We are inside track members & buy a lot in your stores. We bought an 8 hp predator motor 5/31 & returned it today unopened & was charged $56 restocking fee. I asked the manager there WHY?? I do not agree with this & we will probably take our business elsewhere unless this is resolved. I even offered to get the full refund on a gift card & had receipt.
Hey guys, I love your tools! They are so good, the tool snobs don't have much to say. I would like to see if you would or are considering making your Hercules cordless ratchets brushless? The same with the really small 1/4" and 3/8" impact guns as well. You would hit these two out of the park so to speak, if this was to happen. Snap on has their small impacts, and so does Milwaukee. I recently purchased your 3/8" mid torque impact and it's really earned my respect.
U guys need to take a look at your button batteries super alkaline set reason is my wife just had one blow up in her face for a small battery it was like a 22 rifle going off a few small burns and she scared to death got to looking and the batteries are coming apart and exploding we have them all and the one that explodid so if u could contact us asap and stop with those batteries before someone loses an eye please don't try blowing us off we love shopping there but something needs to be done about this thank you Mr.lawson
I recently purchased a large tool chest. Upon opening the box I was disheartened to find the item was packed with polystyrene to prevent damage. I'm so sick of polystyrene being used in packing and find that most Chinese manufacturers dump this crap on our shores. No one can recycle polystyrene easily because Recycling Facilities cannot do it cost effectively. PLEASE STOP ALLOWING YOUR VENDORS IN CHINA TO PACK USING POLYSTYRENE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT DECOMPOSE AND THUS POLLUTES OUR ENVIRONMENT! EVER HEAR ABOUT THE MASSIVE TRASH/MICRO-PLASTIC PROBLEMS WE FACE??? Please be more responsible Harbor Freight!
Stephanie Boone a sales manager for Harbor Freight in east Texas, She cause my husband to get fired from his job. My husband, a truck driver had differences of opinions on the movement of containers behind the Harbor Freight Store in Mt Pleasant. and she decided to be a evil, vindictive person and called his company to get him fired.
My husband did not hurt her or touch her in any way but because of her actions. I'm going to die because my husband was the only income we had to keep up my chemotherapy treatments. I have ovarian cancer and the doctor is accepting cash payments because we don't have insurance. Now the treatments have to stop.
He wanted to move a couple of trailers and Stephanie didn't want them moved because she was worried of possible damage. My husband assured her that he can move them without damage even though there was a utility truck abandoned nearby. He said there was plenty of room to do it. He was successful in completing the job and she still acted as if my husband pulled out a knife and slit her throat.
I'm going to put it all over social media and let everyone know how this evil woman that works for Harbor Freight put me in my grave.
I know my husband is a gentle giving person and from what I've researched, she exaggerated the events so she can hurt him.
