I am posting this to discuss the lack of service at your store located in the Galleria Mt Lebanon Pa. I was there on a Saturday March 9th 2024 when the store opened at 7am I placed my order and there were four orders on the screen and the guy finally came out dressed in dirty sweat pants and a hoodie to ale my sandwich which was finally ready at 7:17am

Disappointed with the Panera in El Paso every time we go there they don't have anything. I am just ordering a salad and they don't have Romain lettuce. Try to order a flatbread pepperoni pizza they say they don't carry it at this location. It is very disappointing. how limited this Panera is I will not be returning I

What? No hot chocolate? What are those of us who don't drink coffee going to do.
Thank you for reintroducing soufflés after a sad lapse, but now that it is cold we want our hot chocolate back too.

Also thanks to the New Bern store for placing the microwave where old people can reach it and stay out of the path of coffee drinkers.

Hey Panera HQ,

I remember the niche that Panera filled when it first came to town. Beautiful environment, friendly staff and delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices.

For what it's worth, I just wanted to share that it seems like the quality of the experience has declined over the years. I have had multiple experiences where the cashiers are frazzled. They have to ask so many questions as well as manage other things, often seemingly without help. The restaurants that I've been in recently seem run down and dirty. And, although some things are still delusions a bargain for their flavor, size and freshness, other things (like the chicken noodle soup) seem institutional and small portioned for the cost.

I am only sharing this because I believe that the early year experiences I had were the Panera vision. And, I imagine that you've already been made aware of similar concerns. I just wanted you to hear from a fan in what I hope feels like a compassionate delivery because I believe that you want better.

Thanks for reading. I hope it's helpful in some way.

I would like to thank the person who packed my bag at the Southwoods Panera. The kids on the soups were not on and when I took the bag into the nursing home my mom lives at the bag broke open and lost 25.00 worth of food on the pavement .

My dog chewed my $25 dollar gift card up before I got to use it. I tried putting it back together. My phone or your app here won't let me show the tape up job. Can you all help me with this? I have a receipt of purchase.

Unfortunately the Panera Bread located on East Main Street Spartanburg SC has a problem. Sticky dirty floors, lack of items on numerous occasions, such as bagels, lettuce, bread for sandwiches, turkey oh you get the picture. Not sure where the problem stems from lack of management or good employees or just not timely deliveries from corporate. I do know the "Nextdoor" website in Spartanburg has many complaints and may sayers. Take note because social media dictates people's eating habits

Posted by The Cousin with Door Dash

Friday 6/16/2023 picked up a door dash order and suddenly I recognized my cousin whom I haven't seen for years. She got upset when I tried to say hello. She's been incarcerated for a few years. I called the store and tried to explain to the manager but my cousin answered the phone and blasted me and threatened to call the law on me. I tried to apologize and make peace with her. I didn't know she worked at 300 Constitution Drive in Virginia Beach. The manager didn't want to talk with me. Now I promised her mother to keep an eye on her. Good luck with my cousin, Karen, she might relapse and blame me.

The Panera Bread Company in Florence, SC should be shut down! The tables are always dirty, some of the booth vinyl seats are ripped, and this past Sunday the floor -carpet- was filthy and even sticky! Our shoes stuck to the floor! Often we're told that we can't order the strawberry salad because they're out of strawberries! My brother-in-law, who once owned the KFC and Arby franchises here said that the problem is with whoever owns these Panera franchises. I truly do not understand how anyone from management could walk into this restaurant and approve of how it looks and how things are being done. It's disgusting! Before we sat down, we had to find the table that was the least dirty! What a shame that a restaurant chain that once had such a wonderful reputation could sink to this low! Either clean it up or shut it down!

I am a frequent customer at the Panera Bread at the Richland Towne Center in Johnstown,Pa. For several months I have noticed the deplorable condition of the building exterior. The awning canvas is torn partially and hanging from the aluminum frames on the majority of the awnings. The canvas has been hanging and flapping in the wind for several months. Plus, several of the exterior lights are bent at unsightly angles. I will say one positive thought; the state of the awnings detract the customers view of accumulated trash around the building and the dirty plastic bags caught in the tree branches surrounding the patio.
This Panera is within a mile from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. I have seen students, parents, and event attendees frequenting this Panera. Flapping awnings and scattered trash is a bad look for corporate and my community. Please make the needed repairs and cleanup immediately. By immediately I mean March 2023.

I used to frequent panera on cleary Blvd plantation. The last few times I was there will be the last! Behind food prep counter a mess- looks dirty. Coffee urns never filled unless ask. Floors dirty. This store will definately go out in the near future. Except for baked goods store is one big mess! Had a young man wait on me with long dirty mail on pinky. Gross. If you even care you'd better clean up!

Posted by We feel cheated by your company,

My husband has been buying bagels 1 or2 dozen at a time for the last 8 months. Today we went to have dinner and I asked him if he had ever gotten any rewards and he never has. I asked the cashier how this could be and he told me that only the last 2 purchases had registered on his account. When he buys he pays in cash and hands the reward card to the cashier who appears to swipe it. So we are wondering what is the point of having a rewards card that does not work.

I have one also and I have always had rewards.

I had your Mediterranean veggie sandwich. It was a really good sandwich. It had a lot of sweetness to it, so I wondered about the ingredients because I try to watch my sugar intake. I saw it had some sugar in it when I looked at the ingredients. If you must sweeten things, please sweeten them with raw honey, or at least give people the option to eat your products in a healthy way. If you ask just about any health expert, they will tell you that sugar, especially processed sugar, is bad for your health. When people are ordering a veggie sandwich, they tend to be health conscious people. Please put more care into your products for those looking for healthy alternatives on your menu. I like to eat for the sake of my gut microbiome, so I like to stay away from sugar and processed foods and try to eat plenty of organic vegetables and some organic fruit, but some people are diabetic. Also your chips were fine, but I saw they were made with vegetable oil. I have read bad things about vegetable oil. You may want to check into that. Over all the experience was pretty good. I was thinking about getting a tuna sandwich, but I have been concerned about mercury levels in tuna. You may want to reassure the public that your tuna is low in mercury, if in fact it is. Thank you. Jason J Aull Lebanon TN

I went to the Panera at Martin Rd. in Dublin today for lunch. The manager Don that was running a register was the most rudest person I have seen. I ordered a turkey sandwich and asked what came on it, he said ummm turkey, and I just looked at him like are you serious ? Another co-worker walked by and heard him and said it also comes with lettuce onion and tomatoe and I said Thank you to her and he rolled his eyes and then asked me what else I wanted. I asked what kind of bread came with the sandwich, he said sweet bread. I have came to this Panera a lot as I work close by. After today, it made me not want to go back. Not only was he rude , I asked and paid for swiss cheese on my sandwich and when I got back to office it was not on there. I never complain when it comes to my food , but when someone is just plain rude and are a leader in their company then I will. Thank you for taking the time to read.
