One of the worst pizza places. Overpriced, bad service, slow service and the list goes on. Recently, they have attempted to be a server type. The server is slow. Have to wait for 30 minutrs to get a drink refill, even for water. The pizza was left on their counter for 40 minutes before it was served. The server decides where you are permitted to sit and you are left standing in a crowded area even if multiple tables are availabe. Now have to tip and pay a server fee.

I will never order again. Oakley California store employees don't wanna work. I online ordered because I wanted the deal. It was confirmed at 830. Order #5030 . They canceled it and did not call. The delivery time was 944 I didn't know till 950. Now I can't order anywhere else. The time before they kept a box of pizza said they delivered it and found out it was still in the employees car. The time before that they brought the wrong pizza. They say they will compensate next order but don't have in system. Ridiculous. I have 3 sons and I spend alot of money. Not now. Round table WAS the now unreliable. I bet they won't even get back to me.

I have loved your pizza all 43 years of my life. Unfortunately, I have had several major upsets when it comes to customer service and the treatment received by a handful of employees in a few different locations. All of these locations have been in Northern California. For the most part, most of it has been "dealt with" almost satisfactory, although there have been a couple incidents where the incident occurred over the phone and upon asking for a manager I was told I was already speaking to the manager or there was no manager available. I highly doubt I was speaking with the manager in any of those situations, especially seeing how I had gone through an ordeal at one restaurant, and he told me he was the manager, just to find out later that he had lied and done a few other things that was definitely not deemed redeemable in the eyes of the manager of that Round Table and that employee was fired after that. Although I kinda felt bad for the guy, he was definitely in the wrong and I understood why he would be fired for what he did. One of those times, I was given a few coupons by a manager who said she was the district manager. She told me that I could use the coupons at any of the Round Tables in Northern California, but when I tried to redeem a $5 off coupon 3 nights ago, I was told that they don't participate in any rewards programs and therefore they wouldn't accept it. I told him that it wasn't a rewards thing, and tried explaining it to him but he said I couldn't use it. Although frustrated, I didn't get mad at him because I don't think he was trying to be difficult. I still proceeded to order the pizza and tip him $10 for a carryout order consisting of one pizza. I work in a tip based job and although a carryout order doesn't require tipping, I still know the feeling of getting a good tip, especially when it required less work for that particular order compared to others that require a lot more work and I get tipped less than half of that. I tell you this so you know that I'm not a mean person, nor am I stingy, picky, or unempathetic, and I'm pretty understanding and open minded about a lot of situations. I just don't understand why I wouldn't be able to use that coupon at a Santa Rosa Round Table but I could use them at the rest of the Round Tables in Sonoma County? Does that sound incorrect to you? Or is there something I'm missing in this situation, that was not explained to me? The location I'm referring to is on Occidental Road in Santa Rosa. Is there something different about that location that makes them different than the rest of the local locations?

I am very disappointed . I have been a steady every week Saturday delivery, and now I find,out the store has moved to a different part of the city further from my house. But you have a location that is about 2 miles from my home, and the person I talked with to place my order, tells me no deliver to my area even though 1 1/2-2 mile from the store. Just letting you know you just lost a steady Saturday night delivery of 15 years. It is true I am close to 2 other pizza companies, but I prefer your store. I have delivery as I am unable to drive. It has been a pleasure doing business with you these many years, just sorry you will not let it continue.?

I was born and raised in CA eating round table pizza atleast once a week. In 2017 I moved to Louisiana and was shocked there were no round table pizzas every time I visit CA I make sure we stop there atleast once while there.... If Round table pizza opened in Louisiana I KNOW it would do well here. People always talk about how wonderful the food is here in Louisiana and I have to totally disagree...they don't know how to make pizza, Mexican food or Chinese food... alligator and beignets are probably the only items they excel in. PLEASE consider opening a round table pizza here I would even deliver the pizzas for you guys happily!

The Ukiah, CA Round Table is in need of a complete overhaul. Round Table in Ukiah has competition. We have many very good puzzarias in town. Unfortunately, my husband had lived Round Table forever, so we eat here occasionally. Super nice to see the dining room FINALlY open, after being closed for at least 2 years. We ordered our pizza tonight through the app. It said out pizza would be ready in an hour. We though, "wow, they must be busy now that dining room is open" amd we waited an hour. I arrive to pick pizza up, and the parking lot was empty. A bit shocking since it took an hour to get a pizza. We walked in to the building amd there were ZERO customers. The place was completely empty, at dinner time no less. The lights in the back section were off making it feel like the place was closing. There were 2 hard working employees (the cleaners) and none at the counter. We stood there for a few minutes and finally, a woman came out from the back. I'm not trying to be mean, and I realize help is hard to come by, but your employee needs to be instructed on how to look presentable. I was a bit shocked, she didn't look clean or like someone I would want Making my food. Well, she retrieved our pizza from the warmer. Yes, you heard that right...the pizza warmer like I was at Little Ceasars. I was 10 minutes early (supposed to be ready in an hour remeber?) I bring pizza Hine and the crust was chewy like it had been sitting in the warmer for 30 minutes. Well, I can safely say we are completely done with Round Table. I really feel like the Ukiah RT should just close up. OR hire new people to really push the place and make it a good pizza place again, because it's no longer a pizza place people go to. So sad.

iWe have enjoyed round table pizza for 30 plus years. The last time we ordered the same thing we have ever ordered, we were very disappointed in the taste of the sauce. they told us the corporate changed the sauce. Please bring back the other sauce!!!! We liked the consistency over the years. And just for your information we would eat at round table at least 3 to 4 times a mo. thank you for help with this matter. We do not want to stop eating there, but it has changed enough that we may not be back.

During planning a birthday party at Sprague and Sullivan Roundtable in Spokane for approximately 20 people I was informed that we could not have a family sized salad bowl. They said we would have to do individual salads for 11.99 each. I asked for the individual size on the menu for 8.99. They said that was only available take out. I offered to pay extra for the family size salad for everyone to eat from a family bowl. We have done this at other pizza places.
Due to the quantity of pizzas we would order I don't see why this customer service request cannot be accommodated.
Very upset that a simple request was not honored.

