I recently purchased a home air purifier. I saw no place to use the code that I was given. Now I'm seeing ads for a free gift, I didn't get that either. Customer service is just not helping me, since I can't remember the code.
So I've received the product and I am considering returning it, because you have horrible customer service. Five emails and my problem is not solved and I feel like they are mocking me. I told them that this will my first and last purchase.
I've spent over 200 dollars and have gotten zero respect.
It's not that difficult to look at my order and see that I did not get the 25 percent off.
