Many years ago I had a problem with Juno and ended up being required to resolve it on the telephone. initially they connected me with people who did not understand or speak English, they all hung up when I tried to explain the problem. Finally I was connected with a Gentleman with a strong Texas accent who understood the problem perfectly and fixed the problem instantly. Until a couple of years ago I had no problems with Juno, that I knew about.

Well over a year ago, I do not know exactly when it started because I thought it only involved Email that I was sending myself from the scanner with copies of scanned documents from the Public Library I did not think that it was too serious of a problem, the Juno Company Email Server started Blocking several types of Email which were being sent to me. I first noticed it when the Email I sent to myself and to several other Juno accounts from the Public Library Scanner were not being received by ANY Juno Email Account. More recently, well over a year ago I found that in order to access, and do business with The United States Government, staring with The Social Security Administration the Agency I was dealing with required the Agency to send and Email to my Juno Account as part of their security system. The security Emails are still being blocked by The Juno Corporate Email Servers. Most recently I received a phone call from a company I have relied on since 1980 telling me that since I have not responded to many Emails that they sent me over many months they were going to cancel my business relationship with them, Juno NEVER delivered even one of those Emails to my Juno Email Account. The same thing happened to some other people I know who also rely upon Juno Email Accounts. No we never blocked ANY incoming Email.

Any intelligent person would know that unless the Juno Email Customer gets some feedback from the Email Sender as I did when I sent email to myself and in the other cases when I was told that Emails were sent to me, by other means other than Email, the Juno Email Customer has ZERO information to tell them that any Email sent to that Juno Customer has been blocked.

In my many attempts to communicate with Juno Technical Support I have found that I am either communicating with a computer BOT or a contractor run by people who are given a small number of responses which have absolutely NOTHING to do with the problem I am asking them to fix. Those people apparently do not understand English, or how to send my request to fix the problem which is OBVIOUSLY in an update which was done to the Master Software which runs the entire Juno Email Server AT the Juno Company. It is a problem which ALL Juno Email Customers have, though I doubt that many actually know about the problem, unless they have had the same type of feedback experience that I have had. Until this MAJOR problem is fixed at the Corporate level it is impossible to rely upon Juno Email to reliably deliver urgent and important Email from many senders many of which I have no realistic idea who are.

Called Juno tech support and got some third party outfit with a person who was very hard to understand. My problem is I keep getting the statement on the bottom of my screen "Juno not responding" or "Juno running a long script." The tech said problem was at my end, until I said it also happens on my tablet. He was lost for words.
I have been using Juno for 20 years or more and until the last few years no major problems. Now service is so bad I will be changing to a different carrier shortly.

I must cancel my Juno.com account a.s.a.p, it takes much too long to retrieve my messages as well as longer to cancel them. I have no longer any use for this account after so many years. The system is flooded with advertisements interfering with all of my system.

Why are you allowing vocal advertisements to interrupt your customers at all times of the day and night? Do you have any concept of how irritating and annoying these vocal ads can be? Do you just assume that none of your customers using your e-mail...a paid service after one year of use...has anything better to do with their time than to go to their computer to see what in the world the voice and noise is that is coming out of their computer off and on all day and all night? This is ridiculous! Stop it now. There is no excuse for allowing vocal ads.....none. Find another way to make your millions.

I have had a horrific customer service experience this evening. I need your help! I contacted your technical support and talked to a tech that could barely speak English. I tried to send an email at 11:20 P.M. this evening from my email account with Juno. I sent an email to a friend which bounced. I then sent an e-mail to my own e-mail address and it bounced.
Your tech stated that I probably put a block on my own email address! That was an absurd statement! He then said that a server had put a block on my email address. I could not get out of him which or whose server? The impression I got was someone hacked your server? I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and he refused to do so. He told me I had to send an email to abuse @support .juno.com and wait 24 hours for an answer! I cannot send email for 24 hours and wait and hope someone responds?! I mean are we serious here? I asked if your technical support could contact these people and he said no they only take e-mail? What kind of company runs their business this way that a customer cannot call into technical support and get their problem resolved?
I then called your customer service people to see about cancelling my account. I talked to a person who said he would transfer me back to technical support and get me a supervisor. Guess who I got, same incompetent tech! Unbelievable incompetence! Another call back to customer service and I was finally able to talk to a supervisor in technical support who told me the same thing that the tech said. He could barely speak English as well. Have to wait for a response and no one can talk to these people?
Quite frankly, this is just poor customer service. Something about spam coming from my account and Juno blocked it?! How and why? He said I need to get a filter on my computer. I have Kaspersky Internet Security. Seriously poor service and ignorant incompetent statements to the customer!
Apparently, my email has been blocked by Juno's server? I can receive email, but I cannot send. I have been a customer for many years. If someone does not contact me and fix this problem, I will cancel my account. I am paying for a service and I need better customer service and technical support than I received this evening. I have sent a fax to the corporate office.
Does anyone in your company care about customer service?

I could not ccess my poor arse account for two years finally I got a tech and he said no charge my bank account has a $15.60 charge to juno I demand my money what is up with these scourge on American lives stand up America we are the greedy cons play ground I demand they work for no pay and no pension for each and every blood relative forever that is the punishmen t for conning me and other americans we are the get rich mass for the world wake the hell up and fight as a whole against juno netspend smud hud fodd every thing GAS> the American government now oh cant forget Janice m for murderer rosa and family courts across the planet I think blowing them off the face of the earth is too good for these extorting scourge of life

Larsen Architects will no longer specify/accept Juno Lighting Products for any of our corporate accounts. We just experienced a highly regrettable situation involving incredibly poor service , quality, and professionalism from Juno. Please remove us from your professional specifiers list. Thank you.

I started using Juno in 1996! There was always some Spam that came thru, maybe a couple a day. Now in the last two or three months it comes in 50 to 100 over-nite. I have sent copies as well as expressed my concern but to no avail. When my subscription expires that's the end. I don't understand why this has happened and why Corporate doesn't correct the problem.

Only a few minor problems until this year! Within last 6-months, many...MANY...Mail Transfer/Network Errors, problems with Juno-Central-Computers.

I have lost volumes of MEDICAL and JOURNAL files, along with related email storage.

Several apologies...no solutions.

Sad...after 11-years, I'm looking elsewhere!

I simply cannot afford to keep using your technical support. There is something wrong ....I get to the page and then a banner says to contact Juno applications support. I fyou cannot go in my system and fix it by Monday, Nov. 4, pleased cancel my servioc
