I tried to call corporate however the automated system does not give the option to discuss Red Lobster. So therefore a comment it is in as humble as I can be. A recent visit to celebrate a friend's birthday was anything but a celebration. We went to the Jensen Beach, Fl location for lunch on Sunday 1-21-24 and waited up front about 10 minutes before the hostess appeared to seat us. She then sat a few other tables while we waited for a server, he arrived and took multiple table drink orders. He was very nice yet inexperienced and had issues meeting the needs of customers, meanwhile no other employee came out to help him. Customers were getting upset all around us, our drinks took long, food longer and honestly was disappointing. Still we waited so I could pay the tab, that wait was so long I thought about leaving but did not want the server to lose out. I went looking for a manager as did other customers, some left, I found my server gave him my credit card and he was gone for over 20 minutes so I could not even leave like others did, He finally came out of the kitchen with the manager and she avoided conversation. Said she was short staffed meanwhile the lobby was filling up with new customers waiting to be seated, I paid and tipped my server because honestly it was not his fault. I advised the manager she could have come out and let your customers know they were short handed and we could have decided to stay or go. Why write this well because good service and good food are worth the money spent, that experience was not worth it and established a negative image of what we once viewed as a good place to eat. Take a look at how things are being done so you don't lose more customers.

I went to red lobster in north myrtle beach sc and it was the worst experience in my opinion the servers are great it's the manager that was there that night Jennifer, she's horrible she is rude and doesn't care about her employees or her customers. I wouldn't spend another $ there

Many times people complain and don't take the time to complement. I have not been out in a long time. My sister surprised me for my birthday on 10-27-23 and took me and had guess meet us at Red Lobster. Located on Hoover in Warren Michigan. My visit was one of the best experiences with customer service that I have had in a long time. The young lady name was Angie, she was so patient and professional with a group of 6.I called the store after talking with my party and they all agreed that her service should be noted at a higher level. That is what this text is about. I hope she gets the acknowledgement deserved. I remind employees at my job everyday of the importance of "Excellent Customer Service".

I am writing Red Lobster because I love Red Lobster. It is my favorite place to eat. I'm writing in particular about the RL at the Ledgens in Kansas City, Kansas, Wyandotte County. Every time we go there they are short of help. There is only one waitresss.So we have to wait till she wait on the tables she already have before we can be seated. This is very disappointing. This is every time we go. They should shut it down until they can deal with the public in a decent manner. I have walked out a couple of times. I have seen others walk out also. This is a good way to loose valueable customers.

Today Oct 3 12:30-2:30 pm Red lobster on Coldwater rd . Fort Wayne, Indiana my 2 Aunts took me to Red Lobster for my birthday ? dinner, as it is my favorite restaurant and I go often. Well today was a nightmare they sat us table 70 on bar side. The waitress right away wasn't friendly nor did she offer drink refills or ck on us. I had all ya can eat shrimp I had to flag her down for 2nd then it was wrong. My aunt ordered lunch salmon and salad the brought a bare plate with salmon slapped on plate no presentation what so ever. My other aunt order a to go dinner and they brought out on plate my aunt said this is to go. They said I will bring box you can box it.. how rude !! She also ordered rice pilaf to go with it never came out. Had to hunt someone down for our bill. The manager finally came to out table asked how things were going we said food delicious but service terrible ! I said I been waiting for more shrimp and aunt still waiting on rice for her to go order andI would like beverage refill and to go cup I never did get my to go cup and no rice . Mgr was more concerned about waitress having a bad day!! So we paid and left without rice or drink. This was worst service I've ever had. Mgr never even apologized or adjusted our bill for inconvenience.

The person who brought our food didn't tell me that it just came out the oven (I have been a server for 30 yrs I tell my customers if it's just a little hot ) . I have severe neuropathy in my hands so the pain was excruciating and now I have no feeling in my thumb, I am gonna consult and dr . Christy Hines

My husband and I recently dined at the Oxford, AL restaurant. We had almost finished our salads when to my dismay a huge cockroach crawled on the booth beside me. We immediately left. The waitress and hostess were informed and of course didn't charge us. However, something needs to be done. It always appears nasty to me. Please clean it and get rid of the pests!

I'm writing because I'm in red lobster and the manager came and helped the table next to me but when I said excuse me to get her attention she pretended to ignore me until I said it a 2nd time. I asked her for a to-go box to which she proceeded to ask me if I had the two shrimp entree or endless shrimp. I was so embarrassed by her question because she then said normally we don't let you take carry out with endless shrimp unless it's a small amount I asked what's a small amount and her answer was vague. No mind you I have a double order of Brussels sprouts to which I replied I can't take these home either? She said sure. I asked for additional sauce for my shrimp and she sent the waiter back with the sauce only. I do not appreciate being embarrassed and singled out. It made my dining experience a regrettable one especially since I only returned because I was here at the top of the week and ordered endless shrimp but they had run out of the dragon shrimp and was even able to fulfill the first order of 3 to which they tried to pursuade me to order other shrimp that I did not want. What an experience. Is this what we can now expect from dining at red lobster?

Managers and general managers at the port Huron Michigan store are rude treat their staff like trash. The GM for fort gratiot Michigan store is extremely rude to femals. She plays favoritism with the males and it is visually noticeable how she acts towards the men vs how she treats the women.

We ate at red lobster in Augusta, Georgia 2847 Washington. We ordered a 1 1/4 pound live lobster steamed. It came with a whole lobster body and a frozen lobster tail pushed up to the body. There was no connecting tissue. No row. And the lobster tail was a frozen rock lobster tail.
Totally unprofessional to play with someone's food. You can reach me at 615-812-3500.
I guess my only remedy will be to disclose this on TripAdvisor as that no one will answer the phone.

Red Lobster was my favorite restaurant until last night at your Eau Claire, WI location. Our bill was well over $100 for two people. One lobster tail was tasteless and colorless which made us question if it was even safe to eat. The biggest shocker was that when we ordered our entrees that cost $36+ that it did not even include a salad. Salads always used to be included and now we pay extra/separate to have a salad. I will not be returning any time soon, very disappointed.