I walked into the Round Table on Ash Way in Washington. There was a fat white girl and a hispanic girl screaming at the young fella with the mustache, saying he's barely a manager and that he should go shoot a school up and kill himself. If anyone spoke to me like that I would beat you until the police pulled me off you. I don't know what kind of establishment you're running there but this kid walks over to the counter, smiling, like these comments didn't even phase him and asked how he could help me? I asked if he wanted me to call the police for him and merely chuckled and asked how he could help me again. I don't understand how someone could be that professional and friendly after just having been yelled at by people he's supposed to be able to rely on for help. Absolutely disgusting behavior from those women. And the young man informed me there names are Korina Mace and Megan Richard. His name was Quincy or something. IF you go there, ask for him.

1177 Round Table, Modesto, CA. I was excited to see the salad bar open again, be cause I visited at least weekly before Pandemic. The server was obviously a trainee, but his supervisor was not helpful. After a confused time, I paid $9.99 for a takeout salad, had to ask for a container several times, and other issues arose. The salad bar was kind of pathetic at 11:19 a.m., and the ingredients were nearly inedible because they were not fresh at all.

Dear Sir, With all due respect, I am writing this letter with much disappointment to inform you about your pathetic services. I ordered a pizza and a family salad from Roundtable at 7953 Greenback Ave, Citrus Heights,CA 95610. Online order #5001. When I opened the container several gnats flew out. I was able to kill at least 2 of them. I immediately called Round table and asked for the driver to return to pick up the salad and requested a refund. I was told by the female who refused to give me her name that they couldn't give me a refund but can offer to give me a free salad. My question is why would I want another bug contaminated salad? At this point I feel that I'm being forced to eat contaminate food from this establishment.After getting some legal advice I was told to visit in person. As I arrived I spoke to a young lady and explained to her what happened. I showed her the tainted salad, and asked me to hold on, she would be right back. After coming from the office she stated that she could not give me a refund because per the owner Mark Watson, stated Refunds were not allowed due to store policy. $11 may not mean a lot to others but it mean a lot to me. I work hard for my money and for someone to feel like they can keep it is not right especially when the issue is on their end. I will be taking further action. All this could've been prevented if I was issued a refund.

Looking at undercover boss I notice you company put the used grease in the garbage. WHY? it's wrong for your company to contribute to the enviroment. Why haven't you found a way to reused or dispose of it correctly. Also your website is horrible. there is no way to request a thin crust pizza which is why I stopped ordeing your pizza. Thin crust should be availabe on all pizzas. Not everyone whats the thick crust.

So it's my birthday and I wanted something that tasted like home. I'm originally from the Bay Area and move to Salem Oregon recently. There is only one round table near me and that's at Keizer Station. So on the way to the Round Table who is all mine or during seems to be down I tried to call and order my pizza in advance. I let it ring roughly 30 *. Then when when we got there they quickly informed us that there is no dine in option because of covid. Which is fine but a bunch of crap if you ask me. They have signs up for a barbecue beef Pizza that's new and I thought yeah I'll try that. Tried to order it we don't make those anymore they have signs up everywhere for this type of pizza. So one would think that if you don't make it anymore you would take those down. The person working behind the counter it was obvious they didn't want any customers. I said or asked why didn't anyone pick up the phone when I tried to order ahead of time if you only have take out. She told me that they just don't answer the phone sometimes and went on to tell me you know sometimes people call one after another and they expect us to pick up the phone. No kidding it's a place of business it's a pizza restaurant people call in your supposed to pick up the phone. I didn't say that but that's exactly what I was thinking. After waiting 25 minutes for our pizza I hear the manager bargain with her employee saying if you stay late you don't have to answer the phone. Really? Are you serious? What kind of place of business is this? I grew up on Round Table Pizza in the Bay Area and never have I had such crappy service from a place to obviously does not want repeat business. I forgot to order my garlic twists with my pizza and then informed the employee that I wanted some. She seemed put out and then inform me if you would have ordered this with your pizza it would have been free. My thought is the whole damn meal should be free. What kind of pizza place doesn't pick up their phones. While I was sitting there I heard the phone ring 2 times probably 10 or 15 rings at a time did they pick up the phone no. Were they busy no. I understand why why there is only one round table in this area. Who would want to go to around Table after this type of crap. It's my birthday and after looking at this pizza I think I want to throw up it is raw and it's obvious that they wanted us out of the restaurant. If you can call it that. The manager of that place should clean house and get some real employees that want to work and want to do their job because it's obvious that this management and employee team that was there tonight doesn't want a job.And after all that my pizza is raw. I just wanted something that tasted like home on my birthday. Was that to much to ask for something that tastes like home on your birthday.

The "general manager" on staff at the Westfield Culver City location needs to work on her customer service skills. The store displays a QR code menu and she refused to honor the lunch menu that appears on the code. She has a bad attitude and is unprofessional. Too many tattoos visible tattoos to be considered for a position of such authority.

I went inside to use PUBLIC restroom, wasn't able too, disabled also have multiple health problems,manager was extremely rude as she's telling me to get out in front of customers,embarrassing me just for wanting to use restroom, what ever happened to "Customer Service" NEVER !!!! It had to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited.
Dirty dishes and garbage on every table.

Ordered XL original crust pepperoni and was served thin crust. Employee said it was original. I have receipt and picture of my purchase. I was not refunded or made a new pizza. I want a refund from here that's why I brought it to corporate. Very unhappy customer. I've been a frequent customer at the Fairfield Ca - North Texas Location for years. Their salad bar isn't the best either. It's either messy and their croutons and wonton strip toppings are supposed to be crispy. Well these were soft and cheery not crispy. What a disappointment for a nice pizza branch restaurant. Person who rung up my order was name Chyna per under my receipt.

I spent $63 on a family size Ultimeat pizza from @RoundTablePizza @ Lincoln in San Jose. Pizza showed up burnt, overcooked, cheese missing & dry. When I complained and sent pictures and message to Manager I got the runaround. They didn't replace the pizza, refund my $ or return my call. Worst pizza/customer service ever! My boyfriend posted pictures and post that are now posted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram about our horrible experience.

