I have written you before and still don't have a answer. I have been working on my IM for over two weeks and did everything (1) day and a try at a time. They made me save my data filers to my desktop (which I did) and they had me delete all my IM and files. Now we have been (1) day at a time and it is still not fixed. I cannot import these files . I have paid for almosy all of your programs and lost it all. My only recourse is to delete all my IM files and never deal with IM again.
If I don't hear from somebody soon that's what I will do.

I have been in contact with your support system for about two weeks. I am worse off now than I was before. They made me delete all my IM and save it to my desktop which I did. Now I can't get it all back. This is a one thing a day to try and it's not working. I have bought just about everything you sell. I am having more problems that it's worth . Please help me or I will have to delete IM altogether.

Have been without Incredimail for about a week now. Can't seem to make them understand the problem. They have not been helpful at all! My incoming mail is not showing up (get blank lines), my deleted folder (properties) says I have several messages but none are showing; when I delete a message (try to)it does not show up in the deleted folder but goes right back to the in basket--yet new emails I have to go to my server to get. Sent message folder is blank but "properties" says I have several. Extremely frustrating. I have used Incredimail for years but this is the worst it's ever been.

My father is 90 years old and has used incredimail for many years. There was a terrible problem with false billing by your company which my father won. Recently, we had an issue with google and incredimail and the Google tech called your support and got a very rude man who actually called her a b>>>>, said he was the only enployee, there was no supervisor, refused to give his name and told her not to call back. REALLY? This is what your business is about? So sad. I will be letting the public and anyone else worth listening about this situation. Google has the incident recorded.

I originally wrote to the Customer Service center to complain about my most recent problem: no inclusion of "create sub-folder" on ANY of the drop-down menus, nor the ability to click-and-drag folders to my desired location. As usual, the reply assumed I was completely clueless, and proceeded to condescendingly tell me to do what I'd already said in my email that I'd done NUMEROUS times. So, once again, they're not paying much attention -- if any -- to the content of my complaint. (I've since found out the answers come from Israel, not India...?? I can see the stupidity coming from India, but Israel?? I thought they were pretty smart...) Transcript follows:

Grrrrrr... Why is it you guys NEVER seem to actually read the emails I send?? So, I repeat: THERE ARE NO RIGHT-CLICK OPTIONS FOR "SUB-FOLDER"... ANYWHERE! I am not stupid, and have had Incredimail for many, many years. I know how to work it. I know how to problem-solve. I've created many sub-folders since subscribing to Incredimail, and I've used that feature many times. I know how to do it. What I'm trying to get across to you is that NONE of the drop-down menus contain that option anymore. It is a glitch in YOUR system; it is not my failure to understand how to do it. Has it sunk in yet??? I am greatly offended not only by your condescending attitude, but by your very obvious disinterest in really helping... Do you get paid simply by the number of responses you send to customers' inquiries, and not by the quality of your help?

I am also no longer able to click-and-drag a folder to a different location in the listing, either. It simply doesn't work. (And YES, I know how to do that, too.) And I already know how to alphabetize the folder listing.

Please stop assuming I'm ignorant by giving me responses that are appropriate only for a new user. If you can't figure out how to solve the issue, then send it to your U.S. counterparts. Responses from India are, 99% of the time, completely useless.

Since the creation of Windows 10 and Incredimail trying to upgrade their system which failed and crashed nothing has been working right. After weeks they partially got back on track but now it's starting again.
I bought my products as needed and the one I use mostly is Letter Creator, all of a sudden it's not working.
I know this is petty stuff for a corporate office to receive but I get no help from where ever it's supposed to come from, only form letters. I'm older and LC kept my mind working and up on my toes, now it's not working again. I think I'm fed up with the whole process, in other words I'm ticked.

I have had it for around 15 or 20 years. I have tried in vain to find out what the error is that I have. I lost all of my email contacts and can't open incredimail at all. I can't get anyone to answer me so what do I do now? You are impossible to reach.

have had all kinde of problems. have used incredimail every sence it came out.all of a sudden cant download, will not take licences,support just screwes it up and this is a bran new computer. I an very dissipointed in your product,Would still like to use it but have one month invested trying to get it to work with no sucess. have money involved and cant use the product. also getting a lot of runtime errors when trying to do something in incredimail. very dissipointed and guess Iwill give up. no one semes to be able to help

I've been using INCREDIMAIL since the late 1990's. The ORIGINAL version allowed a sender to look at the SENT mail and see who they sent it to ..To: Cc: and Bcc:. Starting with Version 2.5, when you look to see whom you sent it to, the only thing it shows is the To:, nothing of the Cc or Bcc is viewable. PLEASE put that capability back in the software coding like it was in the original Incredimail; Presently, there is no way to see whom you may have left out in the Cc or Bcc. Some of us are forgetful!! Let me know when you've done this. Thank you.

I have contacted Incredimail by e-mail 2 times for this matter and have not gotten a response. I have tried to find a telephone number to speak to a live person, with no luck.
I had an unauthorized deduction from my bank account for something that I did not purchase. Plus I do not know what I am supposedly ordered. All I know is that I did not order ANYTHING or RENEW ANYTHING. It has been a week to 10 days and still nothing. I want reimbursed the money they took and would love to tell corporate about their extremely poor customer service.

