Hallmark Corporate Office Comments

As a customer for over 40 years when will you connect all of the coupons earned directly on the rewards card we scan in the store? You make it so inconvenient to use them. Most of the time I am driving past your store and remember to pick up something but of course I don't have the rewards mailed to me. To make matters worse I cannot pull them up on my phone because the site won't connect in your store. Many companies I frequent have already done this. When Will You?

The worst experience ever in my forty seven years of shopping for Christmas cards and decorations at Hallmark.
When I needed to return a defective item I was essentially called to task to prove it. The lack of respect was astounding.
I was told that a replacement was impossible as there were none left in the storage room.
I expressed my disappointment to the manager the next day. She was made aware of the incident. Since they did not accept returns even defective ones I chose to just buy a third and similar item proving that they did in fact have more in the storage area. At $29.99 the cost became exorbitant. I intended to contact the corporate office but was told that each hallmark is an independent store and therefore make their own rules.
Tell me if this is so and I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

To HALLMARK executives and purchasing agents,
I shopped in the Romeo Michigan store on June 13 2021. I went in with the intentions of purchasing a card for a bereaved parents of and infant. But to my unbelief, there was NOT ONE, I repeat! NOT ONE CARD FOR A PARENT. I Was so upset I actually sat on the floor and cried. NOW THE REASON I CRIED WAS BECAUSE THERE WERE 6-7 CARDS FOR PETS THAT WERE LOST. I totally understand that some people believe that their pets were their children. But I was devastated to find NOT A SINGLE CARD FOR A BABY!!! THIS IS WRONG BEYOND WORDS. I AM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR DECISION TO NOT CARRY CARDS FOR DISTRAUGHT PARENTS. Sincerely Debi Thompson

Hallmark CEO: You are losing your core fan base by introducing homosexual couples to your movies. It is sickening to watch. I will be sadly turning off this channel. This is not the majority! Do you have to go the politically correct route? This saddens the majority of your fans.

Hello, I would like to commend your organization for standing up for democracy. It saddens me to realize that our government seems to be unable to do the work that must be done to close the door on insurrection by a sitting President. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue. It is a national security issue, an issue of protecting all our elected officials who right now are under threat and protecting the sanctity of edifices which are symbols to the world of our reverence for and protection of our democratic processes. But I am heartened to see corporations such as yours step up and have the courage to act when others decline. Thank you very much. I am very grateful and I will be gracing your stores and watching the Hallmark channel for I am a person who who votes and uses her pocketbook to fuel the change I want to see.

I will not be going to my local store any longer. If you are going after Conservatives, go after liberals. Can I have all my money refunded for all the ornaments and things I've bought. I also won't be supporting your Channel. Hypocrites. Bye Bye.

You should concentrate on your core business and stay out of politics. Inevitably you will step on somebody's toes.

How do I get all my money back for 40 years of ornaments? If you want refunds on your contributions, I want a full refund on every Hallmark everything I've bought.

The Christmas holiday movies will be coming up and I would like to put some input on the season, it would be really nice if they would start after thanksgiving to bring back the old holidays like they used to be. Department stores are starting to bring in the holiday decorations already and it is way too early. As growing up we never saw decorations or holiday movies till thanksgiving. To be perfectly honest the Christmas movies are way too long and we just got over them the first week of August . Please consider starting the Christmas movies till Thanksgiving. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. It would be nice to bring back the old tradition.

I have a idea and suggestion for Hallmark cards. Can you please come out with cards about caregivers, nurses, nurses week. These are really important specially at this time. When I went to look for a card for nurses week as I work at a memory care community there was none but I see you have cards for secretaries and teachers but none for the health industry.
What are your thoughts?

Was Very disappointed In your movie offering last night when your couple who were called wedding buddies attend a same sex wedding. I had heard from other Hallmark movie fans that it was probably inevitable. I will no longer be a Hallmark fan if this aspect continues.

I have been recently ongoing chemo treatment. It was suggested to me to stay positive and watch Hallmark movies. Why does every single movie have to have a spouse that has died. Try a different way to bring us into the movie. Why does it have to be sympathy towards the couple? Can it just be a breakup or being divorced or single without success? Let's try and get away from
death. I'm thinking your thinking well divorce and breakup hurts those people too. But not like death. Mix it up. Please.

I'm sorry to hear that you are planning to add lgbtq programming on your channels. That is not family friendly. I have been a viewer for many years and I am so disappointed. There's plenty of gratuitous sex and violence on tv already. We need some safe places. We'd be further ahead if you addressed the issues of kindness, respect, and race, how we're different but in the end, all wanting the same things. Healthy happy families and lives.

I just left the Hallmark store in Cheboygan, Mi where my family and I were embarrassed by a worker in the store. She literally accused one of us in bringing grease on our shoes and didn't want us walking through the store. NONE of us had anything on our shoes. We showed her. She went on further to say that it HAD to be one of us since no one else was there. When we walked into the store there were other customers and she was not in their area. I don't plan on returning to that place ever again.

I have always loved hallmark. It was very refreshing to have a choice finally on tv to see good wholesome movies. Where their is none. Why do you people get bought out so easily. We are the Majority who have watch you regularly and recepted you for your content. Now you have joined the rest with no respect for the Majority. We are sick and tired of this being pushed down our throats. Whats next!!!!Have you no power or say.I think I will get rid of my tv all together. This godless country has gone to pot. Soo sad!!! I hate to see whats next.

