Went to Maryville illinois location had appt 1120 got there at11am checked in from kiosk took all info even showed my appt and they said I never checked in very upset when I was told get to you when I can. Not happy about her comment when I did check in20 min early very rude staff.

If you want me to use an automated system then it should work! I've been trying to book an appointment for two days now, but it does not recognize my spelling of my last name. Quest has a staffing problem. A script for diabetic testing was sent in.April. It was LOST in the system. Although I had an appointment and had the Doctors office send another Fax while I was in the Quest Southbury CT office for over 1 3/4 hours. Two other patients were taken before the THIRD technician came to draw blood. She then REFUSED to serve me because I was aggravated. You need to replace your new young staff in Southbury. They have little interest or experience in running an office. The one older senior technician, Teri was not in that dat

Today during my blood draw there was a computer issue in another room. The tech announced to the two other rooms that the computers had to be shut down but she would wait until my tech entered the information into the computer. She DID NOT WAIT and my tech was unable to finish inputing the information......so they drew my blood and labeled it by hand. They set my blood aside with my paperwork. As an RN this a potential for error. I feel the tech should have waited until my tech completed her input and completed the draw and labeling. Very unsafe practice.

I have contacted Quest several times and received no assistance and situation has not been rectified. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and will take this issue as far as necessary to resolve this situation that includes identity theft which no Quest employee seem to care about when I requested their assistance

I went to your location today at 3343 Sheridan St. in Hollywood Florida only to find out that the fax number you have posted on your website for the location is wrong. The front desk gave me the correct number 954-985-2630. I was only able to get two of my five labs done as by the time I got it straightened out with my doctors office your quest office closed. I asked the front desk how does this work with other people she says they go through the same process you were going through and the IT department never updates the website. Very horrible service.

I'm writing to express a very dissatisfied experience with multiple reps from your company.

What I've noticed is since Covid phone calls to inquire about various topics is increased which is showing more often which businesses take customer service seriously and those that do not.

I have been switched to three different reps to get my results from serum taken from my body.

Your reps quickly trans my call and didn't make any genuine effort to assist.

I was on hold forty mins and am still on hold.

The last one asked name my address the question diag addres my doctors name the doctors name and address which I'm certain once I gave her the first few "authentication " responses was more than enough to assist me.

I assure you anytime forward if I need lab work I will make a point to NOT use your service.

Big business like yours seems to think that isolated incidents don't impact your bottom line.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

I will drive to get my results from your office and assure you I will sent this email to corporate level as well.

Greatly dissatisfied!

It is evident the lab techs only take patients with appt. There was a waiting room with 4 people . One lab tech was doing her job. The other lab tech went to the breakroom and never came back out. She didn't go in the breakroom for lunch because they were closing in 15 minutes for lunch. I took my daughter to get a simple blood test, waited over an hour. While sitting there, I noticed the chair to draw blood sat empty for 5-6 minutes until the next appt. showed up, no walk-ins were called back. I walked out. Horrible customer care!

The young lady who is supposed to be at the Quest Diagnostics in Grapevine Texas - Tom Thunb store needs to be terminated.

Not showing up today. A very long line. Very INCONVENIENT. I am PISSED. This messed up my everyone's schedule. A simple "we are sorry will not satisfy nor please me."

NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I WILL SO ANY ALL I CAN TO ENSURE THIS IS HANDLED ASAP.

Worst service ever. I was screamed at by the supposed supervisor and she got in my face. I almost called the police on her, instead have tried to call supervisor and corp office who you can never ever reach. I did not get my blood drawn, she slammed the door in my face, because I got the text to come in and get my blood drawn and knocked on the door. I did not know that she had jumped the other 4 people before me. It is the 2nd time at this location. They are the worst.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received from a medical facility.

I had blood work done by the Quest lab in Wilmington NC on 6/4/20. As of 7/14, I have received no results and have not been able to get through to customer service. No results are posted on my account as well.

By not receiving results, my doctor can not prescribe medications or treats any issues. Your playing with peoples health!! Good job....

I went I to the Quest office at (45st wpb, Fl) today for my scheduled appt.; this office is not practicing social distancing. They do have the chairs about 3 feet apart and when I asked could they call me, the tech said we don't call but a text option is on the screen. However, when I stated, I didn't see that option she just looked at me and didn't offer any assistance. I am an at risk patient so why should I be subjected to this type of medical services. I am so upset right now. The corporate office is not answering and I don't know what my options are at this point.