Hello, ive been going to the closest store to my address for some time now, there have been 4x they didn't get my order right. 2x it wasn't bad enough to make a complaint about but 2x was so bad not even edible! I tried the 2x to call and basically called a liar. I told them I had a picture and could send. (I'm disabled and can't go in) they said sorry nothing we can do we can't upload a picture. Mind you these are 30 dollar pizza's. I called corporate it took time but I guess they called them because the next several were perfect and was given a discount. Now this happened ordered the regular and had someone pick it up. They put it in the trunk for them and came home. It was late (nearly closing time) once opening the pizza it was completely burned top and bottom they probably ran it through 2x because there was extra toppings. Too late to call that night so called the next day and asked for the manager he said nothing we can do. I said really it's completely burned. "Well I can give you 15% off. I said no I want another pizza I can eat I have the whole pizza here. Nope. I got ahold of someone else after a few days they told me to bring it in they would make me a new one. It took me hours to find someone who could do that, they get there and say nope 15% off I asked would you accept this pizza they said "no" I said I won't accept 15% off either. She called her boss and he said I can give 20% all the while the girl at the register was giving 15% off to every one who walked in because they had to wait? I realize these are all individually owned but if they cant conduct themselves with what is supposed to be high standards, can't they get a slap on the hand or a mark against them or something? This is outrageous and I'm sick of paying for pizza that I can't eat and not even remade when it's that bad! I've called again to corporate we'll see if they call back and if they are going to make this right somehow but since this is my second time they will probably just think im picky and do nothing. Yes I'm picky but 30 dollars for a pizza it should be made right and I shouldn't have to settle. There are many times I've not called when I should have too btw.

Hi. I am so upset with the complete of disregard for customer service, the rude words spoken to me by staff, and the flippant attitude of the driver, I am beyond words. I need a call from someone who thinks customer service is important. Also, since I clearly stated we were in hotel with no utensils, napkins etc, it would have been nice to have napkins so we didn't have to use the hotel towels. Completely DISSATISFIED!!!!!

I have been ordering Round Table Pizza since March 2020 at Round Table Restaurant located at 16740 Monterey St. in Morgan Hill, CA. The person who delivers my pizza is Jalal Kia. He has always been very courteous, efficient and friendly.

One time I made a mistake in the amount of the tip. I entered $400 instead of $4.00. He pointed out my mistake right away. I called my bank and they corrected my mistake. Thank God.

I am satisfied with Jalal's service.

I've been a regular for delivery orders for 4 yrs. You lost 2 awesome managers at the Lake Blvd location in Redding, Ca. I've attempted to place orders 2 days in a row: 8/4 & 8/5/21. On 8/4/21 the phone would ring then a busy signal. On 8/5 I asked for a manager. The phone was put on the counter for me to hear 10 minutes of squabbling and other customers being served. I'm giving this restaurant 1 more chance. If it doesn't work I'm moving on. Again, Eddie and Tyler ( managers) were a HUGE LOSS for this location.

Starr, the manager at the pizza place is one of the rudest people I ever have met. I've been coming to this pizza place for a very long time. I timed my order so I didn't have to wait. When I arrived and paid for the pizza, they didn't didn't make it yet. I asked to be compensated and they said their printer was down. I understand but with kids with me and Covid-19, I didn't want to wait around for so long. When I asked for compensation she snapped and said if I was nice she would do something. At that moment my daughter tried taking off her mask and I told her to keep it on because we don't know these people or where they have been. Starr flipped out and was rude to me and my daughter then yelled that I could leave if I was concerned about where they have been. I wanted to but still needed my pizza I paid for. After waiting another 15 minutes for the pizza to be made she told me she canceled it and was going to refund my money. I have worked in customer service for 2y years and I have NEVER treated a customer like that before. I doubt you will even do anything but thought you should know.

Hello the Round Table Pizza here on Tracy Blvd here in Tracy has been operating without air conditioning. Its been so hot here in Tracy and the store has been at least 85 degrees. We have heard conflicting information from the manager wont let them turn it on - to its not working and this has been going on for some time now. Cam you please help these employees?

To whom it may concern. My name is Ronald Coleman. We purchased a Pizza on yesterday, June 12, 2021 at 5:00 as we have done many of times from your location in Auburn WA on A Street. The Pizza that we received upset my and my Wife's stomach. We reached out to Roundtable and spoke with the Manager Mike who showed a lack of sympathy or concern. Mike indicated that they're products are fresh and there is no way that the Pizza could have caused any problems. I mentioned that we weren't attempting to get a free Pizza but felt an obligation to pass on the information. We're very disappointed with his approach to the situation and felt the need to pass on the information to Corporate.

I have been coming to the Round Table in Keizer for 4 years just to have a little bit of sanctuary from the madness of being homeless...
In the entire 4 years I've been coming, none of the employees have ever acknowledge or dignified me as a human being with even a hello.
In the 4 years I've been keeping to myself and being respectful, even keeping trouble away from the area, basically being free security for Round Table.
Cleaning up the trash left by others sometimes too.
The rest of the busineses around Keizer Station actually care, even got to know me over the years and know I'm a nice person.
Go anywhere in Keizer Station and ask about TacoCat Guy and they'll know who you're referring to and probably have a smile on their face when mentioning me.
In the 4 years not one Round Table employee has ever had a problem with me until now.
5/20/2021 A new round table employee who I've never seen before steps out to smoke across from me. He doesn't say anything, but then leaves and comes back about 10 minutes later telling me i can't be there.
When I asked, "What are trying to control?", he responded with, "I don't make the rules and my boss told me to".
This is what's wrong with society, always looking through the lense of right and wrong, instead of what's good and bad.
Round Table you should be reaching out to your community instead of chasing them away, also further encouraging and contributing to the stigmatization around homelessness.
Why are you being so heartless?
Do you not know what empathy is?
What did I ever do to you? Nothing...
If you want want to have bad PR then don't expect good businesses.
I will be talking to corporate next because i don't want your kind of business in my community, no one does.
I might be the only one saying it, but I know from many other stories that I'm not the only one thinking it.
Get your empathy together, or get out of Keizer Station.
No one wants a business that's just here to make a quick buck off of their community.