I will say that I absolutely adored Red Lobster until today. I placed a curbside pickup order from your Whitehall location and I received a text stating my food was ready for pickup at 9:10pm. I then proceeded to the store, parked and called the curbside line at 9:14pm. I spoke with someone who said "We'll be right out". After 23 minutes of waiting at 9:37 I decided to get out of my vehicle and go inside and retrieve my order myself. Not only was there no one available when I entered the establishment, i walk to the online order door and say Hello and no one responds. I see my order sitting there and decided to wait still and a young woman with a mouth full of food finally comes out and says sorry for the wait i had other orders as shes halfway through her meal. I watched another customer at curbside go inside and get their food as well. Needless to say I paid 86.22 and I was missing both broccoli sides and my biscuits and my both steaks were cooked incorrectly. This experience has truly turned me off for life and I will not be back.

The Red Lobster manager in Gastonia on Hope Rd. Is rude. He was very rude and lacked customer service. When asking him simply if a party could sit in the same proximity, he rudely said no and that he could not accommodate a large crowd. I nicely said I am not asking you to do this, I just would not like to sit on opposite sides of the restaurant. He said no and I am not going to serve you. You can leave. I have spent my whole like coming to this red lobster and have never had a problem. This needs to be looked into. As a manger you should not talk to guest like that. I will not go again and I will be calling cooperate and escalating this matter.

The staff and service in Chillicothe is outstanding . I frequently dine at this location and have for many years. Recently several changes have been introduced that in my opinion l lowered the usually high standard. I will no longer order the clam chowder it's terrible not sure what has changed but it's like each cup of soup is microwaved. Second the new charge on the salad is not a good move. I just heard your introducing endless shrimp everyday . You might think well why am I not just loving this ! I believe you're turning the atmosphere of dining into like a daily Buffet . I might as well go to Golden Corel. Why have a menu just get endless shrimp and stay all day ! Why not return to better quality soup, keep serving the wonderful bread and SALAD at no extra charge and don't do this endless shrimp . Keep Red Lobster's high standard .
In Chillicothe my only request is better lighting outside and return a place to sit as you come in the door if there's a short wait. I'll continue to dine hoping you don't lower the standard I've come to enjoy.

I am having trouble ordering on the Red Lobster app. It goes straight to the menu not allowing me to select delivery, pick up, address for delivery, time for delivery, etc. It will allow me to select from the menu and order stuff, but when you go to the cart, it shows nothing and immediately takes you back to the order. This has been going on for two days. I'm unable to order because it won't form a cart. I have to get deliveries because I'm disabled. Can someone please help me? This has never happened before. I'm a platinum member. Now I have to order from other places instead of yours.

Your customer service people at the red lobster Southhaven MS are the rudest people ever. We brought my mother here for her anniversary avfernloosing her husband of 40 years. I have never ever had such bad experience at Red Lobster in the 40 years living in Milwaukee. I was invited to dinner along with 2 other people a total of 4....my 91 year old aunt was with us. We went to Red Lobster at 2801 N. Mayfair Rd. Wauwatosa, Wisconsin . The food was ridiculous. They didn't have small plates to put your biscuits on. They said the dishwasher was broke. We had to eat the stuffed mushroom appetizer out of a small carry out. It look like it had been sitting for a while in a warmer all dried up. You had to use the knife to cut through the cheese. The soup was cold.. We sent it back to be heated. I asked for French and ranch dressing on my salad. It was so soggy I couldn't eat it ..what ever happened to the little containers they give you on the side with the kind of salad dressing you asked for. We didn't know they had catfish on the menu, so that is what we ordered, we told the manager it was too salty too hard and didn't taste like nothing. She complemented us with a dessert however, I was under the impression that this particular location is closing because I have never seen the food taste or even look the way it did that was $138 wasted. ??? ♀️

I usually frequent Red Lobster in Mentor, Ohio. I was very surprised that you know longer have the shrimp cocktail available. I will no longer be visiting Red Lobster because of this elimination of shrimp cocktail. Eating shrimp not breaded is so much healthy for us. I was okay with the loss of your potato soup but now the shrimp cocktail! I'm very disappointed.

Went to Red Lobster in North Charleston, Mall Drive. My family of 3 were vomiting all night. I called and told them we got sick and the manager informed me "i am trained and have a lot of experience in this field and food poisoning takes 24 hours to show up". First, why am I getting a medical opinion from a manager of a Red Lobster? Second - she was defensive from the beginning telling me they served over 400 yesterday and no one else got sick. Condescending, patronizing and I spent a lot of money to come to SC for my son to play hockey and now he's laid up in bed. This was not the time for your patronizing behavior. I am so disappointed.

Hey my name is Vashti Robinson I was working at red lobster on Candler Road and I got fired for no reason all because I had ask Mrs. Q if I can get my position switched from being a serve to like a host or something and when I ask here she told me to take the day off and the day off became weeks and I had to look for another job I have the screenshot showing where she didn't txt back and she called but I couldn't answer because I had family stuff going on I couldn't answer and when I texted her that again no text back. There was no communication no nothing she just ignored me and I have the screenshots to prove it and this was In January of this year.

I just had to send you this message to let you know how much my husband and I LOVE visiting your Red Lobster Restaurants. We drive annually from Texas traveling West to CalifornIa each year since 2018. I have to say that there has Not been One Time where we haven't enjoyed a Delicious Meal and Wonderful Service at a Red Lobster. From the moment we enter any of your Resturants, we are greeted by a welcoming Host/ Hostess and escorted back to a lovely table. Our Waiter/Waitress has always been very friendly and helpful to our every need. Always checking to make sure all is well ! We cannot Compliment Your company enough for Hiring Such Amazing Employees for your great business. I must also mention the people in the shadows who we don't have the opportunity to meet. We joined a waitlist for your Lakewood colorado location online. Got to the restaurant at our waitlist time and was told that red lobster does not have a waitlist online which you in fact do and that we could wait another hour to be seated if we wanted. Very poor customer service! If your restaurants do not honor your waitlist there should not be one online at all!

I went to Red Lobster in Marion Illinois. Apparently the menu recently changed. I always get a shrimp cocktail which has been removed. Have to tell you without that starter I will never return. Thankfully Chris our waiter saved the day and had a make shift one made! Thanks Chris! Please reconsider this deletion. If not I am afraid you have lost a customer.

I want to express our/my sincere gratitude for the service and excellent quisine we've received from the Florence, Alabama Red Lobster. My wife and I are over 80 years old and frequently live in our best past moments as youngsters growing up in Chicago. Red Lobster (Florence, Al) offers us the best of our memories offer. The servers are incredibly friendly and the management is remarkably responsive. We have been frequenting this establishment about twice for the past 15 or so years, and will hopefully continue to do so for another 15.

