Before my policy is done i will cancel and NEVER use the general. I spoke to a supervisor and she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She showed no empathy at all in the call. She never even acknowledged the wrong information the rep gave me. She did not care at all that i was impacted by the stress of being stranded. She offered no reasonable solution to help me. It was so Awful to be treated like that. I agreed to roadside assistance but was unaware that it was through a third party. If I was informed of this I would have never signed up with the General. I agreed to roadside assistance with the General not a third party. I will never refer the General to anyone who is in the market for auto insurance due to the lack of customer service.