Went into a Hallmark Gold Crown in Alpharetta, GA with my six year old grandson to buy Valentine Day cards and as it happens with kids he had to use the bathroom. We were told to go to the DSW next door. I told the employee I would never shop on that store again and plan to post in FB and Yelp about this discourtesy.

with re. to your tv ad showing a male proposing to another male I find it very insulting and do not want young children thinking this

I have bought your cards for years but will no longer do

Hallmark Cards in Hillsborough, NJ, Manager, Stephanie discriminates against older people who apply for work. Trying to contact the corporate office besides customer service and they make it impossible. AARP, NAR, and the Better Business Bureau have been contacted. This woman does no service towards projecting a good image for the Company she represents. She berates younger workers, is snotty to customers and basically complains to people about her job responsibilities.

you send out these $5.00 & $10.00 coupon but are unable to use on promotionals, what is always advertised(promotional) and I'm sure your most shoppers are at the holidays. Every year I buy my daughters and myself the snowmen, and have to purchase 3 cards for every one which is ridiculous, and not to be able to use a coupon that you have earned, and to not even be able to use it on the cards when purchasing the snowmen. What is the point of even offering the coupons, it is just upsetting, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

I can'tell you how dissapointed I was sat night when I eagerly tuned in to watch the latest Christmas Movie and was greeted by Walmart as the sponsor. AS a small retailer for over 40 years I've become very familiar with Walmart practices and can't imagine how A name like Hallmark can bring themselves down to this level. Hallmark has always stood for Quality and integrity Neither of these can be found in a Walmart store. Any Quality name that ever ends up in their store is soon just another junk name. I've always thought I could see the integrity behind the name with your touching commercials or the quality and content of your programming. Please don't fall into this quagmire that so many others have. I truly hope Hallmark isn't in such an economic state that it has to sell out to these People. I'd rather see you just quit with your integrity in tact. What would your founders think. Do you Care? Sincerely

BCBS & Hallmark have an agreement that if you undergo a preventative treatment (mammogram, colonoscopy, etc.) You will receive a certificate for $25. After several unsuccessful attempts to redeem the coupon, I called Hallmar's ustomer service for assistance. BIG mistake. The "gentleman" Vin was so condescending in his approach, it left me shocked and speechless. Hallmark needs to reassess its hiring of its customer service reps.

I heard U have lesbian cards. For 20 yrs. I have bought from hallmark. I've spent thousands of dollars. If U support this lifestyle, I will not buy from hallmark. I will buy cards from the 99 Cent Store & other items at target

I was wondering what does hallmark have over its retailers. They always charge full price for the cards at walgreens, walmart, costco and many others why no discount. What is up with this action.

I have never been so disappointed. Considering all the promotion prior to the holiday season relating to Christmas movies, your efforts have fallen flat. I search daily for something new; something worth watching. However, it is the same movies over, over, over and over again ad nauseam.. The same inane, insipid junk (Christmas Engagement?) with a classic thrown in every now and then or if there is a repeat worth watching it is shown at 2:00am.. These movies do not do justice to the Hallmark name and definitely are an insult to those who have, in the past, associated the word Quality with Hallmark. In the past, I have considered it worth the extra expense to be able to watch the Hallmark Movie Channel, however, I am now cancelling the cable company's offering as I have reached the point where everything shown, all year long, is repeated over and over again. I have seen it all and for the most part, do not care to see it again.

I would like to say a huge "Thank You " for all the Christmas movies and other movies that you provide for me and all my friends in Gastonia, N. C. I really hate( a strong word I don't say especially to grand boys) I only would hope that Christmas movies could last longer. I also love the Hallmark show all the time. It is so great to watch something besides violence and bad language on T.V. Hallmark is my #1 channel so please keep the movies coming. I have all the Hallmark movies on DVD and I watch on Direct TV channel 312 and in Myrtle Beach, S.C. on channel #36, Again I say Thank You and Merry Christmas and Gods Blessings to all of you.

last night we went to exchange a precious moment at 2 different stores. at both stores we were told they couldn't do it because they are all independent owners. As far as we were conserned it is still "Hallmark" and they should be able to help us anyway and do the mathmatics between the stores afterwards. You have just lost a family of regular buyers. and we have spent thousands of dollars at your stores on precious moments. NEVER AGAIN!!! Very disappointed in your customer service - or lack there of

Yesterday, Nov. 17th, I was watching a Christmas movie on the Hallmark Channel with my 8yr. old granddaughter. A K-Mart commercial for Joe Boxer came on showing a group of men playing "Jingle Bells" with hand bells. The table rolls away revealing the men in boxer shorts who then begin to gyrate their hips to the ringing bells! I was appalled and this commercial should only be relegated to late night cable. If you authorized this ad, you just lost a valued life-long customer!!

My family has ALWAYS used Hallmark for Christmas Cards. Perhaps you have been outsourcing to China for some time, and
I simply was not aware. This Christmas, as well as the declining economy in the country, so far, known as United States of America, it is critical to bring our jobs HOME. I bought the Hallmark Christmas cards this year, but please know if you don't bring the Hallmark Christmas cards, as well as the greeting cards back to the USA, I will NEVER purchase another Hallmark card again.
