On 3/30/2024 I ordered pick up at the Popeyes located at 2710 Lee Blvd in Lehigh acres FL online. After arriving around 4:30 pm I was told to wait in the 2nd spot. I patiently waited for 30 minutes before asking for a manager. A total of five cars had came and gone. The manager never came but a young man, Jamal came with a bag. I asked why it took so long and his response was "yep". I said excuse me and repeated the question. He then responded "you got your food right" as he continued walking away. Shortly after I left i realized that my order was incomplete. I returned the entire order and requested a refund online when I got home. That experience was the worse I've ever experienced at a restaurant. That establishment is known for their bad customer service. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the one young female that provided great customer service throughout the ordeal. She needs to train her manager and coworkers.

Currently at Popeyes on at 1 Washington Blvd, in Beaumont, TX 77701. Sat at in drive through for 20 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. Drive thru attendant finally comes to the window and acknowledges my presence after sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Ask to speak to manager who was polite and apologetic. Window never apologize after manager told her to. Instead she claimed I didn't place my order at the speaker. Manager took my order and clerk walked off still acting disrespectful. This is an issue every time I come to this location. Totally ridiculous.

Good evening to whom it may concern. I am an elderly woman living on a limited income and have to value my money. But I went to get some chicken and fries yesterday evening. I received the chicken and cold slaw but no fries. Didn't realize it until I got home and I called back and reported i didn't get my whole order . Then me and my grands started to eat the chicken, it was so nasty. No flavor just crunchy and batter was half done. Done on one side and uncooked on the other side. This is the second time I've had a problem with you guys. I don't think I will be back to Popeyes.

Was looking forward to having lunch in the newly opened location on the Farmington/New Britain line in Connecticut. I was second in line and the cashier sneezed into his hand as he was about to take the customer's payment. He paused as if to see if there would be a reaction, then completed the transaction. When he asked what I wanted, I asked him nicely to wash his hands. He asked why and I reminded him about the sneeze into his hand. He asked when and I said a minute ago with the last customer. After another pause he said, "We wash our hands every twenty minutes." I asked if he would be touching the food in my order. "I'll use paper," he said. I said good-bye and he told me to have a good day. Judging from the other comments, it appears that Popeye's suffers a serious deficit in standards, training, and management. Accordingly I will not return.

popeyes suck i wen in there yesterday and i tried to buy 3 wings they told me you can no longer buy 3 wings you have to get mixed chicken . my thing is if i'm spending my own hard own money i should be able to get whatever my money can afford .. they shouldn't tell you that you have to get something you don't want . just because of that I will never eat from any popeyes again ..
they could of at least did what KFC did and that was charging more for wings

We had a fabulous visit at the Popeye's Chicken Store #7007 last night 2/17/2024 at 7:12 PM EST
Yvonne and Camron and another employee were fantastic keeping up with the orders. They communicated with each other with professionalism and had that restaurant running like a well oiled machine. It was a pleasure to eat there. We've been to other Popeye's Chicken restaurants in Pompano Beach, FL and Riviera Beach, FL besides this one we were at last night and all of them were very professional, and made you feel welcome. Very competent and professional crew. So happy to have stopped in at Popeye's. Keep up the great work!!!

Store number (7206) please shut it down. This has been the second time that I ordered the popcorn shrimp and it taste like dehydrated shrimp. It was like the shrimp was non-existent. The shrimp taste like hard balls of seasoned dough. I ignored it the last time I made a purchase here but this time was worse than the last purchase.

Post Falls Idaho argued on the phone with me that my order didn't have mash potatoes when I payed extra for large mash potatoes on my 50$ delivery order. Placed order on the actual Popeyes app and called before before placing order to ensure I get mash potatos. I didn't receive mash potatos. All the actual delivery services do not show mash potatos as an option to order reason for ordering through the actual restruant website. Finally the employee told me to come back tomorrow with my recipt. There was a reason I paid for delivery not to have to drive to their location.