This is the second time I have complained about your Hartnell Ave, Redding CA store.
It's flirty dirty. The staff acts lazy & out to lunch, during the day.
The hand sanitizer on the counter had the spout off & when I used it it squirted all over the counter & my blouse.. The girl T the counter did not lean it & w not concerned. They Re very slow & no beer on a very hot Saturday in Redding CA.
I've always gotten Round Table &have delivered S well. Your prices are absolutely ridiculous. I don't see your surviving in these uncertain ti

Ordered 3 large pizzas last night from your store in the Westwood village shopping center, redding ca. The service was horrible. Another lady who was also waiting even commented by saying "They are ignoring you". Waited almost 15 minutes to waited on. On top of that, the pizza was,absolutely horrible. We love round table pizza, but doubt very seriously we will ever go back. Your employees, which there were 4 of them, did not even make eye contact with me.. RUDE to say the least.

Round Table is not work ordering- I went to pick up curbside Pizza, only to wait for 10 minutes and they never came out. I called them and they said ok we will be right out. I waited for 20 more minutes called again- they said they were busy so I could come in and get it or wait 45 minutes for them to be free.
I got off to get it- waited 40 minutes in line to get helped. They had 1 cashier and she was the slowest person I had ever seen. There were 10 people ahead of me! By the time people got their pizzas- they has been sitting in th warmer for over 30 minutes!
They have the worst customer service- yet are one of the most expensive pizza places out there.
This will be my last order-not worth the wait.

I been a customer Round Table In Ocean BLV in Long Beach CA I always ask for delivery orders since the pandemic I been asking to delivery to my front porch coffee table and call me once the driver is leaving in the past 9 months I been received wrong pizzas and missing my salad I called a soonest I check my order and they always ask me to wait for a new remade pizza and for other available driver to get the delivery done however they been rude every time I wonder if I place my order online around noon to be delivery at 3:00pm or/ 4:00pm and they do the mistake why I do have to wait sometimes even 2hrs for delivery I did called yesterday and this girl answered my call I asked if was possible to talk to the manager she stated I'm the manager I asker what is your name she answered Lucy as I explained you guys did a mistake again she got a little loud in tone and asked me if I did had my receipt so she can make sure who was the mistake I mentioned to her obviously if I order online you can see in your receipts since my credit card was charge and I did order at 12:39pm and my order was ahead to be delivery at 3:30pm and it wasn't it was delivery after 4:00pm however she was so rude with an accent that really bother me that she treat me as a liar as I told her I would like to speak with the general manager she stated is not general manager and literally told me if you want you order we can do it but since is almost 4:30pm you have to wait about in other hour and 20min to get delivery again and return wherever we delivery I told her not a issue to return the previous delivery but I definitely not want nothing can you credit to my credit card the transaction she stated that only she can have store credit but I most return myself the wrong previous order I find this so wrong I will never order again.

I worked at Round Table Pizza in Fortuna, CA for almost 2 years. The amount of employees that were allowed to work, even move up into management positions without background checks is just ridiculous. There was a supervisor working there who had 3 counts of sexual assault against minors under the age of 13. He was working with 16-17 year old vulnerable high school girls and making advances unchecked by any upper management. Currently there is a supervisor named Jesse who sells drugs to employees, drives to work himself with a recent DUI, and makes sexual advances on a 17 year old female employee regularly. This conduct is unacceptable and is the reason I left the company. It is still ongoing even after the new regional buyout and it is unacceptable. The general manager turns a blind eye to any of the ongoing illicit activities or sexual harassment, and I think that this should be known.

I've been wanting to voice my complaint and finally think it's time. I order from a local Round Table, 775 W Herndon Ave Clovis, CA around 3x's per month. I like the Double Play Pepperoni and like to add olives, red onions and sometimes bell peppers. First of all, the $2.50 per add on is an outrageous price. I do realize the price Is fully disclosed and my choice to accept it or not add the items. But when you get about 4 SKINNY rings each of onion and bell pepper at $2.50 each, it's a total ripoff, considering the cost of those vegetables. If it were a meat item, the additional cost is understandable. I once requested a larger quantity and my pizza was made accordingly. I suppose, if I continue ordering from Round Table, I can do that each time. The staff is very kind at this store and I have no issue with them. My main point is that a veggie add on should be no more than 50 cents per item...that's a fair price and, I might add, competitive with other pizza chains. It will be very interesting to read how you respond, if at all, because I WILL share with friends and family thank you for your consideration

I called Roundtable at 185th in Beaverton Oregon for a delivery. I was then contacted by doordash about my order. We didn't order through door dash and I am super upset that a 3rd party was given my information without my permission. If I had wanted to order through door dash I would have.

Where Do I begin? I been eating Round Table pizza since I was 15 years old, more than 1/2 century now. However today will be the last day. I ordered a Double Play pizza for the Round Table pizza store #1202 on Hartnell Ave, in Redding CA. It was order #23 & invoice # 1013497. My previous experience with this store was not good to put it mildly, but maybe just an off night? Apparently not the case. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. Round Table used to be the gold standard for pizza, at least as far as I was concerned. It was always a top notch pie with ample toppings , quality and constancy. Apparently not anymore. Tonight's pie was the worst f***ing pizza that I have ever had. Not only were the toppings so sparse that they could be classified as pretty much void, but the crust was about 3/4 done at best. I have had better frozen pizza than the garbage I got tonight and one heck of a lot cheaper. I paid $24.29 for a medium pie tonight, if you can really call the diameter of that atrocious thing a medium pizza. Having worked in and managed a deli/pizza restaurant in my younger days, it was drilled into me, from the get go, that quality and product consistency were not only paramount in the food industry for a survival of your customer base, but was also either the worst or best word of mouth advertising that money couldn't buy. Who ever is the manager, the shift manager and the employees who over saw tonight's pizza, that came out of this store, should be the next unemployment claims that the CA Unemployment Department receives. The Round Table Corporate office needs to review this store and it's lack of managerial leadership and quality control, as there currently appears to be none. Look out Round Table, with your current managerial and franchise quality in this Redding, CA store you will undoubtedly be losing many more old time customers who will be turning to other pizza franchises and the frozen pizza industry. Those groups will be coming for you and will be about kicking your keester in the market place. The tag line of " The last honest pizza" is now a casualty as far as I am concerned and your once outstanding product is now a product that is more fitting to be taking up residency in the kitchen garbage pail.

