Hello. My name is yevoone Jones I am proud owner of 2010 lexus GS350. However, for the few months my battery has not been keeping a charger. If I don't drive my car for one day the next the day the battery is dead. My car has been checked each time by lexus. The alternate is good and I don't leave anything on in the car. This is very annoying and inconvenient. Could u please give me some type of explanation. Thank you.

I am currently leasing a WHITE 2014 IS 250F sport that continues to have black break dust covering both sides of the vehicle because apparantly, something is wrong with front break bads. I have HAD a 2012 and 2013 of the same model and never had this problem. I am constantly getting the car washed because of the excessive break dust. Have complained with local lexus dealership but they state since car is so new they have to wait to see if any other customers are having the same issue. I have never seen this happen with a lexus before, especially a new one. I feel the pads should be replaced. What if I really do have a bad set of break pads.

This is my 4th Lexus, 3 were New RX350. I can not tell you how disappointed I am with this 2014 RX 350 Model.
All the features that were on my 2010 are GONE. The CD player held 6 CD DISKS now only one, the Auto. light dimmer also gone. the head light Auto leveler is gone. My lights would follow the turn of the road gone. You charged me about $2000 more for the 2014 and gave me less. I always told my friends that Lexus a great Car. No More now.
How do you make a lessor car and ask more moneys? You keep the Features you had and mage new ones available. Even the tires are cheaper than the 2010 model.
I MUST SAY I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPOINTED !!!!!

My financee bought a Lexus car a few months back in Dallas Tx. they never even bothered to give him 2 remotes (keys) to his car. Then he takes his car for an oil change to a mechanic and the dumb mechanic looses the one remote he did have...now the car had to be towed and is at the lexus dealership for 2 weeks now getting 2 new keys reprogrammed to the car. He is now suing the mechanics for negliance and this has cause both of us aggravation since he doesn't have his car. I will never buy a Lexus anywhere since they're too cheap to give 2 keys to a customer in the first place.

My wife and I have owned to Lexus vehicles (RX##0 and RX350) and wanted to purchase a 2012 certified IS250. I serached all the dealers in several states to find one in the color we wanted and found one in CT (we live in NJ). I contacted Hoffman Lexus on August 19th to make an appointment to view the car on August 23rd with the understanding (and promise) that I would receive a telephone call if the vehicle was sold before the 23rd. I drove over 3 hours to the dealership and was then told that the car had been sold two days earlier. Of course the Business development person that I had set up the appointment with made herself unavailable while I was at the dealership. I have enjoyed the two Lexus vehicles we have had and the service we received at other dealerships but Hoffman Lexus service is NOT up to Lexus standards and does not deliver on their committment to customers. Because of this experience we are now considering another brand of vehicle to purchase, Hoffman Lexus has damaged your corporations quality service.

Hi, I have 2012 Lexus 350 and love the SUV except for the seats that do not cool down. When you pay $50000.00 for a car you expect everything to work properly. I once rented a Cadillac and the seats were cold. With the outstanding ratings Lexus has I'm surprised no one has commented on this problem.

I would like to say i own 3 lexus and this experience by far has been the worst and utterly disgusted with the Lexus/Toyota Brand. My 2007 IS250 with 34,711 miles has the misfire codes P0302 which lexus clearly sent out am CSP acknowledging the issue. I took the car to my closes Toyota dealer and my car has been in the shop for 2 months every day i keep getting a run around saying that they awaiting approval to fix it. After 2 months and 3 days they finally contacted me and stated they are not fixing it because they are not a Lexus dealer. Im sorry but Honda never rejected to fix my Acura because they are not an acura dealer. And the sad part is that i carried my lexus cars to them to service, change brakes and struts and all the parts are marked TOYOTA not lexus. Then no common courtesy to call me and update me weekly or daily on my car i had to call and get passed on three times to another service rep until finally one answered. I hope that Lexus is taking these feedbacks serious enough to see that they are loosing customer base. SInce my bad experience i have placed FOR SALE signs on all 3 of my vehicles. This is UTTER BS and lack of appreciation for devoted customers to the brand...

I've had a few ups and downs with my RX300's the first made it to 68k miles and broke a ring still covered and Lexus made good. My second a beautiful 2001 with 58k is using a qt of oil on highway miles per tank of gas. Dealer says keep on it!
I have for the last 4k miles!! Looking for a newer one!!!

I have been a loyal custemer of Lexus for at least 10 years. When dealing with Lexus Of Pembroke Pines off Florida at 16150 Pines Blv. Pembroke Pines Florida 33027 Collision Center My experience there was not good by far My car repairs went greatthey did exactly what they said but when checking out There was a mustake on my bill off $519.00. It was charged to my Debit/ credit card to my bank account. I showed the receptionist the error and they said it was a mastake they billed me twice and they would put the money back in my account, this would take at least two days for the money show in my account. They also stated that the transaction would show Immediatly. I called the bank to see if the transaction had taken place. The bank stated that it would take at least one weak for the transaction to show, they also stated that if I were to get a written statement from the manager and signed and faxed to them this process could be done quicker. I explained this to the receptionist and she stated would not a reciept be enough and then she hand wrote a statement and sent the receipt and statement to the bank. The bank stated this would not be sufficient, This process took at least one hour I then ask to speak too the suppervisor before I said anything his stated (she just made a little mistake). I explained to him the situation and then put my bank on the phone so he may talk to them this in turn took another 30 min. . He typed up the paper work and sent it to the bank in total I arrived at the Lexus Dealership Collission center at 4:30 pm and did not leave until 6:30pm threw no fault of my own. Most off the time was spent talking to the receptionist and the manager. When recieving my car I found they took all my CDS' out of the CD Player even the CDS out of the CD covers in the car. The service I recieved was by far unexceptable it seemed as if I were annoying them trying to get service for my car when I am a paying customer. I dont think this is Fair treatment given to a paying customer.

We are trying to purchase a Lexus 350RX. When we first went in we were offered a thousand dollars discount for repeat buyers. This wil be our third Lexus. When we returned three weeks later the thousand dollar loyality customer discount is gone.

I want to buy, but think this is not the way to do business. Please help me to remain loyal.

I thought Lexus valued their customers and was committed to their satisfaction. This is my fourth Lexus and was trying to get into another to lower my payments due to my recent situation. And instead of Lexus eating my negative equity in order to keep me in a Lexus, they allowed me to come there and waste my time. It is sad that Lexus does not go the extra mile for their existing customers. Thought you were a different kind of company, but apparently not.

Last year my wife and I bought a new 2010 Lexus RX350. Had a recall, one of few, because of the acellerator sticking on other models. Their remedidy - WACK 2" off the bottom of the pedal. NO replacement parts available - JUST WACK off 2"!!! Our floor mat is 3" from the pedal and is held in place on the rear with hooks! Lexus is suppose to be a higher end car??? Sorry we ever went to them!!! Would have been much happier with a Kia!!! And they ride quieter.

I am thinking of purchasing a 2006 lexus 400 hybrid, VIN JTJHW31U260028778. However, in researching, I found out that the Inverter I believe was a recall item. My question is if I purchase this vehicle and have a problem with the Inverter and have to replace it (it appears to be around $10,000 to do this) will the Lexus company pick up this charge?