I placed a order at 410pm at popeyes and they told me 12 minutes for chicken. I have been waiting on 4 thighs and 3 chicken sandwiches large potatoe and small Coleslaw it is now 455pm still no chicken still nothing. I asked for a refund now they can't give me a refund.

Ewing NJ's Popeyes has extremely unprofessional and incompetent managers. I went into the restaurant to retrieve items they neglected back in order that place through the drive-thru. They had given me such a hard time over items that cost under $5 that they neglected to please and the bag. I spoke to a previous manager from one of the other stores who also works in that location and she stated that she would replace the items and also add an item for the discouragement we experienced well by the time we arrived to the Ewing location the two incompetent managers said that the phone did not work but yet they had cell phones and neglected to verify the story or correct the story. Beaning customer service for the past 30 years of my life showed me how much of an insult this area has become having a body in a position instead of someone that is educated call and knowledgeable in the restaurant business or any business setting. There may I've been a language barrier because they had no skill sets to diffuse a situation and to listen to the customer one manager was so concerned about losing products where I believe he's eating most of the profits of the company.

My son was an employee and was burned. He went to urgent care and provided his insurance. His insurance wont cover the bill due to it was a work injury. He went back to his job and they never paid the bill and now we are in collections. I would like help to get this bill paid due to it was a work injury.

The Popeyes on Verdot School Road in Lafayette, Louisiana needs to reiterate to their employees to check and double check that orders are correct before handing the bag to the customer. I was at this particular Popeye's this evening(1/22/24) in the drive thru and there were quite a few cars. To my surprise when I got home I had a fork in my bag but not the Cajun rice I ordered. Also ordered a 2 piece, white meat, spicy; one piece was spicy the other wasn't. Extremely disappointed!

That popeyes was a nightmare! No one spoke English except one employee. And she could only say words. I knew more Spanish than her. She was handling the drive thru and the front counter, because the ither employees didnt speak English. The wait was long. The food was cold by the time you got it. Also, they wanted to charge me $101 for 25 thighs.

The Collinsville Illinois restaurant is the worst, they don't speak to you in the drive through, it takes 30 or more mins to receive food , then the order is still wrong! , today January 13th 2024 I went to Popeyes and it was at least 10 cars in the drive through, no one ever came to the speaker to take order so cars started speeding off , I said hello at least 5 times... nothing at all so I pull to the window not a worker in sight ... no one ever came, that is beyond ridiculous and sad, this happens very often, horrible customer service I don't even know why that location is still open

I am writing today to report you restaurant in Carbondale IL. This store is absolutely disgusting on multiple levels. First, it is filthy. Secondly, it is completely unprofessional and gives the Popeye Corporation a bad name. Lastly, the food is below standards for a restaurant of equal character. Last month, my son and I went into the store to order two meals. There was only one other person waiting besides us when we ordered. As we waited several other people came in and ordered their food. All of us were waiting. There were 6 employees on at the time. After we gave our order we heard something crash in the back and all the employees went running back there and started laughing. We, however, continued to wait for our order. After 30 mins I went to the counter to inquire about my food and the working the register lady said "Oh" and quickly got our order. Once we got the food it was absolutely disgusting. It was cold and they gave my son a child size (soggy) french fries. I would also like to point out an observation: The line cook made an over abundance of chicken which I thought was unusual considering there was hardly anyone there. I suppose your company is use to a large amt of wasted products... or products that are conveniently taken home with the employess at the end of the night. Today, my son (who is 31 y/o) called to tell me to say that he ate there again and that when he got his order it was wrong. He ordered a three piece chicken meal with french fries and a soda. What he received was chicken and two tubs of gravy. No potatoes and not fries. So he took it up to the counter and they said they would fix it... but it never came so when he asked about it, a very aggressive rude unprofessional male informed my son he was a liar and he "wouldn't be havin' non of that". The guy did eventually give my son the french fries her ordered but he also cause my a lot of embarrassment too. I am literally appalled at the horrific management of this restaurant your corporation has allowed in my town. It does not represent our town well. I want you to know what is going on. I don't care if you ever write me back. I don't want a dime from you. I will not eat there and I will be sure to let the community also know that they should not eat there.