I never spect to heard the "F" work as many times from a young lady in charge as she mentioned when I asked who is in charge also the other crew members expressing racial discriminatory language agains other race coworkers what surprised me the most is this people are latinos with a tick accent i don't have a clue if the coorporarion ever supervise who is working in this franchises but they need to hire people with better speech skills and without personal issues against any other race this is not acceptable.

I live in San Rafael, we love the pizza but almost always shy away due to wait times. We have decided to order 'on line' from you tonight. Wait times said 45min, at an hour twenty I called confirm my order was received (an email or confirmation text would have avoided this call). I was told my pizza's were 8 minutes Away, it's now been 40 minutes since that call. I called again, to our local store and was told it's on its way. Now it's our children'a bed time they still do not have the pizza we promised them almost 3 hours ago...

Your location OCean Blv Long Beach CA have a terrible work environment the management and the owners violated all the state labor regulations using the excuse that you break is as you drive to delivery if you work overtime you won't receive lunch time and manager, supervisors and owner have preference for friend and family while you can not take a break after your 4hrs of work their friend and family can clock in and have the privilege of sit and eat the manager have preference of his relatives working in store the inappropriate touch from manager and relative males with the females is literally sexual misconduct not make sure ever touch a female from behind with their bodies or coming with the excuse of touching your arms and expressing dirty language manager and supervisors do racial discrimination against some of their citizens workers they have a preference in their Hispanic friend workers and always bullying comments of citizen workers some of the comments against them is what he think he is because he is white and speak English he think he can do better in me I will put him as low I can I'm here the shift in charge one of the female supervisors states that you can not touch her because the owner and her have a sentimental relationship that he'll never listen
to any complain because you always will be wrong intact she can get you fire the manager ask you to remove your car out of the back of the store even if you been instructed by him to be a backup driver just because he enjoy to put you in the spot of try to find a parking then as he gave the deliveries to his favorite friend workers if a long distance delivery show up ask you to go and get your car for the delivery once you finish you have to look for parking again the manager doesn't have a training system for new hiring only for friends and family the new hires have to learn from the coworkers the manager also take your tips of the online deliveries I learned after a supervisor pointed that I need to get those tips this is a terrible abuse toxic environment to work and long time workers are lazy abusing all the codes of personnel that Round Table stand for by his founder besides that is not proper hygiene in the entire store some female supervisors make you to used spoil vegetables &meats as you pointed that this is spoil they laughter about you and make discriminatory and comments and make your hours to cut some of the drivers friends make a mistakes and you need to go and redelivery without tip because the other driver been preference by them but if you make a mistake in delivery they make you to redo the delivery and then send you home or put you to do more work owner is terrible in management he never listen your concerns he actually fired people because supervisors and manager gasped and make their life's terrible if you are Latino and even undocumented immigrants they protect you and even cut hours if this persons what to work more some of their workers don't even have a personal hygiene and management never said nothing that is a real violation specially in times of Covid-19 if you are sick even with diarrhea cough or any sickness their aloud you to work what is wrong under any state regulation also the poor knowledge of the products to clean the food preparation areas violate all the standards of the Round Table Corporation and the hygiene of food handle break universal proper food handle

I just ordered a large King Arthur, garlic twist and 10 piece boneless chicken wings with 2 flavors. After receiving my order, it had all one flavor of wings. I called the store and a female manager/or so she claimed and told me I could come pick them up when they made the mistake. When I told her I had it delivered she told me that I guess I will have my driver go out of the way to deliver the right ones to you. When I tried to talk she said rudely that she didn't have time to talk to me anymore and then the phone went silent. I said hello and she said I'm busy and have to go. Then she hung up on me. I was going to tell her to just save it till the net time but she never gave me the chance. She was extremely rude and now I don't want to eat the wings she will be delivering since they probably will spit in them. I have never been treated so nasty from anyone at this store and will be contacting the regional/ corporate manager about her total disrespect and rudeness. I will demand an apology or I will never order from this store again and will spread the word. I also hope that they demote her or fire her for being so disrespectful to me just for letting them know of a basic mistake. I wasn't mad but now I'm pissed! Order was on Monday at 6pm. I order from them every week! Now they have brought me another order of what I was suppose to originally get and when I opened the box it was bone in wings. I don't eat bone in. I left a not so good review on my local round table restaurant, because it was terrible! I spent 75$ on 2 super thin, barely any toppings pizza and tiny bread sticks. I was told in response by round table that you strive to be perfect and everything was made to their standards which is pretty terrible since our order was terrible!! We will NEVER return and will tell everyone around me round table isn't the same as it was years ago. I'm extremely disappointed. Especially with the response to my review. I wasn't looking for specials if that were the case I would have just went to little ceasers and it probably would have been better then what we got from round table. We wanted delicious pizza especially for the price we paid. I wish there was a way to get my money back. I ate 1 pizza and thank god my kids aren't picky and ate it. Pizza used to be a favorite of mine and for the most part am extremely disappointed with most places now days. It's all about money, not quality. Sad!