Hi, I recently went to your location in Sterling,Virginia and noticed there are no Christmas decorations at all. When I inquired about this the staff said " we are open on Christmas Day, but they no longer want deco put up", this is a disappointment since the holiday is a special time of year and should be celebrated as such. Friends,families look forward to making memories over a great meal. Why is Red Lobster acting as if the Christmas season is like any other? We ate at Rod Lobster in Cape Girardeau Missouri today. We arrived at 4:00 and was there for 2 1/2 hours. The service was terrible and the food was the worst ever. It took us and another couple over a hour to get any food. Baked potato was hard, no fries, I had shrimp that was ok but rest was awful. Waited and waited for drinks, and rolls. Had to ask over and over for drinks or rolls. We were not the only complaining. Manager lied , said he would take ten dollars off each of our bills but only gave 10%. Needless to say we will never go back.

My husband and I went to lunch at the Cherry Hill, NJ Red Lobster restaurant on September 29. We had great memories of delicious meals the Woodbridge, NJ restaurant. At 2:00 on September 29 we waited 15 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk. No one else was waiting and there were few diners. Our server, Kristine, was pleasant and helpful. But the food............ lobster bisque, water used instead of cream. No seasoning and hardly any sauce on the shrimp and linguine Alfredo with ....count them.....seven tiny shrimp. The biscuits were doughy and minus any signs of the cheddar ingredient from biscuits years ago. And then, dessert. Lemon cake, please. And coffee. NO COFFEE. The coffee machine is broken, has been for more than a month, Kristine said. Well, buy a $50 Keurig, rent a machine, call a NASA engineer- fix the coffee machine. You lost a dessert and coffee sale. And when one's shoes stick to the floor of the mens' restroom, could someone please push a Swiffer around the room - would take five minutes.

I was at the Red Lobster in Monroeville Pennsylvania with my husband on 6/20/2022. I ordered the admiral feast and when my food came, it didn't have flounder like what is advertised, it had tilapia. I refused to eat it and the manager Kristen tried to tell me it was flounder when i knew it wasn't. She was condescending and rude. I was told that i would have to pay a difference if i ordered another fish. I am beyond disappointed that your company has been advertising falsely. The public deserves much better than what you offer.

We were given extremely slow and undeliverable service on a Saturday night In Arlington,Texas near the Parks Mall. After being told it would be 50 minutes, we were seated. When they finally took our order, it never arrived. Our total time of waiting was one hour and 35 minutes, until we had no choice but to leave. This restaurant needs new management in our opinion.

Unbelievably disappointed in the RL in Murfreesboro, TN. 6pm on Tuesday night we were greeted/seated by the hostess who was on her cell phone and texting while seating us. We sat for about 20 min while no server presented themselves. Several servers walked by but never stopped. I went to the hostess stand to ask if we had a server assigned to our table. Hostess was still texting on her phone, stopped, looked at me and said, I'll see if I can find someone!" I went back to our table and another 15 min went by, still no server. We passed many dirty tables riddled with dirty dishes and glasses as we decided to leave since we were never waited on. No hostess, server, bartender or manager in sight as we left.

Made a visit to the Ref Lobster on Merchant Drive in Knoxville TN. Today is 4/9/2022. Ordered a side Caesar salad that came with Ranch dressing my husband does not care for ranch dressing so we asked if that was a true Caesar salad. The waitress's was excellent however the kitchen help decided to come out and speak to myself and my husband as if we were ignorant setting down cups of salad dressing as if he needed to explain the difference. I preceded to tell him we were use to most Caesar salads coming with a vinaigrette style of dressing and the manager walked over to what seemed like to cheer her kitchen help on and tell us we were wrong it was a Caesar salad. Salad don't care about but when a worker comes out and rudely tries to impress upon the customer that they are wrong my sixteen years of customer service comes out and makes me want to impress some manners upon the help and the manager. My husband an army veteran did not nor do I deserve to be treated with such disrespect. The manager even went so far as to be sure to let us know that there would be an extra charge for the baked macaroni and cheese not that that mattered either way. So Friday was the ultimate April fools joke on me. I planned a semi romantics dinner with my friend, got rid of the children etc. we decided to order food from the Deer Park New York Location, upon ordering online it gave option pick up or delivery we decided delivery. Well as we tracked our order for delivery it showed arriving then delivered. Well it was never delivered. I contacted Red Lobster and they said they used a 3rd party service and it was out of there hands once picked up, I then contacted the delivery service (seamless) they said well it shows delivered, needless to say our romantic evening was ruined, someone ate very well that evening on my dime. Now as I am in the customer service industry and have been in restaurant in the past. Although it was out of your hands once the food left building? Your company chose the delivery service, not me! I feel the manager could have offered to remake the meal we paid for as a customer service. I have already complained to seamless and am getting the charges resolved hopefully, bottom line there are no consequences for error in either party, the only consequence was we had no dinner, and a planned adult evening was ruined. To whomever has the ability to correct rude behavior :
My son needed a substitute for a 16 dollar salmon dinner , it was a to go order at your Elyria Ohio location . Instead of getting a substitute , the person wrote NO and crosses off his request for broccoli .... WHAT?? This wasn't a large request to be handled , he has food allergies .... what exactly is your policy for substitutions ? This type of treatment is why restaurants go out of business , and frankly your Elyria site would be the first on my list to close .
I'm sure your employees have been given increases due to covid , I would certainly think that would encourage customer service ... apparently not . By the way the Salomon would have looked bigger if you could have butterflied the cm thickness . We work hard for our money and dinning out is a treat , we can definitely find a " substitute " for Red Lobster

Ate at Red Lobster in Danbury Ct. The glasses were filthy with food all over the outside . When we realized it we ask for a new drink. The second was also filthy. Told the manager and his attitude was bad. We didn't want anything but for them to do better. He said he served 150 and nobody else had a problem. Then asked what it was that I wanted, a gift certificate. Well the truth is WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. How could you serve drinks in filth.

