Motorola Corporate Office Comments

I have been a Motorola faithful purchaser and user for the last 5 cell phones. Purchased through Verizon an EDGE which after several months gave me all types of problems. Verizon was very nice and replace the phone with a refurbished EDGE. After a few months it had same and more issues than first one. Called Motorola customer service and after talking to 3 people including a supervisor was told I could only exchange for another refurbished one which I am sure would give me same problem. Asked why after 2 phones I couldn't get a new one.....NO !!!
I was a loyal customer with Motorola from flip phones to 5G.I will NEVER buy another phone from them and tell everyone not to deal with a company that doesn't care about loyalty when their product is defective after 2 tries. Hello Samsung/ LG / and anyone but Motorola

sir
i bought a moto x 1st gen. On april'2014. It is having a manufacturing defect in camera which i confirmed from your service center around 2 months back. Now i have talked with your executive and they asked me to submit the device and i have submitted it on 26'december'14. Now i am keep on calling them to replace the device but they are delaying it. Each day i need to call them atleast thrice to ask for the resolution and they keep on giving me time that i'll be getting a call from them which i don't get until i remind them by calling 2-3times. I am very disappointed with your after sale service and i will not recommend anybody to buy any motorola device. I just want my device replaced and compensation for the loss that i am facing because of not having a phone or else i will have to sue your company.

Dear Sir/Madam/Friends,
I am writing to complain about the mobile phone I bought from an online store on the 7th June'2014. I have been a satisfied customer only for a short period of time. Unfortunately since the beginning of this of this month it stopped working properly. The mobile phone I ordered is a Moto-E. I chose to buy this phone because of its good features and the reasonable price, that was Rs. 6999/- and for which I still have a valid warranty. Sadly it's not working properly anymore. The first problem occurred on 12th Sep'2014 when out of a sudden the screen disappeared, but after restarting the phone it came back to it's normal status. Then, on the 22nd Sept'2014, after having a phone conversation, it began overheating causing damage to the screen. I went to a few local service centers in New Delhi regarding this issue and the response I was given was that the screen is damaged and it needs to be replaced with a new one. I would have accepted to pay for a new screen unless it's price wouldn't have been higher than the price of phone itself (they charged Rs. 7300/- for a new screen). When I questioned about this awkward situation the service-center employees were trying to explain me how Motorola Company sells phones in lower price only to charge great amounts on services. Needless to say that this is the last thing that i was hoping to hear. Even so, I have 2 more Moto-E phone if same problem occurred in those phones than who is going to pay for that and i recommend Moto-E to my friends also they bought that Moto-E phone because of recommendation the same problem happened to those phones then who is going to bother the expenses and they all are blaming me because i recommend Moto-E. For these reasons, I would ask you to either change the display of my phone or replace it with a new one as right now I even fear that at any time it can explode in my hand. I already talk with customer care lots of times

I have already talk with Motorola Customer care lots of times but they give me only time and they are wasting my precious time and even service centers are not deal with customers properly, so i will go to consumer firm and registered the complaint against Motorola.
And this mail is also send to Print Media, Media & Other ...................

Last Screen shot is attached with mail and also attached current screen shot. you will find out its physical damage or not.............

I request to my all friends don't purchase MOTOROLA products because they are not providing services properly and they making a customer fool. and Motorola team waste the customers time and money.

This has got to be the worst customer support repair help ever . All I get is different answers from different people after holding on phone for 30 minutes and up. All I want is to know where and what is going on with my in warranty phone repair. The answers are absolute out and out fabrications. ie: "it's done and ready to ship overnite to you"." No it's still open case and we are not getting response from repair team."We received it on April 13th"excuse me I have proof that it was delivered by FedEx and signed for at 10 am on April 10 by C. Duran !!) I have had no less than 7 interactions on phone and just keep getting the run around . I now despise this company and when I do get my phone or upgrade I will call corporate and tell them to expect it to be shipped to them and that they can promptly put it where the sun does not shine!!!!!!

Like the other coments I have spent over an hour trying to contact someone at MOtorola (800-734-5870). I was hung up on twice and am currently on hold. I was greeted with a pleasant voice asking me to hold and letting me know that it may be 5 minutes or more to reach a support agent. I was on hold for 12 minutes the first time then hung up on, 20 minutes the second time then hung up on, and currently it has been 13 minutes. I am in sales and if I treated customers like this I would no longer be in sales. Rest assured that unless I get in touch with someone soon who can help solve my problem not only will I never purchase a Motorola product again, I will go ut of my way to let others know that this is not a company you should support.

This company is the Rubik's cube of non-information. I own a Motorola phone purchased two years ago (L512B.) For no apparent reason when I tried to make a call "NOT POSSIBLE" was displayed. I have spent two hours bushwacking through a maze of wrong sites and automated voice messages. I have concluded that the product was predetermined to last exactly two years and has expired. I am beyond furious. The brand "Motorola",

I am thoroughly preplexed with the MOTOBLUR experience.
I have an mororola axtrix 4G phone. which I must have the motoblure which is a very big problem!! I have an e mail and a password, but the pass word is one digit more than I gave and I can not find out what it is nor can I change the pass word!! and when I finally got to a person on chat the gage some information and disconected with me. But when i tried to use the information it said that I do not have an emaim address, which is on the motoblur screen! what is a person to do?? all I need is a phone number to speak to a PERSON. Or just buy a different make of phone!! I am very disgusted with this system. if there is some one that speaks English to help
please let me know. Thank You!!
