Hi Amanda,

I have been experiencing great difficulties with writing a Tripadvisory review for Bellefield Great House.

I did submit approx. 4 reviews .......all came back that it didnot meet the requirements.

I always follow the review format and each time it comes back the next day with a review denial.

I recently had the opportunity to transport over 100 honored guest to a wedding at this location and everyone loved what they saw.

We traveled along winding roads which took us past horses and mules frolicking through the lush green vegetation.

Upon arrival the Great house it had historic murals and paintings throughout its passage .This property has great pristine quality and must be visited.

This experience was one-of -a- kind.

Nostalgic.. Palatial.. Panoramic... This property appears similar to a manor house.. Giving the site a special significance in architectural history...

It's remarkable and leaves a memorable taste to savour..... Outstanding!!!!

Good afternoon! I am writing to you on behalf of management of Rehana Hotels & Resorts in Egypt. Since last few months we faced extremely unacceptable behavior of the customer support of Tripadvisor regarding our properties. Our requests are ignored as well as our concerns, replies to the questions are not given and many times they just neglected to discuss the issue wit us. Suddenly we found ourselves under the fraud penalty without any previous notifications, discussion, information about terms and conditions at least - just one morning we found ourselves being punished for nothing. We asked them about explanation and investigation but all our requests got only general answer or even without answer at all - just notification that case is closed. We have listed 2 properties already and were about to add 2 more within few months. It is already almost 10 years of our partnership with Tripadvisor and for the first time we experience something like this. We believe that unprofessional behavior and mistake made by one member of your team can be easily fixed with standards of respect and hospitality Tripadvisor is famous for. Hi, I have been trying to list my business with trip advisor, in the "Resource" section. I have done it twice by filling all required fields in the form available online trip advisor site.After finishing and submitting the form I get an auto screen message that "your listing has been submitted and you will hear from us in 5 working days". Unfortunately I have never heart anything form anyone for long. Can you please help??

I booked a B&B for my trip to Rome. Residenza Farnese. The TripAdvisor link I found for this B&B led me to a fantastic B&B in central Rome. Exactly where I wanted to be and at an incredibly reasonable price. Upon receiving my confirmation email I noticed that the map on the page showed a hotel out in the country. After further investigation I noticed TripAdvisor mixed up two hotels. The one I booked, Residenza Farnese, with Hotel Residenza in Farnese Roma. So I now have a reservation for a B&B in a tiny little town called Farnese, 50 miles north of Rome. In the country!! Hotel Residenza in Farnese Roma is in Central Italy across the Tiber River from Trastevere. You can walk to everything from that location. I booked with Booking.com and they negotiated a deal with my hotel to only pay for one night instead of all 7 nights in order to cancel my reservation. Done. I contacted Tripadvisor support 10 hours ago and have not heard back from them. I just called their corporate number and the message said that I was to call back during their usual business hours. I am in the Chicago area. I called at 7:52. The corporate office is in Mass. One hour ahead. They should be open at 8:52 am!!! So I now have a round trip airline ticket to Rome with no place to stay due to this huge error on their part. FUMING!!!!!

I have been trying to complete the Trip Advisor membership form and they apparently don't recognize South Lyon as my "current city" and keep kicking out my answer. What in the world are they looking for? I do not want to join using my facebook account.

I have used trip advisor for many years and have always trusted your comments and reviews. I recently wrote my first review. It was a negative review about El Faro in Playa del Carmen. We and many others were conned into buying a Vacation Club membership, by people representing El Faro. It turned out to be a scam and we lost money and our Marriot Timeshare.

You posted my review and several others that warned vacationers to "be careful" because the same people that fooled us were still selling weeks out of the same condo at El Faro, even though the HOA claimed no responsibility.

The HOA also refused to honor 100's of reservations made by their maanagement company.

My question is why has Trip Advisor deleted my review and other reviews that have warned vacationers about this situation???

I now have to question how much I can trust the reviews you keep posted!

I would like to speak to a real person about this.

I have tried three times over the past three weeks to write a review of a tour titled "Independence After Hours" given by the Historic Philadelphia Center. Each time the website says that it could not be found so I provided complete information and was told that you would research it and advise me when I could submit my review. I don't believe that this system is working and I don't understand why this tour is not listed.

who was check in my hotel on 26th of september2013 and check out on 30th september 2013.on the basis of threats and blackmailing me as he wanted discounts on room charges,foods and transportation charges,which was not possible as we charge him normal charges as being a senior citizen.

Good afternoon!
I am a manager of the business listed on trip advisor.
"Ethos Greek Bistro" located in Coconut Creek , Florida.
It has been 6 month since i am trying to update a listing information, every time I submit a request, Trip Advisor replies that is not able to make this changes at this moment.
We are simply trying to update "That we do not take reservations". And every other day we have customers being upset because it is listed as we do. I do not understand why it has been such a problem to make updates to my own page. And why Trip Advisor is not showing any support on that.
I did request update one more time TODAY!

I have followed every lead I could find to communicate with a real person at TA about a horrible BnB review that was posted by a proven liar and forger. All I get are robot-answers. How can I speak or communicate if they make that impossible?

I have sent an email twice on a review that is in bad taste. It stero types Americans. I believe this review is against your guidelines and you refuse to remove it. How can you post guide lines when you don't follow them. I have no faith in any of your reviews becuase you allow this review to stand

my wife and i stayed in flagstaff,az. at days inn on 1000 west rte 66. this place was great,the room was one of the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed at. we plan on staying there the next time we are in flagstaff,az. the breakfast was very good. we really enjoyed our stay.