Visit Ted Lobster specifically for coconut shrimp. When we went to the restaurant in Munster INon Dec 27, after we ordered, the waitress came back and said no coconut dhrimp - ran out 10 minutes ago. I was bummed. We asked for a manager. Ryan came over. We explained coconut is what we come for; but since they're out, could we get a small linguini. He said no. We asked for maybe a dessert for the inconvenience. He said no. We asked if there is anything that can be done. He said no. I just don't think this attitude is very professional!! If I didn't have my 6 yr old grandson, we would have left. Not sure if we'll be back.

Went to Red Lobster today after a day surgery procedure done in hopes of having a great meal . I live in San Angelo thx my shrimp was very greasy when I spoke with manager her response was we are having problems with our fryer. I was not offered another meal or to be comped? Really disappointed. This used to be my favorite place to eat. I definitely will not be returning ever.

I went to red lobster at metro center in Phoenix tonight and my crab legs were served to me with leeches all over them. I asked to speak with the manager, Miranda Cathell, who assured me I would be just fine since I ate them. She proceeded to ask if I wanted more. I declined so she asked if I wanted them off my bill. Of course I wanted them off of my bill, there's parasites on my food! If I post pictures of this online, I'm sure you will be losing a lot of business as I couldn't believe my eyes as I searched google for what looked like little black bugs on my crab legs. I do not feel well; my stomach is churning and I would like to speak with someone from the corporate office.

I drove two hours to see my mom who is 74 we go to red lobster and we both get food poisoning for the past six days neither one of us go out to eat anywhere so it was a special treat for us I paid $57 for you guys to make me deathly ill our seafood smelled like cleaner it was out in on our table in less than five minutes my ultimate feast my crab legs were the size of my pinky finger and I'm a small girl I am so disappointedAnd upset with red lobster it's not funny you're lucky I don't sue you it is your Elkhart division I will never go there again the worst experience of my life is been sick for the last six days because I eat at your restaurant my mother had the same thing and she's 74 no it wasn't a stomach flu it's everything to do with food poisoning because I'm a nurseThat decision needs to be ashamed of itself to actually serve people food that makes them deathly ill I've eaten at my Fort Wayne branch here and I've never gotten food poisoning this was my first experience with food poisoning and pay for the boot

Went to Red Lobster on 07/10/2021 ordered our lobster dinners asked if we can substitute the lobster linguine for 2 coconut shrimp instead we were told yes then the waitress came back and said we can't , ok so we asked for baked potato fully loaded for one side and a salad....once again the waitress came out stating that they only had one baked potato ? excuse me but it was 11:30 and they just opened ? Ok ...the waitress brings our salads with old brown rotten lettuce that had this slim on it , we brought it to her attention immediately...then our food comes out low and behold with a baked potato with half a spoon of sour cream 3 small pieces of onion and no butter, the lobster was half raw I proceeded to stick my fork in the potato and it's rock hard! Wow terrible I paid 81.53 for this and it was crap! Location is in Abilene Texas! Warning don't go there ever!

I have been enjoying meals from Red Lobster for many, many years. For the first time I was very disappointed when I ordered salmon. I have had salmon off the lunch and dinner menu, and was always satisfied.

The salmon was so small my baked potato and green beans made the salmon look nonexistent. For a seafood restaurant the customer should receive a little more than a small 4 oz. salmon.

Decided to eat at red lobster Dickson city pa location . The food was horrible , took forever to get a drink and they couldn't even time a baked potatoe to be served with the lobster that looked like a crayfish . 80 bucks for a dinner that sucked ! Today Monday june 28 2021 my fiancée and I went to red lobster in Vineland New Jersey. We always order ther take out of the shrimp trio and always excellent. Today we figured we'd eat there. My big mistake. My fiancée ordered fish and chips and tired of Fish I ordered the burger. Another big mistake there was no cheese 1/2 piece of tomato and end of lettuce piece.. My bun was so charred how it wasn't seen is beyond my comprehension. The fish on the fish and chips was sooooo over cooked and dry. We paid our bill took home what was left and promptly threw it out. First really horribly rotten meal. It will a while before I go back inside. By the way was not crowded. Thank u for reading hope there wiill be a better on the ball cook

I think it's appalling that you're willing to overwork your employees instead of giving them a proper wage. Not only that, you'd write up your employees for things they can't control, knowing there is a shortage of workers all throughout the restaurant business.

Red Lobster was our Friday night date for years. Covid kept us away for a whole year. We were super excited to return on Memorial Day. We were salivating on our way in the parking lot. We walked in the restaurant so joyful. It went downhill from there. We arrived at the Rocky Mount NC location. We were told that we would be seated in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we went in to inquire. We were there at 3:15 in the afternoon. They were not crowded or busy. We finally got seated only to wait 20 more minutes for bread and tea. We both ordered the Bar Harbor as we have done countless times. It was horrible. No flavor, pasta was tough as leather and the meal we'd be waiting for an entire year was a huge disappointment. I don't know what happened over the year but I want my old Red Lobster back.

5/28/2021 I attended the Red Lobster location in Canton Ohio. The server had another customers dirty food and napkin with my table just ordered food all on the same tray. The problem is our new ordered food given to our table should not be on the same tray with dirty plates. The head manager came and spoke with us and did not apologize. After I suggested the food be replaced the manager had us stand to move us to another section of the restaurant. Then moved us back to our table after she realized our request was to only have food items removed from our table that were in contact with dirty items on the tray. The experience was awful, and especially during covid pretty nasty.

I was trying to have a meal this evening at you restaurant in Dalton Ga. I was a single diner and wanted to get a seat at the bar. I'm not sure exactly how wide the bar was but there were only three chairs available. I asked the hostess if another chair could be made available and was told no because of social distancing. I responded there is more than 6 feet available between chairs. They ignored me and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager refused to answer my request and after a heated discussion refused me service. He was argumentative and biligerant. I'm sure he is not representative of the trope of employees that Red Lobster chooses to employ.

Walked into the Red Lobster in Lakeland , Florida for dinner and 3 seats at the bar and we gave our name and told to wait outside when others were inside the lobby !! Not sure why your restaurant isn't at 100% capacity as all are supposed to be open 100% per our governor.directive!!! Understand restaurant margin of profit is low to begin with; here's a novel idea serve more people when you are given the opportunity!!! What is your point?? I just went to your location in maplewood mo. Tuesday at 1:30. Could see 3 tables with 2 people each, even with tables i couldnt see restaurant couldn't have been more that 5% full and was told there would be a 30 wait. I left.

