I received a Christmas gift from my daughter-in-law and it was too tight. I did not have a receipt but returned it to the store in Sicklerville, NJ. Everything was in tact on the shirt not one tag was taken off. The saleswomen would not give me an even exchange without a receipt. She made me feel like I stole the top. She questioned when she bought it and how much she paid for it. She made me call her up at work to get the information. I felt so uncomfortable in that store. When my daughter-in-law bought the top it was on sale but until I came up with the receipt for it she would not even give me an even exchange. The top was on sale again cheaper. She wanted me to pay her the amount the shirt was and then repurchase it for the older price. I went home returned the next day with my receipt and at that point she exchanged the shirt. I was totally humiliated, will never walk into a lane Bryant store. Everyone in that store was ignorant even the manager who went along with the sales person. Neither one has any respect for the customer.
