This company is outright criminal. They are practicing medicine without ever seeing the patient. Has anyone else noticed that as you climb the chain of command from CSR to Supervisor to manager, the "Member of the management team" (With no actual title) sounds more and more uneducated ? Yearly pre-Authorizations are required every other month. So Do you think they send a form to the DR, ? NOPE, they wait till you go to pick up your RX, and spring it on you and then have the testicles to tell you, that you have to do all the work for them. ALL IN FAVOR OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT pm ME

This company is disgraceful. In an industry where compassion and understanding for patients is number one priority, Medco Express Scripts customer reps are apathetic and indifferent to the needs of sick people. The rudeness and uncaring of the reps are disgusting and has caused so much suffering for something as easy as filling a medical prescription. This company has caused further illness with their lack of communication and failure to provide this simple service of filling medication. What they fail to realize is there will be legal ramifications to what they did and how they do business. I implore all not to use this company. It is a disgusting and despicable manner in which they treat patients who need their medication to survive. They have been holding a prescription for 14 days and still have not filled this order. Each rep had a different story. One of them said they couldn't read the script but never called or communicated this information. The prescribing doctor called and got treated just as the patient did. Complete disrespect. Even confirmation from the Dr. They still said they couldn't read the script. The dr. Called them yet again and the results were the same as before. These people are poorly trained or just plain incompetent. This is day 16 and they yet again pushed the shipping date out 4 more days. Do not use this company especially if you take medication to survive.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Every time I call I get a different answer and no one is responsible for anything, ever!!! They contacted the WRONG doctor with the same name about my prescriptions and she said is was not her patient. And now I have to fix this...they will not contact the right doc. The worst, the worst, the worst...

I'm having a problem with one perscription but after reading this I've changed my mind and believe that my reaction is part of the problem. I will try CS again and try to keep my temper under control.

I just CANNOT believe that Medco has the right to take away a medication I have been taking for roughly 14 yrs. and need it very much!! I don't have much of a life without it but yet they are telling me I can get by with HALF of what use to get!! This NOT the Drs. decision,its all Medco's!!! Where do they get off getting away with this!! All of us that ARE HAVING PROBLEMS SHOULD GET A CLASS ACTION SUITE AGAINST THEM SOON BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!I don't like making waves but I feel like a dog that's been kicked to the curb.Lets stand and do something soon!!!

This company is the worst I have ever encountered. Theya re now telling me what drugs I should take. When asked if they know my medical history the answer is no yet they decide what drugs I take.

Now I call their corporate line and have been on hold for over 30 minutes.

I'm taking the time to comment because all your online comments are negative and misleading. With the high cost of
medications today, the uninformed should be aware that. of the six prescriptions I regularly receive, I have never had
any kind of problem nor found a lower price. I trust the recent merger will not change that. You may print my comments

I hate this company with all my heart. No one ever gives you a straight answer. My meds are always late because of something stupid that Medco has done. Who is in charge of this company, it seems to be run by idioits. I am in the process of finding another mail order company.

I've been double shipped prescriptions and charged for them and they claim I double ordered a prescription yet their own records which are on line dispute that yet there arrogance to charge me for a prescription that I don' need their web site doesn't even show their corporate address like it a secret I had to do a Google search to find it so I'll be calling and visiting their corporate office soon

Who ever is the corporate officers of this company or shareholder
must have a big hold on the legislatures . They have them snowed if they think we are getting a better deal with Medco. I haveChrohns disease and my medicine is never on time so far this month they have had to give me free medicine due to the fact do one there knows why my meds where not sent out on time. Our meds come from Las Vegas, TAmpa , New Jersy and God knows were else
I wonder who's pockets these people is padding. I tried to find the corporate officers and this is not public information

The truth doesn't exist in this company. After waiting a week for my meds I called and was told one of them was being held until my doctor called them back, but they did not contact him until I began calling. They were suppose to send the remainder and after doctor approval they would send the last one. I received an email saying they had been sent but I still had to go back and order the last one so I guess I will wait another 2 weeks for it. Even though they can access your accounts why is it every time you call someone else gives you a different answer. The best is I still haven't received anything yet but a charge to my credit card.