Went to popeyes in florissant mo on Lindbergh Blvd on December 31st. Went to the bathroom toilet paper everywhere trash can over filling pee in the toilet and the seat had toilet paper on it that's been peen on also black residue on the seat. There was a can of Raid and other chemicals on the sink counter. Feel free to email me for pictures I did take some.

I'm so disgusted with the workers at Popeyes. I ordered my food at the drive through and when I pulled up, one of the workers was lending over a counter and all I saw was his draws! That was not what I wanted to see. And the young man at the window forgot to give me my soda. I have been calling the store but the mailbox is full and corporate number isn't in service. What's going on with Popeye???

The Millbrook, Alabama location needs better night time illumination of driveway entrance from roadway. The turn is very difficult to see at night with the black road top surface. If you're not careful, you can almost strike the fire hydrant making a left turn onto the property.

Service is great, food is delicious!

I was very disappointed in my order from Popeyes in Waycross GA. I ordered a 12 piece dinner and waited 10 minutes for it to be cooked and when I got home with it, it was not even close to what I ordered. I called back and spoke with Gabriel, he took my name and said it would be replaced. I called today to get the reorder but the person on the phone was so rude I just told him to keep his chicken I didn't have to listen to his rudeness so he hung up on me. This was the store on US1. Needless to say I am done with Popeyes.

We had the WORST experience at the Popeye's location here in Saint Louis Mo at Popeye's
located at 3624 Telegraph Rd. Today my wife and I went to Popeye's on Bell Road in Surprise Az. It was 2 PM we tried to order 2 Classic Chicken Sandwiches. We were told they had no classic or spicy only blackened chicken available. It is hard to believe there weren't any other chicken sandwiches available at 2 in the afternoon. This isn't the first time we've been disappointed at this location.

I saw a video online where a Popeye's employee pushed a pregnant woman and called her several racial slurs! This is unacceptable! What are you going to do about that? I rarely patronize Popeyes, but I will not patronize (and urge my thousands of followers not to) if no definitive actions are taken. You should have a non-discriminatory policy at your stores amongst your employees and a zero-tolerance racial bigotry by a Popeyes employees.

I just left the drive thru store 11579 in Brooksville Fl . I ordered a 3-piece wing coleslaw iced tea & a biscuit. the wings had chicken feathers fried with the wings the seasoning was not there. the biscuit was had as a rock. i called the supervisor she said, and I quote there is not much we can do about it . bull crap are they hiring blind folks as fryers? The restaurants in general in Florida are just not the same. The staff are totally clueless as to supporting the consumer. " There is not much we can do about it" where is your training Popeyes or may I say what are you training?

The male manager was being rude to another customer and got our order wrong. The time was a long wait for chicken and to prove a point he made a customer's order and threw it in the trash. I even tried to get the manager to stop arguing after the man started talking to me but again he needed to prove a point that he was in charge of fast food. In doing so made several customers feel his disrespectful actions.

I live near the pisgah church location in greensboro n.c. and I had a bad experience so I didn't go for a while but then one day I decided to try to give e them another try and they had a new manager named Christian and he made me totally forget about that bad experience I had before and made every time I went in there again a wonderful experience. He made sure I got my food fast and usually would try to make it fresh and speedy because I usually would come on my lunch break so he wanted to make sure I didn't waste my whole break waiting on lunch and was always able to sit down and relax. While I would be in there several other customers would compliment how great his customer service was and how he always greated us with smile no matter how busy they would be he made you feel like you were the only customer at that moment. But I don't know what happened but he has not been there and now I had have several bad experiences and I don't know what happened but they need to that young man back because it seems the store has really gone down hill and is never clean and no one treats you like he did at all.

