I had the worst experience when I bought a Mitsubishi outlander from Irving Texas. The customer service was very poker. I bought a new outlander 2022 and on the second day the car stopped on the road with fumes coming out. When I reported to the dealer, they said they cannot do anything with it. They might repair it but no replacement. Just two days and less than 30 miles on the vehicle. I had to visit the leadership several times and beg them and finally they exchanged with another vehicle of same make. It lacked some of the decorative lights. Within a month, check engine sign came to the vehicle and front sensor stopped working. When this was reported, the customer service was terrible. Nobody was friendly with me. Number to number warranty was promised but they said nothing covers under the policy. The engine light start coming very often and each time they run a test they charged me 126 dollars. One time my son went for servicing, the vehicle had less than 20000 miles and they made him change to new tires. They did not give me back the old tires which was good for another 20000 miles. Gap waiver was paid when I bought the vehicle. When I called them after an year, they said the dealership has voided it in 2022. I felt like being cheated by the whole experience.

I have been trying to get a left rear caliper for my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2018 for 2 months now, I have owned this car for 2 yrs, haven't been able to drive it because cannot get part anywhere, It's getting harder trying to get to work without my car, I have spoken to your Corporate office and was told I had to order it through dealer, well guess what I have called numerous dealers and they cannot even get it, so tell me what am I suppose to do, I am so disappointed in Mitsubishi that I cannot get the help I need,from the experience I have had trying to get the part, I honestly don't think I ll ever buy a Mitsubishi again

I bought a Mitsubishi Mirage G4 2019 I bought it from Fort Worth Texas in 2019 the car is broke down and it is taking to Lake Charles dealership because I can't afford to pay for it to be taken to Fort Worth where I bought it from I am stuck without a vehicle and they want to come up with an excuse to call where it was towed to y'all need your help people out with this what you're charged for these cars or not worth it y'all are ripping people off and if I do not get any feedback I will call my lawyer Oakleys let me know I've called him they supposedly do not have loaners or do not loan any Vehicles because it is so far away I cannot help I live in Beaumont and they're in Lake Charles it is your vehicle you're making yourself you'll have dealership Central and you need to treat the people right so my number is 409 351 6521 when you call your number no one answers I would like a response as soon as possible thank you my name is Robin savell

How's this fair I bought a 2015 lancer it has only 85,000 thousand miles an it developed a tick in the motor nothing done by me told by service it happens they said well I am the second owner only had 13,000 when I got it warranty ran out at 60,000 new engine 13,000 how would you feel

This car please is a joke. They don't no how to handle their business. Went in to see how much I could get for a trade in or how much I could get for my mustang. I signed papers but never put money down on a car. Several days later i get a call saying that i can pick car this lanser which isn't worth paying no $599 for. I was told that the paper I signed was mr sigining over my rights to my car but none of that was explained to me I was­ I was just sigining papers so they could do an appraisal on the stang. But come and find out they had registered my stang and took it.. All they keep saying is put a down payment down and you can get the lanser we don't wont at all but now they wont me my car back or the trade in money. This is the worst business ever then they like to argue about everything smh so we will be talking to the Attorney General and reposting this on ever social network there is dont give them any of your business

I have purchased a new Mitsubishi Outlander in 2003, it has been 11 years now and my Mitsubishi is still going great with no problems what so ever. I just wanted to let you all know that I have really loved and enjoyed this car, and still do. I would recommend a Mitsubishi to anyone! I also wanted to say that previously to the Outlander I owned a used Galant. Thank you Mitsubishi!

Hello !! I bought a Mitsubishi lancer 2009 and I am not pleased with it bcus of the pain. It is all scraped and falling it even looks purple intead of royal blue. I would like to please have an explanation of how does guarantee for the pain works.

I bought a 2006 dodge truck about five months ago. I only purchased the vehicle because my husbank couldn't get financed even though the commercial says that if you make more than $2400 a month we will get you financed with no money down. The Albany, Ga Mitsubishi could not get my husband financed so I had to buy the truck. I also had to put $500 dollars down even though I make more than $2400 dollars a month. The commercial is rediculous. I have had to put new tires, new rotors, new brakes, and a new radiator in the truck and now it has oil in the air filter and won't run. I have put more money into the vehicle than I have made in payments. I am highly upset and I will be contacting corporate and also displaying information in the local newpaper and I am also working with a friend to talk about the problem on the local radio station. I think the Albany Ga location should be shut down!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander and I have not been pleased with this purchase. The quality of my car is very cheap! If you lean on the car, it will have a dent. The seats are tearing at the seams. If you remove the rug, the floor is covered with some type of styrofoam. When you pull off to excelerate, the car pick up speed is very slow! I am never by an Outlander again. This is my 3rd purchase through Mitsubishi and it will be my last! Do not waste your time or your money!

My 2006 Mitsubishi eclipse only has 53K miles and the engine light turns off and on, along with passenger seatbelt light staying on. My car is still under warranty. Auto zone indicated the problem to be Cat Conver or 02 sensor.

I'm located in Tucson, and the nearest dealership is approx 200 miles in Mesa, Az. I refuse to put my life in danger by driving 200 miles alone to a dealership with the engine light on. If the engine blows up, I'm in serious trouble.

I've asked Mitsubishi to please help me, by finding a mechanic local that could check my car out.