I just ordered a pizza for delivery in Arnold ca. First the site took my info several times. That's scary then i had to call to get it delivered because the site will not change it. Then she askes for my credit card several times. Is this a scam, i have had my info stolen over covid and asking so many times for personal info is ridiculous. Then she charges me tax on delivery. I live in Redding California and have frequented Round table pizza for years. I live in Shasta county a county with a coved 19 proliferation issue that tops the entire state at this point. I went to pick up a pizza the other night land only two of the visible eight employees were wearing masks. The person on the register and another at the front counter folding boxes ( cardboard where the virus can exist for long periods of time) i was supriseden and angered at the same time. In this county there are a great number of people who thumb their nose at the virus and i suppose feel their rights are being impinged on to comply with the rules hence our extreme positive case rate. I am typically a live and let live person but this rubbed me wrong. It seems many business eswses including round table like to claim no touch this or that and claim to be trying to keep us safe, and yet in the back room or in. This case in the front room they shrug lit off. I think its an insult and if round table as an organization thinks this thing is a hoax than have the integrity to conduct business that way and let those who feel the same way take there chances...don't simp around and pretend to care just to get the money out of customers pockets. "PATHETIC". The round table I'm speaking of is in the middle of a neighborhood where many of the senior parents live of many people i grew up with and with delivery etc I'm sure have no idea that no guidelines are being followed to protect them. In any case i think if this is your corporate view of doing business than you've certainly seen the last dollar from me.

I am an employee with Round table and have been denied my employee meal multiple times and this last time I was finally able to get a manager to put their code in. I ordered and paid for my meal. Made the pizza watched it go the way through the oven and they "lost it)" as it came out of the oven. Never to be seen again, no customer complained of receiving the wrong food. This is a benefit to working g for you company not these people and they are refusing it to me I have attempted to order myself an employee meal 5 times or more in two months and they either ignore me and never put their code in until ny shift is over or last night lost food that I paid for. Oopsie we must have given your lunch to someone else.

I just arrived home from a trip to Las Vegas, after spending a week eating great food I was hungry for a pizza, it said 60 minutes for delivery, I ordered a custom small pizza for me and one for my wife, wings, breadsticks and tipped well. After my pizza did not arrive in 90 minutes, I had had my wife check her email, turns out it was a two hour wait. Only a extra half hour. So I wait. The phone rings at two hours, they want another half hour.... unbelievable, everyone always wants a different place. I always order round table and praise how good it is. I am done. Two hours to cook a pizza. Not for me, not only am I never going to eat it again, I am telling everyone I know this story. Good luck staying in business. I would rather cook a frozen piece of crap pizza...

I ordered a pizza from the mill plain location in Vancouver Washington at 4:45pm I waiting over 2 hours to get my order that was delivered by a door dash person even though I ordered directly from round table. Me and my wife called repeatedly to see where our order is and no answer at the store. So I get in my car and drive the 3 hour old pizza back to the store to try to get a fresh one. To my surprise all the lights in the store are off and it is closed. I call the other nearest round table location and the women is nice enough to call the store I ordered from only to not get an answer also. This was actually the worst experience that I have ever had with any food order and who ever works there should be let go because they are doing something shady and trying their best to not service customers. My husband and I ordered two extra large pizzas for pickup today. The total for our order came to over $80.00.

When we arrived home, I discovered that the pizzamaker had not put onion on the Guinevere's Garden Delight that I had ordered. It just didn't taste right without the onion. How hard can it be to put five items on a pizza in addition to the sauce and cheese? Are you kidding me?

I called the restaurant back. The first person who answered the phone slammed me on hold. When someone eventually picked up the phone, I asked for the manager and was put on hold again.

When the manager came to the phone , she gave her name as Casey. I explained what had happened. She initially offered to give us a credit for the pizza, but then said she couldn't figure out how to do it. Really?

We will never eat at a Round Table Pizza again. I've seen the movie, and since I've registered a complaint, I suspect our next pizza would be topped with dandruff, pubic hair and mucus. No thanks.

Your store manager Brandon is rude how do you justify 53.99 for 2 extra large pepperoni pizzas for this price. Today I went to Round Table in Turlock Ca . I waited outside 45 minutes for my pizza I ordered 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2/ combinations as I had last time and just like last time they gave me 3 pieces combination and 3 pepperoni ? . I'm assuming the owner did not want to spend more money on items for the combination?? I called him and told him my concerns he informed me that he could make me another pizza it would take 25-45 minutes to bring to my house . I declined as I was on my way to my family and we were going to eat together. He argued with me for 10 minutes as he was assuming I wanted a free pizza . His name was Guillermo and and I was disgusted with the treatment I received knowing this was the second time . The management at the jackson/martell location is very unprofessional. I worked there for one day and watched his regular employees mess up the same order 3X all while I was getting yelled at for how I spread my toppings. He got mad at me for washing my hands "too much" all while no one is wearing their masks correctly including him. I was not allowed to use the restroom until my ten and when I thought I was getting the hang of things he went as far as mocking me and telling me I'll never be a driver if I cant figure out my sh** in the kitchen. I have worked YEARS at a majority of other pizza places and never in my life have I been treated by management like so, Pete. Z the manager actually called me the next day while I was at my other job and fired me over the phone with no explanation.

Placed an order online to the round table Suisun city, ca office. After waiting over an hour called to see if my pizza was being delivered. She said she contacted the delivery drive and said he was running late. She was rude, but didn't pay her no mind. Still didn't get my pizza. I want to report the rude employee and report this store for not delivering when I already paid for the pizza.

I went to the Round Table Pizza on Fitzgerald Drivei in Richmond, California. The person working the order desk was very rude and didn't want to wait on any black customers. I sat down and observed her and her demeanor was very pleasant when non black customers came in..At one point when black customers came in she would pretend to be fixing supplies or working on some paperwork; as soon as a non black customer came in she was like "Oh I can help you !! The sad part about it is that she was Hispanic. I have patronized this location for the 20 years I've lived in the area but I will now use another location or not patronize Round Table at all

Called round table at 6:18pm, no answer
Called round table at 6:20pm and was on the phone with 4 different employees for 37 minutes trying to resolve an order issue.