This is ridiculous stop here today at 19 Hayes poppeys in the drive through for 45 minutes. Finally decided to go in to find out what's going on only to be treated with disrespect from the lady and the one guy running the drive through whom yelled out I'm only one person and don't need this crap !As the lady started to tell me she got called in on her day off and didn't want to be there to begin with! Said she could be at home enjoying the day. Not one apology! Won't be going back here that's for sure!! Terrible service and very rude workers!!

Horrible service at Michigan City, Indiana Popeyes. Waited in line with nobody acknowledging we were there. Finally ordered and drove home only to find out they failed to give us our complete order. In addition, wrong beverage given to us. We expect better service for paying $10.89! At least get our order correct!

Popeyes on Salem rd in Covington has the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I've been there 5 times my order has been right once. I was there Sunday 4/23/2023 it took me 45mins to get my order between the drive thru and being made to park. I ordered the shrimp tackle box with mashed potatoes and gravy with an extra order of red beans and rice. I got mashed potatoes No gravy and a dirty rice after 45 minutes. Your crew seem to not care . They were socializing not paying attention to the job. They also have left on 2 apple pies on a previous trip to this location. You need better mangers or crews or both.

Hesperia Rd in Victorville.
Terrible service and food. The chicken is huge I'd never seen this before at this location. I threw it in the trash.
2019 it was perfect.
Now ladies stand around behind the plastic wall and can never hear your order. And no menus baoard they tell people ots broke. Bathroom floors are filthy and no toilet paper. And Sewer smell.
I don't like walking through there doors for orders because the wait is endless. The lines use to be around the corner for this location. Not anymore.
Again it should be closed down seriously.
Chicken sits on the heated lamps and everytime I pick up an order its the same look and orders never ready to deliver.

I can be believe this place is open to the public. I have been in the di drive-through for 45 minutes I get to the window and the young lady tells me they don't have any chicken ready and they only have two people work. And the customer service here at disestablishment is awful. The last time I was here it was the same thing. Why did I come back? And if you could see the manager was Twerking, and cursing like you would not believe it I believe be called the better Business Bureau

Hate complaining. Green valley, Az. Drive through hung up. Decided to go in. Ordered a 2 piece. Out of flounder so I said make it another two piece. Mom would love a strawberry biscuit. Held up the order So I said to throw another piece of chicken ? n. I'm not waiting.

While waiting a person through drive through came in and asked for the sauces he ordered and napkins. I said, napkins don't come with to go order. No I was told. You have to ask.

Got home to find a chicken sandwich not a 2 piece. This is not going to make it here.

Granite City Popeyes needs someone from corporate office to go there and train the workers. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes with only three cars in front of me. Then at the order area for 5 minutes before they took my order. They were out of cole slaw, jalapeño poppers and spicy chicken. This is the most incompetent ran business in Granite City IL and believe me there are some poorly ran businesses in Granite City. Why would Popeyes give a franchise to someone who doesn't care how it is ran?

I went to pick up dinner at the popeyes near my house in addison illinois I was beyond upset cause they did not have anything no suft n turf no shrimp tackle box and it was friday we can not eat meat I was so upset cause the lady there did not understand my english nor care that I was a customer she just wanted to ring me out and leave the front then I had to wait 15 minutes for two fish sandwhiches and I was past my time for my meds I will never go back to this location I rather drive the extra 15-20 with my broke car to a good location

Not only was very rude as acting blind to the fact they have customers standing in line (speaking for myself & family) no communication skills what so ever handling my food with checking phone in between
Did not have my (online order ) which we had to wait 35min for them to began and when asked how long would this take (they shrugged and said she don't know ) not only just herself but the other two employees had no interest in trying to help with my order . And I got food that was leftovers as in (the very last chicken left that barley made up my order that was over cooked because they should have at least let me know and drop new chicken but instead gave me the scraps as I would call it to try to throw my order together again with no commutation to not only myself but to each other as I'm watching this happen as I stated one employee still looking at her phone .. to also be handed my cups too my order that should have been made not by myself because again this is a online order that should have been ready .... Then I got question why should it be three cups when I had top point out and prove to them what they should see on their screen a combo comes with a drink and also two separate drinks .. as well as how many sauces I should get I was question why four sauces and has to point out on my online order from my phone to them comes with four . This was a terrible experience . And very rude