So unpleased with Red Lobster 13090 City Station drive jax,Fl. I googled the restaurant on April 24th it said they closed at 10:30 got there at 9:20 and no one would serve me because they were closing at at 9:30 due to short staff so I gave them another try on the next day which is today April 25th and couldn't get a drink their blender is broken this is very sad you can't visit a restaurant and get good service food and drinks

On 03/17/21 my family/wife and kids and I went to red lobster in Richmond ky.
We ordered an appetizer of calamari and it came out hard and over cooked. Ok no big deal. My salad that came with dinner came out and it was brown and old. I asked for a new salad. Got a new salad and it was almost frozen. Ok I let it slide. Our main meals came out and my wife and kids food was ok. My food on the other hand was cold I asked for new that was warm. Got new steamy crab legs. Then find a worm on my plate. Yes a worm!!!!! I will no longer eat at that establishment.

I placed an order of my food and selected delivery at Red lobster on 53rd Pulaski. I ordered the family feast that came out to $62 and a schedule delivery of 3:29pm. I contacted red lobster back at 3:55pm to confirm that my order was picked up. I spoke with manager Amber and she said that my order was not picked up yet. I said I will reach out to door dash and see what the problem was. I then called and spoke with Manager Amber about getting my food prepared over, since the food will be cold, due to the wait for door dash. Amber also kept telling me that they have nothing to do with door dash, then I said, "but it's on your website, I placed the order online with red lobster. She kept saying that she knows that, but they don't have anything to do with them and I need to contact red lobster corporate office. I was in complete shock, because I trusted red lobster website for ordering my food order. Now my kids (age 10, age 7) will have to be hungry because I was robbed of my money and food from red lobster and door dash. I just wanted my food to feed my family for dinner and now I don't have any food or money because I have to wait 14 days to receive my refund! She didn't want to help me out with this situation to make the customer happy. She continued to say that she understands but the tone of her voice shows that she didn't care!

My husband ate at the Red Lobster in Elkhart Indians Monday night. He ordered the lobster, shrimp dinner. This was the first time he ever complained about Red Lobster. I placed a curbside To go order at 5:16p this evening and arrives at the location at 5:39p. I sat outside waiting for my order until after 7p. I refused to go inside because I am trying to minimize risk. I called into the location three times while I was outside. Finally I get my food and get home and nothing is pleasant. First the New Kung Pao Lobster dish was cold and noodles were not cooked through (hard), the lobster pizza was old and cold and the scallops I ordered were incorrect. I ask for a substitute of bay scallops. This is horrible and so I called the location back and asked for a manager... after 10m I was told the manager was busy. I informed the host that I would wait and so have been on hold since. It has now be 26m.

No at all a happy Curbside no touch first time ordering customer. Place my order and got a confirmation at 5:20pm pick up time was 5:39 pm I arrived at 5:40 texted here return text thanks we will be out shortly at also 5:40, at 5:43 got tech your food is ready and coming out now. I watched as 4 people went in and came out with orders after I had arrived. at 5:59 I was tired of waiting and got grandson whom was sleeping up to go inside, as I approached door young lady ask are you Ms Davis I said yes and this is unacceptable I've Waite over 20 minutes in my truck. she pointed and said there is my manger whom was at hostess station I tried to explain my unhappy service he rudely says your pick up was for 5:40 and I explain that's when I arrived and texted gave him time and response he ignored me never said any apologies or we had lots orders. My reason for curbside was to not go inside or awake my grandson. This to me is very poor customer service and just rudeness.

My biggest complaint is that the Red Lobster location on the feeder road in McAllen, Tx,, Expressway 2; has a major problem with their handicap broiler which no one has bothered to fix in over a month. No matter how many times we have complained about it not working (sign says out of order); the management has not fixed their problem. It needs fixed ASAP.

I ordered the ultimate feast family deal for New Year's Eve with extra biscuits. Got my food. Everything looked great. Unfortunately there was a screw found in our shrimp scampi. Probably won't ever go back and to think we were loyal customers. I even took pictures!

I ordered curbside pickup in Nanuet New York and my mom was picking it up. A young lady came out and took her name and never came back out. My mom waited 40 minutes and then I called the restaurant and then they informed me that they were not bringing the food out anymore because they were too busy. How in the heck were people that were waiting outside suppose to know that they had to go in. No email or text was sent to inform anyone about the change. That is the whole point of curbside checkout so no one has to go I. During covid. This was horrible business, communication and service. Very disappointed in this branch. I order all the time from here but I'm not sure I will be returning

In calif. or any state for that matter, ,it seems to me you could better serve the community by having a sort of car hop service with customers staying in their cars to eat thus keeping your businesses open and providing Customers with an opportunity to get out of their homes and keeping your employees working. I went to Red Lobster in Brandon Fl on Christmas Eve. Only 4 tables were in use. I was so disappointed with the customer service from the manager that we cancelled our order and went to another restaurant. I will have to say that the waitress tried her best but I did not feel it was up to her to take money from her own pocket to try and make it up to us. I have never had a manager not work with someone because they were out of 2 different items. I will never go back maybe that is why there was only 4 tables in use while Olive Garden had a restaurant full of people.

I called red lobster because I was craving Seafood. I have been going to red lobster for more than 20 years but I must confess that when the Boiling Crab restaurants opened I haven't chose red lister as my to go to seafood anymore. I decided to visit the red lobster yesterday as I put in my to go order for the ultimate feast with with a side salad with a side salad for one of my choices and a baked potato when I wouldn't picked up my food after being told it would be ready for 20 minutes it was cold very cold the size salad was terrible the baked potato had no sour cream no cheese and I told them it would be fully loaded if they would but that didn't happen I asked them to grill my lobster tail with garlic that Didn't happen I guess red lobster won't be my to go to seafood place anymore because it was a very disappointing meal for $38

Ordered online at the Monroeville, Pa store for curbside delivery: after arrival the hostess over the telephone stated that they do not do curbside: after speaking to the manager stated that the Monroeville location does not do curbside but agreed to do so. After 10 minutes he arrives at my vehicle to inform me that he does not have an order matching the order or the name. After much to do no meal no refund: this occurred on the 12th of November: today is November 16th no food no refund. First time to Red Lobster in a while. Terra Haute Indiana. What a mess. No choices for salad dressings, ordered 2 dinners and 2 drinks. Told they only had Caesar salad dressing, limited drinks and pop corn shrimp was only on create your own platter. Only one dinner ready, no drinks . Was told they could "make the other dinner while I wait". Then the other dinner would be cold. Took the one dinner back to office and shared with co worker. Salad was a few wilted pieces of lettuce and 3 croutons. No silverware. Called to remind them that people need silverware for carry out. Person who answered phone stated ". We only give silverware to you if you ask". He was rude and he along with all his co workers , were neither helpful or polite. Poor poor service in a hospitality service. You pay the same price for the meals, which are pricey, and have very limited choices, the wrong order, can't even get utensils to eat it. I won't be back I try to support business's through the COVID and always tip a good tip even though I pick it up. I was not disrespectful when I tried to talk to the staff. After they were rude and had nothing but excuses I am done.

