Gardner Ma store, check out lines are at least 10 deep. Absolutely ridiculous. Sat. 01/23/2023

On December 20, 2021 at approximately 5:30 PM, I arrived at Price Chopper store #179 located at 50 Cambridge Street, Worcester MA, to purchase a few items. There was a motorized scooter in the parking, which made it convenient, because I am a individual who is disable. Like every other time I visited, I sat on the scooter put my five years old son on my lap and proceeded into to store. Shortly after I entered, and made my way through the aisles and down to the produce section. I was approached by a hostile employee telling me that "you cannot have that kid on you lap while you are on the scooter shopping". To de-escalate the situation, because I was with three kids, I gladly took my five years old son off my lap while me stood next to me. She than turned to me and stated " you should not be using the motorized scooter neither". This employee was totally bias with the statement she made. Just because I do not look disable, does not mean I am not disable. The fact of the matter is, everything I come into Price Chopper, I always walk in with my crutches , and than sit on the scooter and put my crutches in the basket that is attached to the scooter, so my disability is obvious to everyone. But this time I left my crutches in the car because the scooter was conveniently right in the parking out. I filing this complaint as Harassment, because the store employees has no right to determine which condition classified someone as having a disability. Nevertheless, I tried to continue my shopping, but found it difficult because my five now had the freedom to run around the store and at one point when missing and his brother had to go find him. I decided to to leave, but returned to file a complaint with the store manager. I wanted to know if holding my child on my lap and sitting on the scooter while shopping was against company policy. His answer was no. I am a frequent shopper that this store and I have never experienced an employee stopping a shopper using one of the scooter to question their disability, my experience on this day was humiliating and traumatic because she did this in front of everyone. This situation need to handle by corporate.

You guys might wanna figure out what the hell is going on in your Plattsburgh store not only did I just quit but half of your teammates are ready to leave because the management here is so retard and the store manager doesn't know what the hell she is doing

In bakery department, I noticed single layer cakes with buttercream frosting were marked $15.99 for one layer. I took it to bakery counter and told employee that the single layer was mid marked. The price tag was for a 'DL' double layer cake. She said I'll change your label. I said that she needed to chg all mismatked items.
I then shared that when they mark the usally priced 8.99 or 9.99 single layers down, the price never rings up correctly.
Because this " wrong price tag" scenario is rampant in the Plattsburgh bakery, I shared with customer service at from of store. She appeared unimpressed and even said " They always mid mark."
Yes, that was their solution. Next stop will be Stire Mgr, Tina!

This has got to be the worst grocery store in the country! They run out of seafood daily before dinner time even comes at that point dont ya think lets order more? They bag up the scraps of seafood and sell them for 30$ a bag. They never want to cook your food like they are supposed to which falls under false advertisement. But dont worry, sooner than later this lawsuit will pay off. Because they have no structure.

I have never been treated so poorly by a manager in my life like I was in the Gloversville Ny store. On Sunday I went to price chopper and by the Smithfield ham there was a sign that said but one get one at equal value for free.when I was in self check out I noticed the advantage was not coming off so told the cashier.she went to the manager and before even looking at what kind of ham I had said the meat department said they are not buy one get one.i said I will show you the sign he said no they said not on sale I then said I can go back and get the sign he said again it doesn't matter the meat dept said not on sale. This manager would not even go back and look was just a blunt no.How can you let a manager do that to customers. A few nights before that I saw another customer getting upset with him now I know why.i left my stuff and walked out. I think it would take a miracle for me to ever go back in that store if he is still working there. He should definitely not be working in customer service

Wont be shopping at Price Chopper in foreseeable future. Employees don't wear masks properly-under chin or mouth only. You can require 'Price Chopper' shirts but not masks? You are apparently catering to those with little concern for their own and others health and safety. I'll cater to my own health and safety and shop elsewhere

Price chopper does not enforce the no mask no service policy. I dont feel safe shopping there anymore. What is the since of a policy you dont enforce.

Malone store: egregious woman without mask all over the place. When called, Manager reported that Corp Headquarters Told him he could exempt Compliance when challenged per Corp directive ( two weeks ago. )

Is this true that managers have been given permission to flout the NYS directive at will?

I was shopping at your Chicopee Ma store today. I have a complaint some of your staff wore their masks incorrectly( noses exposed) and at least 25 percent of your customers had their noses exposed. The customer in front of me had a face covering and the cashier whose nose was exposed said nothing!!!

I like Price Chopper and shop at your stores often. I am very sad and disappointed that many baked goods that are not backed inside your stores have Propylene Glycol (AKA Anti freeze) in them. I have been fooled and purchased them a couple times because I did not have my reading glasses and trusted in your products. These toxic ingredients along with dyes etc. always set of a migraine for me and after eating a cake from Price chopper my aunt brought over to celebrate Memorial Wkend I suffered another migraine after eating it! These toxins are cumulative and many children are eating your baked goods. Praying for all you will take these toxins out of your baked goods and only offer natural ingredients.
Thank you for your time,
Wendy

The company that you have to do the shopping for customers are a waste of your money to have them in your store

Dear Price Chopper Corporation,

I am writing to complain about the experienceI had today (March 19, 2020) in your Eastern Avenue store in schenectady, New York. Apparently, they changed their policy and said customers are not allowed to return or get any refunds for items without making a public announcement. There's a small sheet of paper taped to the front of their door that no one would read unless they knew that it was about that. And, when I entered the store the door was already opened as customers were ahead of me. In addition, I purchased a product. that I thought was a different price almost, $5 dollars difference in price, and went to ask for either exchanging it for a different item that was a little less or getting a refund of the difference or just getting my money back and I was told I could not. I don't understand why they have created this policy especially when they are selling items in the store that are either expired or close to being expired. If a person was to get home and an item was spoiled are they not going to give them their money back? It seems as though this is an unethical practice and they are taking advantage of folks at an already unprecedented and challenging time in our country. I hope to hear from someone soon regarding my issue. Thank you

You open at 6am and do not stock your shelves esp Mest Department. Bring in your burgers. It was ridiculous this morning at your store in Cicero.