Do not go to the popeye in Richton, IL. Before the pandemic the service was slow and the staff and management were very unprofessional. They closed the restaurant during the pandemic and after other restaurant opened back up the lobby never did. The drive through is terrible. They take your order and your money and then have you pull to the side to wait for your order 15-20 mins and then there is no order with that either. I feel if they can't open back up the lobby for eating and taking orders I feel they should shut the entire restaurant down. It sad you go to pick up dinner and then you end up late brining dinner home. I think you should send someone from corporate to go and investigate this popeye on Governors Highway off Sauk Trail in Richton, IL

The Popeyes in Seffner Florida is starting to loose business. At first I was told that I could not customize my order. Why not. If I am paying the extra fee why I cannot get my order the way I want it. The new manager Sierra has a nasty demeanor and the phone number she provided for her GM is always busy and can't speak to anyone about this situation. If something is not done they will loose a lot of business. only 2 employees

The stores aren't being properly ranned correctly. Dionna Jeffrey from texas is James Neal boss he's a district manager who's plate is entirely to full . They have fired and loss good employees because of nonsense . And not having no respect for their employer. a their stores are being ranned down that are sure to close soon , The company don't have structure the company is being bamboozled out their money a food products . All the Tampa locations stores the Managers are stealing the deposits . And no charges are being filed against them, The safes are empty only or with half the money . They aren't safe served a they aren't cleaning the stores properly, Stuff isn't working properly. the stoves are burning out the freezers aren't freezing and nothing is being replaced only repaired . We were pulling in to the store and there was a car blocking the road. Waited for them to move for about 3 minutes. He finally moved but them blocked the handicap spots. ( Mom was in the car she is on Oxygen and walks with a cane in her 70s.) I blew the horn at him and then pulled into spot next to the handicap. When we got out he pulled away then turned around came back into parking lot behind us and blew his horn behind mom and me. Lucky for me he sped off. I went into the restaurant (4721 N Kickapoo street Shawnee ok store number 10769) and asked them who he was and is it normal for maintenance to block the road when the parking lot is empty. They informed me he was not their regular maintenance he was the districts. He was here to fix fire alarm that didn't work but it did today.

I worked at an efficient fast food establishment. When I do go to POPEYES establishment I can see it is poorly managed. There is no coordination of efficiency among the workers. It consistently slow and the wait is too long. I get turned off.because of the long waiting time. Good food but not worth the wait.

On October 17th 2022 at 11:59 I have a receipt here that I tried to do the survey but it keeps telling me I can't do it the new management there did not speak English properly and it took me four times to put in two separate orders and the order was incorrect in both orders and there were a lot of people over five or six behind the counter and the manager was training them is what I was told when I went back to get the items switched around I'm just sending this today but it needs to be brought to someone's attention the store is number 2357 and the address is 1954 division Avenue Grand Rapids Michigan

Tuesday 9/13 there was a purchase made at the Popeyes #11413 store. We ordered a 2, 3, & 4 piece meal - when we returned to location to have our meals , there was a box that contained (2) thighs, a box that contained 2 wings, & a box that contained 4wings. The rest of the order was ok (French fries, (2) potatoes, & beans/rice)
I was charged $35.04 for WINGS!! There were no thighs, legs & breast pieces to fill these orders as advertised on the menu.
Not to mention the rudeness of the employee who took the order.
I was real upset to know that I spent that kind of money on WINGS!! I Will not be going back to that location!

Get to the register to order they just stand there and look at you and don't even speak. Didn't even bother to say may i help you?? I had to say hello and start my order. I will never go back in there at night again.

Three overhead light fixtures at the Popeyes Dallas Fort Worth Airport were filthy and grimy. One of the 3 was broken and could potentially fall on customers waiting in line not to mention the grime that could fall down on the serving area. I notified their headquarters about it but have heard nothing back from them.The location is in the American Airlines terminal at or near A 17.