On November 11,2020 I ordered from your Matthews, NC location via DoorDash. Location Address (9801 Independence Pointe Pkwy). I ordered an Ultimate Feast, Casear Salad and half dozen of biscuits. My order to talked to $61.16. Upon my order being dropped off all I received was a salad and biscuits. I asked the delivery driver where the rest of my food was she said that's all the restaurant gave her. The salad was a large bowl of lettuce very scarce toppings to none at all. The biscuits were extremely cold and crumbled in half's crumbs and pieces as if the pan was just dumped in the box. And there was no Ultimate feast in sight. I contacted the restaurant after several attempts because they were closed once my order was dropped off. The GM answered the phone, I expressed my complaint and dissatisfaction she said, "There's nothing I can do about it all I can tell you is to contact DOORDASH for a refund." I inquired about the ultimate feast that was left behind that I'm sure they had to dispose of, she had no answer for me. I asked if the delivery drivers come inside to get the food or is it brought out to them she said sometimes both. I asked if she could refund me and I also asked for my order to be remade she again stated there is nothing she can do about it and that I need to take that up with DooDash and the delivery driver. I also pointed out to her that the delivery driver can't make my food nor cook nor prepare it nor bring it out the kitchen that's the restaurant's responsibility to make sure the whole order is correct and brought out not DOORDASH, the deliverer brought me what was given to her. I asked for corporate's number to escalate the matter she said that she is the GM and she doesn't know what else to tell me and there's no reason for me to be upset. I'm currently pregnant and I love food and I hate terrible customer service. This was the worst experience of my life at Red Lobster, I still can't believe it. I placed my order at 7:55pm it was picked up at 8:19 pm and dropped off to me at 8:28pm they closed at 8:30pm. I called at 8:30pm didn't get through until 8:45pm And that is the terrible customer service I was met with. I have photos of my food as it was given to me I didn't even touch it it looked so disgusting nasty and cold. My 15 month old was unable to eat dinner he cried when the food arrived because he couldn't understand why we weren't eating and where was our dinner. Roughly $62 wasted on cold biscuits and a bowl of lettuce with a side of terrible customer service. I will never order from nor eat at this restaurant ever again.

First time dining since the virus hit, we were at Piqua Ohio, very saddened to see there are no choices for salad dressings, we were offered Caesar dressing or plain coleslaw, the salad was basically lettuce and a couple croutons, no longer tomatoes or carrots cheese etc., the portions were also smaller on both our dinners! Never been to any restaurant where there is only one choice of salad dressing, I chose green beans, very dissatisfied and disappointing, if this is the way all Red Lobster is doing things now we won't ever be back!!

I took my children to red lobster in Harlem, NY. I dining experience was interrupted by my daughter having an allergic reaction. She is allergic to chicken but nobody at the table had any chicken. When I received my bill there was a grilled chicken kids meal. I'm going to assume they placed chicken on her plate since that's what was on the ticket and then removed it once realizing it should be grilled shrimp. This could have killed my daughter. They need to be trained better in cross contamination of food.

I recently dined at your North Olmsted, Ohio location. At the time I added the fried Brussels sprouts to my dine in order and although as prepared the Brussels sprouts were very tasty, the Brussels sprouts were very old and woody. Unable to eat the entire sprout because the woody part of the sprout was inedible i was forced to leave most of the vegetable on my plate. Needless to say it was a disappointment.

We are now sitting at Red Lobster. It will be the last time for an undetermined time. Why? Because if a simple reason. We like common salad-green salad with choice of Blue Cheese and Thousand. Last night (9/27/2020) my husband and I went to eat at the Red Lobster in Shawnee Oklahoma around 5:30 pm. It was not busy at this time and the area we were seated had one other couple who had already ordered their food or eaten ( not for sure ). We waited at least 10 min or more and still had not seen our waiter. About the time we were about to leave we see him. He walks over to the other table and asks them if there was anything they needed. The woman had asked for a refill on her drink. He then left to do this. Did not acknowledge us or anything. Could of at least came and got our drink order or told us he be back in a sec, something... but he just turned and walked off. We then just walked out. Was too mad to talk to anyone for I would of not been very pleasant.

Today I ordered 4 bowls of chowder and biscuits for an order pickup. # 1 - I waited 20 minutes for Order to be ready- and only after I actually walked in the restaurant to see what the problem was. Told me they were waiting for biscuits.
Then when I got home I realized that the 4 bowls were actually in containers that did not even measure a liquid cup each. Paid 25 dollars for 4 cups of chowder. Big rip off!!!!!! Manager insisted I got what I ordered. I wonder how much soup I would get if I ordered a cup?????? A tablespoon??????

The gentleman at the front host told us we better know what we want and they were open for another hour.This was not called for it probably was some kind of BLM which he was black and very RUDE.I will never go back to a red lobster ever again it was the worst I have ever been treated and will happily take my business elsewhere.

I ordered the pick 3 the , My pasta had a hair in it the manager took care of that but , When I went to eat the catfish it was not cooked all the way , Did not bring this to the managers attention. Because when I told her that my pasta had and hair, they did not take the whole plate she just had the pasta redone. Service and food quality has really gone down during this pandemic. We dont have much to look forward to these days with everything being shut down and limited. Ordering food, dining in, curbside to go is all we have left but my visits to Red Lobster have been so disappointing. My last several visits at the Red Lobster in Beachwood Ohio have been below standards. The scaled down menu sucks; bring back the garden salads at least with a choice of dressings. The seafood has been dry and either tasteless or too salty and the servers; lazy!!!! They dont come check on you, they dont clear dishes off the table, dont offer refills on your water. Service at the Beachwood location has never been the greatest but The food was good. Complaints to the manager seems to be unheard, though I've only complained once before via email but there was no follow through. I would love to see some improvements with this particular establishment.

