I have purchased many chair cushions. I need 4 cushions that are together. They didn't have enough so I hade to purchase 1 bottom and Separate pillow. It came out to be $10 more that way. I think I should've been charged the same as the two pillows together. Just want you to know about it I should've been charged $10 less because you did not have the pillow that I want

Store in Ocoee/Winter Garden FL closes whenever they want yet the sign on door says 9a-9p ...tonight they closed at 7p for no reason and they were kinda rude about it...it's a Friday night when ppl are out shopping...not a great business plan...customer service has gone away since covid but why be like all the others

I was just wondering if you can make new sign to paste all over the store window with the accurate store hours. The sign in Melbourne , FL. Incorrectly has "OPEN 9am -9pm EVERYDAY." I read the sign at 8:35pm and proceeded to enter in which the door was locked closed. The person collecting carts swiftly went inside when he saw me pull up as if to hurry and lock the doors so no one would have to work anymore this evening. Just so the store is aware. I was only coming in for 1 specific item located in the back left side of the store. I knew exactly where it was and what it was. I didnt need longer than 5 minutes! Thanks though. Another store feels my money is better spent at their store instead anyway.

I shopped today at your Middleburg Hts. Ohio. I ended up leaving my cart as I saw two women with a large bulldog in their cart. Why bother cleaning your carts when a dog lays in one. Very sick.

We were in old time pottery on Sunday, 2 days ago in Merrillvliie, IN. The employer at the register was wearing her mask below her nose. I educated her to the fact that the virus enters through the nose. She said she had emphysema, and I told her all the more reason to wear the mask properly and that there are alternatives to the cloth mask that could help her. She said that the other day she was on a register with no mask and that "they" (management) didn't care. This is very wrong.

Good evening I am very fond of your store I actually shop at the one in Melbourne alot but today your so called manager Tiana was the rudest person I have ever met i received a housewarming present an it was broken I had the receipt an brought it to store when I spoke to the manager she came out bluntly an told me she did not sell it to me broken an refused to exchange it. I was so disgusted with how she spoke to me an I told her I was a dept store manager an I would never especially when my customer had the receipt from not even 2 days ago came in an asked for an exchange. I would apologize an let that person. How do you stay open with immoral humans working for you. Then after she swooshed her hand in the way of whatever an while I was shopping took the broken item out my cart an took the one I was looking at put it in the bag an told me I can leave I was so embarrassed an mad I asked her for her bosses number she would not give it to me told me if I wanted it go online... She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... An for her to be your main manager is a disgrace to your company. During these hard times you should be more caring to keep your business not lose customers over arrogance and disrespect. I would like to speak to someone in charge about this because when I got home my item she stuffed in my bag broke an I refuse to go back there without justice.

Working conditions in Orange Park, Florida are deplorable. Each time I have been in that store, the A/C has not been turned down enough to cool the store - it was like a heat wave hits you when you walk in the door. Don't say the A/C is broken, because you can find spots in the store where the air handler is actually blowing cool air ( not cold). The Health Department or OSHA will be notified. They don't even have the employees were masks and gloves. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

I bought all of a particular lantern at the Fairview Heights IL store which is very close to St. Louis. I went to the St.Louis store to buy more. There was only one in the store. It was $20 MORE than the 4 I bought in IL. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He advised me the item cost more because it was in a different state. So I called another MO store and the lantern is the very same price as the IL store price. I then went INTO THE STORE to speak with the manager. I even took one of the lanterns and my receipt to show him it was $20 less AND ON SALE. He refused to honor the price and gave me the "different states have different prices" excuse. I advised him the other MO store in Independence has same price. He still refused to honor the price. This is a clear cut case of PRICE GOUGING....SHAME ON YOU

Why are your stores open? There are people going in your stores with no mask or gloves. You provide no protection for your coworkers What's wrong with you people? The coronavirus is real. People are dying!! And you're still keeping your store open? I bet you're safe at home with your family, safe away from all the other people. What about their families, their love ones, this community?Your store is a non-essential business. Shut it down!!! Do what our governor says.

I had a terrible experience at your Orange Park, Florida location. We had purchased merchandise on Sunday, February 9th and when we took the item out of the packaging box, and noticed they were damaged. Very disappointed being we live a distance away. Tonight, February 10 , my husband drove me back to the store, which they had no more of the stainless steel that I picked out. Only had (1) aqua colored one left. I asked the cashier to have the manager come up to ask for some sort of discount for the inconvenience and wasted gas, instead she called the manager, and the manager named Ashley just said no, and wouldn't come up there. Definitely poor management.