Popeyes on us 1 in Vero Beach, Florida is the worst of the worst. They call the manager Mr O and my husband had been employed since July 29 and he has worked over 55 hrs and HAS NOT received a pay check yet. His store manager says stop asking me about it its not his problem and for my husband to stop harrasing him about HIS PAYCHECKS. I honestly hate this company now won't eat from this location ever again. Its others in this place have not been issued checks either...modern day slavery I call it. We've contacted customer service and or corporate twice and has gotten know where they said they have to contact his store manager to get approval on the hours when his store manager is already telling my husband to stop harassing him that the hours have nothing to do with him and he has nothing to do with cutting him a check so when I'm done typing this I will be contacting my attorney Popeyes is full of it and it's the worst company

McKal to my order and Toya packed it. They were very kind, efficient and professional. If you hire more employees like these two Popeyes has a bright future indeed.

Visited the wetumpka locate on 7/16/21. 30 minute wait in the drive thru. Cold fries. Co2 drinks. And RAW chicken sandwiches. We did not realize until we were almost to our relatives home (traveling from out of town) 45 mins away when my husband almost done with his sandwich tasted something off. RAW chicken!!! Not acceptable and i will NOT let this go. Corporate number disconnected. Email wont work. I have pics and receipt. Popeyes count your days.

We placed an order 4/3/21 from the Panola location! The order was picked up by a Door Dasher, he pulled up to my home I watched him on the camera pull up to our home marked it as delivered and drive off! We called the driver and told him we saw him on camera leaving with our food. He sent text thru the door dasher app that he ate our food! He threatened to shoot up our home and come back to rob us! This is starting to happen on the norm! Called Popeyes this morning, the manager laughed at me and said there is nothing she can do it about it! I am taking this experience to wsb channel 2, fox 5 Atlanta, channel 11 along with the text messages that were sent to my family. Since there is nothing this company can do about this situation!

Truly Truly Disappointed ? I understand that things are different and some places are short handed. I have waited in the drive through for over an hour literally 6:50 on my order ticket and it's 8:30 . I live less than 5 minutes away get home and my food is COLD !! Yeah my family dinner is cold after over an hour wait !!! I'm pretty pissed ? Bay St Louis Popeyes need some serious training. There is no reason for such a long wait to get home and food is cold . I would have done better just cooking at home .

Coming home from Pensacola Beach due to family emergency , we
stopped at Popeyes in Walker, La. at closing time, I purchased 16 piece chicken meal, 8 piece chicken and half dozen biscuits for around $66 .
I was not given a receipt and my half dozen biscuits were not in my bag
and the employees were rude and very short with us the date of this
purchase was Monday, March 15 about 7 pm. I would like to get my half dozen biscuits if possible. I have been told by others that at closing time one can expect the attitude on a regular bases from this branch of Popeyes .

The Popeyes's #11284 in Hiram ga is just awful the pieces were to small I had a thigh that was last than 2 inches long I got pictures with a measuring tape. The breast was dry with no meat on them at all just bones. We live in Dallas ga which is about ten miles away that's the only reason I didn't go back. Good thing I didn't I was so mad don't know how it would have ended

We were so excited to have Popeyes to come to Boaz, Alabama. However it has been a huge disappointment. Orders are most always wrong. My husband was getting us supper for Wednesday night he decided to make sure they were open because he had gone by there Tuesday to get a chicken sandwich and they were closed due to inclement weather. However all the restaurants around were open. When he looked on the website Wednesday before he went by there it said temporarily closed but as he went by on his way to Albertville (another town where Popeyes had recently opened) the lights were on and it was open. He went into place an order and they were out of breast and legs and did not have any cooking. So he left and went to Albertville bought 12 pcs. meal there was not one breast !! thighs, legs and mostly wings. AND it was dry dry dry!! $35.00 WHAT IS GOING ON POPEYES!!

