I will never refer anyone to this store based off the customer service they do for customers these store is very poor with making their customers satisfied.

I just made a delivery to Goodwill in Sylvania Ohio. I carefully boxed up several boxes of glassware and marked the boxes with "Fragile Glassware ". I told the young man that it was glassware . When the 13 boxes were taken inside they were throwing the boxes and I could hear them crashing. This is disappointing and I'm sure you don't care about this report, but AI will never use Goodwill again and I'm afraid my recommendation to friends will not be positive.

I thinks it's ridiculous that when I've spent my money in your store and I return that item that you put my money back on a gift card when that is not your money in the first place. This takes the rights away from me as a customer to use my money to go buy groceries or any other necessities that I may need to use my money towards. I would like a refund to my checking account. This has pushed me to the point that I will make sure to tell other not to shop at goodwill due to this gift card policy.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone for a while now about a situation at the marietta ga goodwill on Roswell rd there is one particular guy who comes in the store and stays all day long getting all the electronics as soon as they bring them out they dont even get on the shelf he stands there with a cart there are two doors in which they bring out product this guy literally runs/ sprints from one door to the next to get product he and the guy that issues them are in cahoots they communicate on the days that the employee is scheduled off he doesnt show up but the days that he is there he is there I know its first come first serve but not first pick first serve he he knows me very well because I go there almost everyday was going before he started one day he was leaving the store and he saw me and turned around and came back in the store and watch and followed me around the store to make sure I didnt get so.erhing that he could have got I spoke to the manager about it so far he has stopped following me but they still allow him to stay in the store for 6 to 8 hours a day and they allow him first pick I dont think it's right or fair to other consumers I've also seen employees hold stuff in the back and then pay for it and to my knowledge employees are not to do this matter of fact it's the same guy who brings out the electronics

I work in a pharmacy and I know how to wear a mask I entered the hilltop store in Redding. Where Three men who looked like homeless people were running towards me. I was scared so I said get away from me loudly. They said your masks was not up to your brow. I said Emmy mask is on correctly they said your right but it didn't look like it. I left the store immediately. I was going to call police because they were violet the way they approached me I left after 30 seconds in stores going to press charges for the way they assaulted me

I am a raider in South Carolina and saw that you are now making masks mandatory in your store. Thank you for taking this stance but for everyone's well being, you should have masks available to customers who do not have one. Until the State makes masks mandatory and that this is your policy, please consider providing masks to your customers and associates.

I have been a goodwill shopper for decades but the store in Ashland VA there was a worker with dark hair crackin her gum . She proceeded to harass me about not wearing a mask (I have health issues against Hippa laws) which I stated to her and then politely told her I would not spend my money at her store. Please advise your employees about tactful and tasteful ways to not force their opinions on others

I went to the Goodwill located at 1451 S Boulder Hwy Henderson NV 89015 on June 5th 2020. The dressing rooms were closed. I bought a few things, came home, tried them on and a few items did not fit. I returned to the store within 20 minutes of purchasing the items with my receipt and the tags still on the items and they would not take them back. No where was there any signage displayed saying clothing items could not be returned. I donated 2 large bags of clothing and they were taken gladly and without question and yet you won't take items that left your store for 20 minutes. Instead of having an employee allowing 1 person in the fitting rooms to try stuff on and sanitizing it we as customers have to guess and hope the item will fit and when it doesn't we are stuck with it. I have been shopping at Goodwill for decades. I am aware that you are either no 1 or 2 retailer in the country. Dad urging these trying times in the world where every business is losing money yet offering discounts to citizens, I am appalled that your company has taken the opposite stance by taking away the discounts on 99 cents Sunday and half price on color coded during the week. Shame on you. When I disagree with a companies strandards .i refrain from ever going there again. So there you have it. I am a senior and a veteran

I just had the most amazing experience at your Goodwill drop off center here in Ocala Fl off of 27th by Ocala mall. At 10 am I dropped off several pieces of oak desk 5 of 8 pieces at 1 pm I brought the rest. Greeted by Zack First thing out of mouth we don't take that kinda of tv only new TVs I stated it works 27 " ok
Next he look at oak top we don't take that without shelves the other gentleman tried to explain he has already drop the rest. Zack acted like he didn't hear use and continued with his rudeness we don't take junk. I had 3 boxes of my mom and dads clothes he look in and repeated we don't take junk. Ok now I am insulted they had just passed away I fact I was donating the entire household to good will 3900 sq foot home I had already called to check on good will truck none free until Feb 28th for pick up. You know I am not making a penny donating this but to insult me is to much. K I went inside to complain to manger but was all I heard I'll talk to him. " Not I am sorry sir that's not supposed to happen"

So upset cause price stickers are placed on front of all goods y'all sell. Well I have had SEVERAL items ruined cause stickers pulled off paint, letters, color, trying to remove stickers. Things you get are free, but the public looses their money buying ruined items your employees put on them. I will now shop at Savers and Desert Industry.

I bought a bicycle at the 9321 S Western Store in Chicago and was assured that I could pick it up the next day . Unfortunately it was sold before I could pick it up. The store does not have a system for accounting for items purchased awaiting pick up. I was very disappointed and may never shop there again.

The Goodwill in North Olmsted Ohio on Loraine Rd. has a problem with people "bum rushing" the store on Sunday when the new color tags come out. They know the order in which the tags go on sale and go to the store the night before to arrange the clothing so that they can go straight to what they want. There are people lined up at the door at least a half hour to 45 min. before the store opens. You see people with carts piled high with only the sale items and they are the most rude people I have ever seen. Pushing past people and putting their carts in front of racks making it impossible for normal people to shop. They go down isle after isle pulling only the sale items. I shopped this location for many years, but find it next to impossible to find anything that I can afford,or worth buying, because this condition is out of control. I doubt that anyone cares as long as money is being made by both parties, and that is what is happening here. These people are making money off Goodwill and they are letting them. It is just pure greed, and not good business.

I have been dropping items off at the goodwill for years and I have always had a bad experience. I will never ever ever donate my stuff to the Ontario location again. I got into a yelling match with an employee who is very rude and then trying justify it by saying that he's really busy. They are rude, and very unappreciative at this location. Two other employees came to see what the problem is and when I explained that said was rude they could care less. Sorry your company is awful and I am never donating to you again. Here is the day I went and dropped off 11/9/2014 @ 1:30. Salvation Army here I come.

Some one in the corporate office needs to look into what is going on in the Reseda California store. I am in that store 4-5 days a week. One of the guys in the back (50s, white,6") is pricing $200-300+ merchandise for $5.99 or so. I have watched this merchandise go directly from the back to the front without stopping. A younger man (6'2", white blonde, blue) buys it. It never stops in the store. This is expensive stuff the employee in the back is feeding to the customer in the front. They are both very cocky and loud. it is hard not to notice it from day one. I mentioned it to a new worker. he said yes many customers are talking about it. So this may not be the first time you have been told this. I also heard the yound=g guy complaining about Irene. The nice new manager. he was complaining to the guy that is feeding him all the expensive merchandise that she would not bring out jewelry while he was there. She must know what is going on and wants to hamper him. She seems very honest and may not know what to do with this situation. Heads up, you have a problem in this store.