I called medco to have my Rex refilled on feb27,2013 it's now march 14 ,2013 still do not have my med this is the the worst ran co I have had to deal with I have made complaints and they have gone unanswered I HATE DEALING WITH THEM GM NEEDS TO CHANGE TO A BETTER CO THIS IS NOT WORKING NOT TO SAY THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES

Medco should be shut down and out of business. I have never experienced such inefficiency, inept employees, gross negligence and incompetence. My physicians office, the local pharmacy has had the same frustrating experiences. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU...from the top to the bottom....furthermore my calls were all routed to the Philippines.....hire an English speaking American! I've also received incorrect medication.....frightening to deal with.

Medco has one price on the website and a higher one that you will be charged. Web said the Rx was $10/year, later in the day it was changed to $20/year. Supervisor agrees that it what the website says, but that is not what it means! Humpty Dumpty (Lewis Carroll) couldn't have said it better!!

this company if you can call it that! is by far the worst run where i'm sure there are people dying due to their inefficiency I have made a formal complaint I wish we could all get a class action suit against them for all the money wasted . my husbands meds have been handled so poorly by this co. i hope to GOD he doesnt have a problem

I have had the worse possible experience with Medco. On Dec 30th I placed an online order for my high blood pressure medication, it is now Jan 8th and I still do not have my medication. My doctor must write a small px in order for me to go to my local pharamacy to get the medication I need for a short term basis, costing me additional money. I was told by Medco that they faxed to my doctor a request for the px at least twice. My doctor's office has not recieved any request from Medco. When I asked a supervisor why can't someone call my doctor's office for the px, I was told it is not Medco's policy to call. You would think if you are not getting a reply from a fax you would put forth the effort to call. Medco has terrible customer service and should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, remember no company it too big to fail

WHEN DID PHARMACISTS BECOME OVERSEERERS OF PATIENT'S DOCTORS? MEDCO PHARMACISTS DECIDE WHEN AND WHAT MEDICATIONS WILL BE FILLED ACCORDING TO THEIR "POLICY GUIDELINES" AND HOW "COMFORTABLE" THEY FEEL WITH YOUR DOCTORS' PRESCRIPTIONS. I FEEL LIKE THE PHARMACIST IS TELLING ME MY DOCTOR OF 15 YEARS DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING! IF MEDCO ALLOWS THEIR PHARMACISTS TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT IS BENEFICIAL TO MY HEALTH, WHILE ACCEPTING MEDICARE MONIES TO PROVIDE MY HEALTHCARE, MEDICARE SHOULD NOT BE PAYING MEDCO. PHARMICISTS ARE NOT DOCTORS!

Medco will not fill our prescriptions( my wife & I) because they do not feel comfortable. my doctor has tried to work with thei pharmacist, but can never meet the policies requirement of mail order pharmacist. but medco wil pay for same meds if we get them locally. we are disabled and it's hard to drive. if medco can't provide health care for disabled then Medicare should cancel billion dollar contract.

I have never encountered such a worst than lousy customer service department. It seems no one there has any idea of what they are doing. I have requested on several occasions to have a supervisor contact me regarding my complaint. No one has ever called or email back to me. This company since their merger has really gone down, or are they the same employees.

Medco was a great assest to my company - they were run using common sense and were helpful - NO MORE! Now, I receive calls that I must verify my shipping address each time I get a refill (what they deem a new Rx). I completed their mail-order form (with a different shipping address), which states "Express Scripts will keep this address on file for all orders from this membership until another shipping address is provided by any person in this membership" - I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS - EVER! This is a problem as I travel a lot and they called my home address, which I may not be at for weeks - this is why I ship to a different address. I had them calling my cell, until a trip to Europe, when they called me at 2:30 am!
By the way, it is the law that the doctor's office puts your home address on the Rx, so stop telling me to tell them to put on the shipping address. The previous comment was correct - Medco/Express Scripts is not following their own protocols. I hope my company switches back to Aetna.

Is Medco part of Express Scripts or not. They charge more for branded prescriptions than my local CVS and I am not paying them. CVS charges $40.00 and Medco charges $100.00 for the same prescription. Some benefit from Blue Cross/Blue Shield NC.

ur pharmacy policies have something to be desired....i have a big problem getting responses n rtn calls to get scripts filled...they r not following their own protocol n still can't find my scripts a week later...sad customer service n neglect to customer service