Good evening. My husband and I went to the red lobster in Kansas City Kansas legends area this evening we were told we had to wait behind another couple for others to leave the restaurant due to social distancing we gladly waited close to 35 minutes because people were just visiting at their table. We were eventually seated waited a while for a waitress but that was OK we were visiting as soon as we ordered our meal I had made note of the signs on all of the tables around us that no one could be seated there due to social distancing the hostess came from the front and started putting together a long table in a short table about 12 inches from us she took the signs that were warning everyone about social distancing and she flipped them into one of the booths and placed menus and silverware down and they seated nine people right in the middle of the room of all of the booths and in our case table about 12 inches away I found it interesting that it didn't seem to bother the waitresses I was personally offended that I had to wait 30 minutes because no one was leaving the restaurant but because they were a larger group and these poor waitresses were forced probably back to work to work for half the pay because of the amount of seating. After waiting for the waitress to take her order we were then told that waltz shrimp was not available but they would substitute for the smaller shrimp and threw a few extra in I have never ordered the smaller shrimp and will surely not order it again. My concern was that we took a restriction that I have totally thought was ridiculous but abided by it out of respect and we threw it out the window because we had a large table that we wanted to seat. We ate dinner at your restaurant in North Richland Hills , Tx it was a huge disappointment. We have eaten there many times and each time it has gotten worse. First of all let me say the place was very very dirty. The bus boy cleaned a table ( if that's what you want to call it) food was left on the table , chairs and the floor, really , in the time if Coronavirus I expected better. The service was terrible and we waited 15 minutes just to get the check change because we paid by cash not by card. There were no baked potatoes or regular lettuce for salads there were only Caesar Salads. The check was almost $90.00 I know I can get a good dinner with better service and much cleaner establishment some place else.

I already voiced my displeasure of how Mothers Day was handled. Monty importantly, someone probably contracted the virus by standing in a huge crowd for hours wearing no mask. There was no way I was going in to that mess and risk my life. Phones weren't answered and no one came outside. You had to rely on what people were saying when they came out of the store. I finally reached someone on Monday and hopefully we'll get our money back. I asked the manager to replace the order on Monday but he told me that he couldn't. All he could do was issue me a refund (wait for weeks for my money) and then I'd have to rebuy (immediately debited from my account. I rebought on Tuesday and my pick 2 plate was unbelievable! I buy this every time I eat in and I always get an ample amount of fried scallops. This time I got around 10 of the smallest scallops I've ever eaten. I may be done with Red Lobster. Dear Red Lobster Restaurant Management,
I mistakenly gave Red Lobster another chance with another very important annual occasion (Mother's Day 5/10/2020) by placing an online order for three people including Mom. I went to the restaurant (a 22 mile round trip) by the time the confirmation said our order would be ready: 5:21 PM and had to circle the restaurant several times to try to see the phone number on the curbside pickup sign posts. Upon finally getting through 12 minutes later, I was told that my order was not ready yet and that it would be ready by 6:40 PM. I said to cancel the order and that 6:40 PM was totally unacceptable as it was Mother's Day. To add insult to injury, today (Tuesday 5/12/2020) I see that Red Lobster had the nerve to charge my American Express card for $148.84 (for food we did not get). I am disputing this amount with American Express directly.

On Thanksgiving of 2017, we had an online reservation to dine at Red Lobster in Canoga Park for that occasion as well. I made the reservation on 11/23/2017. On Thanksgiving Day, we were looking so forward to enjoying Thanksgiving at Red Lobster. When we drove up to the restaurant, without any warning email or otherwise, the restaurant was closed. We had to drive around looking for a restaurant to have our Thanksgiving holiday meal and ended-up at Jerry's Deli on Ventura Blvd. Jerry's Deli on Thanksgiving Day!!!!

Red Lobster has deeply disappointed us on two very important holiday's thus far and since there appears to be a breakdown between your online system and what is actually happening inside the restaurant, we will not be coming back unless management (both human and technological) is guaranteed to be more reliable than in the past. Unfortunately, I don't have the words to communicate how bad we felt on these two occasions.

I too had a terrible experience Ordered at 2:30 for 4:15 delivery. Finally at 7 o'clock I cancelled order thru DoorDash. Guess what showed up on my charge and went thru. Now I have to still deal with this crap. My Mother's Day dinner left over soup. Thanks Red lobster in Plantation Florida you suck will never eat there again

on Mother's day my wife decided she loves Red Lobster and that what she wanted. so I went on line place an order for 2 complete meals and 1/2 doze biscuits. to be picked up curbs at 3 pm. I get a verification from the Hermitage, PA establishment that it was a go and I put my credit card info in as requested. A done deal right? SO WRONG I went up to establishment at 2:55 PM and they came out and said they were working on it just be a few minutes. An hour later they bring out an order and when I checked it it was for McCoy for $122 instead of my McCrumb for $49. I am an honest person So I told them about it. they said my order was in the MP process this was at 4:30 PM I inquired at 5!where jay order WA son and the girl came out and said the and didn't have one for me butnInshowednher my slip and that it was paid for by charge card. I DIDN't get my order till 7 PM which was supposed to be 3. I waited at this restaurant for 4 hours which was not right. I feel this should be addressed especially since I wanted to pleasure my wife on her special day! please respond!

I too would like to register a complaint with you regarding the HORRIBLE service on Mother's Day!!! I will say I am not surprised because the red lobster in Monroeville PA was terrible before the pandemic. I will say I was truly disappointed to say the least. The fact that you had a selected menu and not your full menu proves to me that you were not able to give the customers what they wanted. The 1 lady was trying to do her best with over 300 orders for the day and only 11 cooks. EVERYONE KNOWS MOTHER'S DAY IS GOING TOO BE PACKED WITHOUT A PANDEMIC!!! I only waited the 3 hours for my food because it was my husband's birthday dinner and you already had my money. I was not waiting 7-10 business days for my money. Yes it was so bad still at 6pm because one customer said she just ordered shrimp Alfredo again from the limited menu and was told her order would be ready at 7:15. The employee who was bringing out orders and cancelling them by the name of JESSICA was AWESOME and should be REWARDED with A RAISE and FREE FOOD AND DRINKS FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE. I will NEVER EVER EVER patronize your establishment as long as I live. I love seafood but never loved yours. As a corporation I highly recommended that you take a page from the OLIVE GARDEN..They only allow so many orders per hour each day once that number is met the website shuts down. They have at least 5-7 people in the parking lot directing traffic and running to get orders!!! I loved them before the pandemic and NOW I really enjoy them and love them and they will FOREVER be the restaurant of my choice.

