I am an h2o wireless customer. I have not been able to receive or make phone calls since 3/7/21. I called customer service no one answered.

I switched to H2O wireless last week and I haven't been able to receive phone calls and I can't send or receive text messages. I haven't been able to use my phone for almost 2 weeks. I have spoken with many CSR and no one will help me.

Your company is a JOKE!!! I've have been on hold for over an 1 hour just to find out what is going on with my phone that just updated it self! And now will not let e use my internet or my text messages are not coming threw! And your customer services just hung up on me! Worst phone company ever! I will go find another phone company first thing tomorrow morning!!!!!!!!

there is a limit on all the unlimited services they order. they cut me phone off 8 days before the plan was to expire. I called and they said I call the same number too much so it seems that I'm violating the terms that state I cannot use the phone for business. So I explained that I call the same number around the same time to help my niece who recently lost her parents get to sleep. We talk and I sing to her until she falls asleep, which is about 1-2 hours every night. the rep said the system flags it as abuse of usage and there is nothing they can do, which is complete bs. They could've put my phone back on for the 8 days because unlimited means unlimited, of course some restrictions apply but none of what I used my phone for goes against there terms. Same with the data. After this month I'm switching plans.

im in stole money from my 13 year old daughter and i have proof and recording when they will not and never give you to a supervisior. this company is a scam and im going to contact the FBI internet crimes division and if i can shut down one of these icloud removal scammers then it shouldnt be too hard for us to take these guys down, im posting everwhere i can and going to make some yoputube info videos on there comany, join me in this fight, do you know how many people veiw youtube? we can do this!!

Everyone we don't have to take this band together and lets get a civil Class Action Law Suit against these bastards my phone hasn' t worked for 3 hours my son's day care was trying to get a hold of me this is not a problem I'm letting go any longer. i 'M CONTACTING A LAWYER IMMEDIATELY out of 30 days my phone has worked 12 all day. Internet is slow Customer service terrible and I'm paying my money

I am reporting this to the BBB. They false advertise. I been hung up on when I tell the rep I wan to speak to supervisor. Today I was told there was no supervisor available in the whole call center. I ask to speak to call center manager , the rep claim they don't have one. My internet don't work period I been calling about this for months. The tech department was suppose to get back to me 2 months ago .. I have had enough am filing every complaint known to man I want them shut down

I seriously do not know what kind of company you are running but your local distributor is promising one thing to get services started through H2O and is not giving what was promised. . I have had service with this company now for 4-6 months and have been told different by even a supervisor at customer service. . I originally signed up for 3 lines 60.00 each and would have great service.. since day 2 i spend about 4 days out if the week and 6 hrs of each day on the phone.. This company needs a supervisor here at the local store who is understandable and is will to help a situation but not make it worse or tell you not my problem call customer service. . And customer service needs agents like Arial # 474 who stayed he has been there for over 3 yrs and was a great agent.. He needs to be a supervisor. . I was to be credited and never was this is a company that lies

Earlier today I called in H20 wireless customer service in regards to my internet not working. I was informed by Alex the first customer service agent that since I reached a maximum amount of data they have suspended my service. I asked why would it be suspended if I have unlimited data. He kept on stating that my service is unlimited but it has been restricted. I stated I would call back later as I needed to go into a meeting.

When I called back I spoke with agent George id #1259 who was very rude. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me that this call doesn't need a manager. He kept stating that I could have my phone restricted for data usage if I use my phone as a hotspot or download over the amount that they allow. I stated I have never used my phone as a hotspot nor have I downloaded excessively. If I have unlimited data I should be able to watch movies on my phone. He told me that those were just examples and to refer to the terms and conditions on the website. I asked for him to tell me what the cap amount is and he told me he didn't know the amount. He kept saying for me to check my phone and see how much data I have used. Again if I have unlimited data that should not matter what amount I have used. If I know that I was going to have a cap amount then I would of paid for a plan that is at a set amount. This is an ongoing issue where I have no internet access for two weeks out of my plan. As a paying customer who has been with your company for several months I should not have to experience this trouble. Every time I call customer service I have to deal with rude agents who don't understand what I am asking. They are reading off a card or something verbatim because when I ask a question they don't know how to answer it without repeating what they have already stated. After this month when my due date to recharge occurs on the 13th I will no longer be putting my service on with H20 wireless. However I do need my internet to work for the remaining days.

This company is nothing but afuvking joke! I have been trying to get my issue resolved for a month now! I have spoken with two supervisors who said they would call me and me back and never did! Ultimately they've done nothing! The worst customer service I have EVER experienced! Don't even know how these people got jobs!!! I am just sick!!

My name is pankaj and I have made the biggest mistake ever. I switch from one previous wireless company to H2o and I gave them my phone number and pin number which was the information it was need it to transfer my number, I called on july 23rd,2014 and gave all my information to have my number transfer. They told it takes from 24 to 48 hours to be transfer. I have called more than six (6)times every time I call I with a different costumer services and they all have told me to wait 24 to 48 hours that they still working on it. Mine you today is july 25th,2014. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold for a long long time and after a answered machine comes out. My phone still not working I can't received phone calls, I can't received any text. And I paid for this services that doesn't work. I haven't received any phone calls from no one yet returning my calls. What I'm going to is contact my local news channel 12, channel 10 and give them my complain about H2o wireless so they can put it on the air. And hopefully no one else waist there money on this company. The worse company ever.

It would help if you would answer customers phone calls since you are head quarters but your costumer service sucks just as bad as your all your other employees since they don't know what there doing!!!!!worse service ever.

H20 is an insult to both technology and customer service! You'll do better with a cup and a string. I have spent 30 days attempting to resolve problem receiving text messages. From extremely heavy accents to, no longer being able to connect to the network, I have found incompetency across the board. Escalating the call is a joke. Its merely a tactic to get you off the phone and no one EVER follows up with your complaint. Contact LOTUS and their corporate office appears dodgy and they claim to be ignorant of H20, but is quick to refer you back to H20 Customer service for a review of the nightmare of which you are accustomed.

If you want service with these folks... pour H20 on your cell phone...it actually gets you better service!

hi, my name is isha. i am having many problems with your customer service representative their name is Louis and charlea. i asked them where i have to file complain about this service and asked about any manager or supervisor. they do not provide either of them. when i try to talk with Louis and told him that your company do not do proper job to satisfaction to guest then he told me that if you want talk i will hang up on u. i am asking your management that that is right way to talk with us. you know in USA customer is always right. you cannot talk anything back. but that's what he did. i called for my family plan recharge. i donot like to talk to your customer service people. they are very rude. my main concern that my grand mother and mother both had accident last 2 month ago and they are in bed. if they want something or meanwhile any thing happen who is going to be responsible for this. i need that answer. second if you pay money for service if you do not get how do you feel. i am mentioning this to management of h2o wireless corporate office people. i called number of times to do my recharge at your corporate location. no one answer this phone. this is way you will lose business. do you really know that like me many people are suffering like this kind of customer service. my request is that try to put family plan recharge online. so we do not have to suffer like this in future. i need some kind of reply with your action. sometimes this thing is annoying to us.
