The Gm at the Richmond location (willow place) Put my child in danger by demanding my child out of a business that was still open to the public!! In the dark at almost 10pm at night! Chaeli Arno is her name and for her rebuttal after my child explain that she needed to reach out to her ride, she says I DONT CARE THATS MY CHILDS PROBLEM IS A ISSUE!! She was wrong and unprofessional as being in Management.. Anything could have happen to my child the way the world is setup!! I need someone to reach out to me asap

I went to your Hollywood store last Thursday evening with my daughter I spent $79 on my orderv, the order was excepted then the kiosk said I needed to redo my order, but your system took and kept my $79 so now we are both hungry I'm out $80 and the manager of the store tells me he isn't crediting $80 with of food, then proceeds to tell me that it will fall off my account in 24 hours. It has not fallen off and for myself and my child we will never come back to your store. The people at the Hollywood store are not professional and are extremely rude. Good day and good riddance!!

I recently had delivery from shake shack in Woburn Mass
On Friday 9/2/2022
I have had delivery in the past . - grub hub- is
I live 2 miles and the orders have been great except this past Friday my food was cold not edible-
So I called and asked to speak to the manager - whoa! She was yelling so loud at me saying it's not on them if I used grub hub
Yes loving so loud the nurse that is staying with me heard her two rooms away
I want to report this was basically abuse . She would not let me even get a word in. And yelling at the top of her voice.
I will keep reporting this until. Hear from coporate-
This women should not be working for this company or be in charge of anything
I was not asking for anything
Just letting go hem know my food was cold and not from delayed delivery.

We went into your West Hartford location tonight to get a milk shake...I had to walk out because the place was filthy...when my husband came out with the milkshake we went to sit down outside and those tables were dirty and broken. I am sure Danny Meyer would not want his name attached to an establishment like this

Hi I'm a mobile delivery driver for Uber, door dash etc...and I'm issue with your location in Oakland,ca on telegraph Ave the employees are forgetting to include key items like the shake and we are able to check for missing because the bags are sealed...but upon delivery there missing items and the staff members are assuring that all are present at the time of pick- up and they are not...and the manager at this location even threatened to call the police on me because after I delivered a order with missing items I brought the other back ask if it could double checked and she said no and became angry...I'm asking if you could help to fix this problem ....thank you

I need a call back from shake shack,, regarding my son who works for shake shack, he hasn't seen a paycheck in three weeks. My son works hard for his money and he likes, really love his job... please contact me, a concerned mom. He still goes to work on time and shows up daily and. still no paycheck,. SOON HELL BE STARTING COLLEGE, .He's being very respectful and patient, as a mom that's what I teach him. Please contact me, his mom. Not a happy employee at shake shack at all . 3 weeks of working there and someone went into my purse and stole my money while I was working in the front . I told all of the managers and no help at all . They told me I would have to wait a week to watch the cameras and still nothing. I feel very unappreciated there and all I do is help everyone and keep a positive attitude. I thought Shake Shack stood for something good !

Will never ever eat at shake shack! Came for my grandsons birthday. For months we have been on this quarantine program. I have been obedient to every rule! When we came to Shake Shackl we were informed we needed needed to stay 6 feet from each other! I said we all live together she said well that's our store policy mam! Don't ever tell me what I can and cannot do with my own family ! I ordered nothing ! I'm furious and will never step foot in your operation! Then to top it off my daughter ordered and her orders were all messed up! I'm totally disgusted with you people!

I am very impressed with the owner-president& CEO of shake shack for giving the money back so they can use it for small businesses I truly hope the money goes to the businesses that really need it I cant thank you enough our favorite pizzeria/restaurant was denied &they could of really used the money to keep the business going they were voted best pizzeria on rt 18 in east Brunswick,08816 it is a family owned restaurant &I was very sadden to here they didnt get the loan &they dont know how much longer they can survive but I really wanted to give you a Big THANK YOU -you are the 1st business to recognize smaller businesses need the money more hopefully other big businesses will do the same

On 10/25/16 at approximately 1PM I visited your Dupont Circle location in Washington DC for lunch. I ordered a Shack Burger as this was my first visit to your establishment and thought that the most traditional of your burger offerings would be flawless and a true testament to how your burgers taste. Unfortunately my experience was not what I anticipated it to be and left a (frankly) bad taste in my mouth in regards to the service as well as the food. The cashier that took my order was pleasant but didn't seem to be interested in assisting my through my first time order and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu items. I requested a Shack Burger with it's original accoutrements sans the tomato, add bacon to my burger. The first burger I received didn't have tomato as requested but did have cheese, lettuce, no Shack Sauce and no Bacon. I informed the cashier that there had been a mistake. She took the burger back and handed it to another employee in the kitchen area who asked what was wrong with it. The cashier replied that it had no bacon and that I said it didn't have Shack Sauce. It didn't have either! Another employee that appeared to be tending the grill asked what was wrong with it and the other employee replied "She wanted Shack Sauce but doesn't know how to order it". A different employee approached at that point and hurried me to tell her what I wanted on the burger as to shuffle me out of the way. The second burger I received was a cheeseburger with nothing but bacon and a squirt of sauce on one corner of the burger. Absolutely no care was taken with my order and at that point I could not bother to wait any longer for them to get it right. I walked 6 DC blocks with a serious burger craving to patronize your restaurant and my lunch hour was running out. Not only was my order not properly prepared but my food was luke warm, dry on the inside and out and appeared and tasted less than freshly cooked. It did not at all resemble the burgers on your website. Unfortunately this event occurred on my first visit and I think it will be my last if this the way that all of your locations typically operate. Oh, and there was a manager or someone that I thought could be the manager (wasn't wearing a name tag & was in plain clothes) that came out to randomly chat with the cashier, but wasn't informed by any of the employees that there was an issue and so therefore didn't inquire about my service experience. My co-worker and I skipped Five Guys hoping to find a new favorite burger place in Shake Shack. Extremely disappointed! As soon as we stepped out of the door we declared never to go back. Seems that there is work to do, at least at the Dupont Circle location.
