I am writing to commend Ms. Lisa Suzuki of Southwestern Region, U.S.A., for being an outstanding professional and dedicated representative of Japan Airlines. The personal attention Ms. Suzuki demonstrated on my most recent trip to Japan and return was most uncommon and rarely seen in any industry.
Upon my departure from Los Angeles she personally welcomed me and informed me that I would be upgraded to business class as a token of appreciation for choosing Japan Airlines. I was especially pleased because I had made it a point to fly Japan Airlines rather than to take another carrier as some of my associates had. Upon my return from Japan, Ms. Suzuki was at the terminal to personally greet me and present me with one of her business cards as she had promised to do.
As someone involved in world trade I understand the importance of the good personal relationships necessary to promote and sustain business.
Ms. Suzuki is without a doubt a person who posses both personal and professional qualities that reflect well on her and Japan Airlines.
I congratulate Japan Airlines and Ms. Suzuki for a job well done.