Your Bonita springs refused to admit me and CALLED the POLICE ON ME! Because I DID NOT have a face covering!? I have asthma and should not be required to wear a mask. THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE A MASK! This is the police state East Germany we live in? Call the cops because I didn't have a mask?! Let alone I waited over 2hours in the parking lot to be admitted. This is a shoddy and dysfunctional laboratory.

In Oroville office, I was refused service because I told the person there is no copay on my insurance plan for lab tests. She said I have to call Quest and proceeded to point to a card with only the Oroville office number on it. Refusal of service because I am trying to do what she told me?

Old people w diabetes...waiting 2 hrs to get blood work their drs prescribed not knowing of this wait! I can Friday and they forgot to do a test so I am back. Waiting another half a day. Now at 115 mins. Make an appt. what is up w that- I need it now!! How are you in business?? Not the only game in town. You need to get yourselves here to see what your names is on.

Quest Diagnostic Labs' Voicemail was unable to take appointments at 3488 E. Lake Rd., in Palm Harbor, Florida 34685 after 6 attempts using cells and Landlines. This was very disappointing concerning my favorite Quest Lab whose medical technicians have a gentle way of taking blood samples.

If you cannot access a computer, you are out of luck except to do a 'walk in'.

I'm A Quest Employee Who Been With This Company For About 3 Years I Never Worked For A Company Who Hire Horrible Surpervisors. When You Have A Medical Emergancy And You Are Not Authorized To Take Off Due To Your Team And Their Surrounding Teams Don't Have Anyone To Cover Thats A Bad Ordeal. When You Have A Surpervisor Who Looses Employees You Need To Question Their Ability To Do Their Job Not The People Whos Leaving Or Being Complained On So They Can Cover Their Self. As And Employee I Have Seen So Much Hatred And Back Stabbing In This Company I Ever Seen In Life. You Have Staff Who Hate To Come To Work Because Their Tired Of Whats Going On, You Also Have Staff Members Who Treat New Employees Like Nothing Because They Have 13+ Years With The Company. I Can Go On I Document Every Thing That I Experience With This Company Down To Recording Conversations With Surpervisors Because You Not Going To Lie On Me And Say I Said Anything I Didn't Say.

Quest Diagnostics is the worst organized company in America. I spent two hours, stupid of me, trying to find someone who could help me with a new location that my physicians office has used in the last two weeks, but no one, no one in Quest Diagnostics is aware that it even exists. After many automated answers, talking to three people, including someone supposedly in the corporate office, I still do not have the physical address of this new location. Not found on their website, not found by humans in Quest, no one but the people who have used the location know it exists. No I must question why I even want to use this organization.

Good luck getting money back from this Company. They have had $172.00 of my money for 4 months. All I get is the run around and transferred from one number to the other. People are supposed to call you and never do, They have the WORST Customer service I have ever seen. You go in for blood work and they say you owe them 15.01 and I tell them they owe me 172.00, so where's my money?????

I went to the Tustin/Santa Ana location. Everything is done by computer--nobody answers the phone. I had questions. The billing firm in Florence. SC doesn't post a payment for two weeks. I paid and the check was cashed yet the billing firm hadn't posted the payment.

My husband went3 weeks ago to get blood work. he had to miss a half days work to take this test. We called to see what there hours were. The girl that answered the phone said from 8 to noon and 1 to 4. So my husband was there at 8 am there was a couplie of people ahead of him, well another guy came in right after my husband, people just kept coming in. Well 2 hours later the guy that came in behind my husband said why are you taking all these people ahead of me and this guy, "she because they have appointments". My husband and the other guy walked out. They should have told us we could make an appointment when we called. If you are going to take walk-ins, then you should know how to work these people in, not make them sit there for hours an hours. Because some people will sit there that long. So my husband had to miss another days work to get his blood work done.

Most people are at work during the days, and may wish to run and get errors done during lunch time. (12:00- 1:00). If quest labs is your only option GOOD LUCK getting your test preformed. during the hours of 12-1 they are closed. I mean doors locked that kind of closed. There should be more staff at locations where lunch time is still offered the sight workers, but don't put your customers out, when no appointments are needed, and were walk ins are welcome. ....but let me tell you after I left and came back at 1:00-1:05...I was subject to waiting for 30mins. for a urine collection. lunch was just over, and 1 person was leaving. why was my wait for 30mins. They took my information and then told me to sit. no explanation and was not professional about it.

