I was under a lot of stress because of the psychological problems I encountered from the receptionist (checked in at 05-31-2021 ) because i had positive covid .
so i did a complaint case number S-334215030 ,
but from yesterday and today 2 persons called about investigation but when am asked today about what will be action taken he told this illegal and he will be speaking with her so am told him 2 times called with me without you speaking with her without any action so he told maybe she was scared when she knower you are a positive so my answered if she like that should be didn't worked in urgent care and working at administration .
so am said you can check the camera but he said we didn't have sound so i told him you can check her face reaction changed when she know i have a covid.

so I have been wronged twice by you :
1) when i am tired when am went to urgent care and all patients looked me like am trash and scared from me .
2) when he called me today and said maybe she scared from me because i am a positive.
so I chose KP because I trust and certain will be take a fast action about that.
Finally this persons not taking into account the psychological state resulting from the disease of Corona, nor the extent of the damage caused by psychological pressure to what he was exposed to on their part.

I need the number for head office or fax number to contact with him.

SCAM ALERT: The Dominion Dental Plan through Kaiser Permanente is fine if you do not attempt to do ANYTHING outside of the usual. I needed to take my child to a pediatric dentist. I was assured by Dominion (and KP) several times that I'd just need a referral letter from the primary dentist. I did that and everything was fine until 5 months later, I was billed over $100 for a dental visit! I was in contact with Dominion Dental numerous times over an entire month. Each time, I was promised that the billing was an error on their side and that they'd take care of it, no problem! Each time I called back to verify the bill was handled, this is what I was told. Then, 6 weeks after receiving the bill, I was told that I was "misinformed" and that I'd need to pay the balance of the bill. I asked why it was that I went out of my way to get a referral letter, contact Dominion numerous times throughout the month... No answer. I talked to a manager who said he'd move it up the chain. Never heard back. Then I got a collection letter and that was all she wrote.

In talking to the pediatric dental office manager, she told me this is 'kinda what Dominion does.' WUT? It's just what they do?! Lie to patients. Waste their time. Frustrate them. Deceive them. And, make the patient 100 percent responsible for the balance.

UPDATE: KP is backing Dominion (of course) and apparently DD had only ONE transcript, in which they proved their case. They didn't apparently have any of the other 25 or 30 call transcripts, nor did KP. REALLY!? I"M DONE WITH KAISER!

Still waiting Susan Gooch to return my call from 2 days ago. Because I don't have a fax number I am being made to borrow money for gas to drive all the way to Dekalb County from Douglasbille Ga to get a copy of Medical Papers I need to be filled out. I only asked that the papers be faxed back to the Dville office so I won't have to be put in a financial obligation to travel to Dekalb to pick up the paper; Kaiser service SUCKS. Debra T, Alexandria harness and Susan Gooch should be fired. DebraT. In Medical Records is a joke and has No Business being anybody Lead. Disappointed customer n Georgia.

Kaiser stinks. I asked to speak with a supervisor in medical records 4000 dekalb technology pkwy blldg200 Atlanta gs spoke with Debra T. And Alexandria harken? And they emphatically wanted to know why I needed to s:w a supervisor before they could send me to one. I challenge then so that Debra t. Came on and he loves be and present d herself as a supervisor until I stary d asking ng questions and realize this Debra was the same persons I just spoke to who hang up in my face. I as a kaiser patient should not have to go though this bull. Your company is deplorable and Debra,Alexandria should've fired. I even called the operational manager. Susan Gooch Twice and left a voice message two hours ago and she won't call me back, That sucks

I Am So Didappointed With your Services. I called the Corp Number and when I spoke with a Jennifer to ask the name of the Predident or corporate manager she hang up in my face because she said if I couldn't tell her what I wanted she couldn't tell me that information. THAT SUCKS, Have your people get some interpersonal skill training. Put some number out on the internet for people who will represent your company n a positive way. Have your top official to get out from behind the cover and show us the members that you really care how your employees are treating the members, I am sure who ever read this will do just like dentist,Alexandria harken and Susan Gooch has done hang up in your face,not counting McDermott about callng member back after they call more thsn 3 or more times. Did I call the right number ms Gooch how about the number I called and reach Jennifer in corporate who so disrespectfully hung up in my face. Now

I see what kaiser is all about just because you think your company is all that always remember there are more medical companies who it only takes one time to hit ng up in the right person face. Your service sucks and I will tell everybody o know how I was treated by kaiser. You never know who know who. I am sure I won't get a reply from kaiser because of the quality of service I received from Dents T, and Alexandria Hankins? No return call from Susan Gooch Operational Manager.

Your member services phone # 800-464-4000 is not working, it either rings once and nothing else happens, rings twice and hangs up on you or you receive a message that it is a remote recording????? Please put this through for repair, your members are not receiving coverage information!!!!!!

The telephone service makes no sense. Why does a person have to go through so many steps to make an appointment or to get to the advice nurse. To make a complaint is impossible. The web site is not easy to navigate. I would never advise anyone to sign with for Kaiser until they drastically improve.

my complaint is why does it take so long to get appointments they are as long as two to three months away even in emergency eppisodes this company need to make changes you will lose customers been with for a long period but a change will be coming

Your company is the worst! I did not pay the extra $40 due for the new year, and you cancelled me. Even after 5 years of perfect payments! And your whole idea of thrive...I have to order my doctor to order tests for preventative knowledge. I have one annual physical for my $4800 annual dues. An with your computerized records, I guess your spiders found that my doctor had asked me a question that I answered, and my annual physical was immediately converted to a diagnosis. Countless hours from March to mid October, I called to protest. One rep said I was right and was going to rectify it, but oh no, I was in a collections agency. Me, with almost perfect credit. I called the agency and told them that I was going to serve them, Kaiser and my doctor with a supoena for small claims court. I got further with Kaiser after I told my doctor he was coming to court as well. Why do you treat your clients like this. It's all computers and non knowing of what you're doing. I am going to be sooooo happy when I do not have to deal with Kaiser anymore. You're sure not getting me when I am on Medicare.

I would just like to say that Scarlett in vision essentials and Mitch Rutledge exemplfy some of the best customer service I have ever received at Kaiser in any department. Both of them actually CARE about the patients. Scarlett is the only one who has ever taken the time to explain about the numbers for each eye, explained about the measuring. If there is any way a compliment can be placed in their files I would really appreciate it. Mitch was just outstanding and felt my pain. If it were not for him and scarlett I would never use vision department again. But because of them I will not only use it but recommend it to others. I do not have words to express my gratefulness to both of them.
