The location located in Beaverton Oregon is 2.5 weeks behind paying one or more employees. They also let an employee go today who has a medical letter because she has had to miss work but they let her go today. They informed the gal they let go that she would not be paid five days which is against Oregon Employment Law. In Oregon you have 24 hours to get the employee who has been dismissed their final check. Also the employee who was let was told after she showed up for work on the telephone by the store manager Judy James. Cowardly way out on Ms James part. We also have witnesses where the evening manager threw ingredients on the floor on purpose and walked through it and than told the gal that was released to clean it up. Also the employee was held past the time she was scheduled off by 45 minutes and an hour another time. There are witnesses to this as well. We are reporting this to BOLI and have an attorney to represent for employment law.