Customer service informed me they couldn't help me. Nick Green, one of the field reps located in New Jersey was very rude to me when calling me back, just to reconfirm that I need to take my car to Mesa, otherwise no help....

This is my 2nd eclipse that I've owned. I've lost total trust in your management. It's truly a shame that a corporation of this size cannot accommodate me. No other dealership would treat a loyal customer like this.

we bought a 2010 Mistbushi outlander never again, our payments are high the radio isn't working right and the heater/air controls do not work so we do not have heat or air working . Took it to a dealer and quoated us 780.00 In Kalalamzoo, Michigan at the dealership at 79,000 have I ever owned a car to have so much go wrong so soon. Talked to a rep that was rude and inconsiderate, Im here to tell you I will never buy another.

Ihave had a problem with your dealership Shad Mitsubishi in duluth georgia who is representing your name i purchased a auto from them and put 600 dollars down but was later called and told that the bank brand wouldnt finance it so i had to return the auto but they refused to refund my down payment saying it would be used as restocking there was nothing in the contract stating this

I had a lease with Mitsubishi for 10 years (2 five years lease)now that I have changed my car the Mitsubishi dealers refuse to take back the car.it is very annoying that this car is causing so much problems.

Not happy that my TV I bought three years ago for 900.00 dollars has pixels all over the screen. Mitsubishi answer, SORRY it's not under warranty. Does Mitsubishi think it's OK to make tv's that last 3 years. I dont think it's ok I think it's shameful. MAKE A BETTER PRODUCT THAT WILL LAST LONGER. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS!!!!HAVE A CONSCIENCE AND DELIVER A QUALITY PRODUCT THAT YOU STAND BEHIND. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!

Purchased two 3 ton three zone minisplits model MXZ-4B36NA-1 and it's been a nightmare ever since start up.

Mitsubishi Tech support had my HVAC contractor replace one of the circuit boards after diagnosing the problem, that board shorted out too, then they had him replace the board again and this time also the fan motor, which they claimed shorted the board. Then the system would not produce sufficient cooling or heat, my tech contacted them, went over the refrigerant charge and pressures to confirm proper charge, still unable to achieve neither adequate cooling or heating, and compressor would make winding noises and then stopped working altogether.

My technician has been waiting for three weeks for someone with authority to call him back to authorize his request to replace this 3 ton condensing unit, which has not happened. Even after multiple calls, the last one being yesterday, when Scott, the person handling the ticket assured him he would get a call yesterday,and attributed no one getting back to him to the Holidays.

RESULTS: None. Mitsubishi did NOT call my tech yesterday, nor today. So, I called and asked to speak to someone in authority, and they told me to speak with Aron, which said all he could do is reach out to Scott and ask him to get a hold of my tech???

CONCLUSION: Stay away from this grossly irresponsible company, I spent over $24,000 and have no heating and unable to use three areas of my home. Next stop, Corporate home office and hopefully they can avoid me having to take the next step.

Hello

My name is Laura Harden and my son is David Barrios. My son David is a Sea Bee
in the Navy here in San Diego stationed in Coronado. He recieved a loan through
Navy Federal for $15,000 and decided to buy his first car. He went to one of
your Mitsubishi dealerships and found a very nice 2007 Grey Mustang not a GT
and has California Casualty as his Insurance. He bought
the car about a month ago and your dealership said it was in great condition.
When he drove off with it all paperwork taken care of as he drove about 20 min
later the engine gave out. When he opened the hood there was oil every where and
the car was not in working condition.

It was at night and very dark when the car gave out, so unfortunatly while on
the side of the road on the freeway I car came very close to where he was and
hit the car taken out the side mirror and hit and run. My son was lucky that car
did not hit him and kill him. After all of this mess your Dealership wanted to
make my son pay $1,800 for it getting fixed after it was your dealership's
mechanic that did not seal something in the motor so that is why the engine went
out.

After fighting to waive the $1,800 to fix this car they made my son David use
his own Insurance to fix the side mirror with a deductable of $500 coming out of
my sons pocket when your dealership is clearly at fault and should pay to fix
this. If it were not for the engine not right this accident would have not
happend and they should be thankful my son was not hurt or killed. I am very
upset with all of this and I would appreciate it if you could look into it. The
dealership is in El Cajon Ca or La Mesa Ca and they are fixing the car as we
speak.

As I am researching on Mitsubishi to understand if its purely unlucky of me to get bad service or is it truly Mitsubishi care attitute, i came upon this site. I am from Singapore and i founbd it extremely difficult to provide feedback to the management, my email feedback is received and replied by the same team who provided me bad service!!

I purchase a Fridge which broke down, When i called the manager state that without warranty card they will charge me. When i informed i have proof of purchase, he rejected. Next he question if my receipt is real saying it doe snot state the serial number. He even question my purchase date saying thatsd an old model. He was rude period. When i wrote in to complain, another service mgr reply saying its an expired model but since i have receipt they will extend teh warranty to me. They do NOT acknowldeg that they have provided a bad service, rather, they think they are 'giving' me a service to extend teh warrant even tho i made a 'mistake' by not sedning in the warranty card. What a service!!!!

How can i feedback to the management whom may care?

Please email me if you are the boss over supervisor daniel in the dept phone number he said he is as high up as you can go ! I hope this is not so . He is not very helpful and does not understand a safety problem . I guess we will see if any one emails back.
