Somehow Linkedin has locked me out of my account and has made me a 3rd connection to myself!!! I have spent hours following their step by step suggestions, provided proof of Identification, answered all required questions and after 5 weeks, I am still locked out of my own account.

Tried faxing but as you all know the number is disconnected!!! And of course, NO customer service number

The telephone number WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH A HUMAN AND THE FAX NUMBER IS CONSTANTLY BUSY. This is a SCAM; I have been charged over and over for 'premium' service and only approved a one time charge.

I have been billed erroneously for 5 months of "LinkedIn Plus" that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR - $30.29 - 6/17 7/17 8/17 9/17 10/17 a total of $151.45. I have had $30.29 refunded for 10/17. I am retired aged 75 and obviously have no intention of seeking a job. The only use I have ever made of my basic free account was to reply to 1 email from a relative about a death in family. The matter was supposedly under investigation by Pay Pal but not followed up. Please refund the still outstanding credit of $121.16 immediately to my Pay Pal account.

I discontinued my premium account months ago. I have never authorized any payments. I have been disabled for over a year and cannot afford or use this premium service. I appreciate your website, but have not your customer service....

CALL ME BACK TODAY!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A CREDIT FOR ONE MONTH NOW SINCE I CANCELLED THE TRIAL MONTH 5 DAYS BEFORE DUE in Jan/15. I am so tired of receiving LinkedIn spam and have unsubscribed over 10 times now. I tried calling customer service, emailing executives and nothing. The customer service phone is always busy. Help center emails bounce back and yet, they keep emailing me their junk. Try faxing something to them demanding your email address to be removed: 650-687-0505. That's the corporate office fax. I just did this. These people are such morons. They claim to provide jobs to individuals needing employment, yet their customer service sucks! Really?

I would never use Linkedln as I know you lie. Four times I have received an email from saying a person had sent me an invitation to respond to THEIR email to join Linkedlin, and that person had NOT sent the email.

Does anyone know what number to call to speak to a represenative?..The number on the website just asks for an extension, which I dont have, and does not allow you to talk to an operator.

Last night at around 9 PM Mountain time I had 22,559,359 members. Today I show just over 17 million. I have noticed that from time to time small wrong numbers are displayed but seem to be corrected in a short time but not today. I love LINKEDIN and would be connecting with more people today except for this problem. I am 78 now and will be 79 Sept.15th so I'm a little slow. I am an Open Networker and use these sites most of the time.



I also notice when I thy to connect with people with large numbers of recruits etc. many of them (30 to 40%) do not respond to me except turn around and send me a request to join their business. I do not know all the LINKINED rules but this behavior is not right and should not be allowed. They become the Kings or Queens of LINKEDIN by feasting off the "little people" with these unearned numbers. I await your response. Regards, Coach Roach

It is impossible to get any kind of customer service from LinkedIn!!! I need to speak to someone who can help me and there are no phone numbers or email addresses that get answered.

They are the worst when it comes to customer service. I have had $99.00 taken off of my credit card twice and I cannot reach anyone to get these charges off my card. Nothing was authorized for these charges. I would not trust them with any credit card information.

I have had an account with linkedin for about 7 years. The other day, someone wanted to connect with me, I hit the accept button but it wanted me to register. I entered in my email address and it said it was not supported. I just received an email from Linkedin the last week and they sent it to my email address that they say they dont support anymore. What is more frustrating is that they displayed my profile on the right as people that I may know but I can get to my profile! Very frustrating.