Last Wednesday Feb 10 2021 i went through the drive through at Popeyes in Greenwood SC. My friend had been at doctors appointments all day and was ready for a good meal. I drove from 2 hours away to make sure she got to her appt. She loves Popeyes and asked me to go through the drive through. I ordered 1 2 piece white meal platter which was $11. I started down the road and realized they gave us all dark meat, no biscuit and the cole slaw was discolored. I did a U turn and drove back. The staff were very nice and professional and were appologetic. I said look I work in a restaurant and realize accidents happen so I gave them the opportunity to fix the order. The cook? A young man came to window and asked me for exactly what it was we had. He returned to say he had no mild ready, but had spicey ready and I let him know we would take thus as we needed to get back down the road. He even told us that he had put in an extra piece for the trouble. The problem lies in the fact I got back on the road and my friend opened the box and there were wings. I was to infuriated to turn and go back. My friend ate some if the wings but said they were the worst she had ever had. Things happen I realize but to get tge order wrong twice? This was unacceptable. I felt that someone needed to know. Good people skills but poor order building.

I visited your restaurant for dinner last night. I was going to use the drive thru but due to there being a line I thought I would go in being that there was only one person standing in the restaurant.
I attached the receipt so that you can see what I ordered and maybe understand why it took 5 to 10 minutes for my order to be taken by some one who came up from the kitchen. After I paid I was told that the flounder had to be dropped. I'm thinking ok, hot food.
I waited about 30 minutes for my food. I went to the restroom which smelled like sewage. The restroom in this restaurant look like something you would find out doors in the back of a service station.
When my food was ready I went to pick it up reluctantly because I was thinking about asking for my money back. When I asked for my bottled water I purchased I was told they were out of stock, although I asked before I ordered it and was told that they did have it. At that point I was offered watered in a cup, which I definitely declined and just left. The flounder sandwich and the biscuit were the only thing of quality out of the $16.18 worth of food I purchased. I guess they thought I asked for the Cajun, blackened and burnt shrimp. Yes, that is supposed to be shrimp. The fries were warm at best. I find it totally ridiculous that after waiting for fish to cook and as long as it took to get the order that it would be of such poor quality.
I usually don't eat Popeyes and after this it will be a very long time if every that I will visit again.

I went to the location at 1041 Regency Pkway 2931 St. Charles Missouri and none of the employees including the managers had mask or gloves on and stated that they were out of them , also manager was on phone that was laying on counter she was also touching and rubbing her face . Totally unacceptable in these trying times the customers and employees life's could be affected by the negligence of the managers and staff.

I HATE THE POPEYES (11413 Reulet Ave
Baton Rouge, LA 70816 United States). There is no way this place should even still be open. My order is continuously wrong, the employees have the worse attitude problem I have ever seen, and when you do get your food it's freezing or undercooked. I would rather chew GLASS or starve before I ever eat at this establishment again. If you could rate lower than a zero I would've. The last straw was when I ordered my food I had to wait 25 minutes before I pulled around to remind them I was waiting. When I got to the window the employee didn't acknowledge me but threw the bag at me and slammed the window. Upon getting home I noticed my food was incorrect and called and asked for a refund and offered the food back. The employee from earlier said "it ain't we can do bout dat, we closed". I asked to speak to the manager which told me the same thing. A few weeks earlier I bought chicken and wasn't even cooked all the way through. I refuse to ever eat here again.

The Popeyes on Wynnton dr in Columbus Georgia is absolutely terrible. We had to set in the drive through for over an hour waiting on our food and watched I know at least 30 cars get their food while we waited for 2 meals and a child's meal, the would have other people pull over to the side and they would bring theirs out but never ours, finally after an hour and a half maybe I got my food. I won't be back to this one they seemed to be more worried about talking and associating than actually getting the food out to the customers.

Your Southfield location, the 12 and Telegraph store... is TERRIBLE!! Have witnessed management verbally abusing employees several times. I believe the general managers name is Will. His attitude toward the staff is utterly disgusting, I have heard him call another employee a "dumbass" out loud! Mortifying!! Also Dasia is a rude, nasty nightmare! Something MUST be done.
