My credit card has been used fraudulently on pay pal. I asked for receipts for the charges and was told I can't have them because it's not my account. It's not my account but it's my credit card being used. I spoke with four pay pal reps and got nowhere so I'm going to hire a lawyer and sue pay pal for everything I can get.

Total trash company - assessed me a single mother who's done nothing but hand them over tons of money in fees to cash checks and then with no explanation and not a soul can tell me what the problem is but that I'm a risk. So ok.. all my money goes through y'all and I'm sitting up at Walmart unable to use my money because you guys decided to for no reason cut me off. That's fine NOBODY USE PAYPAL UNLESS YOU WANT HUNGRY KIDS CRYING IN THE BACK SEAT

Paypal should vet the companies that it allows to sell goods. I keep getting hung up on when I try to speak to someone about a dispute. Paypal is appearing to be as scammy as some of their sellers. I am closing my account and warning all of my contacts as well.

I am Amazed how poorly this company is run. The technology is outdated and customer service reps are untrained and lack knowledge. As a former investment banker, I think this company is over valued. The stock price is too high. This company needs to improve or have a sophisticated competitor come in and compete. The company is so poorly run and customer satisfaction very low. Only a matter of time. The board of directors needs a new management team, or be prepared for a better company and executive team to challenge PayPal in the future. This company is a mess. Your customer service and technology are a mess. So many customers unhappy. As soon as you have a valid competitor your glory days are over. Please financial institutions with customer service, knowledge, and the ability to serve the market, buy/compete/takeover this poorly run company and help the shareholders. New executive team needed and a focus on customer service. Right now this company needs to focus on shareholder value and customer service. So poorly run!!!

This is day 3 of trying to get my money released that a friend sent to me. We have bern using PayPal fir iver a year. About a month ago I closed my PayPal accout. I reopened it. My friend sent me money doing business as DRIVING THE DISTANCE, for me to drive to Ohio. They could not immediately release the money, so my friend sent me more money as a friend. The money available IMMEDIATELY, but I can't get it. They refuse to talk to you on the phone and everytime someone differnt answers you message. They asked me to send them a copy of my driver's license. Done. This is day 3, I have a client stuck in Ohio which I've got a down payment I cant get. I just want my money and have nothing else to do with PayPal.

I can't get a hold of anyone I've been a customer for years someone needs to take care of this FRAUD!!

I Canceled they are a Scam!!! And selling fake dolls the seller told me to send the item back they would refund my money we have had numerous emails back-and-forth conversations I want my money back I sent the package back. And now of course they're not responding to my emails, this has been going on since April 19 when I ordered the fake doll. They are is listed on Scam on Google.

I ordered an item and did not receive what I paid for. I filed a claim and PayPal erroneously closed my claim stating I did not provide the requested information in which I did the same day. Now due to COVID-19 I cannot speak to anyone to find out why my case was closed and the error was on them. So I am out of the money I paid for the item, plus the amount it cost me to send the item back. Now I just keep getting the virtual assistance telling me my case was closed. If they are dealing with people's money someone should be available in situations such as mine, especially when they prematurely closed my case.

Someone sent me money which I never recieved. The call keeps sending you to no one. No one is answering the phone. What are we to do. Do u have someone working or not. This is bad business practice

I am just trying to receive my refund for a event that was canceled. However I dont remember the login information that I used to set up account years ago. Now I cant even speak to a customer service representative due to Coronavirus. I just want my funds and cancel my account.

Paypal is unable to help anyone. Paypal customer service is basically non existent and the keep holding on to my money and refuse to do the right things for me to get it..Never trust PayPal...A huge scam...

This whole operation appears to be a con game, if anyone here is old enough to remember that before the enternet days. Your site security for both E-bay and Pay-Pal sucks big time. This is no way to talk to managers,(they do not seem to have any). I cancelled a credit card I used 1 time due to their crap. I get probing E-mails all the time from your group of enternet conartists

Paypal is owned by Ebay. It does what ebay tells it to do. Both of these entities are completely contemptuous of their customers and probably of the merchants as well. I will never again buy anything at all on ebay nor will I ever use Paypal. I am asking my credit card company for a new card with a different number so that they can never charge anything again to my card. How we can we be so dumb as to use any company that treats their customers the way these two entities do is beyond me. I have learned my lesson. I don't care how good the price seems it is simply not worth doing business with these people who are so interested in profit that they do not care whether their customers are scammed or not. AVOID EBAY.

I sold a building. the guy wanted me to send him a note saying it cost less than it did. I refused. He wanted to cancel. I said fine. I called pay pal and ebay and asked if they would charge me if I let him cancel. they both said they would not charge me. They both did. Ebay backed off when I reminded them they had promised not to charge me. Pay pal turned me over for collection. they want me to pay $167. for no other reason than that they took the guys money and refunded it to him. Crooks.

I am getting alittle tired of not getting my questions answered when I place them to customer service about my account and how I can get my money back into my accounts where the money was taken from. Companies have refunded my money for returns? But I have not seen the money back into my accounts. Every time I ask those questions I never get an answer or help in solving the problem. Really just the run around. There is not an easy way to post a question about a problem that they will answer in depth and HELP YOU OUT. I pay my smart connect bill when it is due and I expect to be treated with respect and have my questions answered. Why is it so difficult for them to do that.