There was a young lady... she was relaying messages to whom she said was her supervisor.
I told them my order was incorrect. She told me it was correct.
I told her I ordered half pineapple half cheese as stated on my grub hub order. She said sometimes the special instructions for orders do not show up. By the way one of my special instructions was to have extra cheddar cheese, which was on my incorrect order of a large full pineapple pizza. So the full instructions were seen by the employees.
She spoke to what she says was her supervisor and She offered me a personal cheese pizza and told me to come pick it up. (Which I had used a delivery service to order my pizza)
I did not want to accept that offer when I was supposed to get half cheese pizza on a large pizza. So in reply to her offer, I asked for a medium cheese pizza. She put me on hold and came back saying they will give me $7 off for a medium cheese pizza but cannot give me a medium pizza in return for their mistake.
I got upset and yelled at her and asked to speak with her supervisor instead of her relaying messages back and fourth.

Her "supervisor" to whom she was speaking with about the issue, got in the phone with "how may I help you. At this point I have my husband the phone because the order was in his name. We kept them on speaker phone. My husband went on to explain the issue. The "supervisor" read the order and said that the order was put in incorrectly by my husband and there was nothing they could do. My husband then stated that he just read his entire order and explained how they got the order wrong. We were out on hold so the supervisor can speak to his supervisor. He got back on the phone and pretty much said there was nothing he could do but give $7 off a medium pizza & explained how we turned down a personal cheese pizza. My husband explained that he doesn't want that, he just wants what he ordered which was half Hawaiian half cheese. This supervisor then said "let me get you over to my supervisor"
This person named Tyson, gets on the phone and stated he is the assistant general manager. He gets on the phone to say "how may I help you"
Here we are again, explaining the incorrect order to the wrong person and just asking to return the wrong made order to get our correct order made.
Tyson offered to remake our order then quickly changed his mind. He read our grub hub order out loud, clearly stating half cheese, half Hawaiian and Tyson went on to ask us why was this order entered in wrong as if we were the employees. He apologized and said that there is an error on grub hubs end where it doesn't give you an option to actually check the box stating half and half. And he assured he will contact corporate to contact grub hub to have it fixed. And then he offered $10 off a medium pizza. My husband then went on to say, he only wants the correct order and will give back the incorrect order. We were out on hold while Tyson spoke to his general manager.. Tyson came back in the phone again with no solution. We asked to speak to his manager because there is just too much message relaying...

AJ the general manager gets on the phone and says "how can I help you"
Whew, here we are again explaining the entire situation of the incorrect order. AJ goes on the read half of the order in the special instructions section and we then ask him to continue reading it... he said that's it. And we said no there is more, the last 3 employees on the phone have already read it. Then AJ goes on to read the order. Still stating that it is incorrect on our part. At this point our kids are hungry. All we wanted was our correct order. Eventually AJ offered to remake our order and have it delivered to our home. He said it will take about 25 mins or more.
It took 1.5hour to get to us. We hung up with AJ at 7pm. We called to ask an estimated time for our pizza, she said she needed to text the driver. She then got back on the phone to say the driver will be there in a little bit because the driver is just now leaving round table. It is now 8:15 and still no pizza.

It's a $50 bill but NOBODY ever physically tells you that they need to make sure it's not fake & then she tells me how rude it was of me to put the $ on the counter when her hand was out & if now I can pick my money up & hand it to her? She gets my order as she feels the need to tell me that she hates it & thinks its rude of customers NOT to hand her the money, I then commented with my apologies & said " I'm sorry everyone is so different with the COVID situation". She told me to get my 2 litter out of the fridge and I asked them when I ordered if they had Dr.Pepper she asked me if I could find a different drink? I told her NO nothing in there I liked, she said let me see if we have any in the back as she walked to the back I started looking at my receipt & asked her why my pizza was NOT the $19.99 price she said because it's NOT the triple play its 1/2 & 1/2 & also why my coupon wasn't on there? I had a coupon from retail me not on my phone which she looked at but didn't add or find the need to tell me they don't take coupons from websites. How about my 1st responder discount they don't do that either.1) why all other employees had a mask on except her 2) the rudeness with the $ handling situation 3) why NOT tell me over the phone that it's considered a different pizza because of the 1/2 & 1/2 4) why she acted like she was entering my coupon and it NOT be applied?

I tried to place an order with the Bay Fair Round Table in San Leandro after I got a flyer in the mail for 2 medium pizzas for $29.00. When I called they told me, sorry the prices went up and they could only offer me a $15 discount bringing my total to $36. When I asked for his name he told me in a very rude condescending voice "I'm under no obligation to tell you my name". Then I asked to speak to the manager, he said sorry there is no manager here. I then asked for when to call back to speak to a manager and again in his very condescending voice, he told me they don't put themselves on the schedule and he is not under an obligation to tell me.

I've always thought Round Table had one of the best tasting pizzas around but the customer service at this location is horrible.

I called and left a message for corporate who told me they would have the manager give me a call..... Well, I'm still waiting. I guess the bad customer service starts from the top down. Shame on your company.

Due to Covid19 my family and I haven't been out in months to eat. Finally wanting to eat out and decided round table was the go to. We ordered online and went in for pick up. The gentleman working comes out with food for two people dining in. He was wearing no gloves no mask and asked if I needed help. Very hesitant and told him my order number and excused myself to take a second to think. I came back in and told them I'd like to cancel my order and at this point the second person appears to come out and now he doesn't have a mask and gloves in either. At that point I was sure glad to cancel. The gentlemen asked why I was cancelling and when I told them why they looked shocked as in oh crap we got caught. Management needs to train them right not a good time to be playing around.

Placed an order online. Location is in Laguna Niguel on La Paz Rd.
I received an email confirmation. When we arrived to pick up our order the older middle eastern man that works there was rude,
telling my husband we're wrong, there's no such order. Refused to see the confirmation I had, saying he's busy. I believe he was being racist towards us. He always seems to be in a bad mood, but today he was beyond rude! Then when I call back the younger guy who answered the phone confirmed that indeed our order was placed and received and our food was ready to go. Wow! That was not even right! After a long day at work, I ordered Round Table per my sons request. The manager there is rude, and needs to check himself! CANCELLED! ! ! A******

My daughter came home today she works at round table I have ordered from round table the manager at the round table in golden valley in Reno nv is horrible she asked my daughter today while on her shift in front of others if she is stupid because she asked her manager if she could show her how to do something one more time so she can make sure she's siding it correctly she has only worked there for a short period of time this is a horrible way to treat people and this location looses staff all the time because of management something needs to be done people should be treated with respect especially if we are trying to teach our youth to become better adults and how to work in the world why would you be such a horrible person. This really needs to be addressed in a world torn apart build our youth to treat each other with respect and patience I mean it's pizza for goodness sake not a life and death situation here please review and consider new management I have been going to this location for many years and lately the vibe is so bad you can tell the staff are unhappy and I have seen her get loud with ataff

I called your bayfair location in San Leandro Ca. And was put on hold 3x and 3rd time the same person rudely interrupted me then put me on hold again. This person need more training in customer service when over whelmed.

