they have no email, i cannot send them feedback or complain about anything; you have to contact magazines, one at a time; they're GOD, THEY DON'T LISTEN!You wonder why Patty Hearst got kidnapped? maybe they were just frustrated customers!

Please do not ever ever ever Bill me for something I didn't ask for, or try to take it out of my account with out my permission.
I have never had a problem with Hearst Magazines before, and hope not to again. Thank you.

OMG I cannot believe you people I have sent 3 letters 3 You say I'm delinquent on my Oprah Magazine I have the Oprah Magazine on my Kindle I didn't order another.You keep sending emails it my last chance to pay.Are you people insane First of all your customer service sucks I paid my subscription in full never received my tote.EXCELLENT SERVICE.Do you ever check your records I'm going to start posting this crap now I find out you are sending me not one but two Taste of home magazines and charging me for both.Clean up your act how many letters do I have to send .You respond to NOTHING.I HAD 3 BACK SURGERIES IN THE LAST 7 MONTHS MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF EVERYTHING I DON'T THINK HE REALIZED HE PAID TASTE OF HOME TWICE.IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND.AND CLEAR UP THIS MESS I WILL POST IT EVERYWHERE I CAN.People NEED TO BE WARNED OF YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES.The SADDEST PART OF ALL THIS I'M IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF MY COMPANY TREATED OUR CUSTOMERS IE PASSENGERS THIS WAY I WOULD BE OUT OF A JOB.I DON'T THINK I'll EVER hear from you i haven't so far.I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE PROUD OF THE COMPANY I WORK FOR AS I AM TODAY.Cindy Graben 708-422-0137 I doubt I will hear from you but what the hell at least I have proof of trying to resolve this matter I also have every letter I have sent.I'm done.
