I had a very bad experience with your store in n Birmingham Al on Montclair rd 35206 I ordered some shoes and I was told that the order number was the tracking number I didn't receive it which was 12/15 on 12/19 I called back and the person who answered was being very sarcastic and rude
Hi, today I bought a $200. dollar E-gift card from Hibbitts paying with PayPal for my granddaughter in Hattiesburg Mississippi. I called the store to be sure there would be no problem taking an E-gift card that has been downloaded, to my shock these idiots in Hattiesburg Mississippi and McComb Mississippi doesn't even know what a Hibbitts E-gift card is? Are You kidding me, besides who PayPal is either? Now unless I can speak with someone live from Hibbitts, I will have to call PayPal and my credit card to get my $200. back. Does anyone at Hibbitt's have anymore bright ideas?