Here a while back we went into Round Table to eat and they signed her up to receive coupons through texting we were able to use one last weekend 12 parmesan twists for 799 this weekend the following weekend my daughter calls and order the exact same order and she was told that she couldn't use the coupon because that was a corporate coupon so my daughter was the first over so she ordered just the six I called back when I talk to a manager because I didn't make sense when they took the coupon last week and it wouldn't take it this weekend so they ended up calling her back and taking the coupon anyway after I got pretty pissed off at him how are we to know what is a corporate store and a franchise store we have no ideal the difference anyways just a thought maybe you went to tell all your Associates to not argue with the customer and take the coupon that is sent in a text

My family has ordered several pizzas from Round Table, and every time I ask for a piece of paper between the pizza and the box. Sometimes my order comes that way,however,most times it does not. Today,May 12,2020 is one of the days it did not. I called the manager and after briefly telling her my concern, she told me;she no longer had time to talk to me. We will go elsewhere

May 3 2020 I purchased 1 extra large, 2 large and 1 medium pizzas at the Ukiah, California Round Table. I only buy Round Table or make my own. We noticed about 3 plus inches from the edge of the crust was hardly and cheese. There was a lot less toppings and hardly any sauce. I called the next day and talked to a male who said he was the manager. I told him the problem. He asked if I was asking for remakes I told him no I just wanted them to know I was disappointed in the over $100.00 pizzas I got. While I was talking to him he hung up on me. I have been loyal to Ukiah Round Table for over 35 years and I don't appreciate being hung up on when I am only trying to inform them what I observed and I was not asking for anything. Maybe it is time to try Mountain Mikes or one of the other pizza places in Ukiah.

Ordered a Xlarge king Arthur supreme and the dough was soggy and pizza was so disgusting. Never have had a bad pizza from round table. Really disappointed spending 50.00 dollars and had to throw it away. Rancho cordova location.

Ordered from around a table pizza on 3/29/2020 and received the pizza with grease piled on top, mushy crust from the grease and cardboard delivery box was covered in grease. The pizza did not look right right or taste right. I have been going to the Burien Roundtable for a looooong time, and this is the worst pizza yet. I called and spoke with the Manager and she threw an attitude like it was no big deal. She gave me a free pass for another pizza. I'm not sure if I want another grease pie even if it's free. I honestly believe they purchase frozen pizza from somewhere else and try to say it's from around Kitchens Pizza.

Your location in Patterson ca has the worst customer service and never answer the phone. I've called Atleast 20 times in an hour and no response. The workers let the phone ring and won't answer. You obviously don't want business. Sticking to dominoes!

I would like to let you know about your restaurant in Roseburg, OR that we enjoy very much.
1.Manager: Michelle Monger is such a wonderful lady and for her to take vacation so her employees can have some hours to work and then her other manager taking vacation also when Michelle comes back to give employees work time is just amazing! You should be really praising these 2 caring women for what they are doing for their employees!
2. We like your pizza, salad and wings BUT why? did you take away the sandwiches? I would prefer sandwich/salad and husband liked burgers. We have lots of pizza joints in Roseburg, but your sandwiches were great.Please bring them back, you will get more customers back and we drink coffee too!

I just wanted to take a minute to command Round Table Pizza for a hiring an employee like Santiago. I was amazed in your store this evening when you were very busy, the place was packed and there was an issue with my order. Santiago took the time to not only make it right but make me feel valued as a customer I do believe he went above and beyond and Is a definite asset to your company. Give that man a raise!

You have a flaw with your current online ordering system Because you do not have an option to order "half and half" pizzas. I wanted to order 3 different half and half pizzas online and the system doesn't have that option. I decided to go online to Mountain Mikes pizza and they have the option to select half and half pizza orders.

Your location in Las Vegas NV on Lake Mead has the worst customer service. The inside of your location was empty and both employees didn't acknowledge that we were even at your location. We waited 10 min and no one ever spoke a word to us. We go there once a week and now we'll never go to this location again for such terrible service.

I'm visiting my son and his girlfriend from Texas, which happen to be over super bowl weekend. We ordered wings with the vegetables.. we only received the wings. My sons girlfriend called and asked where the vegetables were and it became a problem for the manager to apparently take care of as she not only gave attitude but said she packed the veggies herself. I also took a picture of what we received which seems to me that she was packing it and it was like a haha situation. ( 4 celery sticks and the mini carrots for salads about 15)Her name is Kim supposedly but no one who works there knows their managers name either . Location golden valley in Reno.. we all work very hard for our money and to receive service plus getting attitude like she gave is unacceptable, she also hung up on me.

Disappointed in the Roundtable Pizza Galleria Sparks, NV. Last couple times I have gone the service was inconsistent. I asked about "specials". Neither time there none to be offered. I was give AARP discount once and told we dont accept it the next time. The price is so much higher than other local pizza chains. Would love to have consistent service.

I love round table. I've loved it since I first tried it. 25 years later, I get cussed at and kicked out of a location by the manager. I asked why my pizza was sitting in the warmer for 30 mins while I was sitting inside the building. I didnt order 30 minute old pizza while I was waiting in the dining area. Then I talk to the manager asking why I had to wait for an hour and a half for my pizza when it was in the warmer for 30 mins. The manager cursed me out, threatened me, then called the cops all because I asked why it sat for so long. I have witnesses that will vouch for everything. I want my money back and that manager fired.