I am very upset with incredimail I have had it for a number of years but now I cannot get my emails at all incredimail will not open and keeps asking me for my password then says its incorrect I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling to no avail all I get enter password I have lost some very important emails and some i had put into my saved boxes i have tried just about everything to get my incredimail back i just want my saved emails i am so upset what can i do to retrieve my account i cannot even ask for my password as i cannot open it it and i cannot go into it so i could go to tools and put my details in so can you please help me as i am at aloss as what to do next

I was just searching for IncrediMail's corporate office address so I could file a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau - lol - they're in Israel!! No wonder they don't give a rat's ___!

I, too, paid for their lifetime membership - for Premium, Gold and something else. bought a new computer and lifetime must have a different definition there - they only allowed me to access drop box - and it won't install properly. Wasting time with one guy for a week now, done everything but stand on my head. Their program isn't stable - keeps asking me to install it - when it's already installed - then wiped out all of my emails.

I'd avoid this company like the plague.

Id a problem getting Incredimail so I called 1 and talked to Shilpi x 103. She said my compu was hacked and gave me Pawan Saiswal. He worked on my computer for a long time last night and called back today and worked on it a long time. I pay my bills on my computer and just heard on tv that the people in India take your info and use it like your banking. Now I am concerned. Should I call my bank and cancel or what. I can't truly express how great is my disappointment with your company.
I remember the beginning of Incredimail, where we had a good program that were trustworthy and worked almost without flaws. Now, you added a bunch of useless tweaks that just takes up disc space and delay the performance of the program. I'm still awaiting a response for my emails bellow.

I were advised from someone in your support team, and after doing what I was told to, I lost ALL the emails on my server! I lost over 34 thousand emails! They were all downloaded to my computer, and I am afraid of losing them if something happen. I also tried to make a backup with Incredibackup, and the program also does not work! I need my emails for my work, they were safe at my server, but now they are in my computer and I can't manage to make a backup! This is really important to me. I paid already 3 licensees from Incredimail but I don't believe that I will renew this licenses again! Why should I? It seems like for the incredimail, the customers are disposable.

I'll be very brief and gonna make easy for you guys to help me to resolve the issues I'm having:

1) after losing all my inbox at my server, the new emails that I receive still doesn't remain in the server like before. I configurated POP3 and SMTP, and marked the box "Leave a copy on the server". The messages doesn't remain in my server anymore and I don't know why! Please see the attachment with the capture of my configuration. And advise me on what to do, considering that I wanto to have my emails secure in my server.

2) I need to put Incredibackup to work! Is extremely important that I make a secure backup of all the emails that are now in my computer. I tried to make the backup for several times already, also tried to reinstall it, but with no effect. I select the backup option, then the destination folder (usually a folder in my desktop that I can later copy to a external disc), but at a certain point(always at the same file), the backup stops making progress. The program continues to run, but with no progress. Please, see also the capture of the program at the point that it always stops.

I need to receive a helpful reply urgently.

This last few days Incredimail messed my whole work up, and now I need help to fix it somehow.

I am using IM now for many years, but during the last two yraes I only had trouble, Many times I contacted the technical department but never received an answer with an solution. I contacted again IM to help me, because I could not send e-mails from my Outbox. Always received an "Error Code 501" We contacted the tech. dept. and received the follwing answer:

To address this issue, I would like you to reconfigure your email account using the 'Email Setup Wizard':

1. Click on 'Tools' and then select 'Email Accounts'.

2. Chose your account, click 'Remove'. To reconfigure the account, click 'Add'.

3. In the Account Wizard window, chose 'Let me configure settings myself', and click 'Next'.

4. Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click 'Other'.

5. Follow the instructions to set up your account.

Note: Make sure the password you have entered is identical to the one your mail provider has given you.

We followed the instruction on Nr. 2 and after I checked my server inbox all of my 32 tousend incomming emails was deleted.

Also I had purchased "IM Back UP" but it did not work" I am very very angry about this matter, it is rediculous how IM is changed. I will contact once more IM technical service, and if they do not resolve this issue, I will take legal steps against this company.
If they sell a product, it has to work.
I am very disappointed how this IM has changed to NEGATIVE This is not a way to get new customers.

Even if you have paid for a Lifetime VIP tech Support , they ignore you, macro answer cuz don't speak English and it helps to ignore and justify doing nothing while pocketing the clients MONEY. When will the US federal gov do something about this exploitation misusing and abusing our communication systems!!!

Your help page is a joke. Sending error messages when we receive them to you is useless. Reaching an actual person is impossible. Continual crashes day after day SHOULD BE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOU. Instead, you simply don't care. I DARE YOU TO CONTACT ME.

You rely on a cartoon setup to represent your company. I believe that fits perfectly. You really have set up the perfect company-you rake in the money and never have to provide service to your customers if you don't want to.

years ago i paid for a life subscription. For some reason i couldn't get it on my computer.I tried and tried for so long and finally got mad and gave up.Every once in awhile i try,and still no luck.I'm sitting here today,years later,still mad,a life subsccription is for life,i refuse to order it again,or pay again for fear the same thing will happen.how do i getit,who do icall,i really want it even years later.

No wonder we can't get a person on the phone to help us in the states. You stay far enough away to not have to really help your customers. Well IM lost all my contacts and I want them back! I'm 77 yrs. old, have a serious sight problem and e-mailing is my life. You have taken that away. Who do I thank for that? Just take me off, give me a refund and after all these years I'll do without IM.Your cute little things aren't worth raising my blood pressure for.You have never really been a help on anything.
