I don't mean to sound rude "BUT" The model & serial numbers are on the back of the TV - It is mounted. My husband & I am disabled & my husband is a disabled Veteran. We can not remove that TV to get the model or Serial number.
This procedure you keep requiring is really getting annoying. This is the second time for the same TV. We bought the TV brand new - It wasn't even a year old yet & it went out on us. I sent everything you required of me. We had to go out & purchase another TV until we got this replacement from you. I never even looked at the paperwork or I would have been really irate with Sharp TV. When it arrived it was mounted again. I now see that they sent me a refurbished TV to replace my new TV.
Now we are having trouble again the this TV - you have the pictures of what the TV is doing now.
I know we have a file with you with different case numbers. You need to look at all the paper work you have for me. You should have the model & serial number because you sent it to us as a replacement for the new one. In less than 1.5 years two (2) TV's have gone out on us. What is the problem with Sharp????? Not only did it inconvenience us & we had to get another TV until this one came back & now we are having to do it all over again.
I'm sorry but, this is very upsetting to us.
I need to have this rectified by Sharp TV. This is not the way to handle customers that buy your products
