Tractor Supply Corporate Office Comments

I was shopping in your Kaufman Texas store today. Walking through your laydown yard, sliced my arm open on some wire, sticking out from all the panels that are held together. I mentioned it to one person that he needed to bend them back. He just said oh wow and walked off. I mentioned it to the cashier that was checking me out. He was too busy on the phone even notice and said that he was sorry about that and I was mentioned to him they need to get someone out there to cut them off or at least bending backs or someone doesn't really cut their arm plum off.

Please respond to this email. I am a loyal customer and would like to see this issue resolved quickly.

I have been shopping the Durango Tractor Supply for over a year. I buy very expensive horse and dog supplements among other things.
I have tried on numerous occasions to straighten out my points. I've never received any coupons or discounts, until recently when, upon being very upset, a representative (Brianna) finally sent me a $50.00 gift card for my troubles. Even with that, they STILL have NOT fixed my points problem. Many phone calls and hours spent trying to get this done. Most recently, Joseph (877.718.6750) at ext 10875, Reverence #TSC0316991. Signed up for the new Neighbors Club and now everything shows NO POINTS!!!! I'm enraged about this and feel ripped off. Were they lost? Did they just disappear? What?!?!?! I have spent a fortune in your store and this upset me terribly. Whereas they were supposed to fix things to reflect my points, they were lost. A $50 gift card doesn't nearly cover the amount I've spent in that store for rewards. I appreciate that card, but it's only a buffer.
Recently your company lost over $100 in ONE sale. The TWO items I purchased on a regular basis I just had delivered to my front door by Amazon. Within a couple of dollars difference (fuel and time). AND received my points on Amazon!!
With the amount of time I have spent trying to resolve this situation, I find shopping Amazon prime far less expensive and certainly less time consuming than trying to get your representatives to fix my points with Tractor Supply.
I would appreciate a response back from a corporate representative regarding this.
As I said, if it can't be resolved, Amazon works for me!

Get rid of the employee that worked 11/13/2020. She was SO RUDE to me!!!! I wasnt wearing a mask due to lung complications and had a written statement from my dr. with me. She yelled (from across the store)about me needing to wear a mask!!!! She could have handled it in a much better way! But she just kept hollering and wanted to argue with me!!!! Trust me she is not a good employee for your business I've also heard that from other people. My husband & I had to leave your store!!! I spend alot of money there for pet supplies. And so does all of my family. I hope you check into this. The store location is in Appleton WI on cty KK It was later afternoon. I do not know her name but her description is..blonde hair with glasses and a large build. She may have been the manager that day. She needs anger management classes!!!! Thank you

I went online to apply for an advertised job listing at Tractor Suply Company in the next town to where I live. Yeah right, what a joke that is! After filling out education form after education form for different colleges, I still was no farther ahead as it would start the process anew. Then I proceeded to search for customer contact web sites for Tractor Supply, but that too was fruitless to say the least!! At times(most of the time) I wonder if the person(s) responsible for entering into contract with the various job boards actually keep their eyes on how the different boards operate, to see if that particular one works for their needs. I doubt it all to hell!! Sad part is this; you cannot do things the "old fashioned way" these days. I went in a place which had a sign up saying "HELP WANTED", and I popped in to fill out an application but was quickly told the name of the job board they use. These companies do not care what a person looks like, how they interact with others, or anything else now. What appears to be most important now in order to get employed is to have a great credit rating, a wallet full of plastic, and an open bank account! I have some peachy keen expletives, which I will keep to myself for now!! And quite frankly my dear Watson, I don't give a damned if they know my real name, an alias, or whatever. Maybe, if anyone at Tractor Supply can stay awake long enough, they may actually read this comment and work toward repair what is obviously broken. Good day.

To whom it my concern:
I would like to apply to your new Tractor Supply store in Mt. Morris Michigan. I have a vast amount of experience in retail and warehouse management. Therefore would love the opportunity to apply as a store manager. Can you supply me with a e mail address or a fax number.

I have to drive 20 extra miles to buy my feed because I was told by the manager at the jacksonville NC store that the corporate office want let them sell a feed called Pro Senior which is a nutrena feed and they are nutrena dealers. Why is that? You are loseing money because the manager said many many people have asked him to carry it. It is the number one seller of senior feed made by Nutrena.

The store of Anderson SC is going bad and worst, starting with Tina running the place, a very ordinary and rude person with no sales skills her group as they call it don't do nothing but having meetings, refuse to help out load up my fed, this store really needs new people all kids running the place girls and boyfriends and a manager a kid himself.

"George" may be George Strait, a country singer-rancher-horseman. I was told that he started this company. I am wondering why there is no military discount offered. Bases have local contracts, horse and gun clubs and housing gardening competitions on-going. This would be a great source of new or expanded client populations. The discount is the encouragement to get them in...once the children and crafters see it, they will come back.

I'm not sure who George is..the George I am talking about is the district manager at the Paintsville Kentucky store. Neal Arnett is currently manager but not for long. George has done nothing but bully him and the employees for a long time. Neal has bent over backward for Tractor Supply, even working through his so called vacations. He is a good man and wonderful manager, and he brought most of the customers to that particular store. All Neal want's to do is provide for his family and now is going to have an even harder time because of George. I would say a lot about George but the Lord would whip me for it(you can laugh at that if you want..don't care). Paintsville, I'm sorry to say will lose a lot of business. You can thank George for that. Thank you
