The wife and I travel to Orange County ( SNA ) every year. And now we're finding that we are traveling more and more and using Southwest the majority of times. We are treated very well pretty much all the time. On our last trip to ( SNA ) from MCO Orlando Fl. We had to stop in Austin Tx. To change planes. Our gate was changed 3 times as there was some kind of medical emergency. There was quite a delay due to this problem. Everyone seem to be on their best behavior as there wasn't much anyone could do about it. All during this time it was raining quite hard outside in Austin. Once everything was settled we loaded the plane , we headed off to SNA. Upon arrival we went to baggage claim to retrieve our luggage ( 1 bag ) only to find it completely soaked thru and thru. We are 78 years old and when I went to check on it, I was told " we don't do anything about that ". Really ???? Kind of rude. Don't cover bags anymore. I know that you do because I've seen it at other airports. It made our visit quite difficult. Some employee just didn't want to get wet. Great training. I don't need a flimsy excuse , just bite the bullet and admit it that you screwed up before I start using another airlines. This happened on 26 October 2023

The pre-boarding policies need to be changed. I am frequent SW flyer. We are assigned a group & number by either upgrading or when checking in. Numerous times on my flights there are many able-bodied travelers who scam the system & pre-board. I have boarded flights when I have upgraded to A1-A15 and there is 20-30 people already in the plane. Today I was A-9 and when boarding the plane every aisle seat to row was occupied. Also, I have been in many flights where boarding wheelchair passengers miraculously have been healed & no longer need a wheelchair exiting the plane. I feel the airline needs to reevaluate their boarding policies s so everyone is in equal footing when boarding.

I have been waiting on a refund from SOUTHWEST for over 60 days and have continued to get no response from them
I have provided bank statements to show proof that given all required information I am still getting we're working on it
This is not good business or good customer service I am completely disappointed with the way things are being handled by Southwest I will never use or suggest this airline to anyone because they think that good customer service is A JOKE

My idea is when kids is traveling they could just type of what and they travel and Desperation destination and boarding destination for automatically pay for their traveling he's in the fastest way and for families to travel they won't have to send a long line they can automatically flight

I really like flying Southwest Airlines employees are great & very friendly. I always use Southwest Airlines & so does my family. I do have one complain on Sept.26,2014 I flew back to Sacramento, However I left my laptop Dell computer at the airport 2 persons called me & told me they had it they told me they would mail it to me I gave them my address.I still haven't received. I spoke to Mr. Tori & Ms.marylan and another female I don't recall her name. But I still don't have my laptop.They verify the info on it & I told them how to get in it & they read some information that I had so they figured I was the real owner. My name is Elizabeth Flores my addr: p.o. box 626 Wilton,Ca 95693 my physical address is:. I would appreciate it if someone in your office can let me know if they are going to send the laptop to me. I also mailed a letter to FEDEX telling them to get my laptop from Dallas TX.

I went to Fort Lauderdale on October 22nd 2013. I immediately developed a severe back issue, severe pain, could hardly walk. Doctors in FL could do nothing, I had to return to Phoenix. I had a non refundable fare however because of the severe medical condition, I was told I would get a 1 way fare of half or a change fee, only again due to the severe medical need. I paid $369 for the original fare, and received a $356 one way fare to return, no assistance due to my medical condition. This was an emergency status, weeks later I am under care of a Pain Management doctor and can hardly walk. There is no fax or email contact to Southwest and the low paid customer service vendors refuse to assist or even pass the call to a supervisor. I will put the charge in dispute on my card until they assist me.

This is the third time flying on s/w and all 3 times you have list my luggage! And yet again no one can say what! Rodney is in charge today yet he has no answered as to where my luggage is along with the other 50 passengers! If my employees didn't do there job they wouldn't have a job period! I will never use your airline again! I want answers!!! I'm thousands of miles from home with no clothes at all not nothing!!! Plus my 2 kids! I'm exreamly irate! I do not need or want to know what Karen's guesses are as to where my bags are! I want facts! N when asked she refused to contact Rodney to inform him that was it for me! Your company will never be used again by me and I will be letting everyone on facebookznd the net know!