I went to red lobster sun for Mother's Day my food wasn't good at all the server took my gift card didn't give back I went back she said she put in the trash I didn't get receipt back . It was my I thought I was going have a good meal that didn't happen it took about two hours to get the food than it taste bad.

I've never had my Mother's Day ruined like today. My Mom is 81 and lives with us. I had to prepare a meal for her because the waiting was ridiculous and she needs to eat at certain times. We ordered our dinner from Dickson City and was told 27 minutes and it would be ready at 4:54. My husband and daughter went and it was not ready and given to them until 7:05! When they finally received it and got home it was ice cold and everything had to be reheated.Totally unacceptable!! For such a big corporation I would be ashamed of yourselves. It was total chaos, people everywhere and no one giving any direction. The cops were there and still no help. They were asked for a phone number and to go back to their vehicle and they would be called. Well at 7pm I get a call from the restaurant that my food is ready.
It was a very special day for A LOT of Mom's that ended up being the worst ever!
Very poor scheduling on the manager's part and I will probably NEVER order like this again and when things do reopen it won't be my first place to dine. My bill was $77.55 and I got cold food..

We pre-ordered our Dinner today for a 5pm pickup at the Monroeville, Pennsylvania location. We placed our order around Noon. When we arrived at 4:30 pm they were still processing the 3 pm pickups. At 8 pm the Managers came out and said they were closing down due to social distancing issues. They were forced to close they said. There were at least 70 people still waiting for our food. And, we'd have to wait at least 2 weeks for our refunds. I am sorry but you know it's Mother's Day. If your restaurant can't handle anymore orders you shut down your online system. So, at 8 pm on Mother's Day we don't get the dinner we waited for 3.5 hours and the Management Team was extremely rude and yelling at customers. Please contact me to discuss. 412-780-1479

Have never been so disappointed in a restaurant & their customer service IN MY LIaFE. Waited an hr.& a half in a drive up line w/one man running orders to cars, taking credit cards, doing everything!! Seriously wtf??? Why would you take more orders than you obviously can fill? & on Mother's Day of course you should have ALL hands on deck. We were also talked to rudely by said man. I'm sure he was stressed to the max. Still no excuse. He should've been handing out free coupons & kissing the ass of every single person waiting SO damn long for overpriced seafood. I am madder than you can imagine! If you can't handle an order, don't take them. The Bolingbrook Illinois restaurant could not fill orders even if they were paid for. I just came from there to pick up my 4:45pm order and not only was the parking lot full, people without masks were jammed into the restaurant, even though it was supposed to me curb side pickup. I'm very close to calling the police as there are more than 100 people jammed in. I got there at 4:45 and left at 5:30. You couldn't get anyone to answer any calls but people coming out were leaving after waiting more than 2 hours. Today is Mother's Day and you just ruined it for us. You made me pay ahead of time. NOW GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!!

Why in the world does your page to place your order give a message saying "one of your items is not available" but not tell you which item? It's Mother's Day and I want to order early (wouldn't let me order yesterday) but I guess I'll have to find some other place. I'm extremely angry!

I never had a bad meal from red lobster ! I order take out the other night orders walts shrimp lobster Lysol's and many other things on menu my bill was 184.00 worst meal I ever had . Lobster was way over cooked they gave me popcorn shrimp instead of walts shrimp my dinner was Inedible!!! I called them they did nothing about it I'm very very disappointed I didn't eating at your restaurant for 20 years!!

Eight of us visited the Elyria Ohio red lobster. For Valentine's Day. Shontoria G was our Waitress very nice girl did her job well. We ordered meals came out half of the table 10 minutes later the other half of the table except for mine 10 minutes later mine came half a lobster not done Baked potato not done. I sent the big potato back complained about the lobster manager came thought all was well agreed to credit my meal bill came looking at the bill it showed the credit yet looking at the total there was no credit. Question the waitress the look of horror on her face as she realized it had not been credited yet the manager had come over with the bill and showed me prior to her giving me the bill. I chose not to make a scene in front of my family I walked over to the manager and asked to speak to him. He blamed it on the waitress. It was not the waitress fault it was his he did the credit. I must say I realized it was a busy day seeing as how it was Valentine's Day but your manager at the Elyria store named Jarett. Was not professional. There were people waiting for hours with tables that needed cleaned so others could sit and be waited on. One of the worst displays of management I've seen. And I am horrified that I felt he knew the bill was not credited. I am not asking for anything I am Simply stating that I truly feel it was malice on your manager's part and for him to blame it on his employee was unforgivable.

United States location. I'm a big fan of Darden group of restaurants. But I was so very let down today. The restaurant was not clean. The food was poorly prepared and staff was horrible. I normally would not take the time to complain over a bad meal. But it really bothers me how bad the stuff was. And the horrible EXPERIENCE I had w my family at this location. The $116 I spent was money down the toilet. I don't feel comfortable when I paid money to be served bad food and be made to feel uncomfortable and waste my time.

Your outside customer service order operator service is not what I call Customer Service. I got a received Gift card for Christmas . fro. My sister for Red Lobster. I decided to use it today and I called on an order I thought everything was in order when I received a call from your store in Santa Fe NM where I'm from and I was asked if I had placed 2 orders. I responded , No I placed one order. The order taker from another state took my order and place s2 order because she went back and forth with upgrade prices , put me on hold 2 times to check of what you had pictured on your online menu existed as an order item. All I wanted was the 1/2 salmon with Brussels sprouts Edamame, a salad and yes maybe 6 biscuits . When I got a call back to clarity my ONE order , the poor girl from Santa Fe apologized does the confusion. I all in all want to compliment Erica D. From the Santa Fe store for accommodating me with getting my order right and comping the biscuits . I work for an HR office and I'm

So glad I can relate to people and the public that call in to get a straight answer. And they are satisfied with my service.