I came in on 12/24/15 to do a blood work requested by two doctors.
Because I did not fast, the cholesterol test requested by my primary doctor would not have given the accurate results and therefore it will be omitted from the script.
After being switched from department to department I was finally informed that my blood was not drawn at all for my primary doctor.
I have taken time off from work, to insure the work is done prior to the New Year when my new annual deductible kicks in. In addition, being poked unnecessary with "not easy" veins is not something I look forward to.
Since I did not get my answer and wasted over an hour being transferred from department to department with a very long wait time in between, I would like to know WHY the blood was not drawn for my primary doctor.

I am very disappointed with a recent Quest billing problem :--there was an issue at the Moss Park Location on 9-30-15--a representative tried to assist us that day and assured us all was good to go and now we have received a bill from Quest for the full amount--this was not our error--I am writing on behalf of my spouse--I was not given any assistance on the customer service phone line-I made four attempts--and was given different answers each time--the billing is incorrect-I contacted online billing here is the tracking number:- I received a response today signed by JP (guess he or she is embarrassed to put their name--I was addressed as Dear Onody no Mr or Mrs--there were many typos--the first one "addisonal" which I presume is additional? I hope that you can retrieve that email--because one of the other sentences right before the closing of the response was "If they don't provide new addisonia co" just like that not finished --not possible for anyone to understand what that means; we have never had a problem in the past with Quest at Moss Park in Orlando Fl and I know the rep meant well on that day--but she misguided us and I don't feel we should be paying anything since labs are covered by Medicare--no less a $367 bill--so disappointed that no one can help us and that we can not even get a decent response

On 12/19/2013 I was told to pay a $50.00 charge, which I have never paid before, and was told I would receive a refund for the difference after insurance. My usual co-pay for lab work has always been $25.00 I spoke to my insurance company and explained this situation to them and they faxed a copy of the insurance payment and policies to " Katie " and was told I would receive my refund. Not only have I not as yet received my refund, but I received a bill for $10.16 !! I know that my balance is now $0.00 from the recording I listened to, but AGAIN, I have not received my refund. I do not appreciate being lied to about receiving a refund and not getting it. My insurance company is appaled by this policy and your refusal to refund the difference and both they and I will be reporting this to the proper authorities if this is not resolved.

I want to know why you can never get someone to answer the telephone at I've been trying to find out if my doctor faxed over my bloodwork order. Called the local number for a week; no answer. Called the corporate number listed; no answer. Sent email and received call back and they couldn't even get anyone on the telephone. Finally called toll free number corporate office and operator was able to call in on a secret telephone number. What a mess! Very poor business. You need to hire a receptionist or hire an answering service. No excuse.

Recently my granddaughter and I went to get bloodwork done at Quest lab in Palm Coast at 33 Old Kings Rd. Never have I experienced a more patient UNFRIENDLY medical office. I told the office "person" that I had made an 8:25am appt by phone. What is the confirmation number, she asked gruffly. I told her I only remembered the first three letters. She told me "Next time have the whole confirmation number with you." By the way there was no one else in the office waiting to be seen.
While the blood was drawn from my 6 year old granddaughter the phlobotomist made no effort to put her at ease or say anything kind. She was more concerned about typing in the information. Finally she used masking tape to cover the cotton gauze. That hurts when removed and leaves glue marks. When my granddaughter arrived at school her teacher put on a proper BAND-AID. The treatment we received at this office was shameful My cats get kinder attention when I take them to vet's office. I expect the staff at this office to be reprimanded and given and in-service about patient friendly attitudes and behavior.

On November 5th I went to Quest in the Churchill Square Shopping Center on 17th Street in Ocala, Florida. I gave my license and insurance ID card to the person at the window. When I was done I asked for my papers back. After about 1/2 it was decided that my papers had been given to ANOTHER PATIENT. To make a long story short, I had to pay $31.50 for a new license. I have spoken to Holly Stokes several times and on 12/30 she assured me I would get a refund. I called her 3 times today and no return call and NO REFUND. I have to have my blood drawn 2 or 3 times a month. If I do not have any satisfaction I will discontinue using Quest. Your staff lost my papers and I think I deserve a refund.

For almost 17 years, I have been calling your labs to get the results of a monthly INR reading because I take Coumadin daily. My Doctor allows me to call each month to get the results and has clearly marked the 6 month script "patient may call for oral results". Up until last year, that was somewhat of an easy task, but in the last year it has become an absolute nightmare for me to get the monthly test results. Would please let me know the person to call and their extension so my nightmare will stop.
